You sales guys called me multiple times in a day for entire week to get myself registered as premium customer to sell my house .
I bought NRI service thinking that I will have someone in my US time to Help me in selling my house . But after I made the payment the guy just disappeared . His name is Aasif Ayoub.

Then I got continuous calls through out my night from india representative . I didn’t know that your staff Sumaiya Banu is so dump that she would call a US number in mid night and that to 7 times through out night .

I asked her to call me either US time or from 7Pm till 11AM IST but no call back. I sent mails but no response, I left message on WhatsApp no response, I called on WhatsApp but no response . I call Aasif but no response .

I feel like I am victim of fraud and I need my money back without any deduction as no action has been taken in selling my property .

Unfortunately you can't do anything now! They call numerous times before taking money and once you give it, they won't pick your phone. Nobroker is fraud company.

They will ask you contact details now on this forum but nothing will happen after that. There are RMs are so dumb. Even 10 year old kid understand instruction provided to him/her but their RM don't understand it!

      Hi,
      Today i received call from someone telling that they are from SBI, Nungambakkam branch and called for verification of my credit card which i got week ago. As part of verification they asked about card 16 digit number and otp to login to the portal. It looks like legitimate call initially. Later she said she going to increase the transaction limit. I said ok. She mute her call. After 5 min i received otp for transaction of 24k to NOBROKER RENTPA.. the call keep on going for 30mins.. Something struck in my mind that how a bank person spent this much time for a single customer.. She unmute herself and asked about the Otp and i said i wont say as doesn't looks right... she keep on asking again and again but i refused to say the otp and finally she said she will block the card and i said ok no problem I'll get another one...in the mean time when i received the first otp for transaction, i blocked my card through sms. This is the number she was talking from [protected].

        No broker team continuously reach us people until we pay the money. Once we pay the money they will show hell to us. We paid amount for money back plan. They didn't find tenant to us and they were not given my money back. They are not even lifting our calls. We lost our money here. Such a chet house brokering company.

        Hi, I am also in same boat. They stop replying to emails and phone calls when it comes to returning money. They will ask you your contact details here. Once you provide contact details nothing will happen.

        All customers across the India have experienced this issue with NoBroker. You have lost your money, Sorry!
        Even they don't have morals and ethics. They are not providing proper services and not even ready to give our money back

        Moral and Ethics words doesn’t exists in their dictionary. I escalated my issue to their higher management but even they ignored it. It’s unlikely Nobroker will continue in the market for longer time with this attitude.

          Dears,

          I took the No broker service on 7th Dec 2021 and paid approx 16K to get a Tennent.

          between 7th to 25th Dec the service was on hold/wait status for at least 10 days as i was getting my properity cleaned and panted. no broker team only suggested me this option so that i dont delay with my payment. they just wanted me to subscriber for the service. They also confirmed that the hold days will be added to over all duration of 2 months and it will not come to that as they will find me a tennent.

          On 3 rd Jan 2022 i got a tennent and when i asked for refund they rejected it as the deposit amount was not matching .. I have said and it on record that both my deposit amount and rent is negotialble. they did not have any explaination. i spoke to my RM Sandhya vinod & her manager Kavya Amin. I asked them to send me an email exaplaining the reason and the clause as per our agreement to deny refund. nothing happened.

          Unfortunatly my tenent has to cancel the rental contract due to some personal reason he only informed me on 29th Jan.
          After that i contacted No broker to activate my plan as they did not give me any refund. They did it only till 7th Feb. the the whole month of Jan they did nothing.
          I have already spoke to lot of people from no broker. either give 2 month service or return my money.

          You won't receive anything apart from standard reply. I have been through this process with them and they are very unprofessional. This is what you will get -

          1. Standard reply on this website asking contact details and mentioning they will be in touch with you. Nobroker team is good at copy pasting same reply to all complaints.

          2. They will not do anything after that. You may get calls saying review is in process etc. but after few days they will tell you refund is not possible. You will not be part of review process or they will not consider your view.

          3. Suddenly they will block your email address and stop receiving any response from them.

          They are very unprofessional and fraud company. Don't fall into their trap.

            I am an NRI. I received a Whatsapp response from Mr. Lakhan Padia, Advisor, NRI services in response to a query about services they offer now on Friday, February 4th.

            I explained to him that we MAY want to work with NoBroker and would like an offer from them. I also said I have worked with NoBroker in 2019 and was very disappointed with their services at that time. I explained some of the issues I had in the past and said I need clarity on how they would work and how that may be avoided. Lakhan said my issues would have to be discussed with their management and he would escalate my request to them on email and copy them on his message.

            I received his offers immediately on my email but no one was marked. No one called or wrote to me. I replied to the email next day asking who I should talk or write to and why no one was copied on his message. I did not receive any response.

