Mswipe company debited money from my account i surrender machine but they now also debited money from account

    I have been trying to reach mswipe for deactivation and surrendering of my mswipe machine... But no response from their end

    In the month of june i have been charged twice for their monthly rental of 300.

    Please look into the matter at the earliest and cancel my machine and request refund of the charges from april.

    Kindly do the needful at the easiest and oblige.

      Dear sir,

      Please find attachment s of transactions done by me (Payer) & complaint raised by shop owner (Account payee).

      On 5/8/2020 at 19:36:46 ; using mswip bar code scanner i did a transaction from my sbi credit card mobile app to do a shoping of an "office chair" from "rolex furniture" in the account of "rohit ashok jain but the transaction went to some other merchant id...!
      The account details are as under,

      My sbi credit card transaction details,
      My transaction i'd =[protected]
      Merchant id = [protected]

      Above merchant id during bar code scanning was wrongly captured by your bar code scaner machine & the amount 6500/- transaction is debited from my sbi credit card account.

      Later on 6-8-2020, called me up & informed me that the amount 6500/- is not come in his account shoes details are as given below,

      Business account name - rohit ashok jain
      User id= [protected]
      Merchant id= 42mr[protected]

      Later on 7-8-2020, i paid cash 6500- to rohit ashok jain against product that i purchased from him.

      I humbly request you to kindly refund my money 6500/- to my sbi cred card account.

        This is the request number for your reference : tbk[protected].

        I have no money to pay the rental and i have requested to surrender the device 2 months before. Till now no one has responded. I am going file a complaint against mswipe. You people are deducting money from my account and because of your charge my bank is charging me 500 fine. My curse to your company.

        This is the message i have received from my bank for 2 months

        "dear customer, your ecs debit for rs.300 fvg tpachmswipetech rejected on account of insufficient balance. Rtn charges of rs. 500 and applicable gst will be debited from a/c-canara bank".

        I curse from the bottom of my heart. I have no money and i have to pay extra charges to my bank because of you people. Fraud company.

        If someone is really working for this company please show some mercy and refund my 2 months rent and 1000 extras charges for my bank!

          I have paid advance rent of rs 2015. For 6 months. It's been processed from july onwards.. They deducted that amount on july 2nd... But on june 19th they simply deducted rs 2410 as rent... I want my money refunded immediately.. Please take necessary actions and process my refund..

            Mr. Gayas informed us that after the payment of rs.5000/- the company will issue us noc. After few days mswipe technologies p ltd. Has requested us to pay further payment of rs.14, 867.

            Please be informed that this issue has to be resolved today urgently. We will not pay any further payments whatsoever.

            Hope you understand and revert back with confirmation on closure of loan.

            This is in continuation to the telecom with your rep mr. Gayas today.

            We would like to reiterate that though there was sufficient balance available in the account on 10th feb 2020, the late interest charges for the loan was not collected by you from the account.

            Charging an interest amount of rs.9866/- at this point in time is not understood. The interest for late repayment should have been deducted on 10th feb 2020 and closed the mswipe loan. Instead, you have sent a mail on 13th may 2020 with charges on rs.9866/- for late repayment and your rep mr. Gayas was further stating that an additional amount of rs. 5000/- would be charged for non-payment of rs.9866/-.

            You cannot penalize us for your fault of not deducting the emi / late interest upto 10th feb 2020. The guaranteed cheque for the mswipe loan shall not be deposited by you as it is inappropriate / not justified.

            Owing to the above, it is appropriate that the mswipe loan be closed at this point in time with a nominal late fee. We request you to share a copy of the mswipe loan agreement for our reference.

            We would like to mention that we will not pay additional rs.5000/- if you charge for the late payment of emi interest for the month of may 2020.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                    As i had done swipe of a customer through customers debit card. Transaction got successful and it is showing that transaction have approved but we have not received the amount in my bank account. I have been waiting since day before yesterday for the payment getting approved by you and send it to my bank account.
                    Please do solve me this problem as soon as possible. As i have other work with the monthly statement of the month july.

                        Reference complaint sent on 10th July 2020 it was very clearly told that we wish to surrender the swipe machine and till date 29th July 2020 no one has come to pickup. Have called customer care many times and have updated the same.

                        We will not be liable to pay rent for the coming month if it is not collected from your end.

                          I have made 1 transaction today amounting to 5060 rupees. Ibank alert shows that amount is deducted from the customer account. Also i got message that amount approved from mswipe. But amount is still not transferred to my bank account. How long does this take to transfer money to my account?

                            HI Iam customer of mswipe with device number.[protected] and raised a request for device de installation on 02 july 2020, through phone call to custome care, and he asked me to clear present month rent outstanding through link sended by him to take the cancellation request.i paid the same on 02/07/2020 and request was taken, on 07 july 2020 the device was surrendered at mswipe office hyderabad, and taken i/c form and shared with mswipe team as a proof of device surrender along with rental paid receipt screenshot and same day was de installed in their sysytem, now i cleared all outstanding by making payment through link, that payment is still not updated even shared with rent department and debited my account through ECS MANDATE, and contacted them to refund and shared paid receipt again, still they not refunded excess amount debited and not updating the link payment. i request mswipe to update my payment and refund excess amount and stop ECS.

                                As i am not using the machine since last few months, even thought after complaining about not working of the machine none of them (Mswipe team) have cleared the issue. Apart from that in this pandemic situation they are collecting the rent which is more saddest situation for me. I request to take action against the company for troubling the consumers at this point of situation.

                                    In this forum you may find similar loads of complain against this company known as Mswipe technologies.They have charged monthly Rs.708 from April 2020 till july 2020.When i emailed in june 2020 and called they gave me reference no.TBK[protected] and assured from july they will not levy rs.708 as i wished not to continue their services.Inspite that they charged in July now i need my total refund of Rs.2824/-as they deducted the above through our linked current a/c without intimation which is unethical.

                                        Our swipe machine has not been used for the period from march 2020 till june 2020 due to covid 19 lockdown. A message was received on our registered number that it has been deactivated and give a missed call i[censored] want to activate the service. A complaint was lodged on 1st july 2020 complaint #[protected] for getting the service activated it was told to us that the machine needs to be replaced and it will be taking 3 working days for same we did mention to do the replacement asap but till date i. E 10th july 2020 nothing has been done and after calling the customer care it is been told to us that the complaint is still pending. We have asked to take back the swipe machine at the earliest as it is highly very annoying at such type of a service from you. Also we got to know monthly rent charges have already been deducted for the current month on 1st july 2020 itself and that we should have informed in the earlier month for the surrender of the machine. We would not recommend any one to use your services as its highly unethical where we have been facing a lot of problems since years that we have been using your machine. You can check our earlier complaints that have been lodged every time and at least 2 or 3 times the machine has been changed, we have also got waiver of monthly rent for 2 to 3 months etc. This states that most of the times the machine was not in working condition due to some or the other reason. Its very ridiculous that every time we lodged a complaint it was never been resolved in time and after rigorous followup it was taken care where in it has affected our payment system and a bad review from our esteemed clients for keeping such a bad payment gateway. We are fed up with the services and have taken the call of surrendering the machine. Also would like to mention that kindly refund the amount of monthly rental for the month of july 2020.
