I would like to complain against Neo Nissan Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. We bought a Nissan Sunny XV CVT petrol car UP16 BK4454 from them in December 2016 and after sometime later down the line we purchased the Nissan Extended Warrenty for the car from them. A certificate cum Invoice was provided for that on 19 Jun 2018 which said that our car will be covered under warranty upto 5 years from purchase i.e. till December 2021 or 100000Kms which ever comes early.Photo of it is attached. Now back in September 2019 we had a general service of our car and that time we had some issues with AC cooling so few ac parts were replaced without any cost to us under extended warranty. Invoice of that is attached. Recently we got our periodic service done on 11th September 2020. Car was given to us after the service and was just standing in our parking, since we can't go out much looking current times. 12 to 14 days later I started my car to charge my car battery since car was just standing in parking and I found the AC was not cooling, so I drove my car here and there to check if it works on moving car but it didn't. So I complained this to Neo Nissan on 25th September that AC is not cooling after the service and before the service it was fine, I didn't have any issues with AC cooling. So my car was picked 2 days later on Monday 28th and was assigned to same service advisor Raghav who got my car serviced on 11th, he got it checked and told my that my AC condenser has got leak, so I said my car didn't had this issue before service he said it's damaged and needs replacement. I was highly desatisfied for the handling of my car during the service, I informed him that my car is under extended warranty and it should cover it. He said he will check and get back to me. Next day he called me and said approval for the part replacement got reject cause my third initial service was done late on December 2018. I told him that last year in September 2019 few AC parts were replaced under warranty so same case applied then also and since then every service was done on time so how come he is saying this, also this was not mentioned anywhere in certificate cum invoice. He said he will cross-check and get back to me. Sometime after he called me back and said the AC parts which were replaced were cheap so got replaced but their team is not ready to replace AC condenser. So I said how can they say this that a part of lesser price can be replaced and since AC condenser is expensive so they will not replace it and giving excuse of late service done in December 2018 which is illogical. So he changed his words and said no the AC parts were replaced by dealer I said no I've the invoice which clearly says the parts were replaced under extended warranty. Then he said he will pass this case to his service advisor I said ok. After some time their service advisor Ranjit called and said the same thing that since third service was done late so part replacement cannot be approved. I told him the same thing and said I can not accept this that since AC condenser is costly they are not approving it. I said will escalate this case so he asked for some time and said will call back. Today Ranjit called back and said the same thing I said they are giving illogical excuses that third service was late so now they can't replace the part. I said then how they replaced it last year, same situation applies for that time also so he said it was done under especial approval, I said it's a cheating, even if I go by his word that they gave the especial approval last time then it means that they have given the approval for part replacement overlooking that service issue which he has telling then how come they go back from this cause from then no service timeline has been missed. I also said that this is illogical my part was damaged by them during service and no service was missed since last time part was replaced under warranty, my car has not been driven even 100km and moreover this service condition is not mentioned in certificate I was given than how can they say this. He said he can't help with it and said if I claim it under my insurance then he can help replacing it. I denied and said why I take insurance for their fault and my car is under warranty till December 2021 they have to replace the part so they denide and I'm complaining this. This is a shear case of cheating and I'm highly desatisfied.

      D/sir,
      I bought a nissan terrano car on 14 jan 2015. This is to inform you that the gear top of my vehicle got badly burst automatically. I made a verbal complaint regarding this to your authorised center. But now it is brought into my notice that it has occurred due to my vehicle being very old. Answer was ridiculous.
      I'm sending pictures of those parts. Is such kind of quality nissan is maintaining?
      Therefore it is requested that plz take appropriate action to replace the damaged part of my car.

        I purchased nissan terrano xvd (Thp) on 25th june 2015 (Up16ba3108) from dealer neo nissan sector 3 noida. Though i was not satisfied with the services rendered from beginning only.
        My complaints-
        - combination switch (Sw turn signal) malfunctioned and i got it replaced on 11.03.2018 (Inv # rono2a[protected]. To my surprise same replaced combination switch again malfunctioned and had to change same on 09.05.2019 (Inv #rono2a[protected]. I am not asking to compensate but to highlight the quality of spares.
        - brake disc was changed on 16.02.2019 after 53121 km (Inv # rono2a[protected]. It is absolutely no problem but the surprise was during last car service on 05.09.2020, i was told that brake disc need immediate replacement. Km reading on 05.09.[protected]. It is a self driven car and from day one driven by self n pure city driven (Delhi / noida), how it is possible that approx 20000 km running need brake disc replacement.

