I make rent pay of 11500 for my office to my landlord through credit card. Payment with 1% commission deducted from credit card and they confirm 2 days tat to transfer into other account. Now its about 4 days and money didn't transferred. Now when i called they told me to upload rent agreement, which i don't have with me. They said without rent agreement they didn't process the payment. I told them to refund, again they said that 2% will be deducted and refund process after 7 working days. What the hell they charge 3% to refund my amount to me. What a brokerage.
Requesting you all not to go with nobroker this is a fraud company.
I am still waiting for my refund.

      The issue that i have experienced was: i had taken premium package from no broker which promises refund if we find flat outside of no broker. We had found a flat after 4 weeks of visiting the falt and booked one flat through no broker for 30k per month. We had few other options that we liked before but this was the best one so we booked. After 2 days we got a call from no broker saying the flat price will be 40k per month. By the time other flats we liked were rented out and we had to shift out of our current flat in next 3 days as we had already booked a flat. We had to go with a brokerage property with higher rent as we didn't had any time left in our hand to shift. Now no broker is not refunding my money for the booking amount nor the payment i did for money back premium plan. We also had done movers and packers from no broker and taken a insurence for 2lakh. The shifting was completed at around 8pm and webwere informed we can inform no broker for any damages within next 48 hours. We informed all damaged items by next day evening with images and no broker is replying to us after a week that it's been a week we cannot process the insurance. They are cheating on us on every stage and stealing our money.

      NoBroker agreed to pay me 50% of the amount I had paid for the plan. Also previously NoBroker had returned me the booking amount for the flat after following up for 2 months. I am okey with the resolve. Service wise I am highly unsatisfied from no broker and will really not recommended anyone in the future.

      NoBroker has promised me a refund of 50% that I had paid them. I am ok with this resolve.
      Received and update stating the refund is cancelled as per our terms and conditions. Really ? As per your terms and conditions what compensation should I receive for putting me in a miserable condition like this where I had to pay a broker 27k to get a flat I can move-in in next 3 days as you guys increased the flat price from 30k to 40k and promised me to move in within next 5 days. Now where did your terms and conditions go when I paid for that fake flat that was managed by NoBroker ?

        I got call from SBI credit card section his name is Elakiya staff no:20206 Kodambakkam chennai she told that ur card having a reward points u can update upto 540000 but the amount was detected from my sbi credit card is Rs.17675 on today 3:43pm 16/09/2020 pls give solution for this she told you will got amount within 2hrs after that i think its a fraud call

          I upgraded my free listing to rent out a 3 bhk flat through nobroker to a paid plan called moneyback plan worth rs. 7668.82 on 27th august, 2020.in this, i was allotted a relationship manager who was supposed to coordinate with all the prospect tenants and give them relevant details regarding the flat. If the prospect fits my requirements, then that person's contact number is shared with me, and a visit to the flat is arranged. After a week o[censored]nsuccessfully giving me bogus leads, i informed the nobroker team to change the relationship manager on 2nd september 2020 - but to my dismay, the relationship manager downgraded my listing citing 'technical reasons'; which was completely unprofessional and unfair on nobroker's end.
          Since then, this paid plan has been working like free property listing with zero benefits of the paid plan.
          I have sent 2 mails requesting nobroker to refund the complete amount of rs. 7668.82 - because not only was the paid plan of no use - i am also being treated unfairly deapite being a loyal customer of nobroker for the past 7 years.

            I had listed my property on premium listing with money back guarantee - which stated that within the contract period if they fail to rent my property, i get my money back. Or if i rent my property through my sources, they refund me my money.

            Now i found a tenant (Mr. Ravi Sebastian) through 99acers and rented my property to them of which i have all proves. He had enquired on NoBroker, but never scheduled a meeting or anything. Just for this NoBroker says that the tenant has come through them and they have all recording that the tenant has confirmed that NoBroker has helped get the property etc... When asked for those proves, they deneyed.

            Now they are not ready to talk or give me my refund. Let me know what u can do in this matter...

              I have taken relax plan from no broker to rent our my property in chinchwad, pune

              After 3 working days of payment 3500 inr still my plan is not activated
              Every time they are giving same excuses that internal disputes, we have assign a wrong plan to you. It could be a marketing error or technical error

              No solution so far after 3 working days from the date i made payment and no broker team is saying my plan is non refundable so this is a pure cheating that they are not providing service and nor giving money back.

