I had booked a property through Nobroker.com in January 2023. The representatives from Nobroker.com who dealt with the transaction were Mr. Prabhukumar, Mr. Pradeep Kumar and Ms. Ilakiya (Relationship Managers). They told us that as the seller has taken a paid package from no broker.com, we have to pay the advance only through no broker.com and then only we will be given the seller details and the property documents. They also promised that the amount shall be refunded if the property documents are not correct by email. Based on the this, we had paid Rs 30000 through nobroker.com, through a link sent by Mr. Pradeepkumar by email dated 9/1/23. Thereafter, the seller details and the property documents were given to us.
Based on the consent given by the seller and nobroker.com executives that the property documents are all correct and up to date, we hired a lawyer to validate the documents and proceeded for the home loan. Upon verification, it was observed that the computerized patta was not in the name of the seller or any other person involved in the mother documents. As the seller couldn't provide us the necessary documents for the registration of the property, we couldn't proceed with the registration of the property.
Based on this, we had intimated this to Mr. Prabhukumar by email dated 3/4/23 and asked them to process the refund of the advance of Rs 30000. The seller also have acknowledged that they didnot provide the necessary documents for registration by email dated 9/4/23 to Mr. Prabhukumar.However, we did not receive any acknowledgement or reply email from Mr. Prabhu Kumar. We tried to contact Mr.Prabhukumar by continuos phone calls directly to his nobroker.com number and through no broker.com customer care for 10 days. We didn't get any response or reach Mr. Prabhukumar. Finally after all the harrassment by your employees by making us wait on phone calls, after waiting for 30 mins on customer care number, Mr. Prabhukumar came on call and says he is not on that department anymore and cannot reply to our email. I told him to connect me to the respective person who processes the refund, however, he refused to do so.
I had a lot of hope on nobroker.com while booking the property for your service provided for your customers. But in this situation to get refund of the advance amount paid, the customer is being harrassed by not even reverting back to our email, not attending our calls even if we call several times for 10 days. If such kind of treatment is given to your customer, how will refer your company to any of our circle?
Kindly take necessary action on this issue and refund the advance amount Rs 30000 paid to no broker.com at the earliest. Also kindly acknowledge the emails sent by us by lnforming the status of the the refund.

    I went to NoBroker to get the Tenanat for my house. I had subscribed their Plan by paying Rs.6000 on 27-March-2023. Before paying subscription amount I have not been told all the terms of plan. All Terms and conditions were not e
    After payment, NoBroker came up with hidden terms and conditions which I did not accept. I had asked NoBroker to canceI the subscription and had asked for full refund but Nobroker is denying to pay the same.

    Terms and conditions were not emailed to me. No broker RM person Aksa Shah and Anurag were disgraceful. New terms and conditions came to know after I made the payment. Never recommend the NoBroker to anyone