            Meanwhile, I got a call from my aged mother in India (who is owner of the apartment we might want to rent). She asked me if I had posted an ad. She said she received a call from someone who said he was from NoBroker and wanted to show the apartment immediately to a prospective customer. The agent gave a name of the prospective customer but no contact info. She also received 2 other inquires with telephone number and email. I immediately checked the website and found that our property was infact advertised with old pictures and an
            old rent, as I had posted 3 years earlier. This was very embarrassing, because we had an active tenant who hadn’t given any early termination notice and was paying a higher rent than we had last advertised 3 years earlier.

            I was naturally furious. I called and spoke to Mr. Lakhan Padia and told him I had never asked him to advertise and not given any text or pictures or name or contact number for my mother. In fact I had specifically refused to give any contact info for my mother based on my past experience and wanted to be the single point of contact.

            How was this advertisement posted without authorization?
            Who was the person from Nobroker who called my mother? (Lakhan confirmed that the number from which she received the call was a NoBroker landline)
            Why did NoBroker call my mother when I had given clear instructions not to call her and refused to give her name or number.?
            How did the caller have her name and mobile number and landline number?

            Lakhan said he had put a free ad and I would not be charged. I explained that I had never authorized it and it is causing us a lot of embarrassment and harassment. He said he would have it deactivated immediately. I also reminded him that it was more than 24 hrs since we last spoke but i have not heard from anybody on his management team. I also put all this in an email with a copy to [protected]@Nobroker.com.

            Then I tried to get contact anyone from Customer Service. A lady named Ayesha responded on their online chat. She said she would personally ensure that someone would respond in another 24 hrs. She said she would be available on chat everyday except her off day and that I could contact her again next day on the online chat if I didnt hear from anybody. She refused to give me her official contact info or that of any person that would be responding to me.

            Today, February 7th my mother called to say that the same person from NoBroker had called again asking to see the apartment at the earliest but again he gave no information of his mysterious prospect. She also got another enquiry through a message and an email with a name, email and mobile number. Clearly the ad had not been deactivated.

            Again I contacted my assigned advisor Lakhan but got no response. I checked my email. No response. I tried calling the NoBroker Agent who had called my mother. No response. I went online to chat with Ayesha as she had said. Somebody named Jack responded on the chat and said Ayesha is on her off day and offered to help. I had to repeat everything. He said he would have someone from an escalation team respond to me in 15 mins and promised to send me a transcript of our chat. Then he abruptly disconnected from his side. I received the transcript but it said I had disconnected, but that was not true. I waited an hour and messaged him again. This time he said, he will follow up and ensure someone would respond. Again he disconnected from his side. I immediately started another chat and got to Jack again. He said the disconnections were due to technical error and I would hear back within 24hrs. I asked him what happened to his 15 minute promise. Now he said, their office is closed and they do not work 24x7. So I asked why he promised me 15 minutes if he knew their office was closed. Again he disconnected. I connected once again and reminded him that he had disconnected unilaterally 3 times. He reiterated that these were all technical errors..

            Here I am three days after the first promise of an escalation without any response from NoBroker while there they have posted an unauthorized ad that continues to cause embarrassment and harassment while my personal information - apartment pictures, mothers name, mobile number, landline number has been leaked to a person who my assigned advisor does not even know. He says he doesn’t know who called my mother or how they got all this information.

              I booked for shifting of my household items within city in Chennai from NoBroker.com on 06.02.2022. Nobroker.com sent 6 unprofessional labour from local packers and movers.

              During packing and shifting of items from house to truck, they stole four cartoon box. In those cartoon boxes, costly and counted items were present.

              I informed packers and movers staff and nobroker.in customer service but they are not responding.
              These items were counted & costly:
              1. 3 Ladies leather purse
              2. 2 Men leather wallets
              3. Many garments and clothes
              4. Iron
              5. Imported liquor bottle
              Entire estimated cost is 50, 000/-.

              I already informed this to the service partner(owner).

              Take necessary actions to return all my items immediately.

                After successful completion of payment for Plumbing service assign person not able to receive calls and even not able to visit on schedule date and time.
                After 15-20 time calls in a day they were not able to call back customer. This company is a scam and fraud.

                  I purchased no.broker refund plan of 12000, I go tenant from my end and now they are not refunding my money, giving different reasons, I have provided 2 agreement one registered and one notarized, they are looting my hard earned money, request you to get my refund @ earliest and take strict action against them

                    I had taken a money back plan to rent my flat. Nobroker provided a tenant without providing any information about his special requirements such as creating a contract outside regular terms, contracting with his company etc. Although tenant had informed all these things to Nobroker agent she didn't informed me. So we rejected tenant.

