Hello,

I placed an order for critical medicines (For diabetes and heart medication) on the netmeds portal on 29th of june.

Today is the 8th of july and the medicines are still to be delivered. Part of the order was delivered on time. But another major portion of the order hasn’t been delivered yet.

From tracking the order, it appears that the shipment that originated in tamil nadu went through up before reaching its final destination state of maharashtra.

The customer care personnel are utterly useless. They keep promising same day delivery but the package is yet to be delivered.

This is completely unacceptable from an online pharmacy company delivering critical medicines.

      They took payment by showing high mrp rates and availed discount of 20%. but in actual invoice they sent low MRP products with 10% discount to compensate. How come they took payment on high MRP then actual. Please note my complain and take action please.

      The MRP prices are fixed by the manufacturers and we do not have any control over it. Also, the prices are updated on our website as per the latest batch procured from the vendors. If you have received an older batch and if there is any invoice difference it will be automatically credited to your Netmeds wallet.

      We request you to share the order id so that we can look into this and resolve.

          I had ordered two medicines (order id[protected]M)on 22 April 2020 and i was told that i will receive the products maximum in 17 days, but they failed to send me the products nor any information, they had CORONA on their side but i have to admit this is the worst customer service i have faced ever. Two times when i asked the status after posting the review in play store because they failed to reply on inform me in the app, they apparently sent my order back, for god knows what reason. And finally a new order was created with a new ID- NMS[protected]MRS and i received one product on 12 June 2020. And after this fiasco when it was time to refund the money i had to get behind them and through play store i was told that i will get my refund by 23rd June 2020. that date came and went and June is also over and there is no sign of my refund of 1570 Rs even after mailing and putting up my details in play store again like i was asked.
          This is almost mental assault for what I've been through i should be getting something more in return for the worst service but I'm just waiting for the rightful Money I've paid and deserve to be refunded.

            I have order one medicine of himalaya brand in netmeds.com and paid Rs.155 via paypal application at 7:15pm on 1st july 2020 but my order is not showing in my order history. Please resolve this problem.

                Today on 21june I ordered from net meds worth rupees 1293/- it was paid online, amount debited from my account but order was declined.
                Refund shall be initiated soon.. And contact no.is not reachable

                  Payment of Rs.1601.40 was made on 04.06.2020 vide Ref. No.00216883 Txn# OTHPG[protected] MOBIKWIK Gurgaon through my SBI Debit card for Netmeds order ID:[protected]A. The complaints were repeatedly made to Netmeds customer care along with screen shot of message received from SBI after transaction but they refused to refund and informed to contact to respective bank. I have also contacted with the respective branch of SBI and they also informed to contact with Netmeds.
                  I have not received my refund still now.

                  I have repeatedly informed you that Rs.1601.40 was deducted from my account and account statement and massage received from SBI after transaction were sent to you several times.
                  Hence, the refund has to be released as the order declined.

                      Since a month i am sending my grievances for my order no.[protected]w placed on 9th may. Out of six medicines ordered, they delivered 4 medicines and for remaining two medicines they created a sub order[protected]w02. Till 16th may i waited for the medicines at noida but could not be delivered. While leaving noida i doped a mail to deliver my remaining medicines at jhansi address which was updated same day on their website. Now i have sent several mails but in answer they are sending irrelevant mails and no customer executive is talking to me for which i have requested several times.
                      I request to your good self to take a hard step so any other patient like me does not suffer in future.

                              I tried paying for medicine online and in Google pay it was payment successful but in netmeds app it gave me blank screen and there was no order being placed. All items were still in my cart. But money has been cut. What should I do

                                The medicine i have is totally damaged & broken.
                                The strips were broken from which medicine were replaced from there position & it was contains moisture too.

                                      I have ordered medicines on 20th may 2020 and paid online. Still they have not delivered my order completely. They are providing medicines from tamilnadu which is far from my area. I am living in navi mumbai, if their service location is far from my area why did they accept my order? It is not any electronic product, it is medicine prescribed by doctor. It might affect patient health and its treatment. And we cant directly contact to them only email or chat is available. At least they should accept of delay and cancel the order but that kind of response was not given till date. I am waiting for 7 days, one of order they have delivered but my course wont complete unless all medicines get delivered.