      Horrible experience during my shifting with no broker. From day 1 till about 3 months after the shifting, I kept on getting nightmares.
      I booked for shifting from Pune to Kolkata in Dec ember, 22. Nobroker allocated a partner which is completely unknown (southern express) with very negative reviews. They had no sense of structured packing like screws of cot packed with kitchen mashalas, Pooja stuffs packed with bathroom buckets, AC remote with my wifes makeup kits etc. and many more. So effectively I had to unpack 73 boxes in a heap of stuffs to set up my destination house.
      The partner charged 5000 extra for no valid reason, just by increasing the number of boxes, max of which were kept half full to increase the count. This is the only company who goes beyond the quote which were given by them after physical inspection.
      Now they delivered a box less with 3900 rs of known and several unknown stuffs missing. After 1000 follow-ups, I got 2500 only as compensation .
      Then, while setting up my AC after 2 months, we saw gas/condenser pipe was completely damaged. Urban Company charged me 5500 for changing the pipes and re filling the gas. Few AC screws were also lost.
      The screws of my hydraulic bed were misplaced and I had to fix it with welding. My 70K bed hydraulic is fixed and doesn't move. Note, you can't buy a hydraulic screw, you have to replace the whole setup which costs around 800 plus carpenter charges.
      One small cupboard is broken. My TV unit's drawer has fallen apart. Lot of screws of my 3 door wardrobe were missing and Damro charged me 800 just for the missing ones. There are atleast 4 dents on my fridge. 2 big buckets are crushed. And many many more such damages.
      For all these broken items as above, no broker didn't even reapoded to my email with valid GST bills from reputed companies. Infact, when I contacted the insurance company, they dismissed the case and didn't provide short or damaged delivery report after atleast 20 follow-ups.
      Eventually I had spent 10k more than the quote I got from Aggarwal (which is 25k more than No Broker quote). Then add the hassel and time I had to spent to fix the mess created by no broker and it's partner.
      If you trust genuine feedback and reading this one..stay 1000 miles away from no broker shifting services. There service is extremely bad. And they use partners / 3rd party. So you will keep banging your head on the wall to understand the accountability. Stay away.
      Their cheap quotes are just a trap to make your life utterly miserable.

        Dear Team,

        Pls confirm, To process refund request and to check The Transaction type you are charging 1.77 %, THIS IS NOT FAIR/TRANSPARENT, I'm disappointed with the services.

        You have kept my money in your account for 5 days and you are charging for that 1.77%, I claim a refund for the same.

        you are forcing me to take this to Consumer court/Social media.

        Hi Santosh, service charge is a non-refundable amount. Also, a refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious & you are unable to provide us with a valid document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not.           We chose Nobroker for our home interior services in Pune, but looks like we are being punished for choosing Nobroker. We are getting home interiors done for our new house in Pune by Nobroker order no HS-3541521. No broker has gone to lowest level of designing, services & its delivery, the delivery of the project has to happen on 20th Jan 2023 however as far as the work is concerned only the false ceiling has been completed. No broker has employed local furniture shop guys to complete the service who have no knowledge and no skills of what they are doing, very poor and below average work, making units of incorrect dimensions, infact they are asking us on how to proceed and progress, if we were not present they would have just done things incorrectly. Execution manager is hardly bothered on whether work is done or how is done and when it will be done. These people do not come to work most of the days and when they do this is the kind of below average work they have been doing. The false ceiling finishing is also very bad and I am not even expecting any kind of quality from a 3rd grade company like Nobroker interior services. After so so many follow ups, they are still claiming that they will be able to deliver it by some date, however they are failing since last 4 months, and not delivering the material sent for recorrection. Rest all the material is just lying on the floor here and there in the house, making it messy and the laborers dont even come to work. They are hardly bothered that we are living the flat, they are not doing cleaning properly, not taking debris timely also. There is no way of escalating to higher authorities, the execution manager(Sachin K) and city manager (Hemal S) at nobroker are also trained to just be quiet and just listen to our wrath on the call, but doing nothing to progress, they are not at all inspecting the things and not visting flat specially when it is urgently required, so this is the kind of low No broker has hit. They are harrassing us both Mentaly and physically.
          I was giving other work also to NoBroker but I have decided not to go ahead with No broker for anything in the future.
          I will also make sure that we share this experience across all public forums so people are made aware what kind of a hoax No broker is running, Nobroker has caused us real pain in these past 5 months for dealing with our interior services and has completely spoilt home furnishings, at this point all i am expecting is to get our house completed asap, its a shame, ours was not even an end to end interior but still No broker has taken 5 months and at this point of time also company has failed to commit us final deadline.

          Still the pending work is not completing. Company has taken all the money. But now not showing the faces. All are corrupt managers. Now also doing false commitments. Metally harassing us.

