I have done a rent payment on 8th Dec worth 30, 000rs and on 10th Dec, I received a message that my transaction was successfully processed and the amount was credited to landlord's bank account but the amount was not credited to landlord's bank account.
I have also sent the bank statement along with the required screenshots to [protected]@nobroker.in for proving the same but still no resolution is yet provided to me.
Never expected this from a company like nobroker.
Please look into the matter.

    NoBroker services in Hyderabad is pathetic, don't go with it and never compare the services with URBAN CLAP. Urban clap is far way better and provide really good. I availed painting services from nobroker as they continuously followed up from call center. Their promises are comparable to urbanclap services, but reality is very poor. Cannot provide basic also. Here you need to get the ladder, chairs by yourself, and they don't clean the house after painting as urbanclap does. Paints marks on the woodwork, glasses, electrical board will not be cleaned. No customercare to discuss. As my painting on Sunday. Pricewise quotation it is pretty more for such kind of non professional service. Please dont waste your money.

      Basically its a scamm in the name RBL CREDIT CARD

      the Scammers are using the customer care no of RBL bank and then they are making the payment, it would be my request to NOBOKER Technologies to not to forward the payment to the vendor . ad those vendor are Smammers and kindly refund the payment . and manny such cases are are been also reported,

          Initially they assured that the property is getting very good response and by taking the paid services you will certainly can close the deal very soon, so I took the paid services, but after a month and a half I realised that the services are no different. The responses were no greater than which I got when I had the free listing, just arranging the visits and showing the property is added and that too the visitors were not much so I feel completely fooled by these lethargic people. I raised the concern and asked for a call back from the senior and even after a week I didn't get a call. When I got a call they repeatedly tried to explain that what they are doing which I already know and which is not sufficient enough to reach to the results. I asked for a call back from highest of the hierarchy and even after a week I am yet to receive call, such lethargic people and services.
          There is no difference in services when you buy the paid one.
          I asked for the services stopped immidiately and refund atleast the remaining amount after deducting amont for the period the services used and there is no response even after more than two weeks. It's frustrating and I am feelin cheated.
          I think no broker should be stopped for providing paid services and cheating business immediately.

          Details submitted and they are continuously contacting me and repeatedly trying to convince about the work they are doing which is totally futile.. I simply asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money and stop the cheating business they are doing. Instead of making money this way they can simply charge every interested subscriber a small amount of money for providing a contact number which I think will be a legal way to earn and not this kind of cheating business they will have to do

          Just like you have mentioned here and earlier also that this plan I have taken is non refundable you also have promised and assured lot of things like the property is getting lot of visits and customers so it will be sold very soon and what happened then??? Till now there is no outcome and the service validity of not 30 days but 90 days is getting over. Just like you are reminding me of the plan I have taken I would like to remind you all these things. And let me remind you one thing which you already know and been cheating the customers with, the money back plan which you have are expensive and does not guarantee the complete refund of the money, you keep your cheating fund with you and refund a small part of the money only so you guys get the money in any ways. Stop this cheating business at once and refund back my money. I will not let this conversation close unless and untill I get my money back.

          After I registered my complaint here and asked to close the services and refund the money these no broker shameless people say that I have opted for non refundable plan and the amount can't be refunded but completely stopped working on my property, there are no calls for updates and the visits they are arranging ( or the fake ones they were arranging) and shamelessly say that I can't get the refunds... This shows their attitude towards work and dedication towards making people fool and snatch hard earned money.

          Dear consumer complaints management, can you please followup if these NoBroker cheaters are going to resolve the issue or shall I go ahead with some legal actions against these fraudsters. There's should be some action taken against these fraudsters or they will continue to cheat other people.

                  The manager clearly mentioned all electronics would be bubble wrapped but the mover and packers came with hardly any bubble wrap, rather they came with a set if rugs. After notifying the manager Roopa she didnt even call back. She is good at talking the customers in taking the insurance costs but post paying the money she doesn’t care about the customers

                      Few months back I was looking for a rented property cia no broker and I was shortlisting some results, later someone from the customer care team called me up and requested me to take up a plan called "Relax plan" He said that I will be provided with a relationship manager who will help me in looking for a house and make it easier for me with good options and owner details. He suggested alot of properties and showed me some houses through ads, later upon deciding a house which showed itself to be seemingly spacious with pics my parents decided to choose this home, later on the owner called us and spoke saying that the area was very developed and accessible for transport and after finalising it, we moved all our language through the No Broker shifter itself and arrived here. Later on I began to regret that the decision was the worst and the house ended up being below standards. I am still facing issues with water, transportation, space etc. I feel like I have been misguided by the No Broker team and they have deluded me into paying high rent for a house which is hardly worth 12k to 12.5k per month. It is very disappointing service and the plans and subscriptions are not helpful at all. It problem is not about money, but when a company promises you something they must really keep up with their words.

