      We E MNC WORLD PVT LTD approached the spectra swipe technologies engineer to configure the biometric in our company . we are in touch with the spectra team for configuration from 25/12/2020 till today(30/12/2020) through telephone, they told us will turn up today for configuration to the office by 10.30am but still not they came for configuration and also no proper response from they side.

        On 23 December 2020 evening, at IST 4.42 PM, I made an payment for Flipkart for purchase of MI Mobile worth Rs. 24, 999.00 through Mswipe payment gateway. My money is debited from my bank account but, the debited money didn't reach the Flipkart. When I done investigation from Bank they told, money transfer is done successfull, so we are not having any issue on our side. So next I done my investigation on Flipkart they told that it may be due to payment gateway error, so once the problem happend in between Flipkart and payment gateway is solved they may proceed on the issue. Again I asked in Bank which was the payment gateway I done my money transfer, they checked and told it was Mswipe Bangalore. For your reference (ECOM PUR/MSW INSTAKART/Bangalore/231220). I also called for Mswipe call center they didn't respond for Calls. And I saw another option of registering complaint through email. If you want additional detail I have attached below the message I got for my transaction from your side and information to account for which my money have transferred. I have also given my account number detail. So please take action on this as soon as possible. Thank you.

        Delivery guy from flipkart shared a link for mswipe and I did the payment from Phonepay UPI and amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't successful. It didn't reach the vendor.

          I have surrounded Mswipe Machine first week of March 2020, still Mswipe deducting rent and other charges every month, I have complained many times but no solution this December 2020 Mswipe deducted 350₹, 14 times, I attached screenshot of the statements, my account now showing minus balance. No response, whoever read this please spread this all over. They are fraud. Costumer care helpless and giving me new complain no every time. If you are using Mswipe machine for your busses please disconnect immediately. Help me for this.

            At Zenith Care Diagnostics, 50300/- was debited instead of 5030/- on 18th December, 2020. It has been 6 days but the amount is not credited back to my account. RRN is[protected]. Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

            Please look into it as the refund has still not taken place. It's quite a big amount. Please look into it urgently and resolve the issue.

              I have raised 6 requests to deactivate my account since march 2018. But mswipe is still charging me rental. I have been charged upto rs. 15000 now. I want a refund asap.

                    I made a payment for an online product from Ekart on (December 8, 2020) using mswipe Google pay transaction. The delivery guy mentioned that the mswipe payment did not reach their account. Hence I made a payment by cash and he told the mswipe transaction will be refunded.

                    I still did not get the refund after 7 days. Please look into this.

                          First time Installation of Mswipe device was done in June'19 and we renewed the same in May'20 by paying 1 year advance rent of Rs. 4130/- on 30.05.2020 with UTR : AXIC[protected] during the country wide lockdown as the sales person Mr AMOL Talarwar kept insisting to renew so that it will help him meet his sales target. He further promised deduction in MDR, access to QR sales for free and change of the corrupt SIM in the device for free.

                          Some deductions were made in the name of service charge etc whereas nothing of that sort was informed while taking mswipe service. The sales person promised that everything is covered under rent. We have approached Mswipe and complained through multiple channels within the company with zero response to our shock. Also the sim card was corrupted and they charged for replacement.

                          Furthermore, We are facing deduction o[censored]nlawful charges by Mswipe from the transaction dated 12.08.2020 amounting of Rs. 2500 where we have received only Rs. 1231.54 and Rs. 1211.46 were deducted as rent which we have already paid well in advance.

                          Advance Rent payment, proposal received from Mswipe (shared by the Mswipe team Leader Mr. Amol Talarwar.) etc documents are available on request.

                            I'm owner of Bagwe ENT clinic and doctor by profession. I did take Mswipe machine in year 2019 and requested to return it in March 2020.
                            Finally some technician visited clinic and took away the machine with IC certificate mentioning 'deinstallation' of it.
                            Still I receive outstanding amount messages and it's increasing every month. I'm not even provided any detail as to where to make any outstanding payment and even helpline numbers never working.

                                  We purchased M Swipe machine in the month of Feb 2020.
                                  Since we are dissatisfied with the per sales and customer care departments, we asked them to take back the machine and close the account in the month of Oct 2020.

                                  I would like to brief you about the event,
                                  It happened that we called customer care in oct 2020 of m swipe after checking some deductions made in our account under miscellaneous heads.
                                  But all in vain as it took almost 3 days to connect and then they did not have a clarification of the deduction and failed to explain the details.

                                  When we asked them to take back the machine and close the account they forcefully started offering discounts . Despite all this we asked them to submit. For which they said it takes 15 days for an agent to come from Mumbai and take the machine. Despite all this until now i.e. 28 nov 2020 no one has came to close the account and every time whenever they call they only keep saying that the y will ask someone to check on this but none happens.
                                  We told them we have machines of other network and with better services hence also we don’t require it anymore but still all in vain they are not closing the accounts.

                                  I request you to please look into the matter and and take some serious action against them.
                                  We are being forced to continue and our queries are also not being cleared or explained. We don’t wish to continue with them and it’s kind of humiliation that they are doing with us.

                                      I have taken mswipe machine at my wifes beauty parlour name shes beauty parlour narhe road pune 41 maharashtra india 2 years back. Due to corona issue, shop was closed for 4 months. Later on two months back your representative Mr Rahul chavan cell number [protected] visited shop and asked the reason for not using machine. We requested him that shop was closed and there is no customer hence we donot want to use mswipe machine. He said if we sgain start using machine, old pending rental of Rs 462 will be waived off. Accordingly he sent another person Mr Sagar Jadhav cell [protected] for starting of machine. Mr Jadhav said we need to change sim card. Hence we paid Rs 300 for new card and same day we used swipe machine for Rs 1100 however our balance shown Rs 462 was deducted from our money snd remaining amount was credited. Last two months i am following up with Mr Chavan but he is just assuring for waiving agreed amount of Rs 462. There is no positive response from his side. This is false committment and after following up also we are not getting refund of Rs 462. I know amount is not big but false assurance has developed feeling of being cheated. Hence either my money should be given back immediately and humble request to cancel this connection immediately. This shows false image of organization.
