Complaint Noi. 6360394 dated[protected]. Since last three weeks I am struggling to connect with my RM and raised several complaints to get a heed from No broker but in vein. I purchased a post paid plan from no broker to rent out my property. They committed that only after I get tenant they will deduct the amount from my card that too with my consent only. Almost 3 weeks back w/o my consent they deducted the money with out even showing my proporty (Neptune living point Bhandup) to any one. Now no one is responding. This is cheating. I expect reversal of charges to my account and some one from management team speak to me, else I will go to consumer court and complaint against No Broker. If they want my money they need to depute a RM who really cares and responds and look for tenants. Unless a tenant is identified they cant take money and play with me by not responding. I expect call from senior management of no broker asap. Else I will go to consumer forumn for cheating and harassment.

    Owner plan was purchased on 18 July 2020 for three of my flats.

    As per the terms, if nobroker can not rent the flat within the specified duration, the money paid to this plan (Rs. 30, 676.00 /-) must be returned to the customer.

    I have paid the amount of ₹ 30, 676.00 for 3 flats with moneyback guarantee along with Customer Relation Ship Manager engagement and Field Service Manager, which was promised to be paid back as well.

    They paid me only 19, 084.19.

    The remaining amount Rs 11, 592 refund is not being given to me .

    hi, this seems to be a fraud. I have sent multiple emails, with payment receipts, no response from nobroker yet.
    I urge not to believe the fradulent scheme of Moneyback schemes.

      Hi Team,

      NRP-2894070 rent payout was cancelled and refund Rs 9800/- was initiated after deduction Rs 300 . The refund was initiated on 7th Sep 2020. But till now I haven't received the refund yet. I was following up with customercare support [protected]@nobroker for the last 1 month. No response yet. Past 2 months I have been paying bills from my pocket. Will I get back my cash or not? I need a proper response. I am tired of following up with emails. If don't get response, I'm going to file a complaint for online forgers.

        This complaint is regards to the unauthorized transaction that took place using my credit on 25th sept 2020 through no broker technologies.

        The transaction message was from the bank that we are unable to reach you to confirm the usage on your card ending 7600 for Rs. 40400 at no broker technologies.

        Plz note that I have been in contact with no broker company since 15days. But I don’t get my refund back. Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

        I got a email that no broker moved out the money and settled to the beneficiary account. But it’s someone else’s account not mine

          My car has been picked up from my place as planned on 7th oct. However, the person who picked up my car did not provide any document or receipt to me confirming that the car has been picked up. He said that I will get receipt in next few hours once car reaches their office. There has been no response from anyone on chat, call, or email about the same after that. However they are asking me to pay the remaining amount. I never denied for any payment, I just told them to confirm that my car has been picked up and share the items which are present in the car, once I receive it, I will release rest of the payment. But no one is responding at all. This is heights of pathetic customer service. They had been calling me after few days before the pickup and now it is just the opposite. My shifting Manager is Shoaib and I also talked to various people on phone and chat including Jack. Jack promised that I will get the email or phone from them in next 1 hour. It has been 4 hours since then and again false commitments. I would highly discourage people to avail any service from Nobroker.com

            I have made a rent payment of Rs.20000 on 6th October (NRP[protected]and it is put on hold as NoBroker Suspect on the transaction which i made and asked for Rental Agreement.

            I have replied with them the valid rental agreement post which they are no response from NoBroker support whether by E-mail or by Phone as phone calls disconnect after waiting period of 60 Seconds.

            Request you release my amount back to source account any deduction even no-broker charge as i have uploaded valid documentation and without any valid justification my amount is locked.

            I have paid the amount to my Land Lord in cash payment as no responsible answers have been received from NoBroker support team. Has one of the worst team sitting in your Premises and I make sure that i wont use anymore and also inform my relatives and friends to Unsubscrbe NoBroker for further application.

              I was looking for a table and chair for my son's wfh requirements. Nobroker furniture on rent responded and asked me to make a deposit. I deposited rs 1000 in the requested account on 6 sep 2020. I then got a call informing that the vendor will not be able to deliver the items at my address. I asked them to refund the amount as i wanted the items in a hurry. Nobroker did not respond. After repeated call to them, i was again informed that nobroker has identified a vendor who will provide the items at my address but at an 50% increase in amount and that too in advance.
              I was however not convinced with this. It was more than 3 weeks nobroker has been dodging my refund. I asked them to maintain same payment criteria, ie use and pay at end of the month. I agreed to pay 50% excess charges too.
              When they could not extract more money from me. They offered to refund. It is more than a month they are holding my deposit and making silly excuses to refund.
              I wish nobroker sees some sense and make customer satisfaction its work culture.
              Hope nobroker makes the payment asap.

                I have purchased the money back plan on 25th sept 2020. The property is residential, however, it got registered as commercial. The same was informed to the rm shama on 25th. Despite repeated calls, she did not get this converted. The same was later informed to the call center who noted down our request. Also, we got an all from ayesha another rm who assured us that the issue will be resolved in 2 days. It is 16 days now and the issue is still not resolved. We haven't been assigned an rm. Please let us know the procedure to get our money refunded if this is going to be delayed further.

