No broker ref number NRP-9923848,
Dear sir,
This nobroker online site is allowing to pay rent or pay token amount online through credit card.
Today I paid a token advance of 200000 and a service charge of 2000. Instead of token advance I accidently selected pay rent. It allowed me to submit with rental agreement as optional. But now they kept my transaction on hold and they are asking me to upload the documents mandatory which was optional while initiating the transaction.
If they cannot transfer money and kept on hold then while refunding the amount they should send back the transaction charges as well. This is like a spam please address my query. Thank you.

Same kind of issue with me, Nobroker is doing Spam with customers, they are simply earning with these service charges with their scrap term and conditions. Now a days most the services online and these guys are making spam against it.

    I would like to share my bitter experience with No Broker after availing their paid services - "SUPER RELAX PLAN". which gave me very high dis-appointment. I have opted their paid service to rent my flat in Semmencherry, OMR near Shilinganallur / Chennai.

    I have opted for "Super Relax Plan" and it is activated on 16th September'2021. / total payment paid - INR 6488.82

    Harassment by calling

    Hello Team,

    i am getting daily harashment call from No Brokers, Daily 2 time they are calling me for the rent. I requested to delete my number ([protected]). But they are continously calling....

    I had opened an account to look for houses nearby in Nobroker application it's been weeks since I've changed my house but NoBroker still bombards my number and mail with ads. Please it is very inconvenient and really disturbing. I don't know how to opt out of this. I've made a big mistake opening an account in Nobroker.

      No borker sales representative shivakumar called on 14th Nov @ 12:22 PM regarding Tenent Relax plan, on call i had clearly mentioned on multiple times that plan to be activated from 1st December 2021, and I was assured by shivakumar that validity of 45 days counted will be counted from 1st December. I had asked him send the confirmation on email, he said once payment is made he will send the request and i would get an email after the call.
      An Hour later, I received a call from assigned RM and he told me plan is active and validity will be counted from 14th nob not from 1st December.
      This is highly unprofessional, unethical, misleading and falsifying commitments by sales representatives to close a deal.

      I want no broker activate the paln from 1st December and count validity of 45days from 1st December, if they can't start the paln from 1st December, i want a full refund as i was mislead by sale representative

        This is pathetic!!! I'm trying to post my ad from last 3 months and everytime I put it up it goes inactive indefinitely. The teams are trained to put this on a technical glitch but the reality is they want us to buy the paid services or they won't activate the listing.

          No brokers dealing with me as a client is not done... and this cannot be the way a reputed company and its representatives have to beheave.

          I would like to highlight step wise processes in which I got misled.

          1. While booking my courier, No broker was being told by me that my all household items were getting packed.

          2. Including Kitchen glass crockery, Kitchen utensils, Clothes, shoes and home decorative items.

          3. No broker team insisted on having insurance done for almost Rs 4, 500/- for a declared amount of 1.70 lacs..

          Upon believing your words and no broker team's politeness and customer centric behavior I paid Rs 4, 500/- towards insurance.

          Upon receiving the courier, observed a few Kitchen glass items and decorative items were broken / damaged... and the insurance surveyor upon his visit to my home gave an estimate of Rs 30000 to 35, 000/- worth items claimable.

          Iffco Tokio has rejected the claim informing, glass items are not covered under insurance policy and said the same has been mentioned in the agreement form.

          The point that I want to highlight now is when no broker team knew the items getting packed included Kitchen glass items which are fragile and remaining items will anyways not get damaged. I strongly feel I was being cheated because you knew beforehand that only glass items can damage and it wouldn't get insurance claimed.

          It Seems, No broker took advantage of my blind trust on them. Now i strongly feel cheated and it cannot be this way of having the business transaction completed with utmost dis-Satisfaction.

            I subscribed to one of their rental plans for tenants priced at Rs. 2999 (plus Rs. 539.82 GST) under which they were supposed to provide me a manger that will help me establish contact with house owner, negotiate and put me in contact with a locality expert so I can make a better decision. However, they just did not follow through. While, my phone was constantly bombed with their employees calling me, they all asked the same questions, and nothing was followed up. I ended up doing all the work on my own. I raised multiple complaints with their support. Again, I was called, the problems were discussed and I was assured that my issues will be resolved but nothing would be done.

