I am the owner of a Property and opted CPMS Plan (Ref. CPBAN 5929) and paid Refundable Deposit of Rs. 6000/- NoBroker team able to find the tenant and I received the Deposit from the Tenant through NB, and tenancy Agreement came into effect from 14th May 2021.
As per the "KEY Terms of NoBroker & Owner" under CPMS Plan, I have been requesting the RM both by Mail and Phone calls to refund the Deposit amount but in vain.
As per the "KEY Terms of NoBroker & Owner" under CPMS Plan, " A Refundable Deposit of Rs.6, 000/- will be collected per property from the Owner which will be refunded on the date we receive the Security Deposit from the Tenant or within 30 days if NoBroker can not find the Tenants, 31st day will refund the money of 6000Rs."
Though there is a condition for refund, my RM says that we refund after completion of 3 months only, misinterpreting the terms and conditions and she doesn't attend my calls.
I request the concerned to do justice to the Customers like me and keep good rapport
