On 17th May I purchased a plan "Property Expert Plan" from Nobroker. Within 20 minutes of my purchase I asked them to cancel my plan as I changed my mind due to some issue. I had a word with the Relationship Manager, she transferred my call to her Supervisor as she was not authorized to take the decision. I explained my reason to her Supervisor and he agreed for the refund and said that I will get a mail by that day itself. However, it's been 3 days and still I haven't received the mail, neither did I get a call.

    This is to inform you that I, Vipin Arunrao Bidwaik isa credit card holder of ICICI Bank vide No **** **** **** 1001. On 16 may 2022 at around 4:42 PM, I received a call from [protected] with name Aarti Sharma and unfortunately suddenly I realized that fraud transactions of Rs 49995 in total was done to my credit card.

    At that moment, I made a complaint at ICICI Credit Card fraud section & their complaint ref no is SR[protected] dt 16.05.2022. I also informed the matter to Bank Fraud Section and submit Dispute form.

    I have also made a complaint at Cyber crime department with acknowledgement no [protected] and complaint copy attached for your reference.

    Sir, I am a student & its not possible for me to bear such a big loss. So, I request you please take my complaint on priority & reverse back the amount at earliest.

      Dear NoBroker Team,

      I have taken a Relax Pan on 03/05/2022 so that your people can help me find a rented house in Yelahanka, Bangalore. I have only two requirements a) It should be a gated society. b) My budget is 10-11 thousand.

      At the time of registering for the plan, you customer care executive told me that there are a lot of houses that is visible to him as per my requirements and hence I made the payment and got myself registered and a relationship manager was assigned to me and her name was Prema. Next 2 days I did not receive any call from my RM. I have to call her and again I told her my requirements.

      I did not receive any leads for the next two days, again i have to call her and then she sent me few links which were irrelevant as I clearly mentioned that I don't want an independent house. I was looking for the house myself and telling her to contact which was also not done. Overall this was the height of bad services to the consumer.

      There was no call from her, no followups nothing. All the leads and information sent to me was irrelevant. Later her senior Kavita connected to me and that was also useless. She told me that there are no properties which fits my requirements.

      My point is why in first place i was promised that there are a lot of properties available when there was none. Its been 15 days today and I am standing here with spending my 3500 INR which is my hard earned money and completely wasted.

      I need a refund at any cost. Please understand that I did not pay the amount to have a refund but the services provided by Nobroker is beyond worse and I cannot let them take my money just like that.

        Dear Leads,

        This is to say that I am completely disappointed with the property search service after getting me opted for the Tenabt Relax plan. I did not get any proper leads from the appointed RM Anand Mohan as the response time and looking for better property in the locality was really very poor.

        Though he had shared me some of the properties in which few of the owners after contacting or visiting them directly they replied stating that the property is already rented which gave me further in a deep trouble and later I had to look around each property by my own individually by asking at the apartments security gate, later at my hard luck I was able to fix and finalize one of the rental property at my own and without having any further support from Anand Mohan.

        I am really disappointed about the services as the time was very tight for me which was very well conveyed to my appointed RM as well.

        Though I know refund is not possible in the plan, however as an exceptional case I would request you to refund me half of the value which I had paid for the service and for which I was not provided full service by your team or else any other alternate option to composate.

        I am really looking forward for your quick positive reply and action on my request. In case if it is not getting resolved at your end, then I would suggest you to escalate this matter to the next level in your organization.

          I hired No Broker Movers and Packers service shifting my stuff from Faridabad to Lucknow, for which they asked me for 29500 rupees of payment, with below promises :

          1) Team of specialized people coming for movers and packers
          2) Peace of mind
          3) A Supervisor to supervise the things
          4) A relationship manager to from No Broker
          5) 14 feel dedicated truck for shifting

