I placed order on 7th july 2022 my payment got deducted but my order was declined and still they are not answering regarding refund...

Amount deducted, no order created

I had tried to place an order worth ₹2026 medicines on 7th July. My amount got debited from my account but order wasn't placed. It's been two days I am trying to either get the medicine delivered or money refunded. The executives are just asking me to wait for 24 hours and then 48 hours. One of them had an audacity to say that my money is safe with netmeds. What is netmeds now, RBI! Atleast a confirmation that I will get the medicines delivered...

The company is totally irresponsible no value for time medicine are the most important things if it could be ny other parcel then it would be other thing should a people sufferer for not getting medication. If a person had to buy medicines from the pharmacy then what sor is ned meds for if you can't deliver the item on time above that the customer care keeps on telling the order is on high priority, if it was so then why the item is not delivered...

Nebuliser and respiratory medicines order 16569206339029001M

This with reference to my order[protected]M where delivery was initially expected on 5th but I am still to receive the nebuliser and one of the respirate.
From 5th -8th I have raised number of complaints on the Netmeds app to cancel my request as this medicine wand nebuliser was a critical need which I have now purchased from the local medical store directly.
None of the Netmeds executives are able to give me a solution...

Consultation and Delivery issue

Hi Team,
Doctor consultation scheduled at 07.30 PM yesterday, but till now no doctor has consulted me.
Followed up the same over customer care, they are very careless, asking me to cancel the order and disconnecting the call.

How do I escalate this issue.

Not shipping medicines despite making payment

Placed order on 15-Jun, made differential payment subsequently, received confirmation from Netmeds on the payment, it is 3 days medicine not yet shipped.
Have been following up for medicine with Netmeds for 4 weeks, no outcome
They are cheating, for God's sake the payment is for my mother's Insulin...

Order was not delivered and now it is in returned status, have not received the refund for the same.

Order was not delivered so had called customer care, they said that if the items get damaged before delivery, they are returned back to source. So the order was returned and refund will be received. However, the refund has not been received and order is in Returned state....

Payment is successful but cant find my order in the app

I am unable to find my order in the netmeds app after the payment is successful. Customer care not responding on this. They are disconnecting the calls. When i tried to contact them....

Amount deducted from bank account but no order was placed and no refund

Address:Chennai

On 2/07/2022 at about 10 am morning, I have placed an order for 2 meds costing Rs. 183.75 and proceeded to pay it through net banking. The said payment was successful. After that I also received a message from my concerned bank that the payment was successful. However till now that is at 4/7/2022, at 7 pm the order is not reflected anywhere not I received any msg from netmeds. I ve sent 6 emails at their official email address but no response...

Medicines not delivered since 7 days

I have ordered my medicine on 27 June and it should be delivered by Qwik Courier on 28 June. But even after 7 days it's undelivered. I have sent an email at [protected]@netmeds.com but I have only received an auto generated reply. I have not getting any solution for that. Tracking number is also showing invalid at qwik courier site. It is requested to please help to for the delivery of my medicines or refund my money....

Complaint against wrong product delivered

This company is a big fraud.
On 25 june i placed an order for pentasure2.0 protein supplement, against which i recoved a wrong product pentasure high protein.

My mother is a cancer patient and also on dialysis.
We cannot give high protein to dialysis patient.
My mother is totally rely on pentasure2.0 for her food requirements as she is been feed through tube.

I raised several complaints...

Medicine Order Delay by 2 days

Ordered Medicine through Netmeds . Medicine requirement was immediate. Checked other sites it was showing 2 July and in netmeds it was showing 28 to 29 th July22 . But delivered on 1st July'22 after noon .
Since showing less delivery time, opted for this site netmed .
My father is heart patients. His legs got swelling due not taking this prescribed medicine .
I stay away from them in chennai and cannot buy them medicine...