              I opted for a money back guarantee service from NoBroker for getting a tenant for my flat. They did identify few prospective tenants and arranged to show my flat. I had to do all the talking with the prospective tenants before they visited my flat despite educating my relationship manager what all they had to tell the prospective tenants.
              I even reduced the expected rent from 30k to 26k on the advice of the relationship manager. Still no tenant was finalized. At the end of the service term I have requested to refund the money I paid as per the agreed terms. I was asked to provide my bank account details which I promptly did. Subsequent to that I made multiple calls to their helpline but have not received any response on the status of the refund.

                How come you are telling me that there is no any errors from your side I have the massage I wait 4 days to got the property and he told me before date 30 you will get and I text many time there is no response at all I will share the call and the chat also that’s not good and he shared with the property so late after I called many time and I told him I will complain you after that he shared me I can share also the screen of the time with my messages when I told him I will complain that’s not good to eat other people money with out any help or anything I will share all the messages now with my comment he promised me but no any help he share with me after 4 days he should be free from me not for another person that it’s not fair to treat people like this after coming and tell me there no any errors from your side and in his off day he told me another person will help me no one come to help. That it’s not fair to come and tell me there is no any errors from your side if I didn’t have anything why should I complain I didn’t get any help the relationship manager keep saying wait . 4 days he didn’t share anything with me he is busy with another customer he should be free for me not for another people that’s not good I called him there is no any response at all I have all the screenshots and he shared with me so late I have the time when did he share with me . He shared date 29 and I make plan date 26 I have everything there is no any help and he shared just few property if I’m happy with that I will not make any complaint .                 I have read The terms and conditions in the app I have the right to get money back because I didn’t get any help if it’s like how you say I can’t get the money back where is the terms and conditions of NoBroker I can get the money back if I’m not happy with the service and I’m not happy with that . And this all the screenshots with the relationship manager all the time I should wait till he finish with another people I just hope the long be back be I have the right to get money back

                That’s not good to give the money on No broker wallet I can’t use at all I should by cash to get discount from NOBROKER wallet I hope the money to be back to the account because I have read the rules I can get the money back to my account in work days there is no any option to use the NBcash at all

                  My transaction(s) dated 26/10/2021 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS BENGALURU IN for Rs 24240 on your SBI Credit Card. It is completely fraud payment by hackers.please hold payment and sent it back to my credit card....

                  Hi,
                  I would sincerely suggest you to better stop this packers and movers service (operations are not proper), this will ruin your reputation and the trust people have in nobroker. My bike was packed from Bangalore on 14th of October. I was promised, that the bike will be delivered in 3-4 days time. So I have agreed to pay Rs. 8000, which is much higher that what others charge. There are others in the business who had agreed for Rs. 2500 for the shifting, but I chose your service just because of the name "nobroker" and didn't want to take any risk with my bike(which is so dear to me). Day 3rd onwards I started reaching out to know an update regarding the movement. Each day I was getting updates like next day or day after tomorrow it will be shipped. Atleast there should be some way to track the shipment. Each day I was losing my peace, not knowing about what situation/place my bike is. Everytime I reach out to the customer care, I was told, after sometime I would get a callback with an update. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a callback, in which the movement manager assured me that my bike will reach me safe and sound (there was no deficiency for fake promises). This was the only hope I was having. Finally I received my bike today(24th October, after 10days), but I was really heart broken to see there were multiple damages. Atlast the final hope of getting my bike in safe and sound condition was also shattered.

                  With the experience I had, I won't recommend anyone to use your packers and movers service.

                  If you wish to improve the packers and movers section, please make sure you provide a proper tracking mechanism with photo updates.

                  For the damages that was made, I have been sending mails to get a response for the past 1 week and they haven't replied to any of my mails. Everytime I call the customer care, the executive says that I will get a call back from concerned team and that they have escalated the issue. But I receive no callbacks or responses for my mails.

