There is broker named Janardhan S operating in Panvel, Navi Mumbai
Phone no [protected]. He acts as owner but actually is fraud agent duping customers. He didn't return my money (5k) which I gave him as deposit . Kindly block this person's account

    I paid Rs 301/ to nobroker online for AC repairing with booking ID HS-6068997.
    On 31 Mar 23. Technician suppose to come at[protected]am on 01 Apr 23.

    I called at nobrokers mobile no. Multiple time, but no one is bothered.
    Plz look into the matter, refund my money.

      I opted NoBroker home renovations for my flat in Bangalore. i paid advance for my project. The design phase was literally so slow. The design scope was for false ceiling, and minor Puja unit modification work that itself took about 3 weeks time, and post design completion they shared revised quotation with revised labor and increased persft prices for materials used. I asked them to give justification in price escalation since delay was from their side the overall process from site visit and design for small activity took about a month time and why i should pay price escalation on material and labor cost. I agree if design wise any running feet or volume increase that is justifiable but why should I pay prices on labor or material cost other than agreed upon prices as per agreement.
      They later said they will revise and share new quote. To my surprise in revised quote they corrected few items costing back to the first quote and escalated prices of other items/tasks and they said that is due to MCR revision ( their internal price changes) and their management has asked to give quote according to new prices

      Their quotations keep changing with every iteration...and the values they display are not legible...i could have understood if marginal cost escalation the changes were so dramatically fuzzed that no one can belive. I have decided to bring into consumer forum for below reasons
      1. Work delay caused by Your (Nobroker) team, due to their inefficiency or higher TAT, u should not make customer pay for it
      2. Quoted prices doesn't justify...it only looks like an attempt to compensate overall price by lowering one item and increasing the price on other item
      3. They create a whatsapp group against evert project and add a train of multiple people they call it team, they provide a standard escalation matrix from SPOC, relationship manager, PM etc.. and on ground realty those contacts are not much of helpful

      Relationship manager who was my first contact was never reachable, City manager or any other lead given in escalation matrix hardly respond to my emails or whatsapp, they only keep You waiting

      I have got my money stuck about a month and half wait/delay and no progress on ground in reality. I regret my decision for opting nobroker services, i should have opted for alternative brand or other trusted contacts for these services

        So I booked NoBroker's packers and movers service for March 8, 2023. After a visit from their supervisor for 3 BHK, they quoted me 14500 for 50 boxes, and the distance was 5 km. They asked me to upgrade to premium by paying an additional 3, 000 and promised me everything would be properly packed and wrapped. The total I paid was 17, 500 rupees .

        Nobroker's moving partner, "Naresh Reddy, " and the team started their work; they got only 32 boxes and packed only one side of the sofa and a refrigerator, that was all.

        Even after I paid a premium, they did not even do the basic packing. THE TEAM SUPERVISOR, NARESH REDDY, HARDLY CAME IN TO CHECK ON HOW THINGS WERE GOING. He was busy on his phone and stayed in his car most of the time.

        50% of my stuff was packed in my curtains, bedsheets, and scarves.

        Mattresses were not packed and were lying here and there in front of my apartment like garbage. They were covered with grease and black fingerprints.

        Bedsheets, curtains, and scarves were damaged because they were used as boxes.

        No furniture was packed except for one side of the sofas and the refrigerator.

        They used my packing material, including plastic rolls and papers, without asking me and asked me to get more papers from somewhere for packing.

        -for a 3-bedroom house and a 5-kilometre distance, they started at 7 a.m. and finished it at 1 a.m. the next day [it took 18 hours]. Naresh Reddy forced me to close it somewhere around 11 p.m. and demanded I pay before finishing the job by standing on my face and forcing me to give an OTP.

        I told Naresh Reddy that the job was not done as per the nobroker's commitment, and he then blamed it on his boys, went near them and raised his hand (he did not hit), and insulted their mother and sister. This was just an act he showed so that I would not complain about him, and I clearly told him not to do this kind of act in front of me. Then he asked me not to complain, and this drama lasted for about 2 hours. I had to witness such things.

        MOVING MANAGER—MISS GAYATRI

        NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER SERVICE When I called her the next day, she was at lunch. They said we had arranged for her to call back, which she never did; she then went on sick leave for a week, and she never called me again. then I wrote an email to nobroker, and she called me the next morning and apologised, and I explained her issue. She said she would talk to her senior, and we would talk about compensation. I agreed. Another week, no call from my moving manager. When I called her after that, she asked me, Is your problem not solved yet? "YOU ARE MY MOVING MANAGER; YOU SHOULD KNOW IT BETTER!

        Then she tells me to talk to her moving partner, Naresh Reddy, about compensation. He is your partner, not mine. I HIRED YOU TO DO A JOB, AND YOU REQUESTED THAT I NEGOTIATE WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY PARTNER 'WOW, ' WHO HAS ALREADY CAUSED SO MUCH DRAMA IN THIS WHOLE SETUP.
        IS IT MY JOB TO TALK TO HIM OR YOURS? I GAVE YOU PICTURES AND EVERYTHING IN THAT MAIL; WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT, PURE Frustration? Then she says, Okay, I will talk to him, and another week later, no call from the no-broker side.

