Need your help, hope you can solve my problem. Nissan Malaysia dont seem able to, for the past 6 months.

Below is 1 of my many mails to them.

Niki, Maybe you are not aware of the history, let me give you the details

1) in Dec. 2015 my car could not start (at about 9pm, how inconvenient) and it had to be towed to Nissan Kota Dsara. on the same night.
The next day, I was informed that the Immobilization unit in the key was faulty and needed to be changed. I decided not to replace it and requested it to be disconnected. Which Nissan did.

2) In Feb 2016 my battery went dead (at about 8pm near my office, how inconvenient again). The battery was purchased in Sept 2015 ONLY, 5 months ago. NO choice, bought another one.

3) In April I noticed my Air Bag light coming ON again. My 7 years experience with the car tells me that my battery is having problems, DONT forget this battery is ONLY about 3 months old. I went to Nissan (went in a few times during this period, pls check your records) and finally they confirm Negative leak from the Immobilization device and they removed the fuse (as I was told). After a few day the problem was back. I have video recordings of this & have shared it with Nissan staffs.

4) In May, I could hear 'ticking' sounds coming from the dash board (not everyday), I have recordings of that too, which I shared with Nissan staffs. Fortunately on the day of my appointment, the sound was there and they could hear it themselves. It was a relieve to me, as I had prove & Nissan staffs witnessed it themselves. I was told the sound was from the relay connected to the Immobilization module, and the wiring was disconnected.

5) I received a SMS from Nissan on the 6/6/2015 telling me that Nissan has 'Reserved an Exclusive Slot' for me at Kota Dsara for vehicle inspection on the 7/6/2016 at 8.30am. I DID NOT make this appointment, I was told to come & I went. (I still have the SMS)
I wasted my time there, the car was there at 8.30 as requested and I collected at 4 something.

NOTHING DONE, NO EQUIPMENT. HOW EMBARRASSING FOR NISSAN.

NOW I DRIVE A RM120, 00.00 NISSAN CAR WITHOUT SECURITY & SAFETY, THANKS TO NISSAN'S INCAPABILITY IS SOLVING MY PROBLEM.

How patience should I be?

What is NISSAN's timeline Target to solve my problem?

Should I change my car? Get a Toyota Camry maybe?

I sincerely hope this mail goes to the right hands & not get discarded.


Note: it does not happen everyday, but left parked for more then 12 hours, confirm the Airbag light will come ON.

    Hi,

    I have made multiple attempts to reach you and senior authorities of nissan, but help seems too far fetching.

    This is reference my sunny nissan that has been serviced at sterling center gurgaon. Every time the car has been handed over without any car wash and in extremely poor condition /hygiene. For the first 2 time on complaining i was assurred that this will not be repeated and will be helped. However this time was even more disappointing. The car was again not washed even after giving 8.5 hours to the service center and handed over with out even informing. When i realised the same in 30 minutes i called and almost faced all kinds of humiliation and non cooperation from the service center team. Even anil demri called up to reconcile that please do not forward our complaint and we shall help. I called customer care and spoke to vikram who assurred to hlp me again. Immeidately i got a call from rekha stating that she is from the nissan india team and will help. Later i realised that she was also an employee of sterling disguising to be from the corporate. She said she wanted to help but will not let me send my car to any other service center for cleaning, washing and break pad issue. 2 days later she sent a bunch od service guys to my address claiming they will wash the car on the spot. On asking how will they do it without machines etc they said.. Please send this to our service center. Checking with raekha she was extra rude, and started screaming at me... Aap to bahut he kharab customer ho.. Hum tohelp karna chahte hain but samajh nahin aaata???/

    I am failing to understadn that what kind of services nissan india is offering and how to reach a sensible person who can help???

    For premium custmersi f this is the attitude what happns to no so great guys...?

    I need immedaite help else will have to take this up in consumer forum.

    Aksing about number for arun singla,, no body wants to share the number.. Dont know why???

    I can provide pictures of the car condition immediately after service. I t is also giving trouble with the breaks and battery but i dont know how togt this sorted and where.

      Hi i have purchased a nissan terrano car in the month of april 2016 FROM Ritu Nissan. since i have bought there are only issues in this vehicle.
      1) the 1st time we opened the bonnet the air filter was missing. so we had to give vehicle back for teh same which to our shock they did not have spares.

      2) Then the AC is horrible. it does not cool even at level 3. we call them for that they say part is not there

      3) The Central locking and power window is not working.

      4) average we were told is 9. but it gives barely 5.

        Dear nissan team

        I am the owner of nissan terrano (Hr 26 cl 0893). I have been following all the service schedule of nissan religiously. Please note my car is just 1 and half year old and last year (First year of my car) i faced a serious problem with my car.

