I have made a transaction worth 73, 000 on 4th January 2021 . My registered mobile number with mswipe is [protected]. I have not received the amount from mswipe till date, the transaction was done on 4th of January, it is more than 20 days . I have mailed them my bank account statement with A/C NO, IFSC code with bank manager’s seal & Signature multiple times since 4th January to till date, but they say your bank details is wrongly updated . I have visited queens road branch Bangalore and met Somashekar and enquired but still nothing is happened. He ask for bank statement with bank manages seal and signature again, we have given it, but till date even he didn’t say the reason why it has not done . We are eagerly waiting for the payment. We have swiped it for medical emergency but even after 20 days we have not got . We are Help less even after visiting their branch .
