I had placed an order of 3 items on 6th May, 2022 and present day is 10th May, 2022. Out of the 3 medicines which I had ordered, I received one and another 2 are in transit. I order these items because it was mentioned that the delivery is on 7th/8th of May, 2022. One of these 2 items in transit got struck in Tamil Nadu since 7th May, 2022. This medicine is very important for me. Please deliver it as fast as possible.

    How many days will it take? yesterday morning I got a call from a girl who said that she is calling from Netmeds. she asked for my mobile no. I have given it to her. I received OTP and she asked me to share the OTP that came from just dial and OTP text SMS was also not looking genuine and how do I believe that is from Netmeds? if you have an order id then why do you need OTP or mobile no number? Why is it taking so much time? I will never buy the product from Netmeds and not let my people do that. This is how you give service to their customer service.

      I ordered some medicine on 13th april 2022, amount ₹515 debited from my account successfully but order was not placed ...then they are saying that we are refunding the amount but it's been a month i haven't received a refund yet .
      I did multiple complaints through email but my problem not resolved.

        Last April 24 i ordered medicine and cash debited my account but order not reflected my order status.. lot of time i call customer service and sent mail and also more than ten reminder i sent every time a got the answer was 24 hr we will clear and refund will process, i delivered payment reference number from the bank still they are cheeting every time when I call.. is there any solution wil get my money.

        I m also one of impacted customer like you, did u got the refund back or not yet. If not go ahead and file a consumer complaint. These people are big time cheater sitting on our money.

          I've an ongoing complaint regard missing items since more than a month and it has been not yet fixed. The highlight is - I've contacted 15+ times on call and emails but these people never understood this small issue and instead creating replacement order with Cash of delivery. Why should I pay for missing items to which I've already paid.

          Always giving wrong delivery estimation date to lure customers

          Why you always giving false delivery estimation date to lure customers. Like when i trying to order meds its shows next day delivery but after order placed it takes almost 4 to 5 days. In normal conditions its fine no problem. But on urgency it hurts a lots. Like i hav to go out of city on 6 may morning so i tried to order meds. Netmeds said next day delivery...

              I ordered three non medicinal products from netmeds on 1st May, 2022 and the total came out to be ₹1067. I paid for it through net banking which was successful as my money got deducted from the account but order never got placed, I didn't receive any notification about order confirmation nor can I find it under the "My orders" tab on the site.
              I placed another order, whose ID is[protected]M with the same products and chose the COD option on 1st May too. One of the products got delivered today.
              I sincerely request netmeds to refund my money as soon as possible as the order never got placed and I ordered the same products again as well. I will post proof of payment below so netmeds can begin their refund transaction

              I ordered 2 medicinal products from netmeds on 17th july 2022 and the total amount is 260. I paid for it through net banking which was successful as my money got deducted from the account but order never got placed, I didn't receive any notification about order confirmation nor can I find it under the "My orders" tab on the site.
              I sincerely request netmeds to refund my money or confirm my order as soon as possible.

                  I don't get my delivery. The tracking nmbr is showing invalid. Is any kind of fraud is happening with coustomers of netmeds for the prepaid orders. Please deliver my order

                  Very disappoint form this qwik delivery service.I ordered medicine 29 th June.Delivery date was 5th July.Today delivery partner called me and told that the percel has been cancelled and returned.But I don't receive any call regarding my delivery and aslo I don't cancel the order.Is this a jock with customer.Its medicine and urgent.Very disappointed experience.My order ID[protected]ASO5.Plz Look after this matter.                   Worst service ever ! It’s been 4 days I am having issues with Qwik courier. The tracking id is incorrect. Product was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours but it’s been 4 days already. Never going to order from Netmeds again. i need my refund ! Not just qwik courier, I haven’t received my other orders yet.

                  Same issue with me. My order id[protected]WSO1 was not delivered. It remained with "Qwik courier" for 10 days. Every day it will show "Out for delivery" and evening it shows "Failed Delivery". Such pathetic service from this courier company, less said better. Even tracking is not traceable. No idea what is the current status. One item out of the above order received on time. This is my first experience with netmeds. I have been ordering medicines from them for years

                  Today it's 7th day since I ordered from netmeds... The estimated delivery dates passed, even it's been 2 days the order reached my city, still it is not out for delivery. What should you guys supposed to make me do? Should I seek my refund or you are going to deliver my order?

                  Quik is 3 rd class courier company. I ordered medicine on 29 sep 2022 through Netmeds, estimated delivery date was 3 rd Oct 2022 but till date 10 Oct I didn't receive medicine . Quik delivery agent is neither trying to deliver nor trying to call . Netmeds is not also helping . Worst experience till date . Daily status turn from out for delivery to failed delivery.

                      I placed an order for two medicines on 26 April. The delivery man delivered wrong medicine instead of what was ordered. Frequent mails and frequent calls to customer care did not work. All are useless.

                      Besides above my two orders were delivered partly and No msg about the part still undelivered.
                      It is foolish to prepay to Netmeds.
                      The right way to deal with Netmeds is to place COD orders and keep other options like tata 1 mg open.

                        I order some body wash on the netmeds website and Paid from the phone pay after that in my account it's not showing any order I try search my order but it's not happening

                          Medicine ordered against my Order No. 16502633049023433WSO2 dated 15 April 2022 not yet delivered

                          It is regretful to inform you that 30 tablets o[censored]rimax Dx ordered by me against my Order No.[protected]WSO2 dated 15 April 22 have not yet been delivered till date even after a lapse of 10 days.

                          Instead of sending the above medicine ordered by me you have wrongly sent me a packet vide AWB No.[protected] through your courier XPRESSBEES yesterday i.e. 25th April, 2022 on the top of which my name and address was printed....

                              In my order (order no.[protected]ASO5) which iwas delivered on 24th April, the below medicine was missing.
                              - AB Phylline 100mg capsule, 5 strips (50 capsules).
                              I sent an email with all details to [protected]@ netmeds.com and doing follow up since last 3 days on email and speaking to customer service, but all in vain.
                              The worst customer service I have experienced.
                              I just need the complete refund of the missing medicine.

                                Have ordered himalaya baby powder. The delivery was estimated between 18-22 April 2022. It has been 25th April 2022 today but not yet received the order. Highly disappointed the way netmeds advertised and the actual delivery service.

                                  Address:Address already changed with correct PIN code.

                                  On 24/04/2022 at 9.49 p.m. I ordered 4 items of medicine vide your order ID[protected]A. I made a mistake in PIN code in my delivery address while the same was changed. The correct PIN code will be 500032 instead of 500026. Pl arrange to send the medicine in my corrected PIN code or cancel the order & return back the amount which was paid online through PhonePe so that I can reorder the medicines.
