    I applied for a loan in Mpokket and its disbursed from the app and its not credited to my bank account.
    So many times am trying to contact to the customer care but they are not taking the call.And i contacted my bank also they are also telling there is no amount is credited to your account
    And loan number is MK695063FCID43284245
    Kindly please help me

      The app charges a lot of interest and is not giving my basic option to settle. And they harass by calling people, friends and my work place.

        Took loan from mpokket 8000 rupees due to lockdown i failed to make repayment on time so they charge me extra fine i sent mail and i said that i m ready to pay my loan amount with interest but i never pay late fee but they replied i have pay all amount so denied to pay, , now they are calling me and force to pay 25000 rupees for 8000rupees of loan amount. they threating me and call my relatives and abused him they call with multiple number . i m ready to pay 8000 only and give me 2 months times

            Unable to change primary device from past week and no support on issue

            I have been trying from the past week to change my primary device but every time I try to take loan, the page with select your primary device comes up. I have selected my device multiple times and sent this issue to the email of mppoket there is no assistance from them on this issue there is no call centre whom I can call for the issue. Please address this issue ASAP. I am unable to take loan....

            Late payment charges

            Address: 1203 towe I, raksha addella society, gaurcity 2 greater Noida west

            I have taken loan from mpokket in lockdown time of Rs 15000 and due to some financial problems I was not able to repay on time now I want to pay but they are asking me to pay Rs 34000 because they applied late payment fees of around Rs 17000 kindly provide waiver for late payment fees so that I can clear my dues...

                            I am a very old customer of mpokket. I started using mPokket when my limit was 2000/-. Because of my regular payments, mpokket increased my limit from 2000 to 20000/-. I was working in a private company with minimal salary in Bangalore. But in 2021 I got affected by COVID and spent 1.5 Lac on hospital expenditure because government hospitals were running out of beds. And I borrowed this amount from people.