                        Initially I got many calls from nobroker to put my property in their site and when I took their MONEY BACK PLAN after many persuasive calls from them for my house sale, they allotted me a Relationship Manager who started to list out the genuine buyers. Starting I informed her that if the person wants to buy the flat through loan there would be less negotiation as loan processing takes time, but I got a buyer from my end who was interested in buying the house in hand cash and also he paid total amount in less than ten days and got house registered on his name.So as the buyer was ready to buy and he was paying in cash there was space for more negotiation that’s how a negotiation or deal closing is done right.! So the buyer was from my side so I requested Nobroker to refund my plan amount excluding their service charges. My RM told me initially that your refund has been processed it’ll take 12 days to reflect in source account so I’ve been checking daily after 12 working days in my source account and there was no reflection of amount and when I asked my RM I got reply saying that it’s been processed from our end sir. But no it was not. After a month of follow ups and endless calls etc I got to know that my refund has been rejected due to the conditions they had. Is this the way they respond to a customer? I was worried a month that why the amount is not been refunded. Now they’re saying we can’t refund you and also the buyers who were visiting the property were like the RM was not explaining properly she was like a teacher who teaches kids in school. I wasted my time for three months for the house sale in nobroker and they can’t even get a single proper genuine buyer and don’t know how to talk to buyers and now no response from RM or her seniors or from Nobroker. There’s a lot of faults in their procedure and wasted my time so I’M REQUESTING THEM TO REFUND MY PLAN AMOUNT EXCLUDING THEIR SERVICE CHARGES ASAP.

                          While receiving quotation I informed everything and same inventory is mentioned in the quote.( HSPM[protected]
                          Now packers and mover partner is calling me saying that he need extra money for CARPENTRY and also need bigger vehicle.

                          Being a customer I don't want such issues, my only point to choose NO BROKER was to avoid such issues and now I am facing issues like this.

                          Please get this sorted ASAP, I do not want any issues while transport.
                          I just want my inventory to be relocated safely to my new location which we discussed while having quotation.

                          I have also talked to NOBROKER helpline which is not useful at all.

                          I need resolution asap.

                            I had book the Movers and Packers Service of No Broker team for my house movement on 19th of November 2021. Before booking the service there were n number of calls from the team however once the payment was done, there was absolute zero responsiveness from the Team.

                            The team rigorously called and sold me the insurance policy assuring that in case of any damage, we will help you till the end to get the insurance claim.

                              I availed package of Rs 15000 for resale property agreement to sale, sale deed and assistance from advocate in executing these activities.

                              During agreement to sale as well as during sale deed, have paid Rs 6000 and Rs 6500 extra towards miscellaneous charges- don't know what's this. Nobroker team should have clarified about these charges in advance at the time of availing the service.

                              Another main query is about employee Tushar Sharma from legal team. He never acts proactively. Every time, we need to follow-up with him atleast 5-6 times, then as per his convenience, he responds. The contact number which he shares will never connect.

                              For sale deed handover, I'm trying since last two days but still he is not able to arrange delivery..

                              In short- PATHETIC SERVICE from Nobroker team and didn't even justify fee of Rs 3000 for property registration package for which they charge Rs 15000.

                                I availed no -broker shifting(packaers and movers) service on Nov 3, to transfer my home stuffs from Chennai to Trivandrum. As per no broker representative's suggestion, I took insurance for a value of 1 Lac and paid Rs.3000 as premium on the same day. I was told that the goods will be transferred in a closed container with utmost safety and if in case anything is missing/damaged in transit, there would be "no question asked" claim up to Rs. 90000.

                                On 9th of November goods got delivered in an open vehicle drenched in water(due to rain) and one of the carton was missing, which consist of my Rs.16000 worth Purifier, HDMI cables and some clothes(Total value estimated Rs. 20000).

                                After lot of phone calls and escalation mails to cshead.shifting, I got missing certificate from vendors who transported my goods. When I submitted that to insurance IFFCO, they are saying sum insured is Rs. 10000 not one lac and I will got get even single penny for my missing goods.

                                Again I escalated this to cshead.shifting and asked for an update. who will pay Rs.3000 premium for Rs.10000 sum insured ? Really some cheating has been happened here. Its been 6 days I asked for update for the sum insured matter and no response from no broker side.

                                I need my lost goods or equivalent amount of money .

                                Is this what I should expect from an MNC ?

                                The people so called ( co-ordinator, manager ) who was in contact with me till the goods delivery date, suddenly starts not responding not calling back after I said my box is missing. I struggled and escalated finally to get a missing letter.

                                I really felt like cheated. I had many quotes from local vendors with very less money than no-brokers, still I chose you because I had trust in you.

                                I need my problem to be resolved.

                                Note: No photos of missing box or purifier is there as I was not informed to take photos before shifting. They asked to note down the box number and value of box, That alone I have done and submitted the same to insurance people also.

                                I never expected such an irresponsible behavior from them and in utter disappointment.

                                  We had booked furniture on rent in Pune from nobroker..(Order No.[protected] and[protected] After paying the deposit and advance rental, I was asked for KyC which I provided immediately bcos being new in Pune, I needed furniture immediately.. After receiving the payment, they started to harass us for more papers and some papers repeatedly wasting another 4-5 days causing us unnecessary hotel bills.. Harassed by so many unreasonable demands, I decided to cancel the order and purchase the furniture immediately..
                                  As soon as I whatsApp them to cancel the order, the no broker representatives blocked my phone number in whatsApp and stopped recieving my phone calls.. They didn't even reply to my mails.. I don't know whom to call for refund..

                                    I have taken the plan of Rs, 3500 from No Broker, to rent my house, but from 20days only 1 Tenant has visited,
                                    So please Refund my money back,
                                    I am not satisfied with the service

                                      I had taken the relocation service for my car and was told that car would be shifted in a closed container from Navimumbai to Noida and was picked up on 26th Nov. Today morning I received a msg from HPCL saying that my car is refulled at Gujarat today for an amount of 3200 rs.
                                      This is shear violence of relocation agreement
                                      A story is being told to me that container fuel had ended and so my car was used to get fuel from fuel pump

                                      Need immediate explanation or else I will take it to consumer forum.
