      I had placed medicine order #[protected]A from Netmeds account ([protected]) on 31st May which was supposed to deliver between 1st and 2nd June. I have been calling Netmeds customer service repeatedly for last 3 days and requesting to expediate the delivery but everything went in vain. In fact now the committed delivery timeline is also lapsed but the order is still not delivered and your customer executive doesn't have any answer when it will get delivered.

      This is really pathetic service even after repeated request I don't have any clue when the order will be delivered even the committed delivery date is lapsed.

      I sincerely request you to look into this matter and help to deliver the medicines ASAP.

      Oh now you wake up, there is no point in responding to the complain after the order is delayed delivered by 4 days. So in short all the complains and escalations went in vain, utterly pathetic service by netmeds.

        The medicine Prothiaden 50mg Tablet 15's (Quantity: 2) from Order ID[protected] was returned immediately after receiving it. I was told that the refund is issued; however, many weeks have gone by and the amount is not reflecting in my account. I have contacted the customer service department several times and each time I am told that the refund will be processed soon. Yet, nothing the money is not in my account. Please refund the money at the earliest! The company is cheating.

          Item supplied by Netmeds vendor was different against the ordered item and hence returned. Vendor is not willing to issue a reverse package note and is not refunding miney. He insist that I can purchase other medicines worth the amiunt paid and he will not refund money.
          Issue raised with Netmeds but nothing happened. My order was with Netmeds and the vendor was chisen by Netmeds. Hence, Netmeds should ensure that the vendor refunds the amount collected and should be black listed.

            I ordered a product form netmeds. Delivery boy didn't deliver my product and he also returned my product but not received my refund money.

                Hi,
                I ordered medicine from netmeds on urgent basis. At checkout page it shows order will be delivered within 2 days. So, I ordered it on 26th May 2022 and the page displayed EDD 28th May. I was waiting for my order and continuously tracking it but there was no update for 2 date i.e. 28th May. I contacted Cs multiple times they told that order will deliver by 29 and EDD is 29th. Today is 29th and still i've not received the medicine. Today I saw new EDD in my order i.e. 28th-30th May. Contacted CS, the lady told me the same. When I directly contacted to courier partner they told that EDD is 2nd June.
                One more thing the product is shiping from warehouse which is not more than 600kms. Still thay are taking time like it was shipped from another country.

                What kind of professionalism is this? Are they serious about there jobs? Netmeds making customer fool and their CS are also not helpful. Pathetic service. Too much disappointed. Did 1st order and it was worst.

                  Sharing my first encounter with Netmeds and the way Netmeds team behaved till now:

                  1. I ordered a few medicines on[protected].
                  2. Requested to return the same on[protected].
                  3. After multiple follow ups with NetMeds via Chat, Email and calls, finally the return pickup was made on[protected].
                  4. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. Neither I get any confirmation nor do I have any request ID. Even If I login to NetMeds, I don't have any updates.

                  [protected], [protected] are a few ticket numbers raised for return order and for refund none of you chat executives provide me any ticket id.

                  Every time i chat with customer care they have only 1 answer "As it's COD order it will take 2-3 weeks to get the amount refund".

                  I dropped an email to the grievance officer but no response.

                    Your team has sent another email saying the transaction has initiated on 21st may .
                    This is one of the hopeless service that you're providing. 20 days got over still the refund payment not done

                        Here is my issues, placed the order on saturday 21st May 2022, Estimated delivery was 22nd May 2022, I had called netmeds call support 22nd asking for order status, he assured me of delivering it by EOD same day, FAILED to deliver, I called 23rd Morning, he said escalated again will be deliverd by EOD, FAILED to deliver, again at evening i called since no change in order status, he also said same thing, I asked them to connect to superiors, they could not do that, and now again i called i get the same answer your order will be delivered asap, but no feedback received by them on previous tickets raised by me.
                        Now again on 24th I called them the response is still same, such a useless call support and false promised made to customer to make them order in neTmeds app.

                        Is this how you guys work ?, How many times you expect us to call ? Are we dealing with medicines or groceries ? @netmeds

                          Hi my father is a diabetic patient for daily use he needs medicine first time I order using netmeds app and paid online and the doctor also been approved for prescription I ordered on 16 may 2022 and the estimated delivery was 17-18 and today is 23 please take some action because this is very needy medicine for a diabetic patient.

                            I have placed an order in Netmeds, on April 17th, but the medicines aren't delivered. The next day, I receive a notification stating my order has been declined without stating a reason, and I didn't receive any refund till now. Even the order has been vanished from the list of orders. I had tried contacting them several times, but no response. I had placed an order again, after two days, but cancelled it immediately, with the fear of loss again. I had attached the order details about the re-order too. I had ordered it on 19th, but the delivery status is showing between 18th to 19th and I don't understand how it possible. I hope this complaint could be seriously considered and been resolved, as there are many complaints on the similar issue, left unattended since long.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              This is Elambarithi from Tamilnadu, I have booked a doctor consultation in the early morning, but I didn’t receive any calls from your side. I have called the customer support at 9.15 am in the morning, a lady from there told me that you would receive a call in next 30 minutes. But I didn’t get. Again at 9.50 am I have called the customer support, a guy told me that you would receive a call in 2-4 hours. I have waited till evening, no one has called me. Again by 6 pm I have made a call to customer support a guy over there told you would receive a call in next one hour for sure. But I didn’t receive that. Again at 7.30 pm called the customer support they repeated the same . I’m a netmeds subscriber, I feel like I got scammed now. Gives me a frustrating experience!! Don’t know whether I would get a response for this. To be honest I have subscribed pharmeasy before if doctors gave a time schedule for consultation they would have call on time!! Bug one of my friend suggested this app to give a try. But I have a horrible experience, once my subscription got over I would never subscribe again🙏🏻

                                      I have placed order on april 12 th 2022 for my mom from her mobile [protected] dabigat150 MG-15 pax but they have cancelled my order and I didn't receive my refund till now. I have contacted them through all modes, emails phone calls and attachments them my bank statement and phoneme statement ( original mode of payment) but the only answer they said was refund initiated and will come to the source account in 1-9 working days. And some time they even said, they reinitiated the refund . They kept on saying the same answer again and again trying to cheat me.
