I made a payment for an online product from Ekart on (December 8, 2020) using mswipe Google pay transaction. The delivery guy mentioned that the mswipe payment did not reach their account. Hence I made a payment by cash and he told the mswipe transaction will be refunded.

I still did not get the refund after 7 days. Please look into this....

I have done transction to flipkart on 8th Dec via mswipe link for 1232 rs .Later I got message like transction timeout refund will be done on 3 to 7 days, but I did not receive refund....

Refund not received of 2 transactions of 459/- rs from account ending with 475....

First time Installation of Mswipe device was done in June'19 and we renewed the same in May'20 by paying 1 year advance rent of Rs. 4130/- on 30.05.2020 with UTR : AXIC[protected] during the country wide lockdown as the sales person Mr AMOL Talarwar kept insisting to renew so that it will help him meet his sales target. He further promised deduction in MDR, access to QR sales for free and change of the corrupt SIM in the device for free....

I'm owner of Bagwe ENT clinic and doctor by profession. I did take Mswipe machine in year 2019 and requested to return it in March 2020.
Finally some technician visited clinic and took away the machine with IC certificate mentioning 'deinstallation' of it.
Still I receive outstanding amount messages and it's increasing every month. I'm not even provided any detail as to where to make any outstanding payment and even helpline...

Sir, I am trying to reach local customer service in dehradun who installed the app and they are not at all helpfull..but somehow after lockdown my machine is facing a issue which can't resolve from my end..so technician is urgently needed.contact no [protected]...

Since I've got the swipe machine, I'm not able to get the proper use of it . Tried to contact the person who installed it. But no response.
So I urge to return the swipe machine and return me the amount I've paid for it....

We purchased M Swipe machine in the month of Feb 2020.
Since we are dissatisfied with the per sales and customer care departments, we asked them to take back the machine and close the account in the month of Oct 2020.

I would like to brief you about the event,
It happened that we called customer care in oct 2020 of m swipe after checking some deductions made in our account under miscellaneous heads.
But...

Device on but when we going to swap card its shows that connection device ... no response from any one...

I have taken mswipe machine at my wifes beauty parlour name shes beauty parlour narhe road pune 41 maharashtra india 2 years back. Due to corona issue, shop was closed for 4 months. Customer paid me 8500 rs via QR of mswipe, status on customer mobile shown complete payment but I didn't received any payment till now...

On 19 Sept. 20, there was deduction of 588.96/- from my mswipe card sale and I have not asked for purchase of any other type of service.
I sent many emails to mswipe support team and they accepted my request and asked me to confirm that I don't want that online swipe service but after that no reverse transaction and no body is replying my reminder emails as well.
Pathetic customer service from Mswipe side. Please credit that...

I was taken MSwipe machine in May, 2017. I was paid rent upto November 2017. After that I was not used machine till now.
I was informed to Mswipe representatives who visited in January, 2018 to cancel my machine as I am not going to use machine in future.

I thought it was canceled. Surprisingly, I received SMS from Mswipe stating that Rs.21, 000/- outstanding. No information or contact from January, 2018 to October,...

I have a mswipe machine but machine not done brand emi properly he is error i have convert brand emi in vivo but machine is error----for vivo imei number is incorrect.I have try 2-3 difrent imei numbers nut his not done

No response, I want to surrender my device, worst service ever, we haven't used the device yet and sales agent told us that the device is not on rental no charges for that but now they are asking charges what the ### is this

I have transferred to rupees 13150 to merchant through google pay using MSwipe bar code scan and it got debited from my account but merchant didn't received the payment.

Please let me know this amount refunded to my account or merchant account....

The mswipe card machine is not working for the past two months. Inspite of raising this issue multiple times with their customer care center, till now no one has come to rectify the machine. Every time we call, we are assured that some one will attend in 72 hours, but no one attends after that. They are continuing to deduct the monthly rent thru an ECS....
