    Hello,

    This is with regard to owner's moneyback plan bought 60 days back. Upon expiry, no refund initiated. No tenant was arranged by them. Multiple emails are sent and calls been made, but its of no use.

      Dear sir,

      I got call from nobroker about "new project assured plan". I made on line payment of rs998 for plan. After that i called nobroker give flats according to my requirement. But i didn't get proper response.
      I emailed them but no response. They didn't care about customer feedback/ complaints. I have email and online payment history with me.

      Kindly do the needful..

      I received phone call from No Broker in 2-3 days after filing complaint in Consumer Complaints website. Not sure phone is No broker official number. On phone call I explained about my complaint to No Broker. No Broker processed my refund in 1 week time. Thank you "Consumer Complaints" website and "No Broker" response team. My complaint is resolved now. Once again Thank you "No Broker" response team.

        I had purchased nobroker moneyback plan (Cin no. U74900ka2014ptc077652) in march-20 to sell my flat (Order id:[protected]. However, due to covid-19, there are restrictions on visitors in my society. Also, there is job insecurity due to the present market situation due to covid-19. Hence, i decided to hold the decision to sell my flat and informed the same to nobroker via email dtd.10.08.2020 to my account manager mr. Mubbasir and informed him to close my account and return the balance amount. I also informed him during our discussion on 14.08.2020 based on which he initiated the request for account closer and refund of the balance amount (Approx.14, 000-15, 000/-). However, i have not received any reply from nobroker about refund status of amount. I had sent reminder email on 24.08.2020.in response to that i had received call from nobroker and they informed me that amount transfer request is in process. However, i didnt received the amount. Hence, i again sent reminder email on 14.09.2020 & shared my account details again to transfer the amount. However, till date amount is not received. This kind of response is not expected from a service provider like no-broker & i will never recommend anyone to use nobroker service.

          They won't do anything, they would just sit idle and relax and take all your money and provide you zero service. Whatever service they would promise they won't deliver that, and would always say, yes we are doing and doing... You have to always follow up and they just make the fool out of customer

            I availed nobroker services on 07 september 2020 for movers and packers. I paid 10500 for and additional rs. 1000 for furniture reassembly and another rs. 500 for insurance. This is for moving 6 kms intercity for a heavy 2 bhk option - i was forced to choose heavy (17 ft canter) even though i didn't have enough luggage/items for needing heavy. They claimed that i'll need a bigger vehicle to fit everything. However, on the moving day, the vehicle that was sent was smaller (14 ft canter) and we had argue with them to do 2 trips has they sent a smaller vehicle and not to stuff everything into one trip to avoid damage. The movers and packers partners nobroker sent were horrible and unprofessional. One of them despite multiple requests wouldn't wear mask considering the circumstances, throughout the moving process we had to constantly ask them to careful with how they handled the property, yet they didn't listen. I tried contacting the movement manager throughout the day but couldn't get hold them either. Eventually, they caused damage to multiple pieces of furniture and their reassembly of the furniture was so poor that the wardrobe fell into pieces the next day and i had to get a professional to fix it - they charged additional rs 1000 for this service! They broke a few other pieces and caused dents and damage to both furniture and electronics. I was asked to file an insurance claim the next day (8 september 2020), and i did with all the pictures and details. So far i haven't heard from them at all, i have called 16 times since then and only to be told that the movement manager or a supervisor will call back. They never do!!! I've been kept on hold 3 times for periods ranging from 45 minutes to 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor but they just disconnected the call eventually. I gave it one last shot today and frustrated with them, i'm recording my complaint here. The worst service i've ever received and their customer service/support team is never reachable. Once the payment is made, they don't bother to provide any assistance.

                Nobroker team easily sold premium plan to me and later no one takes care of providing services as mentioned in premium services.

                Sales person mr. Aditya (Aditya. [protected]@nobroker.in) went on mute after sales.

                Relationship manager aadhya (Adyatha. [protected]@nobroker.in) does not know how to do her job and comes up with excuses and silly reasons. She doesn't even try to interact with other departments and team members for clarifications.

                I wrote couple of emails to customer care [protected]@nobroker.in but no one seem to be bothered and have not received any response from them. We thought i could save time and all the requirements would be taken care by nobroker team, however there is lot of additional responsibilities to interact and train nobroker team. Pathetic service from them.

                  I purchased nobroker super money back plan by paying 11799 inr after their sales person promised me lots of things about relationship manager and all.

                  Plan was guaranteed tenants in 60 days and if i will get tenants from any source other than no broker they will refund me the whole amount.

                  I managed to find tenants in 3 weeks from other sources after pathetic service from rm and requested for refund.

                  Now no one is bothering to reply to messages, emails calls etc.

                  Really bad experience with nobroker in future will never trust this fake company to rent out my flat or anything.

                    On[protected], i was subjected to a fraud of rs eighty thousand eight hundred. One lady voice called my mobile - saying that she is an axis bank employee and i have pending bonus points on my credit card and tricked to share otp. The fraudster done two transactions each of rs 40, 400/- on no broker technologies.

                    Thereafter i lodged fir with chennai cyber crime police on 18/06/2020. They have contacted no broker repeatedly over email. But till now problem is unresolved. I have also lodged complaints with axis bank but they are saying customer is liable. Till now i have not contacted nobroker, because they seems to be having so many fraud complaints.
                    I have also lodged online complaint with rbi ombudsman.
                    No broker.. Please resolve the issue and charge the money back

                      I made transaction on Sept 1st thru payzapp.
                      They have put my transaction has been on hold due to thought of suspicious transactions. They said refund was initiated .
                      I haven't recieved it till now.

