I have ordered two medicines but my order didn't get place my money successfully paid but order is still on cart I tried to contact customer support they just say we don't receive the money after sharing all screenshot completely customer don't even reply for long very bad service I will never use this fraud app again I want my money back my email - [protected]@gmail.com

    My order ID is[protected]A. Order placed on 6th Aug 2022. Estimated delivery time between 7th to 10th Aug 2022. But if we are come to an medicines that would be delivered within 2 days. Although the delivery still showing in processing even after the last delivery date was 10th Aug and now it's 12th Aug
    Still I have not received the medicine.
    Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs. I have raised 3 complaints from 10th Aug still i didn't get any solution. Even after told that this is emergency because that medicines are for my mother who is suffering from diabetes so i conveyed about that and told to do early for past 4 days there was a gap in her medicines routine because of this careless pharmacy app netmeds. And now I am not able to cancel this order because i have already paid the amount.
    Netmeds really giving me the worst experience. This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
    I'm really not happy with the service I don't want to go with netmeds anymore. Really a bad experience.

            Order place on 2nd Aug.
            Was to be delivered on 4th Aug.
            But till date I have not received the medicine.
            Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs.
            Today almost 8 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.
            This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
            Nobody is taking any responsibility to deliver the product to the costumer as committed.
            Each time I get the commitment of 24hrs delivery, but nothing happens.
            Can anybody in the company will let me know when exactly I will get my medicine.
            Matter has already been escalated to Netmeds call center team several times.
            If you track the Courier Package in Netmeds system its location appears BOM-Bhiwandi from the date I have ordered, that mean it never reached the Local distribution Hub near me where I stay, courier company has given fake response of failed delivery/undelivered without attempting the Delivery.
            I request a Strick action against this courier company for giving such fake report.
            Also i want the delivery of my ordered medicine on priority.

                Hi Team,

                I had ordered one item and I got a call from the delivery person on Sunday
                31/ 07/ 2022 at around 7: 57 PM and no. is ([protected]). He asked me for an OPT no. and I shared that OPT and he told me one of our delivery person is going to deliver a product today. So I was waiting to deliver and one of the delivery person called and his no. and he told me you have to wait. I am coming, so I was waiting and waiting. Finally he told me that i will not come today, I will come tomorrow. Next day i called that person he just took as a casual he told yes i am coming and coming but he didn't. So finally I called that delivery person on Wednesday. I just asked if you were not coming then why you asked me for an OPT, so he was getting totally rude and that kind of behavior was not tolerable for me. Finally I called NETMEDS customer care. I told them my whole story and they hung my call twice. Also i email to Netmds they didnot give any useful response. So team, I want strict action and also my product. If i did not get any response from your side then i will go legally .

                      Hello team,
                      I must say you have lost a customer because of your so good delivery service offered by pharmacy.

                      I am so glad that pharmacy takes their customer so very seriously and actually delivers thier promised .

                      Ok now let me bring it to your notice I had placed order of medicine on 29th which got returned and when asked about it they said ' short of stock', I do not understand if there is short of stock how did they allow me place medicines for the same .
                      For this after calling so many times they finally refunded me my amount they didn't frget to return my order but forgot to pay me my money back so good service woww

                      Later again I placed order as suggested by customer care and because of my mistake of pincode issue the medicines shouldn't be delivered as I received call from the customer care saying they have to cancel my order because of this.
                      I was like ok cancel it now I will place it again ( all this was informed to me after again calling the net med customer care because the deliver date of the product was passed and they promised to act upon this in 24hrs which they did ) for this refund is not yet transferred to me yet.

                      Now again after 2 times disappointment I really don't no why I took the 3rd chance and placed order again there and the estimate deliver was till today but I still do not see any update for this.

                      I really think if I order the medicines from you people again it may reach at the funeral of that person if it was urgent

                      Pathetic and very disappointed. Such a big name but no value for customer at all.

                        The issue that I have experienced was: On 3rd August i had ordered 2 medicines from Netmeds.com. They automatically returned my product without my permission. They also deduct my money from my bank account. It's 4-5 days they are not giving refund of my order. They always say this that your refund process will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours. They are doing nothing. They even don't reply on emails.
                        Pay my refund with 20% interest. Because they keep waiting me for the refund.

                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                    While making an online payment for the order (id[protected]W), money was deducted from my bank but was not processed by their faulty gateway. I made second payment to complete my order. This happen in month of May 2022 and now even after almost 4 months they are not refunding the money. I have contacted more than 5 times over email and phone. Emailed them all screenshots of transaction and payment proof they asked, still not resolved. Every time i contact customer service they would either ask me same transactions details again or would say that they are still investigating.
                                    After failed payments, money should be automatically reversed by them, instead i have to give all screenshots, contact numerous time, yet no result. I don't understand what kind of staff and accounting system thay have. They receive unaccounted excess money and they don't bother to check.
                                    This is not the first time it happened. Exact same issue happened during my pervious order of April. I belive this is the new way for them to make money. Can't belive a company can hold refund for 4 months and still no resolution.

                                    As I mentioned already, I made the payment second time to complete the order. The amount debited the first time for the failed order is still not refunded after 4 months.

                                    I have already sent all screenshots and transaction details several times to the Netmeds support email address. It is still not resolved. Your support team by email and phone only says they will do the check and refund, but when?
                                    So you Netmeds team should check the several email I sent already, rather than asking me again.
