Missing Product and not refunding the amount

Not happy with Netmeds services, I placed an order thru mobile application on 23rd June with order ID:[protected]M with estimate delivery time of 2-3 days i.e 26th June and I faced challenged with two things
1. Promo code not applied at the time of placing the order
2. Order not delivered on time

Regarding Promo code I called the customer care executive on 24th June and he promised me that difference...

Money debited order not listed

About Netmeds fraud.

I made a prepaid order on 24th June 2022 with transaction ID- T2206241114269339007064 but they didn’t send me my order or refund my money. Also they are not updated my order status. They are sending their promotional mails and messages but didn’t send me any messages regarding my order or refund. Their customer service is very bad....

Partial order

I have ordered regular medicine on 20 Jun 2022 at netmeds.

Incomplete order

Netmeds — Incomplete/partial order

I have ordered regular medicine on 20 Jun 2022 at netmeds.
Medicine I have ordered all important medicine and it's for Diabetic...I can not keep my 71y mom for a single day without Medicine.

Netmeds delay in delivery as always

Payment done but order not processed

I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 25th Jun 2022, for which the payment was made using Gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have sent the reference number in the complaint.
I tried to get in touch with the customer support...

My online order containing a cream called Acnestar

Address:Indore.

I've ordered this cream called Acnestar on 18th June evening and today is 25th June, and I've still not got the delivery, although I was told that delivery will take place in 19th or 20th June... And the most disgusting part is that the product is in the same city as i am .. kindly make them deliver my product asap, . They did the same with one more product of mine which eventually i had to cancel because these are Medicines and medicines...

Deducting the money for my medicine the order details was missing

I bought some medicine from netmeds and i paid the exact amount via phone pe and it was successful but when I opened the app the order details was missing and there was no sign of it....
