Dear team,

I have open my store in the name of health care pharmacy, anaura kala, chinhat lucknow, 226028 on december'19 and two staff of m swipe company mr saif and prateek came to my store & offer me for m swipe swapping machine, i was comfortable with the terms and condition, which was offer me that debit card charge will be 0.40% and credit card charge will be 1.40%, i have make a payment of approx inr 4000 or inr 4200 for 2 new swapping machine post discount approval from some one senior,

But after couple of days i have received and installed only 1 swapping machine with printing acknowledement at my store and 2nd machine still pending for delivery from dec'2019.

After more than 100 calls to saif and prateek for reminder, both of them stop pick up my calls.

When i have start using your 1st m swipe machine, i am getting charged approx 2% plus on credit card in the month of dec'19, then i have contacted with saif and he told me that he will get it resolve with in couple of days and also excess amount will be reverse very soon, but still excess amount due for reversal.

I have paid amount for new m swipe machine and m swipe company delivered me old machine at my store, their old swapping machine is not working properly as it was old machine. I am suffering and unable to use m swipe machin, it also impacting sale of my store and having financial loss just because of very poor product & service of m swipe company.

2nd machine still pending for delivery.

Now i am not at all interested for any kind of relation with your company,

I request that company collect their old swapping machine from my store and refund my entire amount of advance security payment of both swapping machine and reverse excess charged amount and transfer the same in my account on priority.

    Dear team,
    We have lodged to change ownership for our pos mswipe machine on 30th dec 2019 via emai.
    Screen shot of which has been attached below, your team told us that please send all the documents and our relogin team will change the ownership of that machine with new firm name and account number, we have provided all the documents as asked by your executive then your team didnt responded us for 20days.. Although they promised to get it done in 3-4working days,
    When raised the issue again, they told us that they cant change the ownership on zero rental plan, and we need to change it to rental plan else they wont do it as their rules have been changed from 1st jan 2020 and they have stopped zero rental plan.
    Our complain to change the ownership was on 30th dec 2019, it was your staff who delayed and took 20days to not respond.
    When your executive sold us the machine he promised us that you can get the name changed anytime for free or charge. And we have paid your for machine already one time, then why should we go for rental plan,
    And it is your staff mistake, and if you have stopped zero rental plan then you should have informed your customer via email or you should share circular that you have stopped the plan from this date.. Neither we where infromed before nor you have shared circular with your clients and we have lodged to change before you have stopped that plan
    So kindly change the legal name of our swipe machine and stop harrassing us and force us to change to rental plan.

    Your one team executive told me to send hdfc bank swipe machine statement and told me that he would help me to get it changed on zero rent plan only and now he has also stop responding
    I dont know how u run this company when you dont reply to your customers when they have issue with your service.
    Pathetic customer service.

    We have installed mswipe plus software last year and recently we have been facing some technical issue, have been trying to call their service person but all attempts failed as they initially given contact number of their different division they shown their inability to do the needful, kindly help to make it correct .

      My mswipe machine serial number [protected].

      Since dec 2016 i am using mswipe machine, the agreement was for 2 years since the period we had no issue, but after the agreement date the company with out the renewal of the agreement without our notice have transfering the rent, that too not accoording to the agreement.

      The customer care toll free number did not give the accounts descrepancies details, they always said that only 3 months data is available with them, but no representatives turned out after the agreement period.

      When i took the pass book entries i was shocked by the illegal transfer of funds from my account not as per agreement, i closed my establishment on july 2018 but agreement period was for 2 yrs that was ending on dec 2018.

      I have send the mails to [protected]@mswipe.com for the mis use of my accounts and for the surrender of the instrument on 5th oct 2020 and 14th oct 2020 but no one turned out.

      After i made immence pressure on my banker corporation bank kushalnagar who mediated for the instrument, the representative turned in but have no uninstallation form or proper id or authorization for collecting the instrument.

      I have spoke with mr madhesh crm team about the same on 06.02.2020, he had asked me the details and i have send the same on whatsup number.

      Please ask them to honour the charges as per agreement and take the instrument by sending proper id with their representative.

      I have faced torture from the company mentally all these days, please take severe action to the concerned person and oblige.

      This is the 1st time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00000123". Can you please give me a solution. Customer care no. Is not working.

        Im trying to get in touch with mswipe team to 23rd of jan. But they do not respond and no buddy serious about complain.
        They were replying 'we have noted your your complain and will refund you with in 48 hours'.
        But till date (6/02/2020) no any positive revert from your team.
        No buddy pickup my call.

        After posloan deduction rest of amt not debit..