                    We were not provided any tenant after that and plan expired. I have been chasing them to return money but relationship manager is just passing time with messages like she will send emails etc.. no progress so far.

                    I tried to chase RM for return of money but she hardly respond to my emails. This has been raised as case 10140400 with nobroker but no progress.

This has been pending with your customer service and RM for more than 2 weeks. Apart from standard response, I haven’t received anything! You are great example of worst customer service!!!

                    Update: I chased customer service who said “concerned team” will respond within 24 hours. This was informed to me on 10 consecutive days! Finally they blocked me as I am constantly chasing them. What a pathetic team at No Broker!

                      My phone number is [protected]. I am a real estate investor in Chennai. I own Nearly 5 properties 4 properties with 3 houses each. and a pg with 20 rooms. My account is always blocked and flagged as a broker and i can never activate my listings. all my calls to the customer care resulted in no use they all say it is a technical glitch and it will be resolved ASAP but it is never resolved. i have tried more than 10 months. I love nobroker that's why I keep on trying to post my ads even though without any choice i went with magic bricks.

                        This is the 3rd time i am renewing Owner relaxation plan. I keep getting messages that the client wants to visit the place with a link to get contact details but when u click on the link the contact details are masked. It looks like the RM who is assigned does has many more clients to handle hence she sleeps on my account based on their moods they come back and attend. RM's are least bothered to give proper service. Their is no way we can complaint or talk to their seniors, , Just another 10 days left for the plan to expire, , Think about when their service so bad during the validity period and what could be their response after plan expiry .. ???
                        I have already lost 3 months rent + Feb months rent as they were still not able to provide any leads ..

                        your people contacted me and acknowledge their mistakes and changed RM but they promised to give extension for my add.. today again we are standing on the weekend and they have deactivated my listing and till date nothing has been done nor the team who promised didn't even check if their promise was delivered. They requested me to delete my complaint now i realized that why they asked to delete, .. It looks like, Their is no proper coordination between their departments nor they have some kind of hierarchy where the end user grievance is heard.. Waste of time.. My Phone No [protected]

                          I signed up for a Nobroker super moneyback plan a few weeks ago to seek assistance in renting out my new property. While signing up, I was assured that I'll be assigned a dedicated team who will start generating a quick flow of prospective tenants immediately. Its been 3 weeks and NOTHING has happened so far. The so called RM seems incompetent and clueless and just keeps updating data about fictitious prospects and sending fake reports. I recently complained to the RM's manager who assured me that he'll change the RM as well as get some action going. However nothing has happened so far. Please help in resolving this issue as I'm beginning to wonder if Nobroker is a fraudulent company who's going to cheat me of my money.

                          I had same experience with no broker. They won’t return money back and RM will stop responding suddenly as soon as plan finishes. It’s very unprofessional organisation.

                            I enquired painting work through Nobroker. No broker employee came for inspection of house paint. He quoted 14.5k for complete the painting work. I gave painting work to Nobroker. Painter did not paint house properly I asked him why you are doing this. He replied you need to pay Rs. 800 more to do the good painting. I informed the same to No Broker employee but there are no solution. This is totally unfair service. I paid 60% advance amount to No broker but I am not satisfied for this service. Remaining balance amount they are asking but they are not talking for complete the painting task.

                              I have taken the service from no broker on 31st of dec worst experience. Packaging is too poor my all stuff is damaged and fake and false promises and Manager is given he is not bothered for anything. Now from almost 1month
                              I am taking fallow up for my recovery and many mails Sends but no one is replying. They will reply till the time they will take money from customer ones they will receive they will not even pickup the calls. Mr Avinash has given all fake promises and mr John who is the handling manager not even picked up the calls and always sounds like sleeping.

                                Day before yesterday I used your packers and movers service and believe me or not it was the first time I felt pity for myself for taking such a wrong decision in choosing you. I've told by your team that your team below things
                                Your team said in the call(before making advance payment) they will do disbandle at the source place and assemble at the destination place(my minimum expectation is Cot/Bed & TV) - Didn't keep your promise of assembling

                                Your team will help in unloading all the packages and help in carrying them to my destination home. - As your team paid less to the Vendor transport company, they paid less to the driver in whose vehicle my furniture got loaded, so at the end I ended up unloading the packages myself and carrying them to my home taking help from neighbors. Also just make you aware I got involved in a recent domestic accident due to which my spinal cord got injured and with this unloading stuff, I'm feeling heavy back pain again... Thanks for hurting me again

