I received only 1 parcel out of 2 for my netmeds order[protected]a dated 22 july 2020.

I still have not received following medicines:
- pioplus
- medrol
- becosules
- saaz

And the app shows all medicines delivered. Why is it happening again?

I request you to kindly resolve my query asap.

Please send medicines or refund money at least.

I received only 1 parcel out of 2 for my Netmeds order[protected]A.

I still have not received following medicines:

and the app shows all medicines delivered. Why is it happening again?

It is really very bad purchase experience on Netmeds.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve this query as soon as possible.

Netmeds.com did not deliver my complete order. They deliver only few medicines. I hate netmeds.com

I checked it.

This is not the signature of any of my family members and we do not have any security guard at our house. Only my family lives there.

I guess the courier person has made a major mistake in delivering medicines. Without making even a single phone call to me how can he deliver an item like medicines to some anonymous person? Rather he should have asked for the delivery code that you sent me on my mobile phone.

Please inquire and deliver me these essential medicines.
How can delivery person deliver medicines to anybody without making even a single phone call to the consignee?

Please refund my money.

      I made pre-paid online order of groceries worth Rs. 654.84 (including shipping charges) on[protected]. Till today, I have not received the items ordered. I contacted customer care but the problem could not be solved. I checked the status of my order and it still shows "Processing".

        With regard to the above referred ticket number about the short supply of medicine delivered to me on 15th of July. It has not been resolved even after i forming you on the same time when the item was reached in my hand. My order was for Eliqis 5mg i pack. Ie 20nos/2stips of ten tablets. And the payment was taken for one box of twenty tablets. But box in which the item was send to me was containing only one strip of 10tablets.

        The delay to resolve this issue is not acceptable and unexpected from a professional company.

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: order refund

          The issue that i have experienced was: i placed an prepaid order for my medicine on 24th july 2020 then netmeds cancelled it since that i am keep on calling them they are not listening me at all.

          It occurred on: 24/07/2020

          I want that someone from netmeds have a look for my issue because now when i call them out of the blue they are saying my account have suspicious activity how can any one can do any suspicious activity on medicine.

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a prescribed medicine with urgent delivery request written with it from netmeds on 17th july.. But the delivery service named delhivery, never deliver it on time, usually the person calls me and asks for the otp received on my phone and then marks it as delivered without doing it, but this time he didn't call and marked the order as delivered yesterday. Despite of writing urgent delivery they took 17days already, and not delivered it and marked it as delivered! This is extremely fraudulent, and they are playing with the health and with the prescribed medicine! How disgusting is that!?

              Indefinite delay in the delivery

              I placed the order on 17th july, expected date of delivery was 22nd july! It is 27th july while I'm writing this. Those medicines are for my 90yrs old grandfather! I ordered when the 6days of medicines were left! It is 4 days my grandfather hasn't received the medicines and he is a critical parkinson patient! His body starts quivering. Who is to held responsible for this delay! The courier service 'bluedart' says it wont...

              I ordered medicine worth 1600 in netmeds app through amazonpay app. Total amount is deducted from amazon pay app but the order is not placed in netmeds.

                  Hi,

                  We ordered 2 isomil baby milk powder in jun'20. The same was delivered to us on 8the june. When we opened, both the packets were unsealed. We requested for replacement. The products were picked up from us and delivery boy did not provide any return slip.in replacement two bathing soap were sent instead of baby milk powder. Now we are trying to request for actual replacement however customer care executives not ready to accept request without return slip.

                  The product what we ordered was of almost inr 1000 whereas the soap is sent costs almost inr 450.

                  The customer care executives come for chat, kept on waiting for long and then complete the conversation without responding to queries.

                  Unless you take immediate action, we would escalate the matter further. This is mockery of customers order.

                    But still i did not get any update. Took several follow up by calling customer care. But did not get any help.

                      Hello,

                      I placed an order for critical medicines (For diabetes and heart medication) on the netmeds portal on 29th of june.

                      Today is the 8th of july and the medicines are still to be delivered. Part of the order was delivered on time. But another major portion of the order hasn’t been delivered yet.

                      From tracking the order, it appears that the shipment that originated in tamil nadu went through up before reaching its final destination state of maharashtra.

                      The customer care personnel are utterly useless. They keep promising same day delivery but the package is yet to be delivered.

                      This is completely unacceptable from an online pharmacy company delivering critical medicines.

                          They took payment by showing high mrp rates and availed discount of 20%. but in actual invoice they sent low MRP products with 10% discount to compensate. How come they took payment on high MRP then actual. Please note my complain and take action please.

                              I had ordered two medicines (order id[protected]M)on 22 April 2020 and i was told that i will receive the products maximum in 17 days, but they failed to send me the products nor any information, they had CORONA on their side but i have to admit this is the worst customer service i have faced ever.                               I have order one medicine of himalaya brand in netmeds.com and paid Rs.155 via paypal application at 7:15pm on 1st july 2020 but my order is not showing in my order history. Please resolve this problem.

                                I ordered some medicines through card payment... It showed successful but when I went to "my orders" To track my order... It's showing no orders placed.
                                I Order Some Medicine. The Payment Done through PhonePe and the Payment was Successful But when I go to Netmeds app, I can’t see the Order that I’ve placed.

                                  Today on 21june I ordered from net meds worth rupees 1293/- it was paid online, amount debited from my account but order was declined.
                                  Refund shall be initiated soon.. And contact no.is not reachable