          Hi all,
          My name is fakir gori running small business in kurla and andheri having two of your machines. My contact number registered with you is [protected].
          Last week dated 30th jan you guys has deducted 5000 rupees from my yes bank account.
          I want you to return that amount to my account at earliest. I have visited yes bank branch at phoenix mall kurla and they have confirmed that mswipe has charged 5000/-. Why?
          I am already not satisfied with your way of handling my daily transaction. Money are not getting deposited into my account on time. Its very long delay in transferring money into my account plus your machine always has network or other issue plus your executive rarely contact me when ever i request. Please call me as soon as possible to confirm my 5000 has been return to my account. Don't force me to take any sort of action against mswipe. Contact number - [protected]

            I am using mswipe system when they provided me the device they didn't inform of the rental yesterday that was 02 01 2020 at 3.00 pm a card swiped on this machine but balance did not reflect in my account i made a phone call the person who recived phone introduced mr mohamed he told that your swiped amount of ruppe of 2400/ is being de ducted toward the rental is this a fair practice. Without informing the customer sir look into matter and do the needful as soon possible

              I had requested for the change of bank account against my swipe machine, its being almost 10 days but yet there is no response.
              I had already given the required documents on [protected]@mswipe.com as guided by the executive, but yet the request is not being processed.
              Its very urgent for me to change the account r else i need to stop using the machine and surrender it.

                  I had swipe the coustomer's debit card of rs.100000/- one lakh rupees
                  On 29/12/2019 but the amount of rupees had not came the my account.
                  I had provide the all documents to the coustomer care center on email and wattsup up to 3 times but they are not responding our complaint and they are telling your problem will solve in 48 hrs on calls all time.
                  And they have taken the confirmation also with us to proceed the complaint
                  But the complaint has not solved the complaint is still pending.

                    I made two transactions worth 10000 each on 13 jan since then i've called them several times yet they haven't sent me my payment each time i contact them they come up with some new formality. First they said after 48 hr i would receive my payment, since that day they haven't even tried to contact me or the consumer.
                    I've submitted all the documents and i'd proof they have asked for yet they haven't sent me the payment.
                    Each time i contact they keep repeating that it would take 48 hr now it's been five days neither they have tried contact me nor the consumer.
                    Is this what we should expect from your company when we use your product.

                      I had hardly used the mswipe device for 3 days in september 2017 after which i haven't even touched it.
                      Despite my constant and tiring requests for wanting to surrender the device, i am still stuck with it.
                      During my telephonic conversation to the mswipe helpline and customer care numbers, i am very convincingly promised that an executive will come and collect it from my address at my chosen date and time but no one has ever showed up to collect it.
                      To make matters worse mswipe has been deducting amounts of money from my account every single month starting from 27th march 2018 to the latest being deducted on 17th january 2020, please note without my permission and upon no usage from my end. (Attaching images for reference)

                      More than rs.13, 000 has been charged from my account to mswipe till date and they will continue to do so until an end is put to this matter.

                      Please take the device off my hands and i demand a full refund!

                      Please provide us with you contact details so that we can have a telephonic converstaion and assist you in a better way.
                      Also if you have asked to surrender your device and there is documentation regarding the same, we assure you that all the liable refunds would be made after the pickup of the device but we first have to make sure that your device gets picked up, lets keep that as our first priority.

                      Hope to get a response from you and we come down to a solution after that.

                        We have done qr code based transfer of 15k and 5950 /- 1k thru your ms swipe at bangalore on 28 dec and 3 jan, payment couldn't be credited, we have spoken in length with prakash/ shazad in last 10 days many times, inspite of sending our 3 months kotak bank statement, and your team updating me that next 2 days next 3 days still we have received sms at 6 pm that your 14902 has returned back to our bank due to wrong ifs code, we have send the cross cheque to your whats no. Also for ifs, statement to amanpreet / henpdesk and cbd but to no avail

                          The customer scanned the mqrcode and sent me 5000 the amount has beem deducted from his bank account and has not yet come into my bank account i have sent many emails but not getting proper response and the customer support is telling me that the amount will be refunded to the card holder but why? I have given the goods to them and why would a customer will give me the money back if he gets the refund, what’s the guarantee that the customer will be honest only please send me the amount to my linked account as soon as possible or i will file a complaint against mswipe

                            My registered no.[protected]. I issue the air ticket for customer and customer swiped the card. The customer actually forget the pin. So, she enter wrong pin twice and in third time it was correctly entered and transaction complete successfully. Now, the amount 49000 rs. Kept on hold. They request invoice and pnr no. I shared the both. Till now the amount is not released. As financially i was suffering lot. What kind of process you are following. Max by monday morning if the amount is not credited. I will take this to legal and social media.

                              I also request for qr code. But no body ckme to appear qr code.. I call the serviceman. He said i left the company... The after sale service is very bad of this company... I have mail my complaint many times.. Bt nobody come.

I have been messaged by miss nidhi gupta on 26 dec that below 2000 on debit card will be not charged any amount but have been charged.90 percent. Have been told by your appointed member a wrong information. Kindly ractify the error at your end. Because the delay in installation is at your and and not from my side so why shall i suffer.

                                        Been a merchant for a year and asocoiated with mswipe for last one year.. Of late, there is an issue on amount deduction over each transcations i make with my customers.. Its been 48hrs since i shared my mobile number and device serial number with them on mail for the issue to resolved, yet there is no response from them. I condemn tis and requesting them to relieve me from all sorts mswipe connections.. Kindly take back the device as well...

                                        I am using your pos machine that is really sucks now and i have been said it will get changed but afyer that no response from your helpdesk or ur agents..

                                        If my problen still continues i really dnt wannt continue with your services.. please remove my pos