        Problem: all four wheel of my car stuck (Become motionless) all four wheel of my car does not move for at least 5 mins if i use my car after 4 to 5 days. After that one day my car stoped in between road with all four wheel seized with brakes for hours, then road side assistant guys removed all the brakes from my car and toyed it to nissan sterling service station. They claimed that we have removed the problem (There were some sir bubbles in the brake pipes, as conveyed by service guys). Now after three four month the same problem has started again and i am scared the it will aggravate slowly.

        I am loosing trust from this vehicle and from brand nissan. Please contact me and cure this problem from your best engineers. Please instruct sterling nissan to take this seriously, i have spent heavily in my car not for such serious problem.

        I look forward for solution to my problems and please contact me.

          Sir my Nissan sunny diesel car reg no-AP31BW3737 was met with an accident and backside of whole car is damaged.I have given the car on may30th 2016 to the service station in vizag he said he will return the car in one week after that I contacted him he said there are no spare parts and it will take time for him to deliver the car.2 weeks went away and when I am calling him he is not responding well and he said the car delivery will be this week.I don't know what kind of service you are providing to the customers we trusted your company and brought a car and this is the way you treat us I feel bad now that I have bought a car from your company.Please see to this and solve the problem otherwise there would be no customers for you to buy your car from now onwards.

            Sir my vehicle nissan micra diesel bearing reg. No. Jk02bc9908 got accident in which its tailgate, tailgate glass and quarter panel got damaged. I have get my car to hk nissan service station for repairing on 03 jun 2016 but till date its work is pending due to non availability of tailgate. They had given me 8 jun 16 the delivery date. But till date spare part does not reached.
            You pls look at the matter why there is delay in reaching spare parts and why the service point does not have the parts availability. If the only authorised service point does not have normal bodybparts then i think who will buy nissan vehicles. Because customer wants quick service.

              I have purchased a nissan terrano from bhalotia nissan jamshedpur on 20th feb 2016 whose invoice amount is 1114000 but they have taken rs.1130000
              From me, i have money receipt with me which can be produce if necessary.
              It is my earnest request to take appropriate action & do the needful. I have spoke to sales guy in this regard but there is no response.

                Myself Mr.Santhosh kumar shetty owning nissan Terreno Bering number ka20 z 7439, i have been having issues with your nissan dealer at mangalore which is been pending from a long time, recently i have kept my car for service for 85000kms there are been issues with the staring wheel from 75000 kms as the same is hard and unable to drive, the customer care executive was denying on the same and waited up to i finish 80000kms and when i sent it for service he claimed we cannot replace the part and need to pay Rs.40000 .time and aging even after complaining several times they have not taken any action on the same more over this car is used for my sons travel for his school, i havent taken the car from service as they have denied to replace the part, i feel i have been cheated day light .i would like you to take action on the same and hope you do the needful at the earliest .

                  I have been cheated by your Bhalotia Nissan Dealer at Jamshedpur, I have bought a NISSAN Terrano XLD Plus on 20th Feb"16, I have given a sum of Rs.1130000 but Invoice has been raised for Rs.1114773, when I asked why they have taken extra amount of Rs.15000 they are unable to justify it.

                  Kindly look into the matter & release my amount.

                    Kindly consider that i have purchased terrano xl on date 04-march-2016. I'st been almost 3 month's we haven't received registration certificate. I have been provided with a registration no. Cg 12 an 7899 which is registered for a two wheeler. More over i have ordered for second top model (Xl xtreme) with graphic, alloy wheel, navigation system etc. But i doubt that the agency (Nissan vishal abhikaran, bilaspur c. G.) has delivered me the base model.
                    Also consider that i have been complaining regarding the above matter to the dealer since last 3 moth's but they're unable to produce enough documents to prove the above fact. Also they restrict to visit their show room and even offered us my first service to be arrange at renault service station at korbacg).

                      last time i got service from shivlik nissan from pune, after some days my vehicle get problem regarding machine foundation bolt. I was travelling from ghat section when i suffered this problem. why this problem not detected during the servicing..?? fortunately there was no rush of traffic and no major accident has been happen.
                      with the help of road assistant service i have send my car to your aurangabad service station on 19.05.2016, but till today spare parts are not available at the service station.

                        Poor customer satisfaction.
                        This is to inform that Anand Nissan located at Indore Mp having very poor conditions and non supportive staff and employees with a major issue of service manager.
                        I the undersigned facing a big issue since two months and they are not giving me proper reply and correspondence.I had complaint to Rsm, Asm but they are also not rectifying my complaint and giving any type of reply nor and neither they are taking any further step on Anand Nissan.They are taking customer in favour and afterwards doing cheating.There is no stability of staff also, Everytime now and than the workshop manager is changing.If we had made any deal with the workshop manager than after the month they are changing and even if the manager has left the job than the new manager is refusing the deal.Never they give any type of followup and feedback.Really it is hurting the image and dignity of Nissan Motors India due to the carelessness of staff and employees.

