I have traveled many a times to mangaluru paying bramarakutulu toll
Place. I found that toll is not collected in appropriate way, it's
Being collected only from few honest people, rest other travelling
Without paying the toll. Even the people who are standing there for
Collecting toll is showing arrogance with those people who...

We humbly request to you and your organization. We run our hotel aagaman at nh8 darjipura but there has a problem.

Due to this jagdish farsan hording our hotel location hide. And some truck stay whole night beside hording.

It's our commercial zone. Jagdish farsan outlet away from the place is 1.5 km. So i hope accept our complain and take action against the hording and the vehicles which stay whole night at our area.

Please help us to remove highway vehicles from our location and hording too.

Vehicles which pass from this road are facing lot of problems due to this damaged road. Please do the needful in repairing this road urgently. whole the road damaged from behror to gurugram, about one feet dig near the sidhrawli, on hero cut dharuheda you make a resistence which is dangerous for two wheeler, whole the flyover are damaged, why you take the toll charge RS- 130 on sahajahanpur and RS - 65 on kherki toll tax.

On my way from lucknow to raebareli through na 24b at the only toll booth named dakhina shekhpur toll plaza on 02 august 2018 at 04:41:16 pm, first of all they keep hurdles which annoys the most and sensors are every time off and today when i asked to keep them on the worker there said kya hai 'what' so rudely then an other bald man came into scene and said 'ae chalo' which was too rude and he further on misbehaved with me. 2-3 minutes of mine were wasted there. And it's the same story everyday. I want the most strict action to be taken. You people can check the footage of cctv there. And i want to get informed of what actions are taken against. It's so annoying everytime. We use fastag for smooth travel not for this nuisance that your workers create.

Is local people also have to pay for the toll gates? Even for crossing on daily basis. Past 3 years nobody collected money for the local people with local registration cars. But from today they are telling some contract which i don't see as they didn't renew or even clean the road. Iam seeking information on how local people can exempt from the daily rates as it is mandatory for us to cross this toll even for our daily routine

I have fastag montly pass of toll plaza ladowali (between highway ludhiana and phillaur )for vehicle no PB08DM1014.but from last few days, Rs 120/- is debiting from my paytm wallet on every time when i crossed instead of debiting from my montly pass. I have registered subjected complaints no for unnecessary debits. Kindly revered the amount and resolve the issue because i am facing problem on daily basis which is effecting my job punctuality.
The Complaints no are 222908, 222914 and. 222918 for unnecessary debits

They donot have proper staff. They misbehave me many times. They also donot have proper fasttag staff. They always create issues while making monthly passes. Sir I was traveling with family and house hold from Delhi to palsana and then palsana to Jaipur, but from Delhi to Palsana no toll was collected from me but from Palsana to Jaipur at Tatiyawas toll palaza toll was collected from also the clerk insulted me, please take necessary action and confirm me, I will go up to PM of India.

Murthal toll is very unorganised. They are charging toll charges but not giving any facilities. There is no separate fast tag four wheeler line while you are going towards delhi. And there is a separate fast tag line for four wheeler while you are going towards panipat. But two wheelers r coming in these lines. Yesterday one bike has hit on my car while i going fast tag line. Had a very heavy dent on my new car. Had taken with the toll security team, all of them has taken this very casually and reverted they can't stop the entry of two wheeler. Also told that these kind of accidents r happening regularly.

I'm at Agra Jaipur highway I passed road section dausa to Jaipur toll plaza I asked 12hrs slip but it was regreted by the toll attendent and he charged me Rs. 60 for on side and said "if you even just return back, you'll be charged again."

In Agra and their surrounding area all toll plaza has closed their fast tag lane, and they also misbehave with the customers having fast tag card. They told customers to que in normal lane.and they said that machine is not working that's why you have to pay cash.

Very un-organized...!!!
Staff behaviour is very rude. They even don’t know how to talk with someone.
I asked the plazza girl to change the damage note. She refused and says “Yahi hai hamare pass, lena hai to le nahi to ja”.
And I complain about her behaviour to her supervisor, he said “Hume aise he bolna aata hai, ab nikal yahan se”.
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

Murthal toll plaza is literally unorganized. Fast tag lanes are not properly maintained it is long process instead of the fact that we have fast tag. We had to wait 30 mins instead of having fast tag. The authorities charge so much from us but we it comes to facility then there is poor response or negligible response. I request concerned authorities to look into this matter, atleast try to look into such grievances. Hoping for the best in near future .

Murthal Bhavan toll is the worst. Today had to wait 10 minutes in one lane as the fastag scanner wasn’t working. The toll employees then asked the cars in the lane to move to the adjoining lane. When our car reached the adjoining lane - the car closest to the toll gate refused to pay toll.
Meanwhile the lane we had left suddenly started working and cars started going through that lane.

Then after another 10 minutes - those employees came back to our lane and asked us to go back to the original lane.

Faulty scanners, blocking traffic on lane, people refusing to pay toll. All this is just utter chaos. Experiencing such things makes you want to create a ruckus & not pay the toll as these guys don’t provide any service.

