Sir. On 7th may2020 rs 472 was deducted from my bank account and same rs deducted on 8the may 2020 I have called several times but no respond and I also want to deactivate my machine as soon as possible

    I have closed the business one year ago and informed the people in mswipe that i don’t need the machine anymore. No one came to pick the machine and every month they are debiting money from my account automatically. Why should i pay money for a non working machine without using it. I have notified those people many times through calls and emails as well but they’re not processing my requests instead taking money every month. This month they have debited twice even after i insisted no to do so. I need justice here, how can people so easily steal money in the name of auto debit and they will never ever listen to your concerns.

        I want to close my mswipe account but they aren't listing, they are deducting 650 rupees per month from my bank account, . I'm not using mswipe since last two three years ... I'm so much disappointed. Please help

        I called many times to mswipe agents, & customer care but nobody is listening, nor responding, they are deducting 650 rupees every month from my bank account, since last two years, I'm not using that machine but they charged me, I'm a poor business man. Please solve my problem,

                All documents were submitted to them but they told they had not received it. I again sent them all documents and mailed them in the helpdesk email id with a snap of the compalint.The action took 2 days and the problem was solved. I got a call from Kolkata msipe office and they told they are looking into it. Today evening 29th I received a messge that the amount will be credited in my account in 48 hours and in like 30 min got a mesage from HDFC that the amount has been credited Thank you Team Jai hind

                We have been continuous trying to reach out to the customer care no and also to the Whatsapp number they have
                The Whatsapp numbers of mswipe where documents have been sent +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] even during the high crush period of lockdown there is no support to give the amount to us.

                    This is the 4th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

                      I along with other team members were asked by our tl mr. Rajat to resign as company doesn't want qr team. We were made to resign without our wish. Anyhow i resigned from mswipe in jalandhar (Punjab) location since[protected]. What is the time frame within which i will receive my salary as i have not received my salary yet. I joined the mswipe in qr team on prerna group's payroll.
                      I am reguraly trying to contact my tl, but he had also left the job and is not picking my phone neither replying to my messages on whatsapp.
                      I am being harrassed for my salary. Please take action appropriately and please brief me about this and disburse my salary for the month of february. I can provide my appointment letter if required.

                        Hi,

                        I am small merchant and use mswipe card machine for accepting payment. I accepted 5000inr on 8th march and since it was international card, it was supposed to credit in my account on 11th march. But they had debited the amount against full year fees without my approval. On 11th itself, i raised complaint with them for refund of my money and their customer care representative told me that within 5 working days i will get my refund. It's 6th working day but till now i have not received my amount and neither any communication from mswipe, i have made multiple calls for getting status update and every time they say we are putting your request on priority.
                        It is total mental harassment for me to chase them for my money which they are holding without my approval.

                            I have taken a loan from MWIPE from the cheater i am paying the emi regularly. they will take the amount what every i have swiped from the swiping device. Their was enough swiped balance to be deducted from that but their are ddoing ECS TRANSACTION that to without informing more then 10 times i have lost more then 4000 in this, COMPLETELY CHEATING COMPANY.

                              It’s been repeating since last two years., i have been done n number of transactions since last 2 years and this time they kept hold for my 2 transaction since last 45-60 days. My total transaction was for 1, 60, 000 rs which was kept hold even though i have raised n number of tickets and customer care calls there was no proper response to them.
                              No their team has no answer to my questions and no solution to sort it out and keep on giving me extended dates as usual.

                                I have order swipe machine in the month of november 2019 i have paid 3800rs for machine to sales person mr. Vaibhav betkar (Mob no.[protected]). It suppose to deliver to me within week. I have taken followup for around 15 days still i didn't received the machine. I did contact with customer care they always used to say you will receive in 2 days but 30 days gone and i didn't received the machine. So i asked them to cancel the machine and refund my money as they were not delivering my machine. Then after 1 month i got 472 rs that is rental amount of machine got credited in my account but 3328 rs i have not received yet its been 3 months. I am taking continuous followup but i didn't receive my money. Customer care team and helpdesk team is saying there is conflict at their end. They are not refunding my money. Attaching some email communications. Its my loss of money. Kindly check and refund

                                  After a long time complain was not resolved.. No buddy pickup my phone.
                                  They were not reply any mails, whats app chatting and calls.

                                  Loan closed but noc or rest of amount not received in my account after 25 days.
                                  No buddy can help regarding this issue.. Every one says after 48 hours your amt refunded but 23rd to till date not received yet...

                                  This company reviews going on nagative way bcuz of everyone was irresponsible person.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have open my store in the name of health care pharmacy, anaura kala, chinhat lucknow, 226028 on december'19 and two staff of m swipe company mr saif and prateek came to my store & offer me for m swipe swapping machine, i was comfortable with the terms and condition, which was offer me that debit card charge will be 0.40% and credit card charge will be 1.40%, i have make a payment of approx inr 4000 or inr 4200 for 2 new swapping machine post discount approval from some one senior,

                                      But after couple of days i have received and installed only 1 swapping machine with printing acknowledement at my store and 2nd machine still pending for delivery from dec'2019.

                                      After more than 100 calls to saif and prateek for reminder, both of them stop pick up my calls.

                                      When i have start using your 1st m swipe machine, i am getting charged approx 2% plus on credit card in the month of dec'19, then i have contacted with saif and he told me that he will get it resolve with in couple of days and also excess amount will be reverse very soon, but still excess amount due for reversal.

                                      I have paid amount for new m swipe machine and m swipe company delivered me old machine at my store, their old swapping machine is not working properly as it was old machine. I am suffering and unable to use m swipe machin, it also impacting sale of my store and having financial loss just because of very poor product & service of m swipe company.

                                      2nd machine still pending for delivery.

                                      Now i am not at all interested for any kind of relation with your company,

                                      I request that company collect their old swapping machine from my store and refund my entire amount of advance security payment of both swapping machine and reverse excess charged amount and transfer the same in my account on priority.

                                        Dear team,
                                        We have lodged to change ownership for our pos mswipe machine on 30th dec 2019 via emai.
                                        Screen shot of which has been attached below, your team told us that please send all the documents and our relogin team will change the ownership of that machine with new firm name and account number, we have provided all the documents as asked by your executive then your team didnt responded us for 20days.. Although they promised to get it done in 3-4working days,
                                        When raised the issue again, they told us that they cant change the ownership on zero rental plan, and we need to change it to rental plan else they wont do it as their rules have been changed from 1st jan 2020 and they have stopped zero rental plan.
                                        Our complain to change the ownership was on 30th dec 2019, it was your staff who delayed and took 20days to not respond.
                                        When your executive sold us the machine he promised us that you can get the name changed anytime for free or charge. And we have paid your for machine already one time, then why should we go for rental plan,
                                        And it is your staff mistake, and if you have stopped zero rental plan then you should have informed your customer via email or you should share circular that you have stopped the plan from this date.. Neither we where infromed before nor you have shared circular with your clients and we have lodged to change before you have stopped that plan
                                        So kindly change the legal name of our swipe machine and stop harrassing us and force us to change to rental plan.

                                        We have installed mswipe plus software last year and recently we have been facing some technical issue, have been trying to call their service person but all attempts failed as they initially given contact number of their different division they shown their inability to do the needful, kindly help to make it correct .
