I have ordered some important medicines for my father.
Which cannot be stopped for even a single day.
Netmeds accepted and confirmed my order an accepted the money i paid via sbi net banking.
And after the 3 or 4 days of confirmation of order they just cancelled my order without giving any info regarding cancellation.
I am unable to get these medicines from my locality.
I am left with a quantity that 'll work for few days only.

    Firstly i'm checking that in my city delivery is possible or not by entering the pin code of my city app shows its possible...
    Then app accept the order accept the online payment then after a day my order was cancelled without any reason or notice and even thay inform to me by any massage or email... I am waiting for my medicine from 3 days... This attitude is pathetic... Do you think we are the fool's who is buying a medicine online making payment and waiting for delivery... Absolutely disgusting service

      Genuine review I ordered some medicine.but delevery boy said we can't serve here. And too many times i tried to call netmeds company but i can't connect theme, Actually there computer speak Tamil or something like that.. they are not speaking in English or Hindi.. so there after i call to ROC Of Chennai but ROC of chennai also not help me. Then i realise that me india me hu. Muje parcel ni milega. that's why Amazon more reliable company. Because they are an outside India company. Thank you very

        I placed an order of a medicine from netmeds.com and after placing my order the amount has debited immediately from my bank account, by later when i track my order it's showing me, my order has been declined and they didn't returned my amount back. And there is no information regarding declined orders and i didn't received any msg from there end that the order is declined and how much time it will take to refund my amount.

        Hi I placed an order on 28 Feb 2020. The Order got declined instantly but money was deducted from my account. I have attached the screenshots of the order placed with this complaint.           My order of 5 medicines of rs. 760.86 got declined.

          But the money got deducted from my account of axis bank debit card.
          I have not recieved any refund yet.

          I urge to look into this asap and get my money refunded as soon as possible or accept the order!! Please!! It's very very urgent!!

                We had placed the order[protected]a) on 8-feb-2020 and i have received the consignment on 13-feb-2020 but post opened the packet found missing one medicine (Apigate 2.5) wroth of rs 720.
                I had call the customer care and complaint for the same, where the customer care told they should have required 24 to 48 hours for investigation and given the complain no [protected].
                Post 24 hours when i called him, they said packaging dept. Not responded till the time and given the satisfactory answer.

I want my money refund ASAP. Take necessary actions against this and issue me my money . and do instruct your delivery agents to not to force us to pay via cash. This is our right to pay as we want.

                    Customer service of netmeds.com is worst. I've placed a return request of a medicine on 27th january and no one is here to pick up the return order till today i. E. 1st february. You need 5 days and more to pick up the wrong medicine then when will i receive the correct reshipment?

                    Over and about, your executives nisha and shakti are very rude and mannerless. Nisha has lied by saying that return order needs 5-7 days as per company policy to pick up, whereas company policy mentions it to be 48 hours. When confronted with this, she disconnects the call. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from customer service executives of any company.

                    Your senior executive named bishesh have calls me and apologies me about above event. He said that complaint has been raised against above two mannerless executives (Complaint no - [protected]). Also he said that tomorrow is holiday so pick up might not happen tomorrow being sunday. So now 7 days delay for return order pick up. And then you will initiate correct reshipment process.

                        I booked the medicine on 3 jan 2020, but still not received. For last three days there has been no response. When am calling the customer service they are saying they will get back to me with the status.
                        Today i spoke to the team leader named mr arvind, he assured a call by 11.30 (He said will call in couple of hours, from 9.30 am), but no call with any status.

                        I have ordered few medicines through Netmeds on 3rd January but till now I have not received my medicines. While tracking I saw it already reached to Kolkata 4 days ago but till now FedEx is not delivering the same. Nobody from their side is responding to me properly. Even the tracking Id they gave doesn't seems valid. I feel helpless.

                          Hello, i am ashwani desai i ordered a one life ginseng from netmeds and the item shows delivered on 18 december but i still dont have the product with me. I talked to customer relation ship manager parvathi c and akash as well but he was of no help to me. I finally ordered the same product from flipkart since its been already around one month on netmeds order. They say they have delivered it to some guard. Firstly i never asked them to do so and secondly the delivery guy never called me. Now if you are delivering the order to anyone then what door to door service means to you? How can anyone rely on you for the same. I want either the delivery guy to come here and recognise the person to whom he delivered or if he is lying, you refund my money or give me the same product in hand. This can be one of the reasons for 68% satisfaction while ordering from netmeds. Do it as quickly as possible.

                          The medicines hve arrived 3 days back to our destination but they are not yet delivered..the delivery agency is so irresponsible..they are not responding properly..plz change the delivery agency in our area and send to some other delivery agent..the medicines are not yet delivered..make sure they are delivered by tomorrow

                            Booked blood test via netmeds. Sample was collected on saturday morning and no updates in app until next afternoon (Even after multiple follow ups).
                            Finally response was report will be generated next day evening.
                            I am very much worried about validity of report as it won't be accurate after certain time if not preserved properly.
                            Netmeds is most irresponsible in this aspect.
                            One test was missed as well, it got added after multiple follow-ups with customer care

                              I placed two orders but i have not received any of them i paid money online. Status showing that the orders delivered successfully to me. So after seeing this fake status i claimed for refund. But they refused to give me refund. This company only cares about money they are totally irresponsible towards customer. The company is doing fraud 😠 by showing fake statuses.

                                I was ordered onetouch glucometer from netmeds website vide order id[protected]a dtd. 16.12.2019. Due to selection of wrong product i was called to customer support for cancellation. Even after complaint to netmeds they shipped the item. I was raised complaint so many times even though customer support not addressing for my query. Kindly solve problem.

                                Returned the order on dec 2 which we paid cash on delivery.
                                V following up the customer care till date but no proper response from them.

                                  There seems to be no one responsible in this company who knows how things workout. There is a company called XpressBees who deliver medicines. I ordered on 12th DEc & still the medicine is not received ( today is 17th).
                                  OF what is the medicine now ?

                                  Companies like 1mG are far better.

                                  A very bitter experience with the company with whom I was dealing for the last several years !!

                                    A doctor named sachin chheda is cheating with your company. He gives his voice consultation to other people and get it done on his name. Please see into the matter and thrash him out of your prestigious organisation or else customers will loose faith in your company. For confirmation you can see the change in number as well as voice of the consultant changing time to time in a month or two.

                                        I was supposed to receive my medicines on 13th december 2019. Today i was informed by a courier person from delhivery that he cannot deliver my medicines. Upon tracking i noticed that he has updated customer is not available. I was at home all day. He didn't visit my premises.in fact he said he can't deliver the medicines. I called netmeds immediately and i even sent a message on facebook and i was informed i will receive an update. Till now there is no update.
