On 23 December 2020 evening, at IST 4.42 PM, I made an payment for Flipkart for purchase of MI Mobile worth Rs. 24, 999.00 through Mswipe payment gateway. My money is debited from my bank account but, the debited money didn't reach the Flipkart. When I done investigation from Bank they told, money transfer is done successfull, so we are not having any issue on our side. So next I done my investigation on Flipkart they told that it may be due to payment gateway error, so once the problem happend in between Flipkart and payment gateway is solved they may proceed on the issue. Again I asked in Bank which was the payment gateway I done my money transfer, they checked and told it was Mswipe Bangalore. For your reference (ECOM PUR/MSW INSTAKART/Bangalore/231220). I also called for Mswipe call center they didn't respond for Calls. And I saw another option of registering complaint through email. If you want additional detail I have attached below the message I got for my transaction from your side and information to account for which my money have transferred. I have also given my account number detail. So please take action on this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Delivery guy from flipkart shared a link for mswipe and I did the payment from Phonepay UPI and amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't successful. It didn't reach the vendor.