                  Today at 12.47 a customer care representative from quality team of nobroker contacted me. She assured that within 15mins I will get a call back with a resolution for my issue. I reminded her that whoever calls me from nobroker had assured me the same and that no one had ever called me back. She told ps me that she will make sure 100% that I will get a call back. It's 8.30 pm now, no one has contacted me yet.

                  It's been almost a month since I have been behind nobroker for a resolution for the damages that were inflicted on my bike. Everytime I call they are asking for 2 day, 1week, 1 day time for the resolution. Worst experience ever. How can they make the customer go behind them for such faults that are clearly made from their side. And I don't know what they are doing. Such filthy bunch of *******. I will have to choose some worst ways to get my problem addressed I guess. Tomorrow's time I have given for the resolution. I'm sure nothing is going to happen.

                    Hi I’m made a plan with nobroker date 26 of October and they said that the relationship manager will help me to find a hous but all the time when I called him he is saying that give me few minutes I will be back for you now it’s 4 days he doesn’t shear with me any property before I make the plan they called me so much to make a plan after I made a plan no one try to help or anything i called many times to complain but they say ok they will call after sometimes today I tried to called him he is not picking my call and my messages in the app I have photo from the chat between me and the relationship manager I need my money back because I didn’t get any help at all i need help for this things I just need my money back my number is [protected]

                    I got a message from them they say there is no any errors from there side and I can’t get my money back after I share the relationship manager message between me and him and all the emails with the date. I made a plan date 26 they didn’t give me any help till date 29 and it’s all are not what I told him . All what he got they want family and I’m bachelor this after 4 days of waiting and calling there is no any response I’m complain and they didn’t give any help, why all this things? I have read the company terms and conditions, after I read it’s showing that I have the right to get my money back if I’m not happy with the service and I’m not happy I shared all the screenshots with them but they didn’t help me they said not any errors from there side that’s not fair I will do my best to Get my money back it’s not good to eat like this because no one know people conditions people are not same for me that 3500 it’s mean something for me because I’m normal person I hope some help will be there thank you.

                      Pl do not opt for any service from No Brocker.. Pathetic service.. Issues.:
                      1. No Escalation Matrix us provided to customer to reach out to senior management..
                      2. No prospective tenant details are provided..
                      3. Inefficient Relationship Managers.
                      4. Customer voice is not heard
                      5. Senior management, including MD does not reply to mails. (with great difficulty, I could get mail id's)
                      6. Every work is oflloaded/subcontracted to individuals or very small timers.. You will have to struggle yourself.
                      So, I would not recommend No Brocker..

                          Respected sir / mem,
                          i, jayesh hirpara complaining about refund to source account. on date 17/10/2021 on the name of bhumit radadiya ( MO.NO. [protected] ) transaction of 15000 paid to viralbhai jagdishbhai chabhadiya (a/c no. [protected], NRP[protected] through pay rent on nobroker by no broker app via credit card ( name jayesh pareshbhai hirpara, creditcard no. [protected] )

                          creditcard used that was mine thats why i m complaining on behalf of bhumit radadiya .

                          after knowing my payment goes on hold because rental aggrement, after that i called on nobroker call no.[protected] and said pls refund my payment( excluding charges ) to source account because i dont have rental aggremement on date 17/10/2021.

                          after three days i called no broker and i got replied that our technical team has some issue on payment gate way thats why your payment is not credited to source account. but we had alredy taken your refund request and suggested to our technical team to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          after 4 days i called on no broker and i got replied that until our technical issue not rectify we are not able to refund.

                          then i said pls give me confirmation date, so they not give me any date or any timeframe. also i got answered that there are no timeframe and no confirmation.

                          again i called next day they said we are arranging a higher aythority call to you on no, [protected], in two hours.
                          but still i dont get any call.

                          today totally 8 working days ( excluding holidays and saturday ) i didnt get my payment of 15000 credited in my credit card.

                          sir, i hope you understed my problem and please solve it fast and give me a confirmation.

