I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the payment issue I faced while using the No Broker app. I had paid my rent through the app but it took a different account. I used the landlord's UPI ID( [protected]@ybl) and provided the correct account details, but somehow it shows a different account number ([protected], FDRL0007777) that I had used in a previous transaction.
I contacted customer care and updated the correct account information. However, I was recently informed that a fraudulent transaction was made and the amount got credited to a different account number Bank Acc: [protected]
Ifsc: UTIB0003365, which I never provided.
I have attached screenshots of mails and audio records of my conversation with customer care. As per our investigation on phone pay (screenshot attached) and Google, the account belongs to Vaggu Srikanth, but I have no knowledge of this person or the account.
Furthermore, I am also unable to log in to my No Broker account despite raising the issue with customer care and sending emails. This is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The total amount of Rs. 49, 300 is blocked due to this issue, and I want it to be returned to my payment mode as soon as possible. This is a significant amount, and I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve this issue.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and address my concerns at the earliest.

NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Your team has been saying the same that you provide services on time and process refunds too however that isn't the case for me and many like me who have raised the complaint here.
In the email can you please mention the approximate amount of time you would require to do this for once and all?