          I booked Packers and Movers service for shifting within chennai. Along with shifting AC uninstallation and installation service also booked. While installing they damaged my all internal volve and gas pipe has been damaged. Due to that he charged me extra for make it work. He installed and left, within few mins it stopped working, I asked to fix, they just internal damage we will not take care, but the internal damage has been caused by those persons only.
          They treat customers least bothered and money making always.

            I was looking into No broker ac service to get my ac serviced. I checked for the price and after sometime I got a call saying that they can provide me further discount on the price for my ac service since I had 4 acs .I paid them Rs 1433 on 19th March 2023. I was supposed to get the service on 20th March 2023 between 6:30pm to 7:00 pm. Moments after paying them I received a call again saying that the transaction has not been accepted due to some technical issues. I mailed them my payment confirmation receipt just after that call. I didn't receive any update on that day. Next day I called them to ask for update, they said that payment failed due to technical issues, and they will initiate and give the refund within next 24 hours. I called them again they said that refund won't be initiated I'll get the service the same day or max by next day.
            Since 19th I have been calling them every day but every time I have received different answers. None of them gave a consistent answer. Sometimes they said I will receive the refund within 24 hours or sometimes they would say I will receive the service within 24 hours, sometimes they would ask for my bank statement or some other document.

            But not even once I have received a consistent story from their team. The only consistent answer I received that sir we will call you back after checking in 10 mins, which obviously they lied and not even once did I receive a call back. Instead, I had to call them the next day.

            I have given them every document they asked for but not even once I received an email confirmation in spite of asking for it on each and every call.

            In the past 11-12 days they have been tolling me left and right. I have wasted an average of 30-45 minutes on call daily in the past 11-12 days.

            I would request you to look into it and make them compensate for my time, money and mental stress. I am attaching my bank statement and payment confirmation receipt along with this email.

              I was contacted by the pg property owner in powai mumbai through the nobroker app. Initially the owner asked me to make a payment of 2000 which is refundable for making a visiting card. After paying the amount i got connected to a manager of the property who asked me to make a payment of Rs 9099 which is refundable. After paying the amount he asked me to pay Rs. 9000 and rs 99 as separate transactions. Which again i paid. After some time he asked me to pay Rs 11000 which he will refund me. In toatal i paid Rs 31198 and didnot got a refund.

                Nobroker.com should be renamed as technicalGlitch.com. My add doesnt get activated. Every executive on the help line keep repeating "its a technical glitch" and this has been going on from past 2 years. I am a genuine customer trying to use the services(paid). One of the executive told me that once a customer is considered as a broker, they are blocked from using the nobroker services. I dnt ind nobroker using that approach with brokers but hello i am not a broker. the property that i am trying to rent out is on my name and i am ready to share all the property documents that proves it. I tried explaining this to 100's of executives but they act dumb.

                  As on 08th December 2022 Vide NoBroker.com reference no. HSPM5818085 I booked services of Packers and Movers for shifting of house hold goods with in Hyderabad city through NoBroker customer care and it was scheduled for 10th December 2022 at 9 am.I have paid 1725/- as an advance amount as stated by customer care. And we have done all the arrangements for shifting and Uninstalled fans at own expenses as advised by NoBroker. When the day of shifting arrived for our surprise they didn't turn up and told to postpone shifting to after 3 days, this information I got when I called them at 8 am to know the status on the shifting day.I denied the same and made arrangements at higher cost with other vendor since I already fixed.STILL THE STATUS OF THE SERVICES IS SHOWING PENDING even after 3 months and several phone calls and concerns raised at support.NOW I AM CLAIMING COMPENSATION ALONG WITH ADVANCE AMOUNT PAID AND ALSO ACTUAL CHARGES PAID TO OTHER VENDOR AT HIGHER RATE. They kept us MENTAL AGONY AND INCONVENIENCE.

                  I got twice call from your customer care after lodging grievance here.But the sake false promises are being made by your team.Refund amount has been not initiated as told by you
                  WORST COMPANY AND CEO. Dont go by it as it will ruin your time, money and effort. Also too much hassle as once you paid the token amt then there is no one to listen also the quote is changed at their end with additions and deletions. Time they dont bother, they dont listen, things get damaged which they dont compensate. I had written 14+ mail chains but they are least bothered about the damages. My microwave fully shattered which I had to buy a new one, washing machine broken, AC not installed, ac pipe twisted, AC indoor taped badly which eroded the paint, shoe rack damaged, office chair missing, beds not installed as tools were not there with them, masala sauce mayo paint edible oil turpentine all packed in one bucket which destroyed everything as packing was done in chaos as they came 2 hours late also puja items packed in toilet bucket inspite of instructions. Many more to say but it is humble request to PLS DONT USE Nobroker for any of your needs. Sample images for your reference.

