I posted ad to rent out a property on nobroker.com around 28th of august and since then everyday at least 5-6 times i used to get followup calls from sales team to opt for some paid subscriptions which will help find tenant sooner. I finally agreed to opt for money back plan on july 1st, 2020 and did the payment of rs. 7668.82 inclusive of gst.
As per terms and conditions of refund policy nobroker is supposed to refund the above amount if they are not able to provide me with tenant within 60 days i. E within 30th august, 2020 and this has to be claimed within a week of plan expiry.
They have failed to give me tenant as agreed and also once the plan expired, they have become non-responsive to all kinds of communications and have been evading.
When i call up customer care, they say i will get call back from concerned team and i have received none until today. (I did not even receive the calls when the service was active too).
When i send mails, they say they will forward to concerned team and they will do the needful. Nothing is done until today.
They have this whatsapp group, where they see my conversations to initiate refund and yet they do not have any professional courtesy of responding.
It appears like latest fraud trend, where you get money to provide service and not even provide 10% of service and when customers are upset, just escape. Nobroker is the leader of all.
I regret for opting nobroker services and i am never going to recommend for any sort of services they provide. I will rather pay double the amount for direct guys. Local brokers are okay, at least they have professional ethics. Please find attached images below for references and i can share call recordings if that is necessary
Request to raise complaint on nobroker to initiate my refund money of rs. 7668.82.
