I took a loan. The app is showing loan is approved but not yet credited to my account. Kindly take some actions. Its urgent.

I actually requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request.
