Here is my issues, placed the order on saturday 21st May 2022, Estimated delivery was 22nd May 2022, I had called netmeds call support 22nd asking for order status, he assured me of delivering it by EOD same day, FAILED to deliver, I called 23rd Morning, he said escalated again will be deliverd by EOD, FAILED to deliver, again at evening i called since no change in order status, he also said same thing, I asked them to connect to superiors, they could not do that, and now again i called i get the same answer your order will be delivered asap, but no feedback received by them on previous tickets raised by me.
Now again on 24th I called them the response is still same, such a useless call support and false promised made to customer to make them order in neTmeds app.
Is this how you guys work ?, How many times you expect us to call ? Are we dealing with medicines or groceries ? @netmeds
