Dear team,
Greetings of the day
My name is Padmanaban K
I am holding vidiyal nokie trust it is an educational charity and I brought
M swipe after giving by necessary documents from one of your vendor continuously asked me ( sales target) for rs. 3, 100/-.
Within one day i realised it is not going to suit and I rang him up to come and collect it from me that I would like to cancel... After collecting the instrument
He said he will pay my amount within 2 days since he is salesman and he is not having any authority to give the money back.
I asked the receipt for collecting the instrument after 2 or 3 days later. Then I left it as it is since I tried his contact number so many times.
I think 2015 or 16.
Every year twice or thrice I used to get a call and whatsup message about this instrument query. I used to tell this same dialogue, they also accept it and ok sir we will close it don't worry it wont happen again...
But yesterday I got a call from your office asking me the same thing...
I told same thing.
She joyce (her name) directed her to send the mail to this id to close the issues post haste.

        I had a mswipe machine a cuple of years ago but later my bank issued its own swipe machine so i syopped uaing mswipe machine and asked them a couple of times to collect their machine from my premises but no one ever collected the machine and now they are asking for rent till date of rs29000/- along with machine although its their fault that they dint collected the machine.

          I have ordered a product from flipkart as cod method. When it came to my doorstep then he send me a link of mswipe to pay that amount of 712.
          While paying,, my amount has been deducted from my account but transaction was pending on that day (6 oct. 2020). So the delivery agent hasn't given the product.
          But now it's showing transaction successful today (8 oct. 2020)
          So please tell me my status that what is going on.
          Because the delivery agent is refused to lay

              This is to bring to your concern that I have done a transaction on 02/10/2020 to OM Electronics via GPAY to Mswipe UPI by scanning the QR code given by the merchant. The amount of transaction was Rs.3398. The transaction was successful from my end as the GPAY showed green tick, but the merchant said and showed me an sms from MSwipe which says " TXN TIMEOUT INR Amt at TID K0396802 from SUMAN BAG, on 02/10/2020 3:41:50 PM. RR#[protected], Any amount deducted will be refunded in 3-7 days"

              Its been four days since I have not received my deducted amount and I am not sure whether the amount will be credited to my account or merchants account.

              Kindly look into it and help me with a response.

                  The customer bought him the goods and made a payment of ₹ 15000 towards his own credit card but only 13254 was credit in my account.

                  in my machin transaction charges is 1.2% then how you can debit more than 15%.

                    I have purchased rice amount of 1320 payment done with mswipe my account also showing 1320 debited.but that shop person saying amount not received.again I pay through to Google pay.two time my account has debited.that shop person saying only one time received the cash.google pay amount was successful.but mswipe was showing the amount.kindly refund my cash..

                      System halt / ikek tamper error. For 5 days writing mails to helpdesk to mswipe without any response. Their helpline numbers not working either and no response. We are unable to accept any payments since last 5 days affecting our business. Their service is terrible and horrible and we are regretting using their services.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have purchase a mswipe card swipe machine, a employee of mswipe mr dharmendra kept me promise for life time free rental in rs 1770 which i payed to the company on 27/06/2020 after telephonic discussion to mr dharmendra rajput in kanpur. After payment he send a person to me for deliverd the machine, then i call to mr dharmendra and tell him for a written mail to me for complete plan and told him that i will not accept the machine without mail and request him for a mail. But after lots of telephonic discussion he was unable to provide me a mail. Then i talk to mr saurabh mathur (U. P head mswipe) and request him for refund of payment. After lots of discussion from last more then 2 months they didnt refund me any payment.
                        Here i attached some proof of discussion and payment,
                        Request to you kindly refund my money which i paid to the company.

                                we swiped Rs.3610 on Sunday 13th August 2020. we have not received the same till date. When we try to call the call center no body answers. Today i tried more than 25 times and once i got the person on the call. she was very harsh in speaking and she sounded like a lady Rowdy. I want my money back and want to cancel the Contract with Mswipe.

                                  I got a mswip pos a year back but after 2 or three days stoped using it. And on calls from the company i clearly mentioned that i am not going to use it any more. And they should take it back as i am not going to pay any further rental for this.

                                  But now after a year the company started calling to give them the rental for the whole period.
                                  I haven't switched the device not even once after my complain.

                                    I have made a payment through one mswipe link provided by the delivery boy. The money has been deducted from my account on 08/09/2020 and was not processed to the seller untill today. I got a sms from mswipe stating that the link sale approved with a link showing the customer copy on 09/09/2020. The money was not still processed into the sellers account or reverted back into my account. The customer care people are not even responding to my phone calls.

                                    the issue has never been resolved by the mswipe technologies. The money was not credited to the sellers account nor debited back into my account. There was no information regarding about this from mswipe technologies
                                    have made a payment through one mswipe link provided by the delivery boy. The money 44999/- has been deducted from my account on 22/04/2021 and was not processed to the seller untill today. I got a sms from mswipe stating that the link sale approved with a link showing the customer copy on 22/04/2021.Next day I gave The delivery boy cash. The money was not reverted back into my account. The customer care people are not even responding to my phone calls.

                                      I was having a pos machine in 2019 and i stopped it later using it and told the company to stop the services. At that time they told me that they had stopped all the services in the machine. This year aug 2020 i applied for a new machine which was of zero rent plan, cost around 4600. I received the machine on 18 aug 2020. After that there was a total transaction of around 6700 and this money is not credited in my account. The coustmer care is not responsive, they are not contacting me.
