Order place on 2nd Aug.
Was to be delivered on 4th Aug.
But till date I have not received the medicine.
Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs.
Today almost 8 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.
This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
Nobody...

I mistakenly written wrong pincode of my address area but my whole address is right delivery boy call me started abusing me telling me illiterate and the way he was talked to me quite disrespectful I have decided from today onwards I will never bought anything from netmeds please take strict action against these people delivery boy phone number is [protected]...

Hi Team,

I had ordered one item and I got a call from the delivery person on Sunday
31/ 07/ 2022 at around 7: 57 PM and no. is ([protected]). He asked me for an OPT no. and I shared that OPT and he told me one of our delivery person is going to deliver a product today. So I was waiting to deliver and one of the delivery person called and his no. and he told me you have to wait. I am coming, so I was waiting and waiting....

First of all, I did not received my order after 10 days of placing it, and then I had to cancel it by force and I still haven’t received my refund even after 10 days of cancelling it . I had paid for the order by Net Banking.
Such an unprofessional behaviour by you guys.I WANT MY FREAKIN MONEY BACK!...

I am so glad that pharmacy takes their customer so very seriously and actually delivers thier promised .

The issue that I have experienced was: On 3rd August i had ordered 2 medicines from Netmeds.com. They automatically returned my product without my permission. They also deduct my money from my bank account. It's 4-5 days they are not giving refund of my order. They always say this that your refund process will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours. They are doing nothing. They even don't reply on emails.
Pay my refund with 20% interest....

While making an online payment for the order (id[protected]W), money was deducted from my bank but was not processed by their faulty gateway. I made second payment to complete my order. This happen in month of May 2022 and now even after almost 4 months they are not refunding the money. I have contacted more than 5 times over email and phone. Emailed them all screenshots of transaction and payment proof they asked, still not resolved....

Repenting to be its customer.
Seeking refund at the earlies. Stop torturing your customers NETMEDS. Government to Please cancel the LICENSE of these cheaters.

Hello I ordered medicines on 28th Aug at that time it shows 1 day delivery today it's 31st Aug still I didn't get my order in tracking is shows that it reached my home location yesterday but still they didn't deliver my order in QWIK courier is that kind of fraud or what I didn't understand delivery medicines immediately or return my money...

I ordered an injection and I needed the injection by 30 July 2022. I ordered it from Netmeds on 27 July 2022 at 12:30 AM and estimated delivery date was 29 to 30 July 2022. It’s already 31st of July and have not yet received the order. The patient severely required the dosage by yesterday. I am perturbed by the kind of service Netmeds provides and being my first time experience with Netmeds I would never ever think in my life to order from...