                          Hi Nissan,

                          Please take this email as an escalation. The issue has already been addressed to you and the Ananta Nissan dealer has been working on this issue (AC NOT WORKING) since the vehicle was bought.

                          This issue was highlighted within the first month of the purchase and today it's almost 1.5 years but the issue has not been resolved yet. We fail to understand why such a petty issue is taking so much of time. Is it intentionally delayed? Now we need an answer to this.

                          We have been travelling to and fro 700kms each time this vehicle was given to Ananth Nissan but each time our concern was ignored.

                          Now we need a clear answer if this can be resolved and in how much time or else we shall proceed for consumer case.

                          Awaiting positive response in 24 hours from now.

                            We are on a trip to masoori (hill station) with our 1 year old terrqno 85ps, after reaching upto 14-15 kms we find some burning smell, and after sometime we find alot of smoke from our vichele and still the heating indigaor shows nothing...
                            Coolent tank is okay.. Few day before I sended our vichele to nissan service centre, it is really very shameful that even after spending that much for this suv we had to face such situations which i have never expected and have to cancelled the trip from there.
                            Really very upset with nissan 's technology..!

                              13may2016 i service my nissan terrano rj 27 cf 0077 at shree raj autolink pvt. Ltd. At bhilwara for general service at 81769km. Service center even don’t have general parts (Break pad). They don’t have terrano break pad. They said me they will arrange break pad in two and three days. Now 15 days passed and they don’t arrange break pad and not giving me any confirmation and also showing bad attitude. Treating customers as they are any servants.

                              Workshop manager mukesh vaishnav also don’t give me a proper print bill this is the standard of nissan company and staff.
                              Very poor service and no customer care in nissan last 15 days i fighting for terrano break pad. But still problem is not solved. Very very poor service. Pls dont buy nissan car

                              Last time nissan service center didn’t change my break pad and in middle journey my car break pad finish and also damage my car wheel rim so i pay extra 10 t0 15 thousand know i am afaird to drive my nissan terrano. So please don’t buy nissan car.
                              They don’t have any proper customer service.

                                I bhavee express highway company owner of nissan sunny mh-02-cr-657. My car met an accident on 16/03/2016 at talasari. I take the car at your authorised dealer pramukh nissan vapi. It was a major accident. Total cost of repair is appx.4.50 lacs. We negociate with your dealer but after 15 days we took the car from your dealer & give it to another in local vapi garage. Now today local garage told me today that 3 injector of car was broken. Today i presonally go in your dealer pramukh nissan vapi for seeing your cctv footage for the period 16/03/2016 to 31/03 2016. They told me we have storage capacity for only one month.
                                O i request you please provide me your cctv footage for the above period.

                                    Very poor and unsatisfactory condition in Anand Nissan Indore Mp.Employees are non cooperative.Treating customers as they are any servants.Never supporting and giving any type of feedback and followup to customers.Due to their monopoly they are unable to resolve complaints.Even the service advisor and manager dont know anything about vehicles.Trm, Asm are unable to solve any issues.Customers are unable to complaint any higher authorities.Non availability of parts are the major prob in workshop of Anand Nissan.Every month service manager is changing, treating customers as a fools.dheeraj chaturvedi

                                      I brought a nissan terrano just 3 months back in chennai jubiliant motors, a engine light and heater light is glowing. But in service station they doest have knowledge to arrest the light. Very poor service and no customer care is there. Last 15 days i fighting for my new terrano. But still problem is not solved. Very very poor service. Pls dont buy nissan product.

                                        I write here as a customer who is disappointed with Quality of car and Nissan India Customer Service. Even after writing to Nissan India CEO Mr. Malhotra thrice I have not received any satisfactory response and thus I am forced to write here.
                                        I decided to buy Nissan Sunny on the belief that it will be as per stringent Japanese Quality Standards. Over three and a half year I have come to realize that the quality of car is very poor and not worth Nissan Brand name. In less than 50, 000 KM run I was informed to get multiple spares replaced for my car. These spares were either never replaced in my earlier cars or were replaced after 100, 000 KM. My biggest shock came in November 2015 when my car did not start and it was to be towed to the service station. I was informed that the fuel pump is not working and I need to get the same replaced by paying around INR 17000. I had never got the same replaced for any of my car till date (even those who had run over 150, 000 KM). Having no option I agreed to get the same replaced but again to my horror within 5 months the same problem reappeared and again I had to get the vehicle towed. I was informed that as the part warranty is only for 3 months thus I need to pay again for the pump.
                                        For last 3 weeks I have been trying to get the assurance from Nissan India Senior Management that the problem will not reoccur but again Nissan India has not even tried to make things better. This makes me think what if this is not just failure of some spares but a deceit being pulled by Nissan in India by providing poor quality and charging customers exorbitantly for spares repeatedly. With Mitsubishi Motor Company and Volkswagen already exposed cheating customers, makes me trust Nissan even lesser.
