Request. Then I said I ok refund my money back... They refunded on 13-11-20 but still I didn't get my money back .. So please request to you refund my money back as soon as possible..

    I had very Bad experience with Nobroker. i have taken the paid service for my vacant flat but they never get the tenant or refunded my money. The company is fake there promises too. Don’t approach then at all. Frauds & cheaters all are accumulated under one umbrella that is nobroker.

      I had taken the super money back plan to avail rental service from Noborker on 4th of September. But did not get a single tenant from nobroker in 60 days.

      When I spoke to the executives I was working with (Syed Roshan and Pruthiviraj - RM) they said since NoBroker was able to provide a single tenant, NoBroker is going to refund the amount (Rs. 11, 798.82) to me. They also informed me over the phone that the refund has been initiated (sometime around 8th or 9th Nov). But I have not received any written confirmation (either via email/sms) yet. Now a days they are avoiding my calls and not responding to me whenever I am trying to call them.

      Please confirm when NoBroker is going to issue the refund to me.

      By mistake I had mentioned "NoBroker was able to provide a single tenant", please read it as "NoBroker was not able to provide a single tenant"

        Our agreement was supposed to start on 15th November and it was initiated 15 days prior to the move in date. In spite of frequent follow ups there has been no update from your side or the RM and the agreement has been delayed due to the mistake from nobroker service team. We've been deceived and kept in the dark and that has caused us many hurdles in the process of shifting.
        We've reached mumbai and amid this pandemic we're forced to stay in a hotel.
        We've already paid the rent and the additional expenses of the hotel are incurred from 15th onwards.
        Your service is unacceptable and you've put us in danger amidst pandemic. And the expenses of the hotel are also additional.

        Request you to refund Rs. 999/day as charges of the hotel for the number of days this process is delayed from 15th November.
        Additionally, pay Rs. 10000 for the mental harrasment it has cost both o[censored]s.

        If you delay this any further, we'll be forced to log this complaint in consumer complaints portal.

          No refund received even after two weeks. Complaints just falling to deaf ears. They call twice a day just to ask feedback but when asked about the refund they just say someone else will call and we don't get any call. Even mailing them yields the same kind of response. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

            CPMS plan - 10000 refund as not able to find tenants in the stipulated time

            Please note I was given a CPMS plan option to rent out my flat at Thane West. In the email from No Broker they had mentioned that I need to deposit 10000₹ which is purely refundable in case No broker is not able to find a tenant after one month. The money was deposited on 12th October 2020 after which my plan was activated. No broker was unable to find a tenant and rent the flat. On 11th November 2020, I got an email that my plan is deactivated...

            Have mailed rental agreement copy 12 days back, till now no communication from ur side and I am following up since one week, now they r telling that refund not possible because of mismatch, we have taken one lakh advance and one lakh post dated cheque for remaining amount which sums up to 2 lakhs same thing is mentioned in the agreement also. How it will be mismatch if we agree to take 1 lakh advance after one month time during this pandemic when ppl have lost their jobs and having PAC cuts

              I had opted for packers and movers service from no broker a month back for movement from pune to Bangalore and even now I am continuously following up with them for getting my issue resolved. one of the worst services I have seen. most of materials got damaged like fridge, almirah, bike, glass cup. Also they had damaged pipe at pune and municipality pipe at Bangalore . one of my materials, sofa was delivered atleast 1 week late. now I am following up for insurance and there is no response or follow up from no broker. Would suggest never opt for this service from no broker

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Rent

                The issue that I have experienced was: Purchased a super money back plan on Aug 21. Relationship manager convinced me to accept token amount from a tenant as booking amount, and tenant transferred 1000. I was told by RM if tenant backs off, nobroker will continue services to find another tenant and extend the plan for remaining days. But later they twisted words saying no tenant will be found after receiving token amount.
                When tenant backed-out, requested multiple times to inform nobroker also, but she never helped me to send an e-mail to no-broker.,
                I feel like nobroker / rm and tenant played game al together.
                If tenant is genuine, she would have responded to help me to inform to nobroker and help me to get refund.

                It occurred on: 17/09/2020

                Refund subscription amount of 11, 798/-. Because tenant backed out after reserved.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                This is a clear cheating. Nobroker agents are sending their own friends to reserve the house and paying a small token amount and cancel the subscription by claiming tenant found. Then tenants will backout., and no broker will not take any further steps. Very scary

Post that happened to speak to Sabrina who claimed to be her boss and have spoken to her twice but she still fails to address my issue and have given fake promises without any solution and concern for customer service.

                      I had registered for your services for home search under New Project assured Plan. Payment of 999INR made on Aug 27, 2020 10:53 AM
                      Order ID:[protected]. Since there has not been a single suggestion from your side, had requested to refund my subscription amount of 999 INR as it was a refundable plan.

                      I had requested the Relationship manager for refund on 05th Oct 2020 and also emailed to your contact Neha Singh, but till date (04th Nov 2020) amount not credited back and also no response on the status of refund.

                      I have been following up with the Relationship Manager as well as the Customer service number and also mailed on [protected]@nobroker but till date have not received my refund and also no response on status of refund.

                      Everytime the customer service team and the RM responds saying he is not able to get in touch with the relevant team and will get a call back within 2 hrs which does not happen. Very frustrating and unprofessional service.

                      After having a couple of fake promises of Call back, had called up Customer care for Nobroker and refused to disconnect until issue is resolved. After 2 hours of communication and raising the issue to next levels on heirarchy, they raised refund and assured credit in 7 - 10 working days. Got the refund in 3 days.