          Still the work is pending, nobroker managers are hardly bothered. They are incapable of getting things done, they had given the complation date 20th april, today is 21st may, still the work is not completed. They are not at proactively calling and updating us also. When we ask for updates they they are calling vendors. Still slipping dates and not feeling shame about the torture and mental harrassment they are doind to customer

            I was assured by the nobroker team while taking payment from me on 24th March that they will ensure that the work will be successfully completed by March 27th. The salesperson from the nobroker team (who supposedly just wanted to complete the sales) after taking the payment conveniently vanished. Furthermore, all our calls were put on automated response. Since then I have been following up with your nobroker team almost every single day and they have been least responsive and have not bothered to even come back to me with a clear update.

            I have even requested nobroker to refund my money or let me know alternatives (like getting it notarised or anything else which can be made possible in the interim to ensure that the work is progressing) to get the issue resolved. However, all in vain! Havent heard from them till now.

            Till date, there is no news from nobroker team on the status and very conveniently after receiving the payment from me, they are shoving off the blame on the government claiming about some strike. This was clearly not told to me in advance while making assurances and leading me to believe that the registration and police verification will be concluded within 2 days of making the payment. But that never happened (no services were rendered by nobroker team) though my money was debited upfront.

                AC service was booked and taken on 7th April23 for gas filling, it was committed that it's covered under 2 yrs warranty,
                Now from the very next days it's not giving cooling,
                Tried contacting the company but every person is saying that they are not from AC vertical, raised through Chat also but no response

                  Issue of refund of token amount

                  Hi Team,

                  This is regarding the property that I had finalized on rent via no broker in Thane on 8 apr 23. I took membership and Rutika is my RM. Aksa who is RM of the owner hema of that property was coordinating with me.

                  On Saturday i.e. 8 April I paid token amount of INR 5000 to Aksa via link shared. My mom was fighting with cancer and we were shifting for her treatment. Unfortunately, things did not work out...

                    I have booked a slot in no broker app but I have to cancel due to multiple bookings and my refund got rejected and i call evey time they simple say you amount will get proceesed in 7 working days but they never done that.

                      I just need my money back as you have not completed my work on time and I have given my contract to someone else and work is completed as I can’t wait and already delayed by your team.
                      Home renovation (contractor) person has stopped work from feb and I have been following up with him and he is telling he has not reciprocated payment from “no brokerage” and stoop the work. Now I can’t wait for all this and get delayed because of this.
                      Buying a house specially the first one is how important and getting this much delayed is not acceptable.
                      You need to figure out a solution as I don’t have any work to do now from your end. So please look into this and HELP me out getting my money back as it’s a total waste. My contact [protected]

                        Booked Nobroker Movers and packers service for shifting along with additional services of carpenter and AC shifting. On the shifting day came most unprofessional people..they wasted almost 12 hours to pack and move from one Wing of a building to the next. Broke my bed and damaged by wardrobe while shifting and fitting. Carpenter didn't show up till half of the day elapsed, that too post me calling up continuously for following up. When he reached he denied working on my bed and left midway. I have been following up nobroker team and grievance Team since[protected]. I got 2 reverts on 2nd and 3rd April, post that no call back or reverts on mail from last 8 days. On calling customer care they say someone else will call me to resolve but no contact till date. I had taken insurance as well but was umable to file due to delay at their end. My order ID is (HSPM[protected].

                        I would suggest no one should ever book services from such a company which doesn't even bother replying to a customer .

                          Took a refund plan which is valid for 3 months - unhappy with the lousy service by the RM and the Unit Head in the first 30days- requested for refund - the same has been promised over the phone but no action has been taken for the last 15 days . When the follow up has been done to document the refund acceptance, the Unit Head Mr Kaviyarasu was very arrogant and said it can not be documented. Please do the needful

