Nearly past one month our mswipe machine is not working. Complaint was taken and a technician contacted twice but no response from him. Again a person from mswipe contacted I told him already complaint was launched but no response. Again 3rd person cald yesterday while talking the mobile got disconnected, I couldn't contact her again. My contact number [protected], KVR GUEST HOUSE Villupuram.

    Hi there,
    I am previous employee of shri retails.
    Our registered number is

    From 3 to 4 days i am getting calls from m swipe customer executive to transfer the money of amount 2000 rs to his google pay number. He told me his name is saurav.
    He is even calling me from his personal numbers.
    I have told him nicely that we cant be transfer the money as our bank account is closed also i dont have access to transfer the money to his account. And i am not liable to give any money as it was frenachise outlet.
    He told me he mistakenly transfer the money at the month of November 2020
    I dont know anything about that as i have not access to the bank accounts.He is constantly calling me and threatening me to transfer the money. He is literally abusing me.
    I have asked him to raise the legal dispute against our company. M swipe stupid employee is threatening me to transfer the money to google pay saurabh. I have all the call recordings of him. Also we dont have any outstanding amount of the m swipe rental or anything.
    The following are the numbers from which is threatening me.

      Dear sir, we are using your swipe machine for our collection from our customers for the last 2 years. For the month of december 2020, you have raised your service bills in our favour and till date you have not filed your gstr-1 for the said month. Due to this, we are unable to take input tax credit in our account. So, please arrange to file your gstr-1 return for the month of december 2020 and january 2021 before the due date of today. If you will file the same after the due date, then we have to wait till your filing of gstr-1 to take gst input tax credit.

        Hello

        I have surrendered the mswipe machice and also closed the mswipe account in the year November 2017.

        Even after repeated calls to the mswipe still they are debiting the amount from my bank account. I got frustrated due to this every month i am debited RS.300 and Rs.54

            Hi,

            There has been issue with QR sale option on device not working from the day of the installation. There were multiple ticket raised in past but no resolution provided till date. Instead of providing the service, everytime the customer need to follow up issue and whenever we call the support contact no, they try to escalate the issue to senior but no resolution is provided.

            The ticket tbk[protected] has been raised on 2nd Feb 2021, but till date no resolution has been provided. If we are not getting the services, please take back the device and refund the amount.

                  Money debited from your payment gateway while purchasing from flipkart. money was deducted from my bank account but it never reached flipkart. Payment was done using UPI from Phonepay.

                    I have made a transaction worth 73, 000 on 4th January 2021 . My registered mobile number with mswipe is [protected]. I have not received the amount from mswipe till date, the transaction was done on 4th of January, it is more than 20 days . I have mailed them my bank account statement with A/C NO, IFSC code with bank manager’s seal & Signature multiple times since 4th January to till date, but they say your bank details is wrongly updated . I have visited queens road branch Bangalore and met Somashekar and enquired but still nothing is happened. He ask for bank statement with bank manages seal and signature again, we have given it, but till date even he didn’t say the reason why it has not done . We are eagerly waiting for the payment. We have swiped it for medical emergency but even after 20 days we have not got . We are Help less even after visiting their branch .

                          Hello Team,

                          On 17th Dec we made 2 transactions of 25 and 30 thousands. The amount got deducted from customer's account but yet not received at our end. It's been more than 30 days and we have to suffer a lot because of this delay. Who will take the responsibility for this?

                                I am sreenath from hyderabad. On 20/3/20 your sales representative came to me and asked me to buy swiping machine then i ordered one swiping machine. ofter paying money there was a problem with my account. your representative said that he would look ofter that ofter 3 months i enquired about the status then he told me there is a problem with your account. then i said i want refund and he said okay till now i didn't received my money. i want my money back ASAP.

                                      We E MNC WORLD PVT LTD approached the spectra swipe technologies engineer to configure the biometric in our company . we are in touch with the spectra team for configuration from 25/12/2020 till today(30/12/2020) through telephone, they told us will turn up today for configuration to the office by 10.30am but still not they came for configuration and also no proper response from they side.

                                        On 23 December 2020 evening, at IST 4.42 PM, I made an payment for Flipkart for purchase of MI Mobile worth Rs. 24, 999.00 through Mswipe payment gateway. My money is debited from my bank account but, the debited money didn't reach the Flipkart. When I done investigation from Bank they told, money transfer is done successfull, so we are not having any issue on our side. So next I done my investigation on Flipkart they told that it may be due to payment gateway error, so once the problem happend in between Flipkart and payment gateway is solved they may proceed on the issue. Again I asked in Bank which was the payment gateway I done my money transfer, they checked and told it was Mswipe Bangalore. For your reference (ECOM PUR/MSW INSTAKART/Bangalore/231220). I also called for Mswipe call center they didn't respond for Calls. And I saw another option of registering complaint through email. If you want additional detail I have attached below the message I got for my transaction from your side and information to account for which my money have transferred. I have also given my account number detail. So please take action on this as soon as possible. Thank you.