              I will strongly suggest never ever take any paid subscription from no broker team

                    Bought a rental freedom package 999+taxes in july 20 with registered mobile no [protected]
                    Till date package is not activated and refund request is pending since last 1 month.
                    Have called their customer service 15 times for refund but nothing till now.
                    Everytime same answer, have escalated to concerned department and within 48 hours will be resolved but nothing happens in 48 hrs

                    Fraud company and rubbish and pathetic customer support.

                      Beware of NoBroker... glib talk brokers masquerading as NoBrokers and taking their NoBrokerage!

                      If you need virtual selling of your property without any real attempt, take a paid plan from NoBroker!

                      The guy repeatedly called me to sell a moneyback plan. My flat for sale with money back option. I negotiated so that if it’s not sold, I convert it to a rental plan with difference amount refunded. So no money to forego, just convert the plan. The guy gave in writing to this! He probably knew that he can refer some fine print to deny this later.

                      All well so far. Then I started getting calls by an RM. Glib talk and some more offerings to enhance. Then a spate of SMS’s followed choking my inbox. Prompt messages came stating RM is on weekly off on this day etc. The RM gave weekly reports that he contacted so many prospective clients. They contacts ran in double digits per week!

                      When I realised that nobody is coming to see my flat for more than 2 months, I got suspicious. So also the RM calls started getting cut off with 2 rings before you picked the call. Then a message would follow stating that RM tried calling.

                      When I analysed, it all fell in place. The RM report stated that 90% clients did not respond to calls made. Evident now that RM would have filled the statistics by giving missed calls without any attempt to really sell. Months had passed, no rent and no buyers. Compounded by Covid. Just one more excuse. I was bleeding without rent.

                      So in frustration, I decided to exercise my clause to convert to rental plan and get moneyback as committed in writing. Alas, it was denied based on some fine print. I lodged official displeasure and escalated within NoBroker. Then I got calls from next levels, all parroting the same sentences and denying my agreed terms.

                      Month on month I was bleeding as the flat is neither on rent or getting sold through this NoBroker! I then called up a real broker and got it rented by paying brokerage. However these NoBroker guys kept engaging me in discussions on why they can’t convert to rental plan as per terms agreed.

                      The real broker worked on ground and closed my rentals while glib talking virtual NoBrokers talked and talked on phone and inundated me with unsolicited, uncalled for calls, messages and reportage! But they ensured they got their NoBrokerage while I bled for months!

                      So much for NoBroker the brokers cheating public by masquerading as NoBrokers.

                          I have received a call stating that my card is single microchip enabled one and it needs to be cancelled and a new card is issued. Then the person asked for the last 4 digit number and i shared it. They said the verification has got completed. Then the person ask for the information about the card to credit the existing rewards points to the new sbi credit card. The executive have my card information "exp date and card number of 4 digits, and take ivr services for verify the card cvv number and otp and swipe to transactions for no brokers technologies _24240 and other trx for 16160 rupees, and total outstanding in my is 40, 400, after i realized that it is fake call then i block my cards and raised dispute on sbi card initiated with sr no.[protected]. This is happened on 10 th september 2020 at 12.43 pm. Kindly look into the issue at the earliest.

                          I have received one more call from the sbi cards stating another 30000 is transferred to no brokers.Requesting your quick action to resolve the issue at the earliest and credit back the amount to my account as soon as possible.please refund the amount within 7 days.i have no other option to make it.

                            employment with no broker

                            I am an ex employee of no broker and ashamed of ever having worked there. I quit the organisation because of how ruthlessly they treat their employees. Eversince i started my career, i've not seen such an unorganised company with low class mentality managers. They not only cheat and lie to customers but also exploit their employees. Specially the managers abhay omprakash gosai and hari krishna from builders channel team. There are endless...

                            I registered my property for rent on no broker on 27th july and i received minimum 5 calls in a day asking to go for paid plans and it gives quick results in finding a tenant etc. Finally i paid 7000/- and took no broker money back plan on 31st july. From that moment onwards i didnt receive a single call from your team. I had to chase and ask for the progress. First sandeep was assigned as relationship manager and then it was changed to deepak. After no succesful leads from no broker, i finally managed to find a tenant myself on 24th august via some other agents who i had to pay additionally. I found this tenant on the same rent amount as communicated to no broker. I have shared the rental agreement copy with deepak on 27th aug. I havent received my refund till date. Please help here.

