    I have ordered my medicine on 27 June and it should be delivered by Qwik Courier on 28 June. But even after 7 days it's undelivered. I have sent an email at [protected]@netmeds.com but I have only received an auto generated reply. I have not getting any solution for that. Tracking number is also showing invalid at qwik courier site. It is requested to please help to for the delivery of my medicines or refund my money.

      This company is a big fraud.
      On 25 june i placed an order for pentasure2.0 protein supplement, against which i recoved a wrong product pentasure high protein.

      My mother is a cancer patient and also on dialysis.
      We cannot give high protein to dialysis patient.
      My mother is totally rely on pentasure2.0 for her food requirements as she is been feed through tube.

      I raised several complaints and requested to change my product but nobody is resolving ny issue.

      I want my money back now.
      Am done with you guyz
      You people are heartless who doesn't evn get somebody's genuine concern.

          Ordered Medicine through Netmeds . Medicine requirement was immediate. Checked other sites it was showing 2 July and in netmeds it was showing 28 to 29 th July22 . But delivered on 1st July'22 after noon .
          Since showing less delivery time, opted for this site netmed .
          My father is heart patients. His legs got swelling due not taking this prescribed medicine .
          I stay away from them in chennai and cannot buy them medicine with my physical presence .

          This is serious concern to be solved on priority to save human lives .

            Not happy with Netmeds services, I placed an order thru mobile application on 23rd June with order ID:[protected]M with estimate delivery time of 2-3 days i.e 26th June and I faced challenged with two things
            1. Promo code not applied at the time of placing the order
            2. Order not delivered on time

            Regarding Promo code I called the customer care executive on 24th June and he promised me that difference amount of 25% will be credited to my account with in next 24hrs or before delivering the medicines. Again on 25th June I called the Customer care executive regarding the same but now I got reply that difference amount will be credited after delivery of the medicines. Today your executive told me that it wont be possible as you already received the medicines. This is very disgusting that every time you people change the statements.

            Regarding delivery of the medicines ordered medicines received in parts, already received four couriers and fifth courier is still showing in the transit hence on 27th requested Customer care executive to cancel the order and today I came to know that order is still not cancelled hence amount can not be transferred.

            In the view of same request you to cancel the remaining order. Transfer the cancelled medicine amount along with promo code amount (25%) into my original payment source.

                  3rd transaction- 28 June 2022, Rs 1575

                  For the first two transactions, I haven't received the refund yet and it's been 8 days. In Netmeds app section, only one transaction of Rs 1181.25 declined is shown and other Rs 1181.25 transaction is not show, but i shared my postpe screenshots and i spoke with postpe customer care too. They clearly stated it is the fault from merchants end i.e Netmeds

                    I made a prepaid order on 24th June 2022 with transaction ID- T2206241114269339007064 but they didn’t send me my order or refund my money. Also they are not updated my order status. They are sending their promotional mails and messages but didn’t send me any messages regarding my order or refund. Their customer service is very bad.

                        I have ordered regular medicine on 20 Jun 2022 at netmeds.
                        Medicine I have ordered all important medicine and it's for Diabetic...I can not keep my 71yr mom for a single day without Medicine.
                        Status shows medicine shipped from dt.20.06.2022 at 6.40pm Order Id is[protected]ASO2 till date
                        I received 2 medicine out of 3 and they splited my one order into 3 deliveries/ parcels.
                        When I contacted the customer service I unable to get proper response saying that give us 1 or 2 days it will be delivered but already order estimated delivery is already passed.
                        My problem in this is my mom is waiting for this medicine for a long time without taking regular medicine... In top of it if netmeds can not able to deliver, it's a responsibility that they have to intimate the patients that the medicine will not be delivered.Nothing has happened in this case.
                        So people reading this complaint request you to think twice before ordering the medicine on netmeds. ( Or any online portal ) for their own reasons they don't bother even patients pass away.

                              I have ordered skin lotion for my baby as prescribed by doctor on 21st of June, 2022 and delivery estimate was on 24-25 June but still I have not received any update about my order and even in tracking last update is of 22nd of the location which is far from here, seriously it is happening everytime I order from Netmeds, they need to understand that they are delivering medicines which are required always on urgent basis but still they are in habit of doing the same thing everytime. initially I order multiple times from my husband's account and same delay in delivery was there. company need to be serious about this as this feedback is really negative and we will from now onwards avoid using Netmeds.

                                I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 25th Jun 2022, for which the payment was made using Gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have sent the reference number in the complaint.
                                I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email and chat but the complaint left unattended.
                                Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.