                            I Bought The Super Relax Owner Plan Of No Broker On 27 October For 6488.82 Rupees.
                            I Am Continuously Calling No Broker That Please Start My Process. Then They Are Giving Excuses Like “We Are Escalating This” Or “We Are Assigning A Relationship Manager To You” Or “We Are Looking Into This”. One Fine Day No Broker Called Me That We Have Assigned A Field Relationship Manager To You He Will Collect The Keys From You From The Property Cause I Have Purchased The Super Relax Owner Plan. I Travelled Around 30 KMs Across The City And Waited Around 3 Hours At The Property Waiting For The Field Relationship Manager To Come To Get The Keys. He Didn't Pick Up My Phone And Even Not Responded To Any Of The Communication Channels. Then, At Last, I Came Back Home(Travelling Again 30Kms) And Felt Cheated, Scam And Fraud By No Broker.

                            Now It’s Been Over A Week And Still, There Is No Response From No Broker Side.

                              I had booked movement from Bangalore to Delhi on 11th October 2020. I had made payment of Rs. 2250 for insurance of goods. On 12th October 2020 i cancelled the movement and was supposed to get refund with 7-10 working days. It has been 3 weeks since cancellation and i have not received the refund of Rs. 2250. On 15th October i had again booked movement after price discount from nobroker. They told me to pay Rs. 900 for insurance. I paid. My consignment reached Delhi from Bangalore but despite repeated mails/calls and complaints they did not provided me insurance certificate for Rs. 900 paid. They cheated me. Neither i have received refund of Rs. 2250 and nor they have provided insurance certificate despite payment. I need refund of Rs.[protected] + 900).

                                I had given my contract to no broker for house shifting. When the sales person took my booking he made fals promises of end to end loading and unloading.
                                Apparently the contract was given by no broker to a unprofessional movers.
                                These movers packed my things extremely unprofessional dumped it in cartons . The next was unpacking . The movers threw all my packed stuff out in my new location expecting me to clean up the mess. They damaged my refrigerator. Dirtied my entire load of kitchen items as they had thrown the sauce bottles in the boxes. NO broker did not even bother to have this process smooth. The mlentire episode has been worst of all. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND NO BROKER FOR ANY SERVICES.

                                  1. Nobroker.com is a fraud company. They promised many things in Super MoneyBack Plan.

                                  2 However, as soon as payment is made, I am unable to contact them. No response from Relationship manager.

                                  3. Before taking plan, Nobroker promised they will find a tenant within 5 days of making payment. I have received many SMS and calls from Nobroker assuring that they will find a tenant within a week if I make the payment.

                                  4. However, after payment, No response. No finding of tenant. There is nobody as" relationship manager" or field manager. This is a fraud company.

                                  5. I am loosing rent at rate of Rs 15000per month as I end up trusting Nobroker.com. I want (a) Full Refund of the money paid, (b) Compensation for the trouble and stress i faced (c)compensation for loss of rent.

                                  6. NoBroker company shall be Banned from sending fraudulent SMS and making fraudulent selling calls to customers.
                                  7, Enquire the fraud by police

                                  NOBORKER is a fraud.
                                  1.They disconnect call when asking for refund.
                                  2. when asked about the refund they just say someone else will call and we don't get any call. Even mailing them yields the same kind of response. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                    I have paid money to nobroker from looking rental house then, my account 5 days not activities, after I have contact to nobroker customer care lot of time but those people not support for me, after I can't get house owner number, because those website totally fake, i released after because now days covind -19 prblm so, i can't go to out side then can't look for house, then I paid money no broker website but no use those web site, i can't get one house owner number, lot of struggle for that time, please government side stop this website lot of struggle for people .totally fake fake fake . totally waste money then waste of time .I have attached all details n photos

                                      I had opted for the Money back plan amounting to Rs. 6, 499/- on 1st September 2020. It was mentioned that if we don't get tenants through Nobroker within 2 months or if we get a tenant through other sources then our money will be refunded. I had also communicated from our end that am willing to negotiate on the deposit amount but would like to keep the rent amount as non-negotiable. We did not get a tenant through Nobroker and nor did anyone approach us through Nobroker to negotiate. We finally got a tenant through another portal and requested a refund from Nobroker. As requested, I provided a copy of the rental agreement, Aadhaar card and details of our tenant on 28th September. The relationship manager assigned to us told us that our refund has been approved and that the refund amount will be credited to the bank account within 7-10 working days. After 10 days, I had still not received the amount so I called up the RM and he told me that they were facing some "technical issues" owing to which the refund amount did not get credited to the bank accounts and that if I didn't receive the amount in another 4-5 days then they will take my bank details and ensure the amount is credited. After another week, the amount still didn't get credited and when I called up the RM, he cooly tells me that my refund got rejected! The reason given for rejecting is that the deposit amount mentioned in the rental agreement was less than the amount we quoted on Nobroker. But I had clearly communicated to the RM since day one that the deposit amount was negotiable. It was also mentioned so on the ad that we had put up on the Nobroker website. Now ever since I requested for the refund they are giving silly excuses to either reject my claim or delay by saying they are awaiting clarification from some team or the other and the RM has completely stopped responding to e-mails and sometimes don't answer the phone as well. I am definitely entitled for this refund as we have stuck to our terms since the very beginning and have not done anything different to get the tenant from another portal. Please do the needful to sort this out provide a refund.
