Order not placed, money deducted

I ordered front Netmeds on 12th june 2022. My money got deducted through UPI transaction but debited from my bank account. But the order was not placed.

Netmeds Scam Courier Partner 'Qwik

Estimate delivery date
passed but no delivery by qwik courier and the

I received totaly damaged 4 itaspor strips

My order id is[protected]A and i order 4 strips of itaspor 200 capsules All the medicines are badly suppressed.
I don't think I am going to buy medicine I feel like I am getting some stuff from the grocery store.
You should take strict action against the pharmacy, how can anyone give medicine so badly that the medicine is coming out as soon as the strips are opened, all the capsules are broken. Net meds company is very...

Estimate delivery date passed but no delivery by qwik courier and the tracking number is also invalid.

The tracking nmbr is showing invalid. Is any kind of fraud is happening with coustomers of netmeds for the prepaid orders. Please deliver my order or return my money....

Order not reflected

I have made an order for lactocalamine lotion 60 ml for 115 rupees paid using Amazon pay on 27th May which had
an expected date of delivery by 31st may had attached the images for your reference When a complaint was raised I was provided with a Ticket No:[protected] Since you are not able to process the order kindly provide a refund. I have been messaging the customer service daily, please do update

Netmeds - Payment got debited , but no order placed

I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 8th June 2022 and on 10 the june, for which the payment was made using upi through Gpay. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. Product accepted for the delivery , but daily they report Failed Delivery

Netmeds the worst site in pharmacy, they think that medicines are not essentials, they doesn't provide the ETA properly and once it is shipped also they doesn't deliver and reports by themself as ' FailedDelivery ' blaming the customer

Delivery Tracking

The delivery always gets late from the estimated time. Even the tracking link that they sent is not functional and shows some error. They should provide deliveries within time and give a tracking link which works so that at least one can track where the medicines are...

Payment and delivery

I ordered diabetic medicines for my father on 31st may 2022 from netmeds's application and it was prepaid. The estimated delivery was 4-5th of june 2022. Payment done but no order showing in my order section

I had made the payment for the order that I needed urgently but after making the payment from Paytm, I m unable to see any details in my order section, when I tried to reach Netmed through chat, calls and email they are not helping out with any resolution and disconnected the call n closed the chat and didn’t respond to mails, pathetic company...

Medicines not delivered even after repeated request

I had placed medicine order #[protected]A from Netmeds account ([protected]) on 31st May which was supposed to deliver between 1st and 2nd June. I have been calling Netmeds customer service repeatedly for last 3 days and requesting to expediate the delivery but everything went in vain. Refund not credited for almost 4 weeks