          What was delivered :
          1) A 14 feet vehicle (on a sharing basis). It already had 25 boxes inside it of some other person. When I contacted No Broker for it, the relation manager (Neha told me that no such promises were made). When I asked for cancellation, the matter was resolved, but it cost me around 3-4 Hrs time waste
          2) They sent some On the way Labors (Rickshaw puller) at my premises for packing and moving the stuff. I have recordings with me, where those people themselves told me, they are rickshaw pullers and not from their vendor's team. When I highlighted the same with No Broker, the answer I got was, it's their vendor's issue, they can look after it.
          3) No Supervisor was sent as promised. When I asked for this as well, the answer I got from No Broker was, it's the vendor's fault, they can't do anything about it. I myself had to supervise the things, right from packing the stuff, making the repository sheet with the items and boxed and needing to count and upload it on the truck on my own.
          4) No tools were given to rickshaw pullers to unbox the bed and uninstall other stuff (like AC, RO, Gueyser, etc). When I asked for this as well, the answer I got from No Broker was, it's the vendor's fault, they can't do anything about it.
          5) And the cherry on the cake was that the truck driver and truck were also not from the vendor side, nor from No Broker. The vendor hired some roadside truck driver to deliver my things. Which I think is risky. When I asked for this as well, the answer I got from No Broker was, it's the vendor's fault, they can't do anything about it.
          6) On the day of delivery, they were adamant to unpack and deliver the stuff at midnight, and were pressing again and again to take the delivery at midnight (with a bunch o[censored]nknown rickshaw pullers entering my house to deliver the stuff). On again requesting the same with No Broker, the answer I got was, "Sir, kara lijiyye unpacking, 12 hi to baje hai raat ke". At last, I was left with no other option but to say No. But, I kept getting calls till 1 Am to get the delivery unpack at that time.
          7) The stuff they unpacked, I have all the pictures, they simply throw everything on my bed and move away with the empty boxed (which when I requested to let it be with me for some days, they were adamant to loot charges of 60 per box from me in return). It seems, the vendor got all his grudges against me
          8) I am sure some of the items are missing again at my end. Because, at the receiving end, again, they hired a few rickshaw pullers to move and unpack the stuff at my house. Which is definitely risky and moreover, there are 100% chances of missing stuff.
          9) The best part : A goons team was sent to my house again to empty the packets and get them collected at all costs. They parked their 14 feet vehicle in front of my house for another 30 mins, threw all my stuff here and there and fled away with all the boxes.

          How I was assisted by No Broker Relation Manager Ms. Neha :

          1) When I highlight the issues to My relationship Manager (Ms. Neha), everytime, I need to get on-call hold (for 10 mins, at times 20 mins). Then again I need to re-try again and again and again, and then, if by chance (my luck) Call gets connected, I only got assurance, NO I GOT A FALSE ASSURANCE from her side, that she will get it rectified. Then, there was no call back from her side and when I used to call her back, the answer I use to got : "Sir, vendor call nai le rha", "Sir, vendor sun nai raha", "Sir, Ap btaao isme mein kya karu".

          FYI .. I started highlighting the issues to Neha from 8 AM and every time it seems she was busy with her house chores work (background noise I can clearly listen) and everytime answer I got was "Sir, mein kya kar skti hu yha se"

          SO, if this is what you guys provide us relationship manager, kindly let us know this in advance, so that we can think 100 times before choosing a service from your side.

          How I was assisted with your senior representative (Ms. Mehraj, Contact : [protected] ) :

          1) Sir, I will check with the vendor and revert back, which I didn't get even after 2 days passing by).
          2) Did everything to safeguard the (So called Innocent vendor)
          3) Accused me of making false allegations. When I said, . I have all the video and written proof with me, then with a soft voice the answer I got was, Sir, we can't do anything against the vendor.
          4) Whenever I used to call her, it seems she was not interested in listening to my complaints, as if, such fraud incidents are quite common for No Broker
          5) The best answer from her side : "Go ahead with your complaint and comments against us, if you want to make comments against us on social media

            I had to cancel my order placed on 10th April and I am still waiting for refund.

              I have given my brand new VW taigun with 2k mileage for transfer from hyd to Bangalore on 13th may 22. The driver took extra money saying that petrol is not enough for taking it to trailer though it has 10liters. The next day the driver took it to a cricket ground and back from where it came(a round trip) approx 27kms without knowing that my car has gps tracking and i could see every inch of his movement and when he started and stopped the car. Same day I raised complaint with nobroker and yet no reaction from them. Same day evening the driver took it to shopping places. Again I complained, yet no response from nobroker team. Next day the driver drives another 8kms. Again complaint raised and no response. I have mailed with all gps tracking screenshots to [protected]@nobroker.in as they asked. But no response.
              They said the car will be delivered in 3days. Now they say it will take 6 days to deliver. I am walking to my office in Bangalore.

                Booked Nobroker packers and movers service for house shifting from Hyderabad to Bengaluru. They made frequent calls until the booking is made.
                They took the detailed list of house items both while making the booking and also after a movement manager has been assigned. Got deceived by the initial calls they made and made an assumption that the service is going to be great.

                The trouble started on the day of shifting. They sent a local partner who doesn't seem to be professional, they made a lot of delays in loading. The truck they sent was not enough for loading all items and they were not providing an option on how to progress.