                                When I requested for home inspection for the Packers and movers quotation, Pavithra from Packers team said it's not required and I can tell her the main(big) items for noting in the inventory list as small items can be fitted as you are gonna give me a dedicated vehicle. I trusted her and paid the advance money, later your Moving Manager and his team said I can only transport items in the inventory list and the other items which can fit in 25 cartoon boxes. So I've thrown lot of kitchen items in the garbage just make sure that I'm not crossing the limit of 25 cartoon boxes and also had to beg your packers team by calling to them on the day of movement to allow my 3 trolley bags and guitar

                                Your team(Pavitra from packers team) said they will be giving a dedicated vehicle, so I thought some mini lorry will be given to me as I paid 29k approx for just shifting service and also they(Pavitra) agreed when I had requested that me and my brother also travel on the same vehicle as my parents won't be able to walk properly to go and receive this vehicle driver - At the shifting time, again we were refused by your moving manager to travel on the same vehicle saying he told Pavitra that we are not allowed on it, but I didn't get any intimation from Pavitra. On top of it they sent a small vehicle and my furniture size was 3 layers extra height than vehicle (Sample picture was attached in this email which I captured after 40 or 50% of my furniture got loaded). Again almost 1500/- we gave to Karnataka Police to let our vehicle go as the vehicle has carrying 3 layers extra height furniture

                                Your Supervisor Kumar [protected] (I believe as he is leading the packing team) said that I've to pay rest 15%(4170) to the truck driver, so truck driver took money total 4671.96 (2471.96/- to the fuel near chik ballapur town in Karnataka you can refer attachment of bill, and 2200 cash at destination home) - Even after paying extra money on top of 15% to vehicle driver, still I receive link from nobroker asking for 15% money, are you guys playing with me and trying to loot?

                                Last but not least I spoke to so many of your team members over the extension and none of them had spoken to my moving manager and got back to me? it seems they are just responding until customers pay money. After that customers are on their own, even police stop the vehicle on the main road and customers are literally standing on the road. It doesn't matter to your team as they are just collection agents.

                                With all of the above experiences, I've learnt one thing that I shouldn't choose any of your services in future, thanks for all the trouble you and your team gave to me so far which I don't forgot in my life time and I wish to share this experience to all of my Organization & Known folks so that I can at least save them from your trap.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have purchased Owner Super Money Back Plan from Nobroker to rent out my flat in Pune. When I purchased this plan following condition has been agreed for a refund.

                                  Nobroker RM Zabiulla Shariff provided me the contact of the person who was interested to rent my flat. But it didn't worked out and I rejected that person. I found another person on my own who interested to rent flat and we signed the agreement. I shared the agreement with NoBroker to claim the refund as per following agreed conditions. Nobroker is not responding to the claim. I am following up daily but refund has been processed.

                                  Refund conditions:

                                  1. If you got the tenant in the same rent deposit and tenant type mentioned on our website from any other source other than No Broker, you need to submit the Rental Agreement to apply for refund.

                                  2. If you are not able to finalise the tenant from No Broker within 60 days, we will refund the money.

                                  Note : Apart from the above terms and conditions there are no hidden terms and condition for getting refund on this plan

                                  Liars! You never initiate money return process. I had plan expired with no tenant and since then your customer service and RM have disappeared. When I took a plan, I was getting a call every hour for painting, cleaning etc… now plan is expired and your customer service/RM are unresponsive. I have already raised this on this forum.

                                  NO BROKER is experts in troubling the customers. They provide Low quality service and greedy sales team who never respond to the email. Once you paid charges. Even they don't deactivatesd the email address of sales person. Who sold the plan.

                                      I have paid $99 for NRI level 3 money back scheme offered from Nobroker. Nobroker executive Mr.saiteju forced me to pay thru PayPal option i never used that application before while payment that application allow me to pay only US DOLLAR. Nobroker executive Sai Teju advised me to pay$99 after payment it was deducted in my account more than the scheme amount after I read the plan it is mentioned only $95.2 i was request the excessive payment then no response from Nobroker Team. After a week Assigned RM Sunil after few follow up he was on medical leave without updating any autoreply meantime I was booked my airticket to travel India i was request the level 3 plan to register a house immediately hence I was requesting new RM thru Nobroker chat 'n' number of times after that assigned new RM Ganesh Nagaraju, he told me there is no property as per my requirement it was so disappointment before taking the plan Nobroker executive told me 100s of property as per my requirement but then no hope, hence i reached Chennai i was looking house thru area brokers then i got one within 15days and I registered locally and the document sent to Nobroker to refund my money but no response or acknowledgement from Nobroker Team. Appreciate your support and refund my overpayment too $99 paid Transaction ID8KL98689EX300752K to NRI level 3 money back scheme.

                                      No broker team continuously reach us people until we pay the money. Once we pay the money they will show hell to us. We paid amount for money back plan. They send an email we will refund but still I didn't get money back in my account. appreciate your speedy response
