I would sincerely suggest you to better stop this packers and movers service (operations are not proper), this will ruin your reputation and the trust people have in nobroker. My bike was packed from Bangalore on 14th of October. I was promised, that the bike will be delivered in 3-4 days time. So I have agreed to pay Rs. 8000, which is much higher that what others charge. There are others in the business who had agreed for Rs. 2500 for the shifting, but I chose your service just because of the name "nobroker" and didn't want to take any risk with my bike(which is so dear to me). Day 3rd onwards I started reaching out to know an update regarding the movement. Each day I was getting updates like next day or day after tomorrow it will be shipped. Atleast there should be some way to track the shipment. Each day I was losing my peace, not knowing about what situation/place my bike is. Everytime I reach out to the customer care, I was told, after sometime I would get a callback with an update. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a callback, in which the movement manager assured me that my bike will reach me safe and sound (there was no deficiency for fake promises). This was the only hope I was having. Finally I received my bike today(24th October, after 10days), but I was really heart broken to see there were multiple damages. Atlast the final hope of getting my bike in safe and sound condition was also shattered.
With the experience I had, I won't recommend anyone to use your packers and movers service.
If you wish to improve the packers and movers section, please make sure you provide a proper tracking mechanism with photo updates.
For the damages that was made, I have been sending mails to get a response for the past 1 week and they haven't replied to any of my mails. Everytime I call the customer care, the executive says that I will get a call back from concerned team and that they have escalated the issue. But I receive no callbacks or responses for my mails.

Updated by Kannan V.S Today at 12.47 a customer care representative from quality team of nobroker contacted me. She assured that within 15mins I will get a call back with a resolution for my issue. I reminded her that whoever calls me from nobroker had assured me the same and that no one had ever called me back. She told ps me that she will make sure 100% that I will get a call back. It's 8.30 pm now, no one has contacted me yet.

Updated by Kannan V.S It's been almost a month since I have been behind nobroker for a resolution for the damages that were inflicted on my bike. Everytime I call they are asking for 2 day, 1week, 1 day time for the resolution. Worst experience ever. How can they make the customer go behind them for such faults that are clearly made from their side. And I don't know what they are doing. Such filthy bunch of *******. I will have to choose some worst ways to get my problem addressed I guess. Tomorrow's time I have given for the resolution. I'm sure nothing is going to happen.