                              Hi, i am shoaeb attar, pune, have taken the commercial owner moneyback plan and it is already expired on the 31th august 2020. As there was no rental client done through my relationship manager mr. Immanuel prasad and my previous relationship manager ms. Rashmi hedge, assigned by nobroker in the stipulated period of the plan i. E 60 days, the plan was taken in guidance of mr. Nikhil prakash of the marketing team of nobroker.

                              They didn't process my refund, the amount of rs.6670/- as per plans terms & conditions after deducting rs.999/- of gst from amount rs.7660/- value of the commercial moneyback plan as informed and email sent to me by mr. Nikhil prakash marketing team. I have also noted them that i am not interested in extending the said plan for any further period.

                              I have been calling and mailing nobroker since then to process the refund but not getting any response nor i have received any email or sms from nobroker that my plan is finished no rental party has been assigned from nobroker so we are refunding the amount.

                              Now i am in state to make a consumer complaint alongwith a cybercrime complaint because my above payment was also deducted from my credit card through their paytm service without otp and without sending me any payment request from my previous relationship manager ms. Rashmi hegde and that was the reason my relationship manager was changed in the middle of my plan.

                              Mr. Nikhil prakash of marketing team has the knowledge of the same and i am having all email conversations with him regarding the same with his apology and all call records with apologies from nobroker's customer executive for the same.

                              I will take further necessary actions soon if my issue is not resolved soon.

                                I have taken money back plan for rs 7668 on may 31st, 2020 nobroker assigned me a relationship manager his name is sangamesh, he didn't find any tentants for 1month in the first week of july he said due to not finding any tenants, initiating the full refund amount for rs 7668 and i said ok, after several follow-ups he initiated only rs 2556 in the aug month after that i make so many calls to customer support and sent mails n number of times, no one is giving proper solution, nobroker has cheated me with rs 5112. You are loosing business because of this cheated issue. Here are the details.

                                  I posted ad to rent out a property on nobroker.com around 28th of august and since then everyday at least 5-6 times i used to get followup calls from sales team to opt for some paid subscriptions which will help find tenant sooner. I finally agreed to opt for money back plan on july 1st, 2020 and did the payment of rs. 7668.82 inclusive of gst.

                                  As per terms and conditions of refund policy nobroker is supposed to refund the above amount if they are not able to provide me with tenant within 60 days i. E within 30th august, 2020 and this has to be claimed within a week of plan expiry.

                                  They have failed to give me tenant as agreed and also once the plan expired, they have become non-responsive to all kinds of communications and have been evading.

                                  When i call up customer care, they say i will get call back from concerned team and i have received none until today. (I did not even receive the calls when the service was active too).

                                  When i send mails, they say they will forward to concerned team and they will do the needful. Nothing is done until today.

                                  They have this whatsapp group, where they see my conversations to initiate refund and yet they do not have any professional courtesy of responding.

                                  It appears like latest fraud trend, where you get money to provide service and not even provide 10% of service and when customers are upset, just escape. Nobroker is the leader of all.

                                  I regret for opting nobroker services and i am never going to recommend for any sort of services they provide. I will rather pay double the amount for direct guys. Local brokers are okay, at least they have professional ethics. Please find attached images below for references and i can share call recordings if that is necessary

                                  You guys are saying same from past 4 days .every time i am calling giving excuses or false commitment
                                  Customer care team say i will get a call from senior management in 1-2 hours in morning but no call till now
                                  everytime i call putting me 10 mintues and Bharket told me nobody is available to take call and in 2 hrs i will get a call back.Only RM can talk and no one else

                                      I shipped my shipment from bangalore to my hometown patiala. For getting my order they promised to deliver with in 14 days.
                                      And my suffering began from that day since they will not call you or follow up with you but its your responsibility to check with them and their packers and mover partner.
                                      After multiple follow upswith them and their packers and movers partner my shipment got delivered after 40 days. Also it was not at all due to covid but because their packers and mover partner forgot me to ask for my adhaar card. And when i enquired multiple times he said they are not able to verify my id and he was informing this after a month. During this whole month nobroker movement manager was saying that my shipment is on the way and can reach anytime. Neither their partner nor nobroker's movement manager reached out to me for the id proo[censored]ntil i called them and asked for the delay.
                                      In this whole process i wasted a lot of time and had to spend money on some of the essential items (Had to buy some stuff which is redundant now) which were part of the shipment.
                                      They charge premium fees and there is nothing premium about their services.
                                      I want full refund of my packers and mover fees as there was an agreement that my shipment will be delivered in 14 days. Now since they failed to deliver it on time and i had to suffer because of their incompetency.