Most of the times - they have newbie employees who don’t have any training, fastag scanners that don’t work - leading to unnecessary traffic and wait times of at least 5-10 mins near the Toll plaza

Construct escalator lift for both the side to cross the road from one place to another. We are facing high traffic due to saravana store, which is situated poonamallee trunk road next to porur brdge. People are always crossing the road. Due to this heavy traffic were faced in peak hours. For each day it took 45 minutes to cross this road.in this same way the dlf it park also has the same issue. Please construct the escalator over there and release the tension for the people. Please save their lifetime with atleast less amount to spare for the traffic signals. For an average without traffic we can reach any place in chennai atleast 40-45 min. But nowadays it took almost 2-2.5hrs to cross the chennai with heavy traffic. Is there any plan to reduce the traffic. Above all these question i need a clear explanation for how we can reduce the traffic and give some joy to our people? Please construct the escalator lift for both dlf and saravana store

I am a frequent traveller from delhi to chandigarh and i use nh1 for it. There is a new toll at murthal, haryana on nh1 which has a dedicated fastag lane. But this lane allows all types of vehicles. There is no one to check the tag of vehicles. When i enquired about this, the toll collector said that there is no instruction to block other vehicles. No penalty is being charged for violators. This is not acceptable and needs to be looked into at priority.

I am daily traveller to nabha from panchkula, i use my car pb65 u 4564 for travelling. I pass through two nhai tolls, falling between zirakpur and rajpura and second toll fall between rajpura and patiala. To save time i have taken fast tag services.in contarary to this every day once or twice we face problem of vehicle entering into fast tag lane without fast tag sticker. This is wastage of time for us also when we make complaint at booth, we get an answer that attendant has gone for wash room or for breakfast or dinner.
How it is possible, please look into that also check road is very bumpy and bad near chitkara college bridge and worst in front of tata show room (1 km before toll plaza between rajpura and patiala while coming from rajpua.

We pay toll charges and this newly built road where toll has started from april 2018.

This is taken seriouly otherwise two wheeler driver or pillion rider may loose their precious life or may get serious injuries.

I was on jaipur delhi highway and suddenly a cow appears from nowhere. It could have been a major accident but somehow i managed. I had to apply sudden brakes. It was my luck that there ws no vehicle around me. This is a very serious problem. Kindly take care of the issue and resolve it asap
If nhai is charging so much of toll tax then at least take care of these basic things.

I am a fastag user. At "pampampallam toll plaz" knrcl walayar, they discourage to use the fastag track everytime. We have fight to the securuty at entry point to open the barricade. Even they were about to manhandle us today.
I have all the video footage or the snaps of the barricade on the fastag track.
If fastag s not allowed or not working, they should keep a sign board-no fastag srvice.

Today when i was travelling, i crossed dasna toll plaza at 29.30 sect. Km 27, 643 at nh-24 in state uttar pradesh. Here whole toll plaza is mismanaged. They ask me for toll and i paid but they not provide any receipt. Despite of asking from them several time. Later on return journey when i crossed toll. They again asked me for toll without any receipt. After lots of argument finally they provide me receipt. When i checked receipt i found that they have given me wrong receipt (Showing wrong time of receipt generation). This is not first time i observed many times on this toll. I also observed they ask for toll only those vehicles, whom they find soft target. Nhai should. Control these type of toll plaza

As we reached the toll plaza at panikoili, section: chandikhole-bhadrak, a number of 3 bushes and two muvs are waiting in front of our vehicle the staffs provided by prakash asphaltings & toll highway (I) ltd are so inefficient to take the fee and give receipts in time. Every time we came to this toll plaza they delayed to provide service in time and if we tell something the staffs misbehave us using very bad language.

Dhank toll plaza is ex.servicemen ( Ex. Army) take toll tax from showing ID.
They not following rules for the government.

Showing a Id card in toll plaza but they are take a toll tax. They asked your are pay the tax.

Many people have raised issues and complaint against kini toll naka, but the government has not taken it seriously.
It is run by local gundas, who don't listen to anyone.

Main issues at this toll is as follow -
1) they don't give return ticket despite asking for it.
2) they don't give any monthly pass or concession as other toll.
3) they don't consider even if a local person who is not influential if has to just cross that toll for local work.
4) people are very arrogant and usually replies - you can complain to anyone, things will not change here.

Most people are fed up with their gundagardi. No action was taken on them so far.
When mr. Gadkari said to the public that no toll will be charged within 12 hours, they openly put board - what mr. Gadkari said is not applicable for kini toll naka.

We Were At The Surat Navsari toll and the atm machine wasnt wworking and we didnt carry cash. the toll member took our card and left us unattentended aside we were time bounded... he didnt also inform us about the machine it was rude and extremely careless behaviour. he kept us waiting.

Always heavy vehicles standing on service road in this particular area. Even two wheeler vehicles also difficult to pass from this area, causes serious accident in this area. So please look in to the matter. Location :N.H No. 48 Service road from Dhiraj & Sons, Vapi to Vapi Char Rasta.
