    Hi Team,

    I was unable to pay the mpokket loan amount from past few months due to some medical emergency at home.

    I am getting harassment calls and my family and friends are being contacted, which is against the RBI new policy.

    I revuest you to waive off the late fee charges and restructure my loan in 12 EMI's or else please good settlement amount as I am not working right now and on sabbatical leaves.

    Please help me getting this resolved as soon as possible and stop these collection calls as me and my family are already going through alot.

    Please do the needful or else I will have to file complaint against Mpokket in RBI.

      I have paid two loans today of each Rs 2073 both transaction are completed through me but it was showing server error. And now it was showing retry the payment but money is deducted from my bank account.What should I do? Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                Don't know what is the issue with Mpokket after so many mails intimation, still they are not updating as a closed status.

                Updated by Capetown1                 I am taking follow up since 2 months. No resolution from Mpokket. Due to this I have suffered a huge loss my home loan case delayed and rejected. Just because of mpocket not given solution on time
                Kindly help to resolve this and update as a closed status in my cibil credit bureau.

                    I have applied for 5 loans of 1000 each and from that only 2 loan amount of 1000 each is credited to my account the rest 3 have not been credited to my account and those three also are showing in my open loan activity.                                       I had taken many loans befor n paid all the loans. Now I wanted 500 rupees loan i selected the option m pocket approved it and agreement says invalid verification I'd... I had called customer care service more than 50 times they did not pick the call always it says busy busy n end up the call