                        I have registered my mobile number [protected] for renting my flat at chennai and uploaded the photos of my flat after downloading the no broker app.

                        I am getting messages on my mobile stating the photos are not uploaded.
                        After talking to [protected] again uploaded the photos.
                        Later i get a message if i am looking for a rented house in bangalore.
                        Totally irrelevant and irritating, so again call your bangalore office, since a senior citizen is harassed.
                        Instead of no broker, i should call it as nuisance broker.
                        I get message from different mail 🆔. Please stop.
                        Try to get a tenant for me.

                          Hi team,

                          I have paid rent for my parents through no broker. But i was unable to submit the rent agreement due to lockdown. Since both my parents are aged and i cannot risk them to go out for rental agreement in this situation.

                          I have got the refund reference number and customer care said that it will take 7 days to transfer to source account. But it is almost 2 weeks and now also, customer care says the same 7-8 days deadline.

                          Please resolve this at the earliest. It is our hard earned money..

                            I have vacated the rented property on 14th sept 2020. Till date nobroker has not returned my deposit. The executives do not answer calls. There is no clear escalation matrix or numbers given. The deposit is a significant amount of rs 1 lakh.

                              Nobroker team has told tall lies to extract inr rs 8849/- from me on 29th of august late night with a order number:[protected] on aug 28, 2020 9:52 pm. Once paid, i found no such service than just cheating so on 30th i requested to refund and also have been requesting in twitter, and nobroker mobile app. For the 2nd time i see they said yesterday complaint is addressed but still i have not got my money. My name is pallabita nanda, register number is 91778016*. I took a subscription on 29th august 2020 after talking to anirudh yadav. Anirudh called me 8 times just in one day and said if you pay today, over weekend lots of will come for site visit. And its will be sold just in 30 to 40 days, you will get a local relationship manager who sell the property very quickly. Next day 12 pm some named tejaswini called and said everting is false, there is no office in hyderabad so no local executives and there is no guarantee etc. I feel cheated with their unfair trade practice and very disappointed with their false services advertisements so immediately i said cancel and refund the payment. Since then i have been told we have processed and will refund but that never happens since 23 days. I sincerely request to help refund my subscription fee of inr rs 8849/- to me. Also advice if i can to put a cybercrime complaint against nobroker technologies solutions pvt. Ltd.

                                  My name is r. Kannan. I took a subscription on 9 september 2020 after mr satishkumar called me a few times to explain the merits of the subscription and the services. Ms. Sneka then spoke to me promising a listing. I was not sent any listing. Instead, i identified three properties from the website. I saw two of them today one in mandaveli and the other in indira nagar. The mandaveli property was despicable. The indira nagar property was disappointing.

                                  I feel rather disappointed with the services and the kind of properties listed. The eagerness shown in obtaining a subscription was not followed through. More work needs to be done on the properties like photographs and more details so that any expectations can be minimal and disappointment reduced.

                                  I would be grateful if a portion of the subscription is deducted and the rest returned to me. I regret that i don't wish to avail of your services.in the end no one had the courtesy to tell me that my request was rejected. I had to call several times to even find this out. They said i had availed their services. This is incorrect and untrue. How they could be this dishonest for a sum of rs 3500. These are people who have no professionalism, culture nor a sense of integrity. Sad.

                                    I make rent pay of 11500 for my office to my landlord through credit card. Payment with 1% commission deducted from credit card and they confirm 2 days tat to transfer into other account. Now its about 4 days and money didn't transferred. Now when i called they told me to upload rent agreement, which i don't have with me. They said without rent agreement they didn't process the payment. I told them to refund, again they said that 2% will be deducted and refund process after 7 working days. What the hell they charge 3% to refund my amount to me. What a brokerage.
                                    Requesting you all not to go with nobroker this is a fraud company.
                                    I am still waiting for my refund.

                                    Hi Amitabh, the deduction only happens when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system and the payee is unable to give a valid rental agreement.                                       Delivery mode changed from separate to shared vehicle. Broke many items and some missing.

                                      These people lied everything at the time of booking. Even they are not processing insurance claim

                                        The issue that i have experienced was: i had taken premium package from no broker which promises refund if we find flat outside of no broker. We had found a flat after 4 weeks of visiting the falt and booked one flat through no broker for 30k per month. We had few other options that we liked before but this was the best one so we booked. After 2 days we got a call from no broker saying the flat price will be 40k per month. By the time other flats we liked were rented out and we had to shift out of our current flat in next 3 days as we had already booked a flat. We had to go with a brokerage property with higher rent as we didn't had any time left in our hand to shift. Now no broker is not refunding my money for the booking amount nor the payment i did for money back premium plan. We also had done movers and packers from no broker and taken a insurence for 2lakh. The shifting was completed at around 8pm and webwere informed we can inform no broker for any damages within next 48 hours. We informed all damaged items by next day evening with images and no broker is replying to us after a week that it's been a week we cannot process the insurance. They are cheating on us on every stage and stealing our money.

                                        NoBroker agreed to pay me 50% of the amount I had paid for the plan. Also previously NoBroker had returned me the booking amount for the flat after following up for 2 months. I am okey with the resolve. Service wise I am highly unsatisfied from no broker and will really not recommended anyone in the future.

                                        NoBroker has promised me a refund of 50% that I had paid them. I am ok with this resolve.
                                        Received and update stating the refund is cancelled as per our terms and conditions. Really ? As per your terms and conditions what compensation should I receive for putting me in a miserable condition like this where I had to pay a broker 27k to get a flat I can move-in in next 3 days as you guys increased the flat price from 30k to 40k and promised me to move in within next 5 days. Now where did your terms and conditions go when I paid for that fake flat that was managed by NoBroker ?
