I have ordered medicines on 20th may 2020 and paid online. Still they have not delivered my order completely. They are providing medicines from tamilnadu which is far from my area. I am living in navi mumbai, if their service location is far from my area why did they accept my order? It is not any electronic product, it is medicine prescribed by doctor. It might affect patient health and its treatment. And we cant directly contact to them only email or chat is available. At least they should accept of delay and cancel the order but that kind of response was not given till date. I am waiting for 7 days, one of order they have delivered but my course wont complete unless all medicines get delivered.

            My money got deducted from my bank account while making payment to netmeds. I have submitted all the proofs regarding the transaction. But netmeds customer care is neither picking the calls nor replying to mails. They are cheating customers by taking their money and not delivering orders. I never expected this kind of cheap behavior from a company.

              We placed order on 20 apri 2020 for 2 items. One item got delivered on 5 may apr 2020. The other items shows it has been delivered on 28 april which we did not receive yet. We have made complaints to customer service on 6 may and got ticket no. [protected]. But so far the complaint not solved yet or no refund from them.. I sent reminder email on 16 may 2020. No use...

                Today i order some items from netmeds amounting to 1284. I paid for the order through amazon pay. After paying for the order, the amount got deducted from my account. Now in the netmeds app, the order is shown as declined. But in the amazon pay transactions, the transaction is shown as successful. My money got deducted and the order is also declined. I want a refund immediately. Please do the needful

                  I ordered some items from netmeds. While paying I used Amazon pay. The money got deducted from my account but in the netmeds app it is showing as order declined. But in Amazon pay transactions, the status shown is successful transaction. I want refund of the amount debited from my account immediately.

                    Dear sir,

                    It is pathetic that i have ordered in march via order no.[protected]a. As my brother is kidney patient who undergone to a disastrous problem due to their lackluster approach.. I have followed their representatives number of time but they are misguiding n not giving correct information.. But still my payments of refund is pending. I could not make it that netmeds have locked my amount from 56 days n not willing to understand.. Why this is happening?? I am really fade up with netmeds lackluster approach towards customer service.. If my payments are not refund then i will sue in court n claim a healthy amount because of your lackluster approach in delivering my patients has suffered alot.. Which in turn put an extra burden.. Request you to please intervene so that it is not repeated with any other customers.

                        I would like to request you that i debashish dasgupta an netmeds customer had ordered an horlicks health drink powder classic malt 1 kg (Refill pack) for rs 428 and let's shake handz safety hand sanitizer 500 ml for rs 250 on 16/05/2020 by opting for the cod option but instead while checking my account details i have got to find out that an amount of 720 rs has been deducted from my account as a result of some sort o[censored]nauthorized transaction being done so i have already cancelled this order and i want to get a full refund on my account i never made an online payment so how for some strange reasons the amount has been deducted from my account

                            I had placed an order on 5th may with delivery date to be between 8 - 11may. On 8th i get a surprise that my order is cancelled and now the company has placed a new order on my behalf with no timeline on delivery dates.

                            Since then i have been trying to reach them through mails or call center and no one is replying. Please understand this is a medicine and not and item to be consumed as an when u get it n feel like.

                            Online tracking updates are also redundant and gives no clarity.

                            Moreover the amount has been charged from me and now they say that the ordercannotbe cancelled

                              Being your regular customer i had ordered my usual medicines on 24/3/20 under order no.[protected]w value irs. 1096.17.
                              But soon after lockdown 1.00 was imposed you could not deliver my medicines and you suggested if i cancel the order now, i would be credited with 25% nms supercash of rs. 274.

                              So seeing that the medicines were difficult to come due to lockdown i cancelled the order and purchased the same locally.

                              Noting that no supercash was credited within the stipulated time, i lodged a complaint and ticket no. [protected].

                              Since then i followed the matter by several mails under this tkt. No. But no
                              Solution has been found. I[censored] read my mails, i was promised the same would be credited, but nothing as yet. Of late two mails have not been seen nor
                              Replied.

                              Kindly treat this matter as urgent, since i need to order some medicines.

                                I had ordered two items vide my order i'd no[protected]a dt 16th april. Track id[protected] dt 20th april. I am yet to receive one item i. E 500 ml hand sanitizer. I had paid fully for both the items via debit card. I have received only one item out of two on 26th. After that inspite of numerous complaints and e mails they are totally silent. No response. I need the item urgently.

                                  I placed an order on netmeds on 20-march-2020 and it was delivered in first week of may.
                                  Now i don't need milk powder box as i have already bought it as per urgent requirement from other source.

                                  Now, the order status is not getting updated on netmeds app and i am not getting the return option.

                                  The product is sealed packed and worth inr 705.

                                  Kindly help with the return of the product.

                                    I had placed the order and paid amount also. Now in app there's no order for me and money also got deducted. I have sent mail to netmeds to which I haven't got any reply or call yet. Poor service. Never should have placed order with netmeds.

                                    And now as order got confirmed, one product of my order got cancelled by netmeds and I don't even have got refund yet and neither that product seems be getting delivered.

                                    They don't have proper communication also. No replies for mails, customer care call services are of no use at all.

                                      The medicine order with order ID[protected]A was to be delivered on 5 may 2020 and a message saying "your order has been delivered" came from the netmeds. But, the order hasn't arrived yet and we have done the payment online the day we ordered it and that is our concern. Please do take some actions

                                        I have placed 2 orders with netmeds on 7th apr 2020 and here are the order details

                                        These are totalling for amount of rs 6000/- and is prepaid.

                                        I get an sms / email from netmeds that the order is delivered and also the consignment tracking # also shows as delivered.

                                        I have not yet received the order and trying to reach to netmeds. Their helpline / chat / customer service email does not work and absolutely no response.

                                        This is very unprofessional and not the way to operate.

                                        Can i request or see some help regarding my orders here and provide some information.
