    Our swipe machine has not been used for the period from march 2020 till june 2020 due to covid 19 lockdown. A message was received on our registered number that it has been deactivated and give a missed call i[censored] want to activate the service. A complaint was lodged on 1st july 2020 complaint #[protected] for getting the service activated it was told to us that the machine needs to be replaced and it will be taking 3 working days for same we did mention to do the replacement asap but till date i. E 10th july 2020 nothing has been done and after calling the customer care it is been told to us that the complaint is still pending. We have asked to take back the swipe machine at the earliest as it is highly very annoying at such type of a service from you. Also we got to know monthly rent charges have already been deducted for the current month on 1st july 2020 itself and that we should have informed in the earlier month for the surrender of the machine. We would not recommend any one to use your services as its highly unethical where we have been facing a lot of problems since years that we have been using your machine. You can check our earlier complaints that have been lodged every time and at least 2 or 3 times the machine has been changed, we have also got waiver of monthly rent for 2 to 3 months etc. This states that most of the times the machine was not in working condition due to some or the other reason. Its very ridiculous that every time we lodged a complaint it was never been resolved in time and after rigorous followup it was taken care where in it has affected our payment system and a bad review from our esteemed clients for keeping such a bad payment gateway. We are fed up with the services and have taken the call of surrendering the machine. Also would like to mention that kindly refund the amount of monthly rental for the month of july 2020.

      Not even single payment has been received yet, we asked the customer support hes responding that jts a chinese company and he's left job now i'm left stranded without money to make payments to my suppliers die to this situation

        I have paid all the amounts for my happy loan . Now iam getting call every day to pay some amounts. By seeing that I could know that the loan has not been closed by mswipe end and they charge 3200 everymomth from Feb and now they are asking me to pay 16304.

            Hi,

            My name is kavleen gujral,

            I bought the machine wisepad g2 in march 2019 and have not used it since.
            It will be visible in my account that not 1 transaction was done till today.

            Earlier it was a machine fault which could not be sorted then i kept it on the side.

            Now i got a call from two numbers claiming rental for the same, phone numbers are - [protected] and [protected]. He did not share his company id or name with me.
            Had asked him to send me an official mail regarding the alleged pending rent of the machinery which i did not receive thus writing this.

            My humble request is to close my account and please send someone to take the machinery if a rent is being charged as i was never made aware of this since a year.
            No mail, phone call or a simple text message was sent to me from your organisation informing that rent is accumulating every month.

            If there was a monthly rent policy and it was not communicated to me then thats the first fault, if rent is accumulating and there is no communication for the same then i am not liable to pay anything and neither i will. There must be a written agreement where both parties signed together for the monthly rental, i don't remember signing anything like that. Be it credit cards, phone bills, emis or utility bills, some form of communication is always there to address the customer about the pending money every month. Suddenly i get a call after a year for the rent??? This is like a fraud where the money accumulates and then company contacts to derive some kind of money from the customer. Apologies if my language is getting a little harsh but it's true. If this is your policy then i feel obligated to report it to proper authorities that rent is charged without knowledge if the machine is idle for a year, let the money accumulate and then we will approach. No need to communicate with the customer. And suddenly i get calls from random numbers who sound like a recovery agent and are not able to send an official mail.

            Thus, please close my account with a mention that there is no liability now or in the future and i will gladly return the machine which is in my possession.

              I applied for Mswipe POS on 18Th March 2020, after so many complaints through Email & Customer Support no reply, finally Couple of days Days Back I got call from sales Person saying we deliver your POS, when he came for delivery the Mswipe POS What he offered is used one/ kind of scrap. Than I asked to Initiate refund than after no reply from Customer Support.

                      I have been trying to call the customer care of mswipe technologies to disconnect my connection and seek refund of the rental charges being deducted every month from my account.

                        I am a mswipe user : [protected]
                        I have started taking payment from mar 2020.
                        Till now not a single rupee settled into my account. I have sent mail but mail doesn't delivered to given address [protected]@mswipe.com, [protected]@mswipe.com.
                        I tried to call on support no but no response from their side.
                        When i called to sales executive "he simply said sir don't accept payment from this qr code don't accept payment, our boss also don't respond to our query".

                        I have total of 18310 inr into my account till date.

                        I am getting this kind of respond from this company representative.

                        Kindly find the attached screenshot for the same.

                        Please help me in this matter.

                            My customer code is [protected] on mswipe in the name of royal footwears collection
                            Rent of rs 59/-, of edc machine deducting every month from nov 2019, although my machine is rental free, and i have also paid sim rental in advance.

                            I have complained many times to mswipe helpdesk email but company raises ticket and remove the ticket without sloving it.

                            Last time i complained on 4th march, your reply contains, that you will solve the problem within 24 hours but till now, it is not solved.

                            Months are passing but mswipe is unable to solve my query?

                            Company deducted my money as rent of rs 59/- from nov 2019 to march 2020, so there is a total of rs. 295/- for 5 month deduction till now, and it is further deducting for every month,

                            Please stop this rent as my machine is rental free.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that there have been loan deductions to my account after the 15th of march which was supposed to be deducted as and when the business transactions happened from 1st march 17th march.
                                  There has been an ECS deduction of 4100 to my account as well.
                                  It was your responsibility to deduct the loan amount on time and not charge me penalties while my business was closed due to the nationwide lockdown and put me in trouble.
                                  This is really unacceptable and unprofessional because my current account is on hold and there have been many penalties to my account which was an error from the Mswipe side.
                                  Customer service is poor and I have been trying to establish contact for a long time.
                                  I request the company to call my number [protected] to resolve this ASAP or I would seek legal assistance to resolve this fraudulent activity and take this to social media.

                                    I installed this idiotic service 11th march 2020 by their agents, by tell that there is """""no rent for life long"""" and pay only just rs.2005/- and service charge as described ie 0.9% for debit cards, 1.5 % for credit cards.. After installing they stared charging for debit card 1.062% and for credit cards 2.183%.. And also started charging rent...
