I am not happy with No broker services. Biometric executive came at my place and could not complete my biometric due to some technical issues. In this situation why I should pay the extra charges for another visit? Is this something not in anybody's hand.. hence as per curtsy or better customer experience no broker should ask executive to revisit and do the needful.

The experience with NoBroker has been unpleasant, The OTP for logging in was not being received and there is no option to login with email id. If customer had changed the mobile number, only option left is create new account.

On registering the complaint on NO OTP being received, the blame was shifted on to the Mobile service provider, with no proper response.

A fraud case has been taken place through my credit card to NoBrokers Technologies Banglore. It was a whole amount of 24240. The fraud person pretended to be a customer care person of my bank and transferred the money without my consent.