                            I purchased relax plan last Sunday (April 2nd 2023) Til date I am not assigned with a proper relationship manager. No assistance provided for house hunt.
                            I am trying to manually get owner details and call up owners and schedule visits myself. To do this I dint need relax plan.
                            It’s so frustrating to keep calling these no broker ppl every day right from asking them to assign a person and for every small thing.
                            The relationship manager who got assigned to me the next day went on leave and wasn’t available at all.
                            Harish is a backup guy who calls me and asks if I finalised property, where they did nothing about finding properties in the first place.
                            Nobroker should remove this intermediate plan called relax plan, because it’s only fooling the customers.
                            There is no assistance provided by them.
                            After I do all the work they wil force me into paying money to some owner not even worrying whether or not I m ok with it. There is no bargaining that they do. No help at all.
                            I could have jus got the previous plan Freedom plan and stil did the same things without being pressurised so much.
                            I got the relax plan so I need not spend so much time finding properties and talking to owners.
                            But I ended up doing more things in a stressful and frustration circumstance.

                            Currently there is RM assigned to my profile in the app. After all this, if I go check the plan, The plan page shows ‘Limit exceeded’ when I have more than 35 contacts remaining to be taken.

                            Requesting assistance in getting refund for no work being done from their end.

                              When we post a property, it never goes live. Stays on "Inactive" status forever. When you call customer care, they always say "Technical Glitch" every time. I do not believe company like nobroker's tech team can't solve this simple issue within a day.

                              I think this is their strategy to push customers to opt for premium service.
                              They can't say same "Technical issue" all the time for weeks.
                              Sometime they say, account is not active.

                              Manipulation at its best. Never go for nobroker.

                                  I purchased two door lock replacement. But so much clearance is there while closing the door.
                                  carpenter person is very rude behavior with me and wife.

                                  he does not know to open one godrej lock also.

                                  chat made with customer care executive and email also sent .no response.
                                  I am calling no broker customer care daily they are telling "today we will send."like that only.
                                  no body came to my place for doing repair.

                                  they to refund money .otherwise they have rectify the wrong work done carpender.

                                    We are running after customer care and escalation team from past 7 days like anything to complaint my issue with the AC service that I had on 1st April.
                                    - They have really fooled me on 1st April :)
                                    - Due to AC service, my out door unit PCB got wet and might got shorted. This the reason my AC is not working now.
                                    - And I complained continuously but not a single action taken by Nobroker team.
                                    - NoBroker is such a broker who do nothing for the customer's complaints.
                                    - @Ramesh from Escalation team is also one big liar. From past 1 week, they keep on saying that they will call me back. But, no one still approached me so far OR called me back.
                                    - Because of their mistake, I will be charged 4K for the PCB replacement
                                    - The service person is also gone into the underground, where I and the CC people trying to reach.

                                    My AC problem is still not getting rectified. You guys have called me two times back to back after I posted my complaint here and asked me for 24hours each. The time has gone, my patience has gone, my AC has gone but you guys still didn't realize the customers pain. What a tragedy that almost 2weeks are gone and I still keep on complaining my AC problem with you. Still no proper action taken.
                                    Instead of facing all these, its better not to go with Nobroker at all. #sayno2nobroker

                                      I was literally shocked by the Nobroker persons behaviour..he literally shouted and acted like a rowdy because we questioned on the products.
                                      On 07april 2023 we had the painting scheduled.The painter comes to my place carrying old paint material..and only 1 person came...at 10am when Mahendra Singh ([protected]) came to the site I asked him 1) why tractor emulsion when premium was booked 2) why only one painter has come 3) and on material..For asking this Mahendra spoke in the wrong laungue asking " why 2 is not enough for"..I asked him again what and told don't confuse to maintain professionalism..after this Mahendra literally acted like a rowdy saying "have you purchase us..are we your servant.."n screamed at the painter telling.."first come out from here let's go" all are shelf n other boxes were kept out.but still he came close to my face and was yelling.i was standing stocked and asked him what wrong did I do..(I think he spoke bad about kannada people) I am not sure..but he told something n left...people come from outside to earn and show such wrong behaviour ??? And no one to question.??????
