Hi,
We ordered 2 isomil baby milk powder in jun'20. The same was delivered to us on 8the june. When we opened, both the packets were unsealed. We requested for replacement. The products were picked up from us and delivery boy did not provide any return slip.in replacement two bathing soap were sent instead of baby milk powder. Now we are trying to request for actual replacement however customer care executives not ready to accept request without return slip.
The product what we ordered was of almost inr 1000 whereas the soap is sent costs almost inr 450.
The customer care executives come for chat, kept on waiting for long and then complete the conversation without responding to queries.
Unless you take immediate action, we would escalate the matter further. This is mockery of customers order.

This is not the signature of any of my family members and we do not have any security guard at our house. Only my family lives there.
I guess the courier person has made a major mistake in delivering medicines. Without making even a single phone call to me how can he deliver an item like medicines to some anonymous person? Rather he should have asked for the delivery code that you sent me on my mobile phone.
Please inquire and deliver me these essential medicines.
