I had ordered two medicine from netmeds. One was ordered by wrong name so i returned it and they said they will refund within 2-3 weeks. It has been two month but whenever i ask for refund throgh email, they says your complain is forwarded to concerend department and it will addressed shortly. In between they said they have processed the refund into my bank acc but when i did not receive any amount into my acc then i asked them again and they said they have forwaded my issed with concerned department. This is going on since last two month and i want my fund back. Pls help

    I placed a himalaya baby care kit, but they delivered the lower version.
    It looks like its done to deceive the customer as they have similar image to product issue on other products.
    I called them few times but they say their other team looks into this. My tickets are always getting the same response with no results. Its been two weeks and still no response.
    Then their calls started to go blank after waiting, so very unfortunate that such company is surviving for these years in India.
    They are cheating customers.

      I had Placed an order on Netmeds on April 15, The product has not been delivered and from April 22nd I am following for the refund of Rs., 2, 799.They are saying that the amount has been refunded but till now i have not received my money.continuously but no respond from them.

        Order 2 items on july 6th. On july 7th received only one item. Immediately sent an email to missing department regarding the issue. Till july 11th not providing proper response and even there customer service is pathetic stating that we have escalated the issue. Not even providing the status on re- shipping the tablets or providing refund.

              I had tried to place an order worth ₹2026 medicines on 7th July. My amount got debited from my account but order wasn't placed. It's been two days I am trying to either get the medicine delivered or money refunded. The executives are just asking me to wait for 24 hours and then 48 hours. One of them had an audacity to say that my money is safe with netmeds. What is netmeds now, RBI! Atleast a confirmation that I will get the medicines delivered or not would do for me. If netmeds are just going to eat my money up and not gonna deliver the medicine then I have to place the order elsewhere.
              Complaint had been registered through mail, chat and calls- every possible way. Ticket no. [protected]. But netmeds service executive as well as the accounts team whom they forward my complaint to are sleeping. Since no action has been taken in this regards.

                The company is totally irresponsible no value for time medicine are the most important things if it could be ny other parcel then it would be other thing should a people sufferer for not getting medication. If a person had to buy medicines from the pharmacy then what sor is ned meds for if you can't deliver the item on time above that the customer care keeps on telling the order is on high priority, if it was so then why the item is not delivered on times number of times i complained about it but still the same no action rely on 3rd party courier service Qwik .

                  Bbut, it is very unfortunate to mention that i have received only one strip instead of a complete box containing a total five strips. (photo copy of order and item received is enclosed)

                  Netmeds should see the seller is doing this intentionally and harassing the customer.

                  i want my full money back and take back one strip.

                    This with reference to my order[protected]M where delivery was initially expected on 5th but I am still to receive the nebuliser and one of the respirate.
                    From 5th -8th I have raised number of complaints on the Netmeds app to cancel my request as this medicine wand nebuliser was a critical need which I have now purchased from the local medical store directly.
                    None of the Netmeds executives are able to give me a solution and I have just been dragged with the same comment from the last 3 days.
                    Please someone help to get the order cancelled and there is a definite need to take strict action against such entities dealing in critical and life saving medicines with such a lack of customer focus

                      Hi Team,
                      Doctor consultation scheduled at 07.30 PM yesterday, but till now no doctor has consulted me.
                      Followed up the same over customer care, they are very careless, asking me to cancel the order and disconnecting the call.

                      How do I escalate this issue.

So the order was returned and refund will be received. However, the refund has not been received and order is in Returned state.

                                    On 2/07/2022 at about 10 am morning, I have placed an order for 2 meds costing Rs. 183.75 and proceeded to pay it through net banking. The said payment was successful. After that I also received a message from my concerned bank that the payment was successful. However till now that is at 4/7/2022, at 7 pm the order is not reflected anywhere not I received any msg from netmeds. I ve sent 6 emails at their official email address but no response from anyone.