        Have always got the car serviced/repaired from neo nissan service centre, sector 3 noida. I absolutely doubt on the quality of spares.
        Registered a strong complaint with the concerned at neo nissan and to satisfy self they are arranging grinding/facing of the replaced brake disc today - 12.09.2020 so that i donot complaint about the same on social platform.
        I need a proper explanation and definitely demand replacement of product instead of patch up.

              I purchased nissan kicks in march 2020. I drove around 2000 km only. But i already faced problems like ac failure & breakdown while driving.

              I observed dirt & mud accumulating inside bottom of all 4 doors. I showed the problem to kantipudi nissan rajahmundry, they acknowledged problem. They told me, they is no readily available solution for the problem. And they denied to accept the problem in writing. They even denied to issue a proper service report.

              I observed many nissan kicks have this problem. But company don't accept it.

                I purchased terrano back in 2015, i was very excited to be a nissan customer as they offer great product and service this is what i thought of. My dealership was in agra as i am agra, uttar pradesh based resident. It wasn't soon when we started realising that the brakes have started losing their grip, we had two incidents where we dodged the death. Obviously. The company experts were considered to find out the reason behind such a thing. Note, at that point of time car was in warranty but they still charged us for the braked and other stuff. Very soon they also failed and hand brakes were also losing the grip.

                  I had booked nissan kicks 1.3 turbo. They demanded 2 lacks cheque in the name of neo nissan noida1 month back. They had only one colour of car which i did not like so they told me to pay 2lacs more so that they can order new car of my choice colour. I denied to give further amount and told them that i want to cancel my booking and they agreed to give my booking money 2lacs back to me, but till now i have not recieved my amount despite of repeated calls and what's up conversation which i have as proof. I have not left with any option but to complaint to police economic offence wing and get my booking amount back. Anticipating your earliest reply

                    I have been experiencing a serious braking problem with my nissan kicks. Once or twice a week anytime while driving if i apply brake in low speed or during reversing the brakes don’t work for a fraction of second. I happen to bang into front vehicles many times. My cousin also has same nissan kicks 1.5 petrol. And he also experienced the same thing. Has anyone had the same issue. Plz share.

                      As i know nissan is japanese company & japan is very good and particular in with their brands and customers but i forget that they may be having some indian management so these indian management don't need revenue or they dont want customers for nissan, because indian nissan management is worst then xxxxxx.

                      Now i m on my concern.. One of my frd who own nissan kicks car which is awesome car and perfect in all parameters including with there customers service satisfaction & i became fan of nissan so i planed to buy nissan's any car which is my budget to my boyfriend and make a huge surprise on his birthday.
                      But these stupid nissan management even down have any sales showroom in metro city like pune, are you serious? What is wrong with nissan. They have showroom directly in mumbai, panvel which is 250km from my place wow, even they have showroom in place like kolhapur. They have service station in pune but not have showroom in big city like pune..

                      Which is very very very very very hard to digest this thing's, which spoiled my plan.

                      What wrong with nissan kindly look in this...

                        निवेदन है कि मैं चन्दरशेखर ने 18 मार्च 2020 को शाम 7 बजे के आसपास nissan vertex showroom, badshahpur (Gurgaon) से "डटसन रेडीगो" कार बुक की, जिसकी पेमेंट credit card के दुवारा 2.50 लाख जमा की! कुछ पर्सनल कारणों से मैंने अगले दिन 19 मार्च को सुबह ही बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी!
                        तब शोरूम वालो ने मुझे पेमेंट के बारे में 2-3 दिन बाद देने के लिए बोला. 22 मार्च से lockdown लग गया और शोरूम बंद हो गया!
                        Lockdown खुलने के बाद 28 मई को उन्होंने मुझे 2.35 लाख का चेक दिया और मेरे 15000 रुपये काट लिए
                        मैंने कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर में बात की तो उन्होंने बताया की, गाडी कैंसिल करने के 1000 रुपये ही कटते है शोरूम वालो ने ज्यादा काट लिए और वैसे ही lockdown कारण मेरे 2.5 lakh रुपए approx 3 महीने तक उनके पास रहे. 3 महीने बाद 15 हज़ार रुपए काट कर दिए। इसके बारे में मैंने nissan care में 29/05/2020 को कंप्लेंट की है जिसपर अभी तक कोई अपडेट नहीं आया ही।
                        कृपया मेरे 15000 रूपए दिलवा दीजिये, मै आपका आभारी रहूँगा

                          I lost my car key on 5 june 2020 and then i contacted mr gaurav ([protected])
                          From neo nissan sector 63 noida. And he told me that he has ordered a new key for my car same day after i provided him my car details with insaurance paper, registration copy and police complaint same day. But after contatcting regularily i still have not received my car and he does not even pick my phone. And then i contacted gm of same branch contact no[protected] and he also doesnt give any satisfactory answer. And yesterday he called me to his office and said i will provide you another car for the time being and when i reached there car was not ready and i had to come back 40 kms by cab again. And today none of the member there picking my phone. How irrisponsible team. Please provide me the solution asap.

