I have ordered medicine on the netmeds portal using payment option of Paytm Postpaid. My payment has also got deducted for Rs. 1868/- on 29.05.2022 for which the order status on the Netmeds app is showing it has been declined.
Since than i have raised ticket also on the netmeds portal. My ticket No is [protected] registered on 31.05.2022. After that i have recd. confirmation of order which has been placed is correct order & due to some technical issue, it is not been processed.
Today on 17.06.2022, I have raised complaint no. [protected] with the customer care executive based out in Chennai from my registered mobile no. [protected] only.
Kindly register a case with Netmeds for not honouring the Customer Order & holding back the refund for 19 days after placing of order.

Complaint marked as Resolved Without refunding back the money for the declined Order (as per Netmeds app on mobile), they are just passing the time by raising the tickets on ticket.
They have registered two ticket No. 6546690572 (dt.10.06.2022) & 6540041146 (dt. 31.05.2022) for the same issue but still the amount has not been refunded back in my account.
They have also raised complaint on 24x7 helpline with No. 6554438299 dt. 17.06.2022 for query resolution.
They are just not resolving the issue & holding back the money since last 19 days.
Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
