Agents regularly calling my wife phone contacts and also abuse today 250/2/23
i paid some amount and say about my condition but after that collection agent abuse me and also say he can call my all contacts i now about so with in week i complaint consumer court i have audio recording and also contacts.of agents

            I have been using mPokket since long time but later while applying to credit cards etc i realized that because of not getting noc for every time i repaid credit cards were getting cancelled or rejected and cibil score is also reduced because of that.

            As I don't want active loans to be seen in my cibil report even after getting ckeard so i requested for NOC from mPokket after clearing all dues on time, but they replied that they don't provide NOC for their customers.

            Is this happens with any loan organizations.
            Please take action against this so that customers are not treated this way.

                Dues have been paid more than a year ago. When checking credit report via Experian and Equifax, 7 active loans on experian and 2 active loans on equifax still shown. Credit score has decreased. Tried email help but no response via mpokket.

                      You are informed about all my loan payments, currently none are outstanding but in the loans of April account number/loan number CR96D860CFID16809730 august with account number/loan number CR8E296179ID21478547, September 2021 account number/loan number CR21B6611AID21254325 and CR339561BDID21395511, is paid but shown like overdue,
                      all loan accounts are actively showing in my credit report So for this reason I am finding it difficulty to apply any loan and my cibil score getting down day by day.

                      already requested to provide NOC but not positive response for company side.

                        I have taken a loan of 12000 and i failed to clear it because of my fathers death now these people are asking me to 30000 with penalties.. I'm a student i cant pay that much amount.
                        These people are calling my friends relatives and all my contacts everyday.. send legal action letters to home please help in getting out of this torture

                          I took a loan from mpokket and I had paid almost and left over amount I m paying slowly but their recovery agents are calling me every hour harrassing me mentally. I am reaching out to consumer court on Monday for their mental harrassment.

                                      You are informed about all my loan payments, currently none are outstanding but in the loans of April account number/loan number CR96D860CFID16809730 august with account number/loan number CR8E296179ID21478547, September 2021 account number/loan number CR21B6611AID21254325 and CR339561BDID21395511, is paid but shown like overdue,
                                      all loan accounts are actively showing in my credit report So for this reason I am finding it difficulty to apply any loan and my cibil score getting down day by day.

                                      already requested to provide NOC but not positive response for company side.
