I am Rajmata snack corner owner mob [protected] my device number MS706037. i am already submit your device but till date my payment is not receive amount is 3450/- is deduct my bank account for the month of March. I will complaint but till date no response Please clear my payment....

I have paid 2006/- through your mswipe site and get pdf of my payment successful acknowledgement dt 13 march 2020. Still now I didn't get my instrument and I didn't get money back. So I complaint against your customer service center but they also don't have any knowledge about my complaint. So I have to write now. This is the last msg from me after this I have to complaint against your fraud company details to consumer court....

I made the transaction of 2978 rupees on 20th aug through phonepe, at the time of transaction it was pending, after a day the transaction was pending and the amount also got debited from my account. When I checked with the shop owner, he is denying my request like he hasn't received any money like that.. I need to know the transaction status of my payment. I'll provide the reference number as well.[protected]...

I have been requesting for the cancellation of services and to collect their device back. No response to emails and from last nine months rental amount is being charged. It is a fraud way of dealing with customers.

I have pos machine of mswipe company. They have very bad customer services. No proper response and no body is receiving calls. They are deducting monthly charges from account even after discontinuing services from them....

I have applied for mswipe bank box go on[protected] & i have done payment on same day. Received machine on[protected] & that machine does not support my phone so the techinician took back the device on same day. I complaint on there helpdesk number & even sent mail on[protected] regarding this they said within 3-4 working days your payment will be refunded but still now i didn't any payment or call back from mswipe team. Really poor service...

Hi, I wasn't using my machine for 1 and half yer due to personal situation. Now resumed work but the machine says system halt error. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.

I say mswipe agent to surrender my machine after the mswipe company call me to pay machine rent that the machine is not in my use so, why we pay rent you take it away your machine....

There is just no response from the mswipe team. Very irresponsible support team. I am using these machine last 3 year always getting network issue, they are masters in promotional calls but zero in service related issues.

Pending for 1 month no response on account closure, all number in contact page of mswipe is not working. pakka cheating company to charge merchants even after raising closure request.
Now i hv closed business and closed current account, 1 week only i will be in india to give machine, after than mswipe will be in loss...

On 10th august done some transaction done, but still not credited in my account, pls help in this issue, and they are not responding on mail and also not attaining my call,

I have taken the happy loan from mswipe of rs 2 lacs. But that loan was closed in feb 2020 but in cibil it is still showing over due. Due to this my cibil score has gone down and i m not getting loan from other financer. I have asked for noc from mswipe since last 2 months but they r replying that ur loan is closed at our end but from lender's end it will get close asap.

I don't under stand the reason of delay. I already mailed...

After many call to local service person he didn't attended my call . Machine is not working yet. Please wave off complete rent....

My name is vijaynath vishwakarma and my firm name is "dev honda agency" i have using mswipe g2 pluspad. But there was a problem last few month it is not working only showing a message "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000101. Time[protected]. Regarding this i complaint two time in customer care number which complaint number are.. Tbk[protected]. And tbk[protected]. But no one solve it over all after it two transaction...

Mswipe company debited money from my account i surrender machine but they now also debited money from account...

I have been trying to reach mswipe for deactivation and surrendering of my mswipe machine... But no response from their end

In the month of june i have been charged twice for their monthly rental of 300.

Please look into the matter at the earliest and cancel my machine and request refund of the charges from april.

Kindly do the needful at the easiest and oblige....

On 5/8/2020 at 19:36:46 ; using mswip bar code scanner i did a transaction from my sbi credit card mobile app to do a shoping of an "office chair" from "rolex furniture" in the account of "rohit ashok jain but the transaction went to some other merchant id...!