                            I have booked the car datsun redi go by march 20th paying rs. 25000 but the dealer is not able to process registration and he agreed to process the refund by may 1st week. But then its been almost 7 weeks they agreed to refund and collected my bank details but didnt refund my amount and not responding properly. Please take appropriate action and refund my amount.

                              I have purchased a datsun go car from your dealer pinnacle kollam on august 2017. (Reg. No. Kl 31 l 2817). Now
                              I am residing in thiruvananthapuram to attended my duties in a television channel.
                              On 19/5/2020 when i started the car i noticed that petrol is leaking and spreading smell. It was found that petol tube is damaged. Then i contacted the nissan customer care and they told me to contact nearby nissan service centre
                              Marikar motors thiruvananthapuram.
                              On 20/5/2020 technicians from marikar motors came to my residence and shifted the car to their workshop.
                              Till now (14/6/2020 after 25 days) the car is not returned to me after necessary repairs. You known that chang a petrol duct is not a major work. The company warrenty is up to august 2020 and i extented it to next two years by taking nissan extended warrenty. This type of negligence is not expected from a reputed company like nissan. Honesty i lost trust in your company and decided that i will never purchase a nissan car in my life. I will also warn all friends and relatives never purchase a nissan brand.
                              Can you kindly tell me what i have to do next. Shall you kindly take necessary steps to solve the problem?. Otherwise i have to move to a consumer court.

                                  The workshop manager is totally ridiculous person. During servicing of my vehicle nissan micra xv active, he almost cheated my staff. When asked about rough estimate he never gave the approx figure. When the work finished he gave an exorbitantly high bill, which were during the working period he told will be nominal around few hundreds, it came out to be in thousands like[protected]. The same was with a no of items of the jobs done. When my staff declined to pay the staffs at the workshop kept the vehicle and told my staff to come on 02.03.2020 ie. Monday when the workshop reopens. This all was due to in transparency of your workshop manager who always try to cheat the customers by keeping them in dark regarding the billing till the end of all jobs done.                                     I am extremely frustrated with the nissan after-sales service and here's why:-

                                    1. My datsun redigo mh 01 db 0854 was given to the ritu nissan servicing centre for major bodywork and the second free servicing in the month of feb 2019. It was there for over a month and when i went to collect it, the servicing was not done and the door visor was broken by the workshop. I was also overcharged by the company rs.600 for which they promised adjust in my next servicing.

                                    2. Since they forgot to service my car, they had offered to do a free pick up and drop for my car servicing and replace the door visors, while also adjusting the rs. 600 that was the extra i paid.

                                    3. I waited for over a month more for the door visor parts to arrive from chennai. I was in contact with mr. Vinod who was the manager of the ritu nissan workshop for the same. The parts did not arrive and then whenever i tried to contact the manager, i was told he's on leave or not on his desk.

                                    4. Frustrated, i bought the door visors myself as it was the monsoons.

                                    5. Soon after the monsoons when i called to give my car for the same second free servicing that they had neglected before, i was told that the workshop has permanently shut down.

                                    6. Now for over a month, i am constantly being harassed by various nissan call centre staff asking me to get the car for the free servicing and then after making the appointment with them, on the day of the pickup or a day before the pickup, they call back saying it's not free. So, i end up cancelling the appointment.

                                    All this 'free' then 'chargeable', 'send it' then 'don't send it' has further and further delayed my car servicing. I will now be forced to give it outside for servicing as i cannot deal with these inefficient, dilly-dallying staff at nissan.

                                    I do not have the contact of a single efficient employee at nissan who can help me.
                                    I am now seeking:
                                    A) the 2nd free servicing that i am entitled to (As it was delayed by the staff from nissan)
                                    B) free pick up and drop for this servicing as i have already paid rs.600 extra in my last bill apart from also paying for a new set of door visors.

                                    I really hope after sending this email in frustration, i am able to get some decent service from your company.

                                      I purchased datsun go cvt on 19th jan 2020 from neo nissan ghaziabad showroom. The reading at the time of purchase of car was 95 km, which i don't appreciate. After using it for 1000 km, i gave my car for service and requested to check its average as its giving average of less that 10 litre per 100 km. The car was used for 50 km during service, which as per my estimate should have been used for not more than 25 km during pick and drop. Petrol was empty. After several calls to showroom to check the details and waiting for 3 days for their response, i am lodging this complaint against poor average and even more poor response from the service team of nissan. I am highly disappointed buying this car.

                                      Also the cars roof was wrapped by black film which is not mentioned in the RC PAPERS
