On 19 Sept. 20, there was deduction of 588.96/- from my mswipe card sale and I have not asked for purchase of any other type of service.
I sent many emails to mswipe support team and they accepted my request and asked me to confirm that I don't want that online swipe service but after that no reverse transaction and no body is replying my reminder emails as well.
Pathetic customer service from Mswipe side. Please credit that wrongly deducted amount into my bank account.

I was taken MSwipe machine in May, 2017. I was paid rent upto November 2017. After that I was not used machine till now.
I was informed to Mswipe representatives who visited in January, 2018 to cancel my machine as I am not going to use machine in future.

I thought it was canceled. Surprisingly, I received SMS from Mswipe stating that Rs.21, 000/- outstanding. No information or contact from January, 2018 to October, 2020 fro Mswipe. I tried to contact Mswipe Nos. [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], 4508400,[protected], 41144242. No response from any of above phone numbers.
I request u to kindly look into the matter and waive my outstanding amount as I was not used yr. Machine.

I had to bear the trauma & mental harassment during the peak hours of our business as most of our customers were unable to connect their card due to the poor network connection o[censored]r machine and malfunctioning o[censored]r machine that is supplied by you.
I to also bear a loss of around Rs.10, 000 plus due to your QR Code which displayed in our customers mobile as transaction done but I haven't received the money.
I had to allow the customers to leave because of this but I haven't not received any confirmation of the money credited to my account.
So the 1st day experience o[censored]sing ur machine was very very bad and had to undergo a tremendous pressure during peak time of our business. Because of this few customers too walked away without paying .
Pl take back ur machine.Refund my money as well as the loss of Rs.10, 000 plus which I had to incurr due to ur faulty machine supplied to my establishment.

I have a mswipe machine but machine not done brand emi properly he is error i have convert brand emi in vivo but machine is error----for vivo imei number is incorrect.I have try 2-3 difrent imei numbers nut his not done

How to reset mswipe machine

No response, I want to surrender my device, worst service ever, we haven't used the device yet and sales agent told us that the device is not on rental no charges for that but now they are asking charges what the ### is this

I have transferred to rupees 13150 to merchant through google pay using MSwipe bar code scan and it got debited from my account but merchant didn't received the payment.

Please let me know this amount refunded to my account or merchant account.

The mswipe card machine is not working for the past two months. Inspite of raising this issue multiple times with their customer care center, till now no one has come to rectify the machine. Every time we call, we are assured that some one will attend in 72 hours, but no one attends after that. They are continuing to deduct the monthly rent thru an ECS.

Hi mswipe team,

This is the 3rd time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

On dated 17.10.2020, I did a transaction of RS 2900 through Google Pay [protected]@okicici to mswipe.[protected]@kotak ( Dr. Mahesh Bukhariya). But he did not receive money And demanding cash again. Please settle this transaction. If already settled, please send me confirmation.

15/09/2020 ko manay 2020₹ ka Card swipe kiya tha o abhi tak Bank credit nahi huaa customer care valay bhi support nahi kar rahay hay or machine denay vala bhi nahi support karha hay mera machine abhi liaya hay or may ya problem ko face kar raha hu 19/10/2020 ko bhi manay 2000 ka card mara o bhi nahi bank may ayat or21/09/2020 ko bhi 1300₹ ka mara p bhi nahi hua

Sir/madam I am working in swipe from last 4 years they cheated me very highly my lots of money is with swipe six months salary two year expenses when I raise my voice they send me termination notice they didn't respond my calls my mails my sms I jus want my hard earning money please escalate my complaint

With due regret I would like to mention you that I had applied for new machine on 02/06/2020 with payment of Rs.5900.but till date machine has not been installed.
Please text the procedure for refund of the money paid at the earliest.

I am currently using your Mswipe machine for my business purpose and registered with your company under username Pramod Kumar Kejriwal. My user id is "[protected]". I have been paying monthly rentals of around Rs 350 since past few months although we do not a detail with respect to the frequency of rentals required to be paid. Even the "My plans" option of the application shows that the rent us due in November 2020 only. However, the rentals fees in the name of support fees has been deducted in the month of August 2020. Also, random amounts are being deducted from my each card sales made using the machine since past month and an amount exceeding Rs 5000 have already been deducted till date including various support fees of random amounts. Also, the biggest fraud done by the company is that my account is being deducted fir a closed mswipe account. How does this makes any sense to them??..God only knows

Fiurther, we had already mailed for the discontinuation of the machine long back however received no revert. The customer care executive are experts in making fool out of genuine merchants. We have stopped using it since thn but are still being charges fees..in short we are forcefully being charged fees..we want to discontinue it but the company is not taking it back..great..such a cheap trick to earn hell lot of money.

I am no longer interested in maintaining my association with the company for this very reason. I would be glad if I get rid of this product asap. Kindly take the product back and de register my account after refunding every penny deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. It has become impossible for me to bear these unnecessary expenses anymore.

Suggestion: Kindly stop stealing money from genuine sellers in the name of deduction and charges. This may help build a loyal customer base of the company.

I paid 4602 against life time rental free swipe machine before 1 year, now company says that machine is expired, u have to pay again

On 3rd Jul 2020 I had a transaction for Rs 1917/- at one of your existing customer M/s Goverdhan Pharmacy and Provision Store. Located at shop 11-16 Darpan App R C DUTT ROAD ALKAPURI VADODARA 390007 GUJARAT. The transaction was done using your QR Code [protected]@kotak. After, nearly 1 month yr vendor has not realised the AMT of Rs 1917. When I wrote to my credit card provider, they informed me the credit for the same is already give to the merchant i.e. m swipe tech. Kindly help me in this regard.

Hello In January or December a person from corporation bank saying that he is from Mswipe company he said that I have to pay 5311/- as in one time payment to the company and after that I'll not be liable to pay any rent or any kind of payment to Mswipe. But the comapny started debiting money from the month March without any permission or prior information from March iam calling them they say that they'll call me back never called me. They have totally debited 776+846 from my account without my permission it's been almost 6-7 months I am calling them and now they calling me saying that I have 3000 something rupees amount due! I don't know why the govt doesnot take any action against them even after so many complaint on their websites!
