I regret ordering from Netmeds. Worst experience ever. Talked to Employees four times and conveyed that it is a medical emergency, and even then it is 10 days late. I have not received the parcel yet. I contacted customer care services and they talked very rudely and hung up the call on me. Lodging the complaint about wrongly claiming single-day delivery (Medical emergency) and fastest delivery and unethical behaviour.

    Order ID:[protected]A. I have ordered online some drugs and on instruction of my doctor to stop some drugs I requested return of drugs to Netmeds Customer Care. On the allocation order number 22TQY4S1315, based on OTP received (103706) to my mobile, Netmeds Delivery man Mr.Jeyabalan P (mobile: [protected]) taken delivery of following drugs on Saturday 11th June 2022 around 7.15 PM. (Drugs returned: Nebicard 5 mg-3 strips, Daztor 10 mg-2 strips, Minipress XL 30 mg-1 strip 30 tablets). No delivery slip issued. My mail to Netmeds Ticket No.[protected] not yet resolved. Payment yet to be refunded. Please arrange payment of refund to my applicable credit card from which order placed.

    Please refer the series of communication I am doing in this regard.

    I have placed return of some drugs on the instruction of my doctor stopped to take them.

    On my request through Neetmeds Customer Service and Netmeds instruction only for return of drugs vide allocation order number 22TQY4S1315 and on OTP No.103706 your authorised courier person Mr.P.Jeyabalan (mobile: [protected]) have taken delivery of the drugs viz., Nebicard 5 mg - 3 Strips; Daztor 10 mg - 2 Straps ; Minipress XL 30mg - 1 Strip (30 Tablets) and delivered them to Reliance Stores, Munichalai, Kamarajar Salai, Madurai 625 009 (TN) which was also confirmed by the incharge Mr.Mohammed (Mobile:[protected].

    PLEASE NOTE, SINCE THE RETURN WAS EFFECTED ON YOUR ALLOCATION NUMBER AND OTP, NO SLIP WAS GIVEN. The delivery person registered the OTP number received to my mobile Number ([protected]) which itself is the online procedure / confirmation for return delivery successfully complied.

    Hence, I request you to kindly initiate applicable refund amount to my credit card from which payment was made at the earliest. I am highly disappointed, the delay shows a lethargic behaviour and worse online service of NETMED which will spoil the goodwill of NETMEDS ONLINE SERVICE.

    Further delay, may pressure me to move for consumer complaints and claim loss for mental agony.

        I have ordered Volini Maxx 55 GM in two quantities, which consists order no.[protected]A dated 09th June 2022. Today delivery boy came to house for delivery of product. The product was not available in packet and packet was in tampered mode, the same same was given in writing to delivery boy. What's a nonsense? We have lost the trust on NETMEDS and also will advice to near and dear for same. Very disappointed for the above mentioned circumstances.

            Estimate delivery date
            passed but no delivery by qwik courier and the
            tracking number is also invalid. When i Try To Talk on Call With The Delivery guy He Refused To Talk and Misbehave With me as well, From Last 2 Days netmeds saying You'll get the product Today for sure

              I placed an order on (NETMEDS.com) 31st May 2022 and the delivery date was 4th-5th of June. But I didn't receive it on the company's given TAT. I first called them on 6th June they told me it would be delivered to you in 48 hours and "you don't have to call me again". but all words went in vain, again I call them on 9th June and they told me it will reach in 1 day with the same result. again I called them today i.e, 11th June and they told me it will reach by 14th of June.
              They just mentally harassed me with fake commitments and improper information. In company policy, it is mentioned that customers will be informed via mail if delivery was late, but they failed here too.

                My order id is[protected]A and i order 4 strips of itaspor 200 capsules All the medicines are badly suppressed.
                I don't think I am going to buy medicine I feel like I am getting some stuff from the grocery store.
                You should take strict action against the pharmacy, how can anyone give medicine so badly that the medicine is coming out as soon as the strips are opened, all the capsules are broken. Net meds company is very good, I am getting medicine from this company from the beginning
                I ask for it but I am facing a lot of problem in itaspor sir.
                All the strips are buried and sir many capsules are broken in which medicines are coming out so please provide me my refund of rupees 1040 rupees in my source account asap please reply me
                And escalation team see images ok and investigate this ok sir this is not duplicate images sir i had purchased for four strips out of which i opened one strip and saw all the capsules were broken and its medicines were coming out sir you see the images and i have put in the images of the rest of the strips All 3 are badly pressed also and how badly their boxes are also buried sir please kindly refund me 1060 rupees in my source asap see images. What is this i am customer why you send me damaged medicines see images how can i consume this all capsules broken and medicines out so dissappointed this with this itaspor medicine And I am very sorry why I ordered the medicine of this itaspor, how can someone give capsules so badly from the netmeds. I never purchase itaspor from netmeds ok Refund me 1040 rupees in source account asap

                            I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 8th June 2022 and on 10 the june, for which the payment was made using upi through Gpay. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached thescreenshot from the gpay app which states the Transaction number.
                            I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
                            Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

                                Netmeds the worst site in pharmacy, they think that medicines are not essentials, they doesn't provide the ETA properly and once it is shipped also they doesn't deliver and reports by themself as ' FailedDelivery ' blaming the customer

                                  The delivery always gets late from the estimated time. Even the tracking link that they sent is not functional and shows some error. They should provide deliveries within time and give a tracking link which works so that at least one can track where the medicines are

                                    I ordered diabetic medicines for my father on 31st may 2022 from netmeds's application and it was prepaid. The estimated delivery was 4-5th of june 2022. But i didn't get my order yet. when i check the order status it show it has been cancelled. and no money was refunded niether i got any message or mail regarding my order. when i called to the customer care help line no. of the company the spokesperson said "that the medicine was not available at that time so it has been cancelled." he said he was placing new order and money will be refunded in my netmed nmscash wallet. it has been 4 days since i called but neither my medicines arrive nor my money got refunded.

                                      Ordered medicine from netmeds. Now the order is delayed by six days. I have made 13 calls with the call center the only response I get is sir we are prioritizing your order and we are launching a complaint with the courier team every time.
                                      My order is now delayed and I'm tired of calling them. Their courier cannot find my address, The same address on which Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, etc deliver without any problem.
                                      The courier delivery person picks up the order and returns it back saying he didn't find the address without even calling the number that has been provided.

                                        I had made the payment for the order that I needed urgently but after making the payment from Paytm, I m unable to see any details in my order section, when I tried to reach Netmed through chat, calls and email they are not helping out with any resolution and disconnected the call n closed the chat and didn’t respond to mails, pathetic company
