Hi,
I have been buying medicines from long time now. From August 04, 2020 to September 05, 2020, I have returned some medicines because doctor changed some medicines and he stopped some medicines. While I returned medicines, Netmeds collected them immediately but for refund, they are not refunding money.

Total refund is 2933.58/-

But Netmeds has refunded me only 425.35./-

Everytime I remind them about refund, they either give some excuse like they are yet to get confirmation from courier partener or they give me irrelevant replies like they have added NMSCash 67/- for one medicine and 87/- for another medicine in my wallet which I can use to buy new medicines.

I told them they added only 425.35/- in my wallet instead of 2933.58/-

I have sent them scan copy of all return receipts but they are not refunding my money (2933.58 - 425.35) = 2508.23/-

I have also sent them all the details like date, challan number, order number, qty returned, rate, total. I have sent them everything. Still they are giving me irrelevant answers.

    Your delivery boy take axcess money from me and ran away. I have sent many emails from 21st to 27th sep 2020 but netmeds only sent me recorded replies. I have contacted many times to beg my own money with netmeds customer executives. But they make me many promises and makes me fool. They are not capable to refund me my own money. Netmeds.com is very fraud service company i have ever seen. They can only mentaly torture me but not refund my money.

      Delivery boy take my excess money and ran away. I have sent many emails from 21st sep to 27th sep 2020. But netmeds sent only recorded replies. I have conctated many times to customer care executive but every time they only promised me to refund my money. And made me fool. They are not capable to solve my issue. They prooved that they are such a big liars. Netmeds customer care executive is only to make customer foolish. After some period customer will stop complaining so they are replying nonsence.

            Really i upset and got bad impression from your side due to bad quality of product which i received for baby multivitamin drops. Today only i had opened the new one which i received from your side bcoz i already have some less quantity from old drops bottle. How can you guys so irresponsible for baby medicine. I have attached the photos for your reference. There is no point of waste of money but if i not checked and give to my baby means you guys only the reason for my baby condition. There is some bit particles found in medicine, I can't guess what's that. May be glass particles or what. By god grace i had checked the medicine once before i try to give. Reply for my mail or i will go to extend for this issue. Product name:VI Syneral drops.

              Hi,

              I have ordered some medicines on 18th may-20 for my mother for diabetes. But after receiving the medicines my mother sugar level was increased and doctor prescribed new medicines.

              So i requested netmeds to collect the unwanted medicines and they told that due to covid19 lockdown all pickup are stopped and they will pickup it once service is resumed and asked me to keep the medicines as it is.

              Even after a month on 17th june i had sent mail but didn't get any response and when i followed with them they gave the same reason.

              I again sent mail to them on 9th aug, 14th aug but didn't get any response.

              On 26th aug i got a mail from them that i can courier the medicines to the address mentioned in the invoice and once received they will refund the medicine money and courier charges of rs 120 to my netmeds wallet.

              As suggested i had couriered the medicines to the address mentioned on the invoice on 7th sept by dtdc express consignment no m86014351 by spending rs 200/-

              The courier was denied by the planet pharma and the courier was returned to me today on 16th sept.

              I informed netmeds about the same and they told they didn't get the courier.

              I am fed up of this as i think netmeds is fooling me around and are not in mood of refund.

              Buying medicines from netmeds is been a big headache for me as the medicines are returned to me and also spent rs 200 for courier which was of no use.

                I have ordered the product about three months ago and it shows status delivered and I haven't received any product. I raised complaint but they are keeping me in wait and not doing any actions required. The payment was maid as prepaid. Carelessness in such a matter is shameful and severely critical as netmeds deal with medicines.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have place an prepaid order on 4th Aug.'2020, but the same was not delivered up to 12 th Aug. On make numbers of efforts part delivery was one on 18th Aug and refund was bade for balance order on 20th.
                                Sorry to say prepaid order was done due to urgent need of medicine and i have got money back, where as we need medicine not money.
                                I am associated with netmades since last 5 years and sorry to notice such irresponsible service.

                                    hai lekin order covid 19 se cancel ho gaya or amount refund nahi hua. mane Customer Care se bat ki to bataya refund process initiate kar diya hai. Lekin kafi wait ke baad jab mane dobara customer care se baat ki to 16.5.20 ki email se btaya ki aap ke account me amount transfer ho gaya hai apna acc. No check karo. .Then we enquired our bank (UCO BANK KIHAR Distt CHAMBA HP IFSC UCBA0001414) as well as our mobile banking pass book about the refund of Rs. 2936 from Netmed.But they checked and denied any type of refund of said amount in our account. The capture photo of mobile banking pass book is enclosed herewith encircled specific date and amount.Please look into the matter and settle it at the earliest as the amount is valuable for such a common man .

                                      I have done payment for order via amazon pay and payment was successful. After that order is not showing anywhere.
                                      Kindly ask them to either refund my money or process the order.

                                      I ordered 4 medicines amounting to Rs 1011and the payment was through Amazon pay which showed successful with merchant order id P[protected]amazon), but i see no orders in my netmeds order history. Kindly look into it. Netmeds neither showed me any payment unsucessful as well. KIndly look into this matter asap.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I would like to inform you that i have ordered a medicine from 31st july 2020 still now not received this product.
                                        The above mentioned order id has total medicine devided 3 part, first 2 part received as per promises time cause they send this from pvt courier partner.

                                        But my one of package of this order id has still not received.
                                        They dispatched to this 31st of july still they have not to going any track report from indian speed post cause they have send this from govt courier & netmeds also told me as per email conversation the indian post & netmeds now partner for regular delivery partner so it will be not issues any more for my delivery.

                                        But daily they give me wrong promises daily and all the time by email, call & online chat also.
                                        But not showing any tracking report from indian post & not use my emergency medicine.
                                        We are choose to use online but now they dont care this for long day's but a serious medicine company.

                                        Now they have not care for this.

                                        I also request netmeds too many time, that you please reorder for this medicine from your end for urgency and your fault.

                                        So i think the medicine company have some knowledge that this is the one of big medicine online shop, so many people have to need for life medicine for urgency, its should be send a nominal time for 2, 3, 4 days as per normal but the time takes by netmeds its very higher time.

                                        Please give me the urgent resolution with proper pending medicine for urgent basis.
