Hi team,

This is the 1ST time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

Around Jan 2020 4720 rs were deducted from our account, when I dropped a mail to mswipe support they responded saying amount will be refunded once we make transactions worth 5000 which we did but still did not get the money back. Now I have dropped 4 mail to discontinue the account or machine or guide me for further process but not getting any reply since last 3 months. Now again we got a message to pay 472 rs. If there is really a support team then I request to please resolve this.

â‚¹7080 has been deducted from the account of R.Chandramohan "Yashas traders" Bangarpet, kolar from mswipe without any reason. Registered phone number is [protected] and device serial no is [protected] I request mswipe to inform me about the reason for deducting such a huge sum from my account at the earliest.

I have also enclosed the bank statement showing the deducted amount.

TBK[protected] is the request number.
The device has been collected from us on March 23 2020. I have enclosed the details for your reference. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

I have been mailing mswipe since last four months! No proper response at all. Please don't deprive us of our hard earned money. With all the due respect please return the deducted amount.

This is the last msg from me after this I have to complaint against your fraud company details to consumer court.

I made the transaction of 2978 rupees on 20th aug through phonepe, at the time of transaction it was pending, after a day the transaction was pending and the amount also got debited from my account. When I checked with the shop owner, he is denying my request like he hasn't received any money like that.. I need to know the transaction status of my payment. I have applied for mswipe bank box go on[protected] & i have done payment on same day. Received machine on[protected] & that machine does not support my phone so the techinician took back the device on same day. I complaint on there helpdesk number & even sent mail on[protected] regarding this they said within 3-4 working days your payment will be refunded but still now i didn't any payment or call back from mswipe team. Really poor service & they are cheating the customers by giving false commitments.

Had placed a complaint about the pos machine not working system halt error about 5 days. I send mail no response also customer care number not active they only took rent. There is just no response from the mswipe team. Very irresponsible support team. I am using these machine last 3 year always getting network issue, they are masters in promotional calls but zero in service related issues.
