My order of 5 medicines of rs. 760.86 got declined.

But the money got deducted from my account of axis bank debit card.
I have not recieved any refund yet.

I urge to look into this asap and get my money refunded as soon as possible or accept the order!! Please!! It's very very urgent!!

I was about to purchase lab test through phone pe but due to pending in transaction, the payment page get timed out. After 3 hrs 140 rs was deducted from my account but no lab test history is showing. I tried to contact netmed customer care through mail but they are not responding. It's been 15 days since i have complained. This is worst of netmed...

I have ordered visanne 2mg tablet on netmeds.com vide order no.[protected]a, dated 30th january 2020. I received my order on 3rd february 2020. But when i opened my received box, there was only on strip of 14 tablets, other strip was missing. I have ordered previously, but never got less quantity.
Kindly resolve the issue and arrange to give missing strip of tablet....

We had placed the order[protected]a) on 8-feb-2020 and i have received the consignment on 13-feb-2020 but post opened the packet found missing one medicine (Apigate 2.5) wroth of rs 720.
I had call the customer care and complaint for the same, where the customer care told they should have required 24 to 48 hours for investigation and given the complain no [protected].
Post 24 hours when i called him, they said packaging...

Customer service of netmeds.com is worst. I've placed a return request of a medicine on 27th january and no one is here to pick up the return order till today i. E. 1st february. You need 5 days and more to pick up the wrong medicine then when will i receive the correct reshipment?

I booked the medicine on 3 jan 2020, but still not received. For last three days there has been no response. When am calling the customer service they are saying they will get back to me with the status.
Today i spoke to the team leader named mr arvind, he assured a call by 11.30 (He said will call in couple of hours, from 9.30 am), but no call with any status....

Booked blood test via netmeds. Sample was collected on saturday morning and no updates in app until next afternoon (Even after multiple follow ups).
Finally response was report will be generated next day evening.
I am very much worried about validity of report as it won't be accurate after certain time if not preserved properly.
Netmeds is most irresponsible in this aspect.

I placed two orders but i have not received any of them i paid money online. Status showing that the orders delivered successfully to me. So after seeing this fake status i claimed for refund. But they refused to give me refund. This company only cares about money they are totally irresponsible towards customer. The company is doing fraud 😠 by showing fake statuses....

I was ordered onetouch glucometer from netmeds website vide order id[protected]a dtd. 16.12.2019. Due to selection of wrong product i was called to customer support for cancellation. Even after complaint to netmeds they shipped the item. I was raised complaint so many times even though customer support not addressing for my query. Kindly solve problem.

There seems to be no one responsible in this company who knows how things workout. There is a company called XpressBees who deliver medicines. I ordered on 12th DEc & still the medicine is not received ( today is 17th).
OF what is the medicine now ?

Companies like 1mG are far better.

A very bitter experience with the company with whom I was dealing for the last several years !!...

A doctor named sachin chheda is cheating with your company. He gives his voice consultation to other people and get it done on his name. Please see into the matter and thrash him out of your prestigious organisation or else customers will loose faith in your company. For confirmation you can see the change in number as well as voice of the consultant changing time to time in a month or two....

I would like to bring to your your notice that i had ordered for medicine's on 10 of december 2019 reference no is[protected] i am a diabetic and require medicine's every day i have not received the ordered medicine's and today i get a message for reshedule which i have not done this will be my last and final order to u and netmeds very sad to tell your services are very bad no contact number to trace and when called it...

I was supposed to receive my medicines on 13th december 2019. Today i was informed by a courier person from delhivery that he cannot deliver my medicines. Upon tracking i noticed that he has updated customer is not available. I was at home all day. He didn't visit my premises.in fact he said he can't deliver the medicines. This is regarding my order id [protected]aso1. I have ordered my medicine on 6th dec from netmed id but unfortunately i got phone issue due to which courier service was unable to reach, and i totally agree that from my side i have got my phone issue due to which they couldn"t reach to me on time.
But the main issue was that how could they do the blunder mistake to deliver the item to any random person, they could have cancelled...

I called the customer care to update the patient name in the invoice as i have to submit it for claim. But they are saying that it can't be changed as i have informed it after 1 month although the mistake was from their end. I just want to know where in your policy document it's written that the invoice should be updated within 1 month of dilivary? I want the updated invoice with patient name so that i can make the claim. Please solve this...

I am regular customer. Your courier person returned my order by simply saying that i have rejected this order.. I came to know this when i tracked my order online. It was really shocking for me that i have not received any call from delivery person then how could i reject my order.. Them i asked your customer care executive for reshipment then also i don't get any satisfied answers from your executive.

The product nestle resource opti powder - vanilla flavour 400 gm (Pet jar) received with two different batch number, not matching with invoice.

Batch no.: 83330451hb is not mentioned with invoice.

Also this batch no. Product is expired when delivered.

With continuous follow-up with nedmed, they are denying to accepting the return....
