This is really annoying. Am a regular CUSTOMER of Netmeds. I placed an order recently. But got a msg stating * out for delivery* on 7th of August. Still today i haven't received the order. But the status is shown as delivered. Do you ppl think CUSTOMERs r mere fools. I had been calling CUSTOMER care from the morning. Am directed by the CUSTOMER care to contact the courier person. Those ### are irresponsible craps & they are having my order & not responding to me. I need an immediate action to be taken regarding this issue. Else am filing a CONSUMER COMPLAINT. We trust netmeds for buying medicines. Delaying my order like this isn't fair. Netmeds should have handled this issue immediately. They should have immediately called S.T courier guys. But instead asking me to handle the issue is in no way justifiable. Just useless site for buying medicines though. Are you people trying to play with our patience & health??

    Dear team,

    I was order a medicine in netmeds on dated 4th august 2020, they decide expected delivery date 8th to 10th of august-20, but still iam not received the product and i track the order from in ecom express, but it shows order delivered. Iam not received any calls from netmeds or ecom express.
    And iam contact the ecom express customer they spoke ivalid airway bill.

    How is possible iam not received
    Product was delivered
    And incorrect airway bill.

    It was completely cheat the customers both netmeds and ecom express.

        My order number is[protected]mso2 which contains the following items:
        1. Zoryl m 3mg tablet 15's (4 quantity)
        2. Trinergic l capsule 15's (1 quantity)

        But i have recieved the wrong parcel which contains the following items:
        1. Susten 100mg injection 1ml (2 quantity)
        2. Kenacort 4mg tablet 10's (1 quantity)
        3. Rumalaya gel 10gm (1 quantity)
        4. Oleptal dt 150mg tablet 15's (2 quantity)
        5. S citadep 5mg tablet 10's (1 quantity)
        6. Sustanon 250mg injection 1ml (2 quantity)

        I have ordered medicines on 29 june 2020.
        On 21 july 2020 after so much waiting i have received my order and that is to be a wrong order.

        Today is 11 august 2020, still the issue is not resolved even after writing so much maills to you.

        What is wrong with you.

          I received only 1 parcel out of 2 for my netmeds order[protected]a.

          I still have not received following medicines:
          - pioplus
          - medrol
          - becosules
          - saaz

          And the app shows all medicines delivered. I have been following up since last 7 days. Still there is no positive response. This is very frustrating. Please give me refund of remaining amount.

            I had purchased an online consultation on netmeds for an eye doctor on 12th of july 2020.
            Its been a month now, and even after repeated requests i get the same response that they are looking into the matter.
            But nothing seems to be happening, i haven't received any response from the doctor or the team yet.
            If there is unavailability of the doctor or something else why take payment and not respond at all.

                  i have been following up with you team from last 2 days.
                  first the courier company did not updated anything on you app and straight away updated to FAILED DELIVERY.
                  After that chatting with your CSE he initiated the request for delivery again and today it's showing delivered and i haven't received my medicine. How can the courier company do like this.
                  Also the date of delivery is showing 20th august and on chatting with your CSE again he says the order is delivered and we cannot do anything!
                  Seriously!! i want my money back ASAP
                  i'm attaching the screenshots for your reference, just give my money back. I was a regular customer of you but after this fraud buying medicine from you is a big no no for me

                    This is not the signature of any of my family members and we do not have any security guard at our house. Only my family lives there.

                    I guess the courier person has made a major mistake in delivering medicines. Without making even a single phone call to me how can he deliver an item like medicines to some anonymous person? Rather he should have asked for the delivery code that you sent me on my mobile phone.

                    Please inquire and deliver me these essential medicines.
                    How can delivery person deliver medicines to anybody without making even a single phone call to the consignee?

                    Please refund my money.

                          With regard to the above referred ticket number about the short supply of medicine delivered to me on 15th of July. It has not been resolved even after i forming you on the same time when the item was reached in my hand. My order was for Eliqis 5mg i pack. Ie 20nos/2stips of ten tablets. And the payment was taken for one box of twenty tablets. But box in which the item was send to me was containing only one strip of 10tablets.

                          The delay to resolve this issue is not acceptable and unexpected from a professional company.

                            The issue that i have experienced was: i placed an prepaid order for my medicine on 24th july 2020 then netmeds cancelled it since that i am keep on calling them they are not listening me at all.

                            It occurred on: 24/07/2020

                            I want that someone from netmeds have a look for my issue because now when i call them out of the blue they are saying my account have suspicious activity how can any one can do any suspicious activity on medicine.

                              Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a prescribed medicine with urgent delivery request written with it from netmeds on 17th july.. But the delivery service named delhivery, never deliver it on time, usually the person calls me and asks for the otp received on my phone and then marks it as delivered without doing it, but this time he didn't call and marked the order as delivered yesterday. Despite of writing urgent delivery they took 17days already, and not delivered it and marked it as delivered! This is extremely fraudulent, and they are playing with the health and with the prescribed medicine! How disgusting is that!?

                                I placed the order on 17th july, expected date of delivery was 22nd july! It is 27th july while I'm writing this. Those medicines are for my 90yrs old grandfather! I ordered when the 6days of medicines were left! It is 4 days my grandfather hasn't received the medicines and he is a critical parkinson patient! His body starts quivering. Who is to held responsible for this delay! The courier service 'bluedart' says it wont be delivered till the 31st of july and when asked for reasons they hang up the call! I have been calling nedmeds everyday since 21st of july! Those ### are even less aware about the shipment! This is the worst kind of service! Never order again from netmeds!
                                Unless you take immediate action, we would escalate the matter further. This is mockery of CUSTOMERs order.

                                      Hi,

                                      We ordered 2 isomil baby milk powder in jun'20. The same was delivered to us on 8the june. When we opened, both the packets were unsealed. We requested for replacement. The products were picked up from us and delivery boy did not provide any return slip.in replacement two bathing soap were sent instead of baby milk powder. Now we are trying to request for actual replacement however customer care executives not ready to accept request without return slip.

                                      The product what we ordered was of almost inr 1000 whereas the soap is sent costs almost inr 450.

                                      The customer care executives come for chat, kept on waiting for long and then complete the conversation without responding to queries.

                                      Unless you take immediate action, we would escalate the matter further. This is mockery of customers order.

                                        I have requested to deactivate my account on 14th june.

                                        But still i did not get any update. Took several follow up by calling customer care. But did not get any help.

                                        It's been 1 month now. They are harrassing me regarding this deactivation process. And giving me false deadline.
                                        Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Why the process is taking more than 1.5 months?
