Dear Team,

It seems Gaurav Jalan has committed the biggest mistake and named it mpokket. There is no option to make repayment on the application and they reported late payment to credit bureau. When called customer care they acknowledge the late payment but according to the email which I received from Supervisor nothing is documented for phone conversation.

I have multiple emails from Mpokket acknowledging application issue on payment but they are so adamant that they are not accepting their mistake and correcting the late payment.

Please help me to get this sorted as I think I should file police compliant too for this mental harassments.

I have taken loan from mPokket.They have harrassing me to pay the loan.I just asked to give me some time and send my documents which i have uploaded they are not agreed calling me and my contacts for 5 times a day.They are sending legal notice.interest rate are 200% greater. Please take legal action....

I took loan back in 2021 because of bad health condition of my parents.. I want to pay the money which I borrowwd from mpocket but now the amount is doublee than what I borrowed.. I borrowed around 22k and now with interest it has increased to 45k..please help me.. I am ready to pay the borrowed amount.. Please help me.

I have taken 4 loans from them of 2000 each.
3 yesterday evening (9th June) and 1 today morning (10th June).
But I got the money of only 2 of the loans credited.
The other two loans amounts haven't been disbursed but mPokket has sent me the loan aggreement mails to my mail id.

This is so frustrating and unjust.

Following are the details :

MK747E62DAID[protected] amount not disbursed
MK59FF628BID[protected] amount not disbursed

Please credit the amount at the earliest without further delay.

Hi I’m mahesh This complaint I’m raising is regarding the borrowing limit, I’ve been paying my loans and clearing my dues but the borrowing limit was not increased this month the borrowing limit decreased than the amount I’ve paid I don’t know why and I would like to know about that, once try to take the past transactions and repayments into consideration and proceed along with it paying on time sometimes before the due date expecting that the borrowing limit will be increased but its totally unfair to treat your customers like this truly disappointed and poor service it would be helpful and better if you can do something about it you can check my activity through the pictures I’ve added below

I've mailed a couple of times but no response received from mpokket team. Customer care centre disconnects call automatically stating that agents aru busy.

I, request you guys It's (mpokket) is worst app don't take loan this take more interest rates and harassing daily I took just 7500 they are asking 14500 just 12 months if i didn't pay money he sent legal notice at my address home. Every mpocket victims suffer from this legal notice then now i decided to file case against the mpoket in near by cyber crime police station, comsumer rights office, and all judicial branches. I am also saying to mpokket that i will now not pay this loan because i am. not in condition of it because you did wrong with me.