                    Today, between 12 - 1 pm, Rs 24818.1 has been debited from my credit card, Payment has been fraud from my card, and transafr on your portal ( nobroker technologies bengluru) informed customer care and filed a complaint, copy of the call and email and cybercrime which I have complained about uploaded with mail kindly check tha matter and stop tranction of amount rs 24818.1

                      I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the payment issue I faced while using the No Broker app. I had paid my rent through the app but it took a different account. I used the landlord's UPI ID( [protected]@ybl) and provided the correct account details, but somehow it shows a different account number ([protected], FDRL0007777) that I had used in a previous transaction.

                      I contacted customer care and updated the correct account information. However, I was recently informed that a fraudulent transaction was made and the amount got credited to a different account number Bank Acc: [protected]
                      Ifsc: UTIB0003365, which I never provided.

                      I have attached screenshots of mails and audio records of my conversation with customer care. As per our investigation on phone pay (screenshot attached) and Google, the account belongs to Vaggu Srikanth, but I have no knowledge of this person or the account.

                      Furthermore, I am also unable to log in to my No Broker account despite raising the issue with customer care and sending emails. This is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      The total amount of Rs. 49, 300 is blocked due to this issue, and I want it to be returned to my payment mode as soon as possible. This is a significant amount, and I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve this issue.

                      I hope you will take this matter seriously and address my concerns at the earliest.

                        Cheating from no broker fraud company on relax plan.

                        NoBroker called me on sunday march 12th 2023 and told me to dont go for basic plan since I will not get proper properties as per me requirement. Instead they told buy a relax plan and we can assure you a flat as per your wish.
                        I was looking for mandatory secuirty apartments in jaynagar. I had strongly told them I need mandatory security gaurd kind of apartments. They told we have plenty of flats and if you buy relax plan we will give...

                        I subscribed the legal service from Nobroker and i was promised that the Lawyer assigned will do the job, But the lawyer had no knowledge and was incompetent and could not give service due to which i asked for refund.

                        No broker legal team(Sania.[protected]@nobroker.com and shameem.[protected]@nobroker.com) confirmed over email that the refund of 17500 as been processed and i will get in 15 days.

                        But i got only 10, 000.

                        Now they are refusing to give remaining 7500

                          I took kitchen renovation service from NoBroker. Took that service only because of continous call from sales team Mr.Toufiq. Team isn't responding from the day we made complaints. They respond at times but the problem is not yet resolved. They damaged my property. The product they have installed has low quality but I have paid in lakh. Whenever we call they act like as if they do the service for free of cost. New person enters and we again explain and again a new person enters and again we explains. This is what is happening but they aren't resolving the issue. I would like to give the names of the person who don't even care that we have paid so much money and they are responsible for the damages caused by them.

                            They deduct my 23 k Rs from my deposit. Which is not justified amount. I want some inspection report they also can't give me . I said if you deduct those amount so give me some justified report on that but don't respond on that . I also post so many tweet to her CEO but no one take any action on that and resolve my problem. I also send them legal notice but on that also they keep silent. So please me regarding this.

                              This is a poor website. i was told by nobroker that there is a technical glitch due to which my add of posting the property is not getting activated. i had to find a tenant elsewhere. Now after an year the executives say that same thing-- there is a network glitch. How many years would it take for you to resolve the technical glitch. We need to find an alternate website....

                              We hired NoBroker Interior for our apartment, its been 90 days now till now the work is not complete. We are only fed with lies from the regional manager-Kishan Kumar, city manager- mohammed sharukh, pm- manish v. They always have an excuse for delay and this has been happening since the beginning. The quality of work done so far is worse.i have to hire outside carpenters to fix their work. We have paid more than 80% of payment and they are asking for the remaining money without any work being done. Will never recommend their services to anyone.

                                I took a Nobroker Cleaning Services on March 2, 2023 (HS[protected]. The team hasn't done any proper work and has left 2 rooms uncleaned(Toilet and balcony).

                                Even after multiple follow-ups and raising requests, I haven't got any responses from them, Initially, they mentioned they will look into it but kept making it delayed and now they claim I am outside the warranty period and nothing cannot be done.

                                I have sent the proofs and videos of my apartment as well on time.

                                No this is not true. the team purposefully delayed the replies, I had gotten back the next day after sending me the proof of work.

                                Your Team had sent men the Pre and post-photos on March 5th 1am EST, I replied the next day(Mar 6th 12:03 PM EST) with photos and proof of the "substandard" work done by your partner. I have mailed and done multiple followups without any response from your team. You are stating 2 things in the above email

                                  Please check the attached image to see the fraud transactions debited.
                                  I have already raised the complaint on calls.
                                  I want you to understand that these are big transactions.
                                  Kindly refund my money ASAP and take action on such fraud websites.
