National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaint murthal toll plaza

Murthal toll is very unorganised. They are charging toll charges but not giving any facilities. There is no separate fast tag four wheeler line while you are going towards delhi. And there is a separate fast tag line for four wheeler while you are going towards panipat. But two wheelers r coming in these lines. Yesterday one bike has hit on my car while i going fast tag line. Had a very heavy dent on my new car. Had taken with the toll security team, all of them has taken this very casually and reverted they can't stop the entry of two wheeler. Also told that these kind of accidents r happening regularly.

I'm at Agra Jaipur highway I passed road section dausa to Jaipur toll plaza I asked 12hrs slip but it was regreted by the toll attendent and he charged me Rs. 60 for on side and said "if you even just return back, you'll be charged again."

In Agra and their surrounding area all toll plaza has closed their fast tag lane, and they also misbehave with the customers having fast tag card. They told customers to que in normal lane.and they said that machine is not working that's why you have to pay cash.

Staff behaviour is very rude. They even don’t know how to talk with someone.
I asked the plazza girl to change the damage note. She refused and says “Yahi hai hamare pass, lena hai to le nahi to ja”.
And I complain about her behaviour to her supervisor, he said “Hume aise he bolna aata hai, ab nikal yahan se”.
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
Murthal toll plaza is literally unorganized. Fast tag lanes are not properly maintained it is long process instead of the fact that we have fast tag. We had to wait 30 mins instead of having fast tag. The authorities charge so much from us but we it comes to facility then there is poor response or negligible response. I request concerned authorities to look into this matter, atleast try to look into such grievances. Hoping for the best in near future .

Murthal Bhavan toll is the worst. Today had to wait 10 minutes in one lane as the fastag scanner wasn’t working. The toll employees then asked the cars in the lane to move to the adjoining lane. When our car reached the adjoining lane - the car closest to the toll gate refused to pay toll.
Meanwhile the lane we had left suddenly started working and cars started going through that lane.

Then after another 10 minutes - those employees came back to our lane and asked us to go back to the original lane.

Faulty scanners, blocking traffic on lane, people refusing to pay toll. All this is just utter chaos. Experiencing such things makes you want to create a ruckus & not pay the toll as these guys don’t provide any service.

Most of the times - they have newbie employees who don’t have any training, fastag scanners that don’t work - leading to unnecessary traffic and wait times of at least 5-10 mins near the Toll plaza