                  I have paid my bescom bill on 31st july of amount 2052/- but didnt get credited into bescom account. Bank has given written declaration that its already credited to beneficiaries.
                  As discussed with nobroker executive.. Please find the details in the chain of mail from the bank stating that the "amount get credited to the beneficiaries"
                  Bank statement is already attached below for your reference.

                  If at all, nobroker has not received money against this transaction.. Send me bank statement as proof so that i can claim from the bank.
                  Kotak bank has already given written clarification that amount gets credited to beneficiaries.

                  Please resolve asap. 3 months over and nobody has responded properly.
                  I have raised this issue to company ceo amit agarwal, but no response from big ppl as they have no time to crosscheck.

                      Of late many rental agencies and other companies have begun to offer payment gateway services to enable people to pay utility services, rent etc through their credit card provided they are willing to bear with a nominal transaction charges. At present, CRED, RedGirraffe etc are offering such services. Even wallets such as Mobikwik provide such facilities. But it is made very clear in their terms and conditions and the user is notified or the transaction not even processed if the amount is inacceptable to the provider. However, this company makes it look on their payment page that the transfer happens instantly with a fee of 1.5%. If the amount is higher, it allows you to mark the payment as a deposit and nothing further. So from user reviews what I have understood is that if you do a test transaction of let's say 1 rupee, the payment gets immediately transferred. But the very next month onwards or from the time you make a payment exceeding a few thousand, the so called 'verification team' puts your payment on hold. Post that they find the lamest of excuses to reject the payment. It is not a simple rejection but they additionally charge money for refunding the paid amount back into the source credit card. There are countless complaints both on Google Play Store as well as on YouTube about how this company scams users by falsely promoting something but placing hideous "T&Cs" somewhere else. On the payment page, no such warnings or alerts are given to users that their payments will be delayed. You get a dozen emails and spam texts and so does your landlord saying the money will get processed on this date but it never does. HDFC Bank should take a note of these numerous complaints and stop endorsing them with offers of 5% cashback and what not. In the first place, many people opt for NoBroker despite the fact that the transaction charges are high because they project the platform as being one without any hassles of documentation. Aside of accusing you of false documentation, the staff also look for lame excuses like saying your agreement shows only 10k as rent but you transferred 15000 etc as the excuse to block your payment. The payment ought to be blocked prior to execution and not first get the money credited into their company account and then extort an atrocious sum of money by citing 'mismatch' or incorrect information.
                      Let me ask these people trying to hold the morally high ground. This "Genesys Apartment" - are you paying commercial electricity bills or is it registered as a commercial building? How come you're running a business from a residential apartment?

                          I have paid subscription fee of RS.1178/- for freedom plan on 3rd Oct but still am unable use my account, resulting not able to get contact details for which i am looking for.

                          No proper response from no broker support team as i made a call thrice since 3rd Oct but ended up with same story by hearing that there is a technical issue & they have forwarded my issue to concern team.

                          One of the customer support executive told me that someone will call me for verification from no broker team.. & another one is saying that she have limited access to resolve my concern .y should i wait for them as i already paid them.

                            I had taken paid service (money back) from no broker. And for 1.5 months RM couldn’t get even a single tenant to visit my flat. Now I have got my tenant in my ow MN and have shared rental agreement with RM 4 days back. But no response from him. Trying to reach him but he is never available. Tried to call customer care many times but every time they say we have escalated and you will get a call back. It’s really frustrating and disappointing.

                                Placed order on 15sep which was cancelled by no broker furniture informing swing chair not available for rent in mumbai, since 15th sep i am doing continues follow up for refund, neither i have received any messages or email that refund initiated.

                                    This is with regard to owner's moneyback plan bought 60 days back. Upon expiry, no refund initiated. No tenant was arranged by them. Multiple emails are sent and calls been made, but its of no use.

                                      I got call from nobroker about "new project assured plan". I made on line payment of rs998 for plan. After that i called nobroker give flats according to my requirement. But i didn't get proper response.

                                      I received phone call from No Broker in 2-3 days after filing complaint in Consumer Complaints website. Not sure phone is No broker official number. On phone call I explained about my complaint to No Broker. No Broker processed my refund in 1 week time. Thank you "Consumer Complaints" website and "No Broker" response team. My complaint is resolved now. Once again Thank you "No Broker" response team.

                                        I had purchased nobroker moneyback plan (Cin no. U74900ka2014ptc077652) in march-20 to sell my flat (Order id:[protected]. However, due to covid-19, there are restrictions on visitors in my society. Also, there is job insecurity due to the present market situation due to covid-19. Hence, i decided to hold the decision to sell my flat and informed the same to nobroker via email dtd.10.08.2020 to my account manager mr. Mubbasir and informed him to close my account and return the balance amount. I also informed him during our discussion on 14.08.2020 based on which he initiated the request for account closer and refund of the balance amount (Approx.14, 000-15, 000/-). However, i have not received any reply from nobroker about refund status of amount. I had sent reminder email on 24.08.2020.in response to that i had received call from nobroker and they informed me that amount transfer request is in process. However, i didnt received the amount. Hence, i again sent reminder email on 14.09.2020 & shared my account details again to transfer the amount. However, till date amount is not received. This kind of response is not expected from a service provider like no-broker & i will never recommend anyone to use nobroker service.