                When I called the movement manager he responded by saying that my booking was only for a 17feet truck and if there are any extra items I have to pay them separately which was not mentioned explicitly to me until that time and they were charging around 50% of the total booking amount for the extra items which were not even 20% of the total items.

                It is ridiculous to put a customer in that situation. And the movement manager was not easily available to contact, I had to wait on the IVRS until someone tries to connect me to the movement manager. All this was happening when the items that were still to be loaded into the truck were left in the parking. This was really frustrating.
                Finally, I agreed to pay an extra amount of the booking amount as I was left without an option. While I was going through all this discussion with nobroker team the local partner they sent was behaving restlessly.

                As I thought this was all bad they made it more worse after the unloading. My 8 items missing worth Rs.1.3 Lakh. I have proofs(pics of missing items) as well and they give me the non-delivery receipt as well. But when I asked for compensation they are saying they will only give 15k. I told them don't give the money, and just order the missing items. I want my full money.

                On the whole I had the worst experience with Nobroker packers and movers service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

                Don't get deceived by their initial customer care calls who try to impress to complete the booking.

                There are lot of other service providers that does a good job and provide proper response to the customers until the job is done.

                  I have taken a money back plan to rent out one of my property . Almost waited more than 30 days not even single tenant had visited the property via no broker . I was completely unsatisfied with service and informed the same . Later my relationship manager got changed and he was working on my property . Finally property not able to rent out via no broker . I got tenant from other sources and my property given for the rent . As per money back plan they suppose to refund my amount . After updating about the property status . They told me they had initiated the refund amount process and asked the agreement . I have shared the agreement now they are telling they can’t refund the amount due to below reason !!
                  1 . In the agreement one minor typo they found it . The typo was my flat was located in second floor but mistakenly I had mentioned in first floor .
                  I had told them that typo occurred mistakenly so can I correct and share the new rental agreement but they didn’t agree . Finally they told they can’t return my amount !! . It’s one of the worst customer experience I had with no broker . Hope they can serve better . That small amount doesn’t matter much but they have been loosing the customer trust here . If they have any doubts they can visit the property and enquire it . It seems they are doing scam .

                  I have listed my property in a prime location in bangalore for rental. I never got any leads and when I their agent called me to check on the status I have told them to remove my property from the listing as what ever the enquiries I get are from property agents who did not had any clients or fake clients set up by them to pose as potential tenant who come and just take photograph of the property and disappear even though you agree to all their terms. They charge renters via their subscription to show my property as available and share my contact details to them which means they get subscription fees from owner as well as the renter and still do not providing matching properties or clients to close the deal. This cheating continues until owner and renter subscribe to their services. During this tenure they keep calling and send messages asking to subscribe to their other services (painting, rent payment, house cleaning etc., ). Not sure if this can this be reported to cyber crime.

                    I received a call from RBL Bank customer care number +[protected], he told me that we are upgrading your limit and shared all details of my card correctly then he told that you will receive OTP for upgrading your limit and i shared it to him, once i shared within a sec i received the massage of transaction amount of 24745 and after that he disconnected the call.
                    I already complaint about that to RBL Bank customer care and also going to fill FIR against this fraud.

                      I have been following up with Nobroker relationship manager since last 2 months for initiating police verification for tenant and they are not initiating the same. They are not even bother of replying to mail nor they are calling back. Worst and pathetic service. I have dropped them atleast 20-25 mails for the same but they are not responding.
                      The escalation team is also not doing anything, no one from their team is even responding to mail not sure what their role is or even they have any.

                      This is the worst and pathetic service i am getting. It is pure harrasment after paying for the service.

                        I bought a Super Moneyback plan for 24778/- from Nobroker on 15 January 2022 to sell my flat in Wakad. I was assured of best services like full support from RM, scheduled visits, and complete guidance.
                        Post buying the plan, everything vanished.
                        I was given no support from RM and No Scheduled visits.
                        If you look at the app data, the team managed contact only 7 people for the sale of a house, Out of which only 1 agreed to visit the Flat but he too didn’t turn up.is this the service for which I paid 25K (This information was given to me by the RM Indrani who was handling my complaint for the last 1 month with no resolution.)

                        I need full refund of the entire money paid by me. No broker has made no efforts as the service promised, besides wasting 3 months of my precious time. Then why should you charge me for something that I never got. This is clearly cheating on customers only to get service charges out of them and give no service.

                        Indrani – your executive has agreed that there were no efforts taken by no broker team to get the house sold. Neither kept up to the promises made while selling the plans.

