    I am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000103" times[protected]. This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

      I am mswipe since nov 2019, i am really not satisfied with their service and network since day one. After selling the machine nobody will come visit ur place for machine condition and it's usage. So in the month of march i raised a complaint to close my acct they said since it is charged for march i can continue using that for march and it will be closed in april. But they charged me for apr and may when there is no business due to corona lockdown. Even they try to debit my zero balance acct for eight times between apr and may thru ecs, hence it is a zero bal acct, it got nil bal /ecs bouncing charges from bank side which accumulated to - 4037 as of june 1 2020. They r frauds, expecting blood from their customers. I am. Suggesting and will suggest everyone in future no to do any transaction with mswipe.

                Mswipe machine is now not working at all as i informed concerned sales person from whom i bought the machine. Initially they sold me d machine for around 3000 saying that we dont charge any rental or AMC charges for lifetime.
                From last one week the machine is not working or active as i m facing transaction problems for my customers. When i informed they asked me to pay AMC charges after which the machine will be activated. Now when i payed AMC charges through link sent by them, they did not activated d machine and also are not receiving my phone call now.

                  It's regarding the Mswipe company which the employee has given me the false information regarding and from 15 days I am taking the regular follow up and get the mentally torcher from there side I need to solve this problem as soon as possible .Sending u the screen shot of the inconvenience copy the amount is 11799 . Sending u all the screen shot for chat and invoice copy also

                    Dear All
                    This is to inform you that a guy (puneet)from m swipe company visited us in the month july 2019 and sold us the product which is mswipe at Rs. 1575 and informed us that it will be a zero rental scheme and we opted it since there is no rent.

                    But after then different people from m swipe are calling me again and again asking for a monthly rent of rs 700.

                    I also informed these employees what I was told by vipin for zero rental and moreover I have shared the recording with them but there is no response.

                    These people are fraud and convert customer by doing it.

                    It's a scam which mswipe is doing

                        I have been using this mswipe swiping maching from past 6-8 months as recently my plan got expired.
                        They charged me for next two months wothout sending a sms, mail, call about it.
                        When i contacted the customer care they told they never inform about rent to any customer.
                        Even they said that if you don’t make any transaction from device for 3 moths we will take out the rent from your bank account without informing you.
                        Is this legal to take rent from bank without giving a single intimation or deduction message to customer.
                        Now i want to remove this device and want mswipe to help me with this.

                                Hii sir / madam,
                                My name is rahul eknath kumbhar owner of fat2fit fitness centre miraroad. I had applied for a loan through mswipe happy loan with loan amount being 146000 and total amount disbursed is 138043 and total amount repayment being 164250.
                                I had cleared the loan till the given date of 5th february 2020. And also get the confirmation from you guys after a week that the loan is closed in your file. Now after 1 1/2 months i'm getting the messages and calls from you guys regarding pending amount. How is it possible. After numerous calls and discussions from your executives nobody has resolved the issue yet. I also urged them to let me speak with their head. But yet no correct response. Everybody is just escalating the issue ahead with no problem yet solved.
                                Please solve this matter or i'll sure have to register a consumer complaint against you guys. Also i'm attaching all the screenshots of our conversations where they have agreed regarding the closed loan. Also the screenshot where my total amount paid and pending amount is shown which i had paid later few days back.

                                I have recorded calls from mswipe employees that they are just forwarding the issue. And some of them are confirming also that they had made mistakes also.

                                Mswipe executives Mr. Chetan Ms. Kiran Mr.siddhesh are one of those few guys who were taking the followup. Now from past few days they are not picking up my calls my messages no reply nothing at all. During loan repayment these Mswipe guys were used to call me daily n daily many times. Now when I'm in the trouble they are not picking up my calls.
                                I had the recorded calls with Mr.siddhesh and Mr. Chetan in which they had confirmed me that something wrong had been done from there side only and I'm clear from my side. Also Ms.Kiran is not at all a kind person to talk with a dissatisfied customer.
                                I need consumercomplaints.in to take a strict action against Mswipe and those executives as i had faced tremendous mental harassment from all of them.
                                I have given them 1 star because it's the least. They are not capable of 1 star also

                                    I pay amount 10000/- 10000/- and 5000/- total 25000/- on dtd 04 may 2020 to merchant gagan bakers.25000/- debit from my credit card. But merchant gagan bakers received only 15000/- in his account..10000/-not credit in merchant account... Mswipe send him message it's under review.
                                    M swipe company say amount refund back to customer with in, 72 hours but 9 day's spend no amount credited in my credit card till the time. They not pick the call even..

                                    I think they make fraud.. If they not resolved the issue i put case in court and claim 2 lakh for harrasment me.

                                    I from amritsar city. Kindly provide me the solution.

                                    I put compaint against M swipe company

                                    What is this stupidity of M swipe company why they approved debit amount from credit card and after that put in under review.
                                    M swipe company they not provide the solution and not pick the call.only one time they pick the calll and they said amount refund back to customer credit card with in 72 hours. But 9 day's spend not any response and not amount refund back to my credit card. This makes both the merchant and customer harrasment only. If they not provide the solution we put FIR againstM swipe company and claim for 2 Lakh for harrasment.

                                        I have been calling mswipe call center and placing the request for machine handover as i do not use the machine for the last 3 years. Also i have given my current address for pick up. But no one follows up. I have not been using the device for the last 3 years and yet the amount is been debited from my account. Pure failure for your field service for not responding and coming to pick up the device has caused me paying for device that i have not been using.

                                        My current address had been updated and also emails have been sent to your helpdesk with all the details still failed to contact and close the auto debit from my account. I escalate this as a pure cheat for charging for services that are not used.
