Dear Sir/Madam,
My prescription medicine in order no[protected]M is delayed beyond promised delivery date and customer care people are only pacifying me and doing nothing to expedite the delivery. As such I had buy the medicine locally. Kindly refund me.

    I have place complaints under two ticket numbers as mentioned above and have emailed them more than 10 times. But I'm getting the same one response from netmeds - "Please note that we have forwarded your issue to our concern team."

    But besides this no action has been taken till now from their side.

    Desirable Resolution - To give the right product and take back the wrong product.
    OR
    Refund the complete amount and take back the product.

      My Registered Mobile No. [protected]
      The following medicines has been ordered on 10th May 2022. Till now not delivered and no information about refund status . Customer care No. is not reachable.
      Nurokind LC 15 No each 2 Strips Rs. 313.86
      Reswas Cough Syrup 120 ml Rs. 81.56
      Atocor 10mg 14 No each 3 Strips Rs. 207.24
      Basaglar 100iu Cartridge 3 ml Rs. 498.75.
      These medicines are critically needed for sugar patient. It was already delayed for 4 days with out any communication of delay. If my health deteriorates due to not taking of these medicines your company solely responsible. It will be approrpriately filed in consumer court. Pl. provide the status of medicine delivery status or refund status

        Hello,

        I ordered a product in NetMeds online. Product was sold by rupees 1064. Ordered on 12 of May 2022. Now they're calling me and asking extra money, since the product price was increased. They sold for an amount and now they're asking for more money. This is unacceptable. How can they ask for more after a product had been sold.

        This product should have been delivered today but they asked more money, since I didn't agree they cancelled my order. I was waiting for the product but now thy cancelled my order. I would like complaint this and prevent this kind of cheating in future.

        When we get a price increase from the manufacturer, we reflect that increase in our pricing. Sometimes the increase comes in between the order being placed and us buying the stock to fill that order.

        If the price increased by the manufacturer then it's applicable for the future orders right. Asking extra money for what's already ordered is not agreeable.

          Order was cancelled by Netmeds on 4th May without informing or calling me saying that I did not pick up the call from doctor when I did not receive any calls, but thats OK, Main issue is I have not received the refund in my account yet even after 10 working days and once again customer care keeps giving fake promises that they would send the refund related details to my email.

            Order was supposed to be delivered on 13th May and is in processing stage from 12th May morning. Despite informing customer care multiple times regarding the delay and urgency of medicines, only fake promises about delivery were made till now (such as medicine fetched, its packed, only handover to courier is pending etc). Even now there is no urgency from netmeds side to deliver the medicines. I happened to miss my medicines due to inefficiency of netmeds and lack of co-ordination between netmeds internal teams. Customer care gives out fake promises every time where as the delivery is not even close to the status they tell us.

                Order #[protected]M Product Name - Accu-Chek Active Test Strip 100's I received 100 strips & 80% of the strips are not working.Really disappointed with the quality of the product received from netmeds I am using Accu-check active glucometer to check my mother's blood sugar levels & the device is pretty much in working condition as the strips I purchased yesterday from local medical store worked on the same device Kindly take action on the seller who supplied this product to netmeds/Me

                      How many days will it take? yesterday morning I got a call from a girl who said that she is calling from Netmeds. she asked for my mobile no. I have given it to her. I received OTP and she asked me to share the OTP that came from just dial and OTP text SMS was also not looking genuine and how do I believe that is from Netmeds? if you have an order id then why do you need OTP or mobile no number? Why is it taking so much time? I will never buy the product from Netmeds and not let my people do that. This is how you give service to their customer service.

                          Last April 24 i ordered medicine and cash debited my account but order not reflected my order status.. lot of time i call customer service and sent mail and also more than ten reminder i sent every time a got the answer was 24 hr we will clear and refund will process, i delivered payment reference number from the bank still they are cheeting every time when I call.. is there any solution wil get my money.

                            Hi Team,

                            I've an ongoing complaint regard missing items since more than a month and it has been not yet fixed. The highlight is - I've contacted 15+ times on call and emails but these people never understood this small issue and instead creating replacement order with Cash of delivery. Why should I pay for missing items to which I've already paid.
                            More than 10+ times agents were promised will create prepaid order for missing items but not actioned anything yet. Its all fake commitments.
                            I suspects - do you keep educated persons on work or lay man? Even a lay man can understand this issue.
                            You people increased my BP level and made me to fell bad in mentally.
                            I'm tired with your worst service and fake promises.
                            Everyone said 24 hours but now its more than 30+ 24hours gone.
                            Do keep sane people for this job.
                            Neither your service has quality nor have courtesy to respond properly for the query.
                            I'm tired mentally and not well. If needed I'll raise complaint to consumer court and claim my missing items along with the compensation for the way you guys treated and made to wait more than a month without medicines.
                            If give excuse another 24 hours - definitely will file case on consumer court where I'll share all my mails with them and if needed they will ask you to share call recordings to prove your worst service.

                              Why you always giving false delivery estimation date to lure customers. Like when i trying to order meds its shows next day delivery but after order placed it takes almost 4 to 5 days. In normal conditions its fine no problem. But on urgency it hurts a lots. Like i hav to go out of city on 6 may morning so i tried to order meds. Netmeds said next day delivery estimation on my pin code. So i placed the order on 1 may 05:21 am. Still my order is undelivered. In normal conditions i would ignore to complaints but when there is urgency it is sin. Know you only tell me if netmeds earlier shows correct delivery estimation date 4 to 5 days. Why would i order to them. I would choose tata1mg or pharmeasy which assured delivery almost next day. Kindly delivery my meds before 6 may.

                                    I ordered three non medicinal products from netmeds on 1st May, 2022 and the total came out to be ₹1067. I paid for it through net banking which was successful as my money got deducted from the account but order never got placed, I didn't receive any notification about order confirmation nor can I find it under the "My orders" tab on the site.
                                    I placed another order, whose ID is[protected]M with the same products and chose the COD option on 1st May too. One of the products got delivered today.
                                    I sincerely request netmeds to refund my money as soon as possible as the order never got placed and I ordered the same products again as well. I will post proof of payment below so netmeds can begin their refund transaction

                                    I ordered 2 medicinal products from netmeds on 17th july 2022 and the total amount is 260.                                         Estimate delivery date passed but no delivery by qwik courier and the tracking number is also invalid.

                                        7 days passed but i don't get my delivery. The tracking nmbr is showing invalid. Is any kind of fraud is happening with coustomers of netmeds for the prepaid orders. Please deliver my order or return my money....