                        Indrani said that she will submit a query to their accounts/complaint team and make sure they will refund the amount. She kept giving me different target dates for resolution but hasn’t achieved one.

                        No broker as a company promise something but deliver something underrated. They are not trustworthy especially their executives/ agents. I have all the recordings of the calls.

                        I feel completely cheated and have lost my hard-earned money, I don’t earn by cheating people. I am very unhappy and frustrated with No Broker.
                        If I am not refunded the complete amount I will have to take legal action against your company, please be aware of this.

                        Despite of the fact that you havent provided me with 100% resolution I am marking this case as resolved only because u guys are pestering us with calls to do so. only if you could have done the same while i was complaining, that time you were not bothered to call back. now i have atleast 5-6 calls every day to remind me to take the complaint back. You must first learn how to treat customers and provide good customer service, good feedback will automatically follow.

                          I purchased Relax Plan on 04th May by paying Rs. 3500.
                          As I was looking for a house change I used to get 10 to 15 calls a day from NoBroker explaining all the benefits from Sales Person that on Relax Plan I just have to mention my requirements and a Relationship Manager (RM) will be assigned to me and he will search the properties and I have to only select the properties then RM will fix an appointment for me and he will also negotiate the rent amount with the owner.
                          Thinking that this will be beneficial for me since I donot have the time to invest I purchased the plan on 04th May Morning.
                          RM (Sachin Kharaigar)was assigned to me but he didn't called within 3 hours then I called him but he didn't receive so for the first day he didn't even called me to capture the requirements.
                          Next day also I kept on calling him but there was no response. In the evening a mail came that he was on leave and somebody called to inform that he will join next day.
                          Next day I also kept on calling but same message came that RM is on leave.
                          This continued for the next 4 days.
                          I kept on mailing and calling several times but they would only on listen to my issue and say that supervisor will call but nobody called.
                          After 4 days another RM(Nithya Shree) was assigned to me. I immediately called to give her my requirements. Based on my requirements she gave 3-4 leads .
                          After one day she again went on leave without letting me know.
                          For the past two days I myself only has to search the leads and get the owner contact details and talk with them and fix the appointments. There is no assistance from the RM or any supervisor. Even the supervisor (Lavanya) is lying to me and giving false promises. Tenantmrservicing department is total useles and they don't reply back to mails.I have been mentally harrased calling and texting nobroker.
                          As soon as I paid there has been no service provided by them.
                          I demand full refund for the mental harrasment and financial loss which has incurred to me.

                            I had made a booking from NoBroker and I was informed that my shipment would reach on time.

                            In this shipment my items did not reach on time and quite few items are missing/stolen and damaged.

                            I have provided all the proof to them and in order to claim for this, I had been requesting them to give me document for the same and for the same same I have been with holding last leg of money.

                            They are so unprofessional that, after damaging quite a few items and after few items are missing they are asking for money. Pls help me for the same.

                              It has been more than 3 weeks asking for a GST bill for the service provided by Nobroker. Every time I call to ask for the same, their standard reply is that they will raise the query to the accounts team & I will get the bill on my registered email id by end of day. I have called multiple times & nothing has changed or received the GST bill. Please help.

                                  AC Repairing and Gas refilling

                                  I live in Delhi, I have paid for AC Gas Refilling from the app scheduled for 10AM of 3rd April 2022. There technician didn’t reached till 3:30PM. The technician refilled the gas and marked the service as completed within 10 minutes of his arrival at my house.

                                  I raised a complaint to Nobroker as he didn’t repaired the leakage. He just came and refilled. There technician told me that there is 90d warranty policy, they’ll...

                                  I bought a Moneyback plan from Nobroker and was assured of best services like full support from RM, scheduled visits, and complete guidance. Post buying the plan, I was not provided any support by the RM, there were no good properties suggested by him and most of the time he was completely unavailable to attend any calls. Even after reaching their support team, they would always say we will get back to you and no one cared to call back.

                                    I am looking for purchasing a flat, approached NB, took their plan, visited few listed properties, finalized one. Then NB Seller RM said to pay 10K to seller, made and after that received incomplete set of property documents from seller. Then took NB legal services for document verification and NB assigned an advocate, who mentioned that they need more documents.

                                    I am not able to get documents from seller, and Seller RM is absconding till date and unable to reach. Who will repay me 10K?

                                    This scenario seems like repeating, and feels like this is a fraud/scam. Nobody from NB seems to be looking at this issue. Very disappointed.
