I've ordered this cream called Acnestar on 18th June evening and today is 25th June, and I've still not got the delivery, although I was told that delivery will take place in 19th or 20th June... And the most disgusting part is that the product is in the same city as i am .. kindly make them deliver my product asap, . They did the same with one more product of mine which eventually i had to cancel because these are Medicines and medicines need to be delivered fast...

            I had placed an order[protected]A) of common 12 items on 14th June and whilst placing order it was mentioned will be delivered by 17th of June. It is 22nd June and still orders are not processed. They also cancelled some medicines stating out of stock but no refund was made. I have made several calls and sent several emails but there is no luck.

            1) If medicines are out of stock why does it accept order and take payment, , in this way you are holding back consumer money. I am just a single customer and imagine the population of India so that money which is paid is with the company for days and weeks it can become a significant amount in no time.

            2) How do you refund to NRI customers ? I am an NRI customer and you can deposit money back into an NRI account so what happens to that money ?

            3) What are the penalties for non-compliant to what is stated.

            i have been chasing since 17th June now still no luck i have already shared details on the refund was rejected coz you can't deposit money into nri account. I suggested deposit into my NetMeds Wallet it was not accepted as well. njoi with INR 222 imagine when the number multiples with thousands of customers use that money to invest for few days gain and return money back to customer it is a traditional deception game.

            the only reply i get we will get back and i get an automated email saying i have not responded in 24 hrs they will cancel the request.

            Finally I can confirm to have received the Refund after about 2 weeks. I will assume this was a new kind of a case and would receive a better response should a similar issue occur with myself of others.

              My experience with Netmids is pathetic and killing experience. I ordered medicines for my grand father who is cardiac patient and running his life with the medicines. Netmids team doesn't know when medicines will be delivered. Customer support team keep raising for everything and it is of no use. They did not even care of taking action and also suggested me to cancel the order. I sent email to their escaltation team to get the help and no response from the escalation team.

              Did you read the message i posted. I said already communicated to your team. What is the point of sending an email. Do you really think it will be taken care. It is funny... I communicated through all kind of channel to get assistance, no one cares to give their best.. all negligence.

              I sent an email to escalation mailer, they didn't even respond for 24 hrs and I had to send another email to just get their response.

              Being into critical medical field, you don't care to send medicines on time.

                  I really regret buying from netmeds, I received the wrong order, when I asked for replacement or refund they just keep on replying we have forwarded your request to the concerned team but one week passed by and I did not receive any reply. Later they started threatening me that I should reply to mail or else they will close ticket in 24 hours. I already replied to their mail and continuosly sent them reminder, still after 6 days they are mailing me that they have not received any reply. I regret buying from netmeds. If they deliver wrong product you will not receive replacement nor refund and it will be waste of your money. So please do not buy from them.

                    Rosuva gold delivered other than Rozagold.

                    Netmeds has supplied the medicines other than what was ordered and prescribed by cardiac specialists. It has already been more than 2 weeks since we tried reaching out to you. I have contacted your team more than 4 times, and I always hear the same response.

                    "We have escalated it, and you should hear in 24 hours"

                    A heart patient needs these medicines everyday, and you not taking any actions for weeks gives a sense of ignorance, carelessness and pathetic service. This has been the poorest online customer service I have ever encountered. I will give low ratings to Netmeds on all online platforms available.You have already lost a customer now. I'm never going to order again.

                    This being our last transaction, I would ask you to re order new medicines and take these one back.

                          I ordered the medicines on 17th june, since then the order tracking status is showing consultation scheduled. Medicines are to delivered on time. This is not the service i expected from the netmeds after placing my first order from their app. Look into this urgently, i cant wait more as the order amount is about 4300 Rs fearing that they would be drown.

                            Your Netmeds order id[protected]ASO1 has been placed on 14.06.2022, but we have not received any delivery of yet. I am waiting so many days 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. When i track the product it's show out of delivery. It's repeat every day..
                            I tried to contact with delivery agent but any details of delivery agent.
                            At least I calling to Netmeds customer care but they have no patient to listen my complaint.

                                I had ordered an ointment on 13th June which obviously I needed as soon as possible. Since it showed delivery date to be 14-15 June I went ahead with ordering.
                                But today its 19th and I haven't received the product. I have called the customer service multiple times but nothing could be resolved.
                                Infact, on 18th I asked the executive to cancel the order but even that hasn't been updated on the app and now it shows out for delivery. Now that I have already bought a product I dont want one more. The product is prepaid and I want my money back.
                                From today morning, I have been calling on the Netmeds helpline number and it simply drops me off the call if I wish to talk to the representatives.

                                This is extremely unprofessional, has caused mental harassment, delayed the treatment of my wounds.
                                Atleast arrange for my money back with updated cancelled status on the app.

                                  I have ordered medicine on the netmeds portal using payment option of Paytm Postpaid. My payment has also got deducted for Rs. 1868/- on 29.05.2022 for which the order status on the Netmeds app is showing it has been declined.

                                  Since than i have raised ticket also on the netmeds portal. My ticket No is [protected] registered on 31.05.2022. After that i have recd. confirmation of order which has been placed is correct order & due to some technical issue, it is not been processed.

                                  Today on 17.06.2022, I have raised complaint no. [protected] with the customer care executive based out in Chennai from my registered mobile no. [protected] only.

                                  Kindly register a case with Netmeds for not honouring the Customer Order & holding back the refund for 19 days after placing of order.

                                  Without refunding back the money for the declined Order (as per Netmeds app on mobile), they are just passing the time by raising the tickets on ticket. They have registered two ticket No. 6546690572 (dt.10.06.2022) & 6540041146 (dt. 31.05.2022) for the same issue but still the amount has not been refunded back in my account. They have also raised complaint on 24x7 helpline with No. 6554438299 dt. 17.06.2022 for query resolution. They are just not resolving the issue & holding back the money since last 19 days.

                                    I placed an order of medicines with Netmeds on 1 June the expected date of delivery was 4-5 June, but I didn’t get the delivery till 7 June, so I called them they cancelled the first order and placed the second order from their end on 9 June it’s 17 June today and again same thing happened the delivery is showing as RTO I wrote mail to them that I do not want the medicines now refund my money but neither they are refunding the money nor they are delivering the medicines I have gone through so much of mental agony and inconvenience because of them Netmeds should be penalised for this unprofessional behaviour and I should be given compensation as well as refund from their end

                                      I had made medicine purchase of 1019.67 INR twice from Netmeds app on 13th June 2022.Payment was successful on both occasion and was confirmed by Phonepe as seen in attached screenshots.After chasing for 3 days, NEtmeds confirmed that they received 1st payment of 1019.67 INR but kept on saying they are yet to check for 2nd payment of 1019.67 INR.

                                      Despite Numerous follow up from Customer support, no satisfactory response was received.

                                      I have attached all possible related evidences from my end here.
