I have took CPMS plan and they are supposed to credit rent from Tenant. Tenant transferred the rent amount on 5th Dec, 2021. But Nobroker didn't transfer the amount to my account. I have contacted Nobroker team 10 times and they didn't resolve the issue.
Request you to please look into this issue.

    I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 07th December 2021, a
    transaction of 19897.00 & 10256.55 and an amount of 8, 080.00 on 9th
    December 2021 was debited from my account having transaction ID
    "NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS BENGALURU IND" (Transaction ID). I would like to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction.

      My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com, Mob [protected]. Order id[protected] dd 7Nov21. They induced me to buy the plan. Spoke to Satish, Such a sweet words to lay foundation for day light robbery. Then Manager was allocated - Jincy. Paid 3538.82 Rs - collected and afterwards was expecting relaxed plan. How manytimes i ever call, escalation team, supervisor, Jincy, Satish, etc i can keep naming, no response. When i escalate, i will get 10 recommendation with in 2 min. Afterwards, when you ask to call. No response. i gave multiple opportunities and then ended up doing on my own again by paying 999+GST on my another number [protected] to do on my own. Simple - I want refund of amount paid and i have all whatsapp evidences if required, which i stored and took snapshot of it, if required, i can share

        You guys don't understand by the meaning of work "NoBroker". Forget about not taking the brokerage money, you take money in advance -and dont provide services.

        This is Amitabh Agarwal, S/o Bharat K Agarwal. We have enrolled to a nobroker plan paying Rs. 6000 (for tenancy) more than month back.

        Unfortunately we have just had 2-3 visits from client via nobroker and nothing materialized as yet.

        I’m extremely unhappy the way nobroker are handling our case. It has been almost a month that the flat is vacant and neither anybody in nobroker bother about it nor anything is happening since a while now.

        I would expect an immediate action to get us the flat tenanted.

        Even the same happening with me.. and my field manager told me if we have taken money back plan ... They would work more hard... Pathetic service... i am getting a thought that They are just data collecting company... We are trapped..

          Packers collected my goods on 18th dec morning 11.30 and committed to deliver at same day but still we didn’t receive the goods and no proper response on our calls. We are struggling without our goods at shifter location.very worst approach and service and we disappointed.

                Hi I Have taken CPMS plan of No Broker for renting out my flat at AWHO PUNE. Property ID CPPUN8982. The attitude of the company i have found to be highly unprofessional. Will highlights some points for consideration.
                1. As per contract the security money is to be given prior moving in. The same was credited after repetitive calls and 12 days of tenant moving in.
                2. The monthly rental which is already overdue by 08 days. No follow up action is being taken up by Mr Antony Maria, Mr Kaushik Kant.
                3. The CPMS- Escalate email Id no body responds or gives a call back.
                4. After multiple attempts to call and check the status only reply which everyone has is will get back to you sir. With no one calling for any update or meeting any promised timelines.

                    I have subscribed to the relax plan worth 3500/- day before yesterday for immediate flat rent. It has been almost 48 hours. I tried to reach the allocated relationship manager in many ways, also I tried to contact the customer support. I just got fake assurance with no action.
                    I can't lose my time like this.

                      I have subscribed to the relax plan in Nobrokers. Soon after the payment, these people started playing. They told me that there are no house as per your requirement and the RM has not shared even 1 relevant property. There will be no calls from her end and whenever I ask for a call back.. She calls after a day and gives false promises and shares no leads after that. I have raised complaints to their team multiple times.. Each time different person comes and gives false assurances and then nothing happens. Please refund my money if you are not going to help me

                          I have done a rent payment on 8th Dec worth 30, 000rs and on 10th Dec, I received a message that my transaction was successfully processed and the amount was credited to landlord's bank account but the amount was not credited to landlord's bank account.
                          I have also sent the bank statement along with the required screenshots to [protected]@nobroker.in for proving the same but still no resolution is yet provided to me.
                          Never expected this from a company like nobroker.
                          Please look into the matter.

                            NoBroker services in Hyderabad is pathetic, don't go with it and never compare the services with URBAN CLAP. Urban clap is far way better and provide really good. I availed painting services from nobroker as they continuously followed up from call center. Their promises are comparable to urbanclap services, but reality is very poor. Cannot provide basic also. Here you need to get the ladder, chairs by yourself, and they don't clean the house after painting as urbanclap does. Paints marks on the woodwork, glasses, electrical board will not be cleaned. No customercare to discuss. As my painting on Sunday. Pricewise quotation it is pretty more for such kind of non professional service. Please dont waste your money.

                              Basically its a scamm in the name RBL CREDIT CARD

                              the Scammers are using the customer care no of RBL bank and then they are making the payment, it would be my request to NOBOKER Technologies to not to forward the payment to the vendor . ad those vendor are Smammers and kindly refund the payment . and manny such cases are are been also reported,

                                  Initially they assured that the property is getting very good response and by taking the paid services you will certainly can close the deal very soon, so I took the paid services, but after a month and a half I realised that the services are no different. The responses were no greater than which I got when I had the free listing, just arranging the visits and showing the property is added and that too the visitors were not much so I feel completely fooled by these lethargic people. I raised the concern and asked for a call back from the senior and even after a week I didn't get a call. When I got a call they repeatedly tried to explain that what they are doing which I already know and which is not sufficient enough to reach to the results. I asked for a call back from highest of the hierarchy and even after a week I am yet to receive call, such lethargic people and services.
                                  There is no difference in services when you buy the paid one.
                                  I asked for the services stopped immidiately and refund atleast the remaining amount after deducting amont for the period the services used and there is no response even after more than two weeks. It's frustrating and I am feelin cheated.
                                  I think no broker should be stopped for providing paid services and cheating business immediately.

                                  Details submitted and they are continuously contacting me and repeatedly trying to convince about the work they are doing which is totally futile.. I simply asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money and stop the cheating business they are doing. Instead of making money this way they can simply charge every interested subscriber a small amount of money for providing a contact number which I think will be a legal way to earn and not this kind of cheating business they will have to do

                                  Just like you have mentioned here and earlier also that this plan I have taken is non refundable you also have promised and assured lot of things like the property is getting lot of visits and customers so it will be sold very soon and what happened then??? Till now there is no outcome and the service validity of not 30 days but 90 days is getting over. Just like you are reminding me of the plan I have taken I would like to remind you all these things. And let me remind you one thing which you already know and been cheating the customers with, the money back plan which you have are expensive and does not guarantee the complete refund of the money, you keep your cheating fund with you and refund a small part of the money only so you guys get the money in any ways. Stop this cheating business at once and refund back my money. I will not let this conversation close unless and untill I get my money back.

                                  After I registered my complaint here and asked to close the services and refund the money these no broker shameless people say that I have opted for non refundable plan and the amount can't be refunded but completely stopped working on my property, there are no calls for updates and the visits they are arranging ( or the fake ones they were arranging) and shamelessly say that I can't get the refunds... This shows their attitude towards work and dedication towards making people fool and snatch hard earned money.

There's should be some action taken against these fraudsters or they will continue to cheat other people.

                                    My RM gave incorrect information and commitments for booking the painting service. Later there was no response from him. I have made multiple escalations with customer support but haven’t got any response.

                                      Since September I am regularly paying rent but rent invoice is not sent by nobroker. Even after raising complaint on their email and raising issue with RM..no response till date. Complaint ticket #9546380
                                      NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        They are showing transaction successfull, but amount not credited to beneficiary, I sent them statements they issued me ticket number but still there is no response from them.i have been calling them but there is no proper answer, still now i haven’t received the amount nor it is refunded back.