                            All utter exaggeration and drama!
                            NoBroker.in – A company that claims to be the “WORLDS LARGEST NO BROKERAGE SITE”

                            My parents took up three packages with noBroker.in after being followed by their sales team for several months and we have had the worst experience ever!

                            My dad is a retired Engineer and his main source of INCOME is the rental revenue from his properties. Due to COVID, all his properties lie vacant, and we needed help to show the place to people.

                            We got the below packages on 22.02.2021
                            1) Moneyback Plan 7668.82
                            2) SuperRelax Plan 6488.82
                            3) Relax Plan 3538.82
                            TOTAL = 17, 969.46

                            Although we were promised to have a relationship manager (RM) to look after all enquiries and a Field Relationship Manager to show the place, we hardly received 2 enquiries in the entire 60 days period for all three properties put together. We spent INR 18000 for nothing! It is appalling to witness that NB team did not move a finger to even scratch their heads to think about the service they needed to render to us.Their database is really poor and their service persons are as idle as a banana!

                            Once the period of 60 days lapsed and none of our properties were let for rent, we demanded the MoneyBack for the first plan. Ideally a deduction of 999 was to happen and we were to receive INR 6286.00 but yet again the sales team started harassing with their phone calls to extend the plan. We clearly told them to refund our money and return our keys.

                            All our pleas fell on deaf ears. They charged us for extension (additional INR 999 which we never wanted) and returned an amount of INR 5285 only. I have been simply writing out the events, but each and every turn was only after massive follow up, almost pleading and begging them. Until date, our keys are not returned and our INR 999 is still being held at their end.

                            NoBroker is a business entity which operates by stealing people’s money to fool them in exchange for zilch. The salesperson and service persons have been well trained to create ### out of all their CUSTOMERs, eye wash them into fancy “non existent” schemes, and hide thereafter making us follow up with them almost pleading them to work, and ultimately stab us in the chest by turning down all promises made; finally the truth of the situation dawns on us that we have been deceived inside out!

                            The situation would not have outraged me if the person cheated was a business man or a salaried employee. Here, it was an old man, retired and using his savings to invest in scheme.

                            I conclude, NoBroker.in – A company that should claim to be the “WORLDS WORST NO REAL ESTATE SITE” Never trust them

                              I made a rent payment of ₹ 30001 on 21st October at No Broker and showing in app Amount will settle in next day 22nd OCTOBER at 5 pm but I called to Carre they said it will settle soon but still amount not credited in my account and not ready to refund my money I called to cm care more then 10 times but he said everytime it will settle soon today is 25 th but my amount hold by NOBROKER he cheat with people. Run fraud company please help and refund my money

                                Entered into an agreement for taking a flat on rent through NoBroker. Was asked to provide my ID proof (Aadhar & PAN Card) and pay Rs. 10k as advance deposit on 8 Oct 21. Owner is NRI. Did not provide any ID proof, NoBroker did not insist, but closed the deal. Owner never disclosed that he does not have POA in blood relative's name. From 8 to 20 Oct Owner did not provide even one ID proof for himself despite several reminders. Kept changing the draft agreement, not putting any Aadhar card nor bank details in the rental agreement. On 20 Oct he adds Mother's name, does not mention she is authorised POA but mentions she is the sole owner of the flat & renting it out to me. On the building name plate Owner's name is clearly mentioned not Mother. He sent PAN card for his mother & says that will send bank details in a day or two. Over phone Owner says if there is any issue, he will be questioned for not providing POA, it is not tenant's problem!! Doubting the veracity and by the way he was dragging the issue, I backed out and asked for my deposit. Owner now refuses and does not entertain my mails or calls. NoBroker is refusing to provide an email ID for registering a complaint nor taking any action. On 22 Oct Owner got in touch with NoBroker (with same person who showed us the flat) and asked to find another tenant as we have backed off without giving any proper reason. I understand from this NoBroker personnel that Owner's flat is vacant past 8 months and tenants have been backing off at the last minute. Looks like NR has found a neat way to rake in money from unsuspecting tenants and NoBroker supporting him as he is an NRI. Please let me know how can I take action against NoBroker & the Owner and recover my deposit advance paid in good faith.
