I had booked movement from Bangalore to Delhi on 11th October 2020. I had made payment of Rs. 2250 for insurance of goods. On 12th October 2020 i cancelled the movement and was supposed to get refund with 7-10 working days. It has been 3 weeks since cancellation and i have not received the refund of Rs. 2250. On 15th October i had again booked movement after price discount from nobroker. They told me to pay Rs. 900 for insurance. I paid. My consignment reached Delhi from Bangalore but despite repeated mails/calls and complaints they did not provided me insurance certificate for Rs. 900 paid. They cheated me. Neither i have received refund of Rs. 2250 and nor they have provided insurance certificate despite payment. I need refund of Rs.[protected] + 900).

    I had given my contract to no broker for house shifting. When the sales person took my booking he made fals promises of end to end loading and unloading.
    Apparently the contract was given by no broker to a unprofessional movers.
    These movers packed my things extremely unprofessional dumped it in cartons . The next was unpacking . The movers threw all my packed stuff out in my new location expecting me to clean up the mess. They damaged my refrigerator. Dirtied my entire load of kitchen items as they had thrown the sauce bottles in the boxes. NO broker did not even bother to have this process smooth. The mlentire episode has been worst of all. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND NO BROKER FOR ANY SERVICES.

      I was sold an "apartment rent out brokerage plan" by nobroker.com. I am finding its a fraud.

      1. Nobroker.com is a fraud company. They promised many things in Super MoneyBack Plan.

      2 However, as soon as payment is made, I am unable to contact them. No response from Relationship manager.

      3. Before taking plan, Nobroker promised they will find a tenant within 5 days of making payment. I have received many SMS and calls from Nobroker assuring that they will find a tenant within a week if I make the payment.

      4. However, after payment, No response. No finding of tenant. There is nobody as" relationship manager" or field manager. This is a fraud company.

      5. I am loosing rent at rate of Rs 15000per month as I end up trusting Nobroker.com. I want (a) Full Refund of the money paid, (b) Compensation for the trouble and stress i faced (c)compensation for loss of rent.

      6. NoBroker company shall be Banned from sending fraudulent SMS and making fraudulent selling calls to customers.
      7, Enquire the fraud by police

      NOBORKER is a fraud.
      1.They disconnect call when asking for refund.
      2. when asked about the refund they just say someone else will call and we don't get any call. Even mailing them yields the same kind of response. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I have paid money to nobroker from looking rental house then, my account 5 days not activities, after I have contact to nobroker customer care lot of time but those people not support for me, after I can't get house owner number, because those website totally fake, i released after because now days covind -19 prblm so, i can't go to out side then can't look for house, then I paid money no broker website but no use those web site, i can't get one house owner number, lot of struggle for that time, please government side stop this website lot of struggle for people .totally fake fake fake . totally waste money then waste of time .I have attached all details n photos

          I had opted for the Money back plan amounting to Rs. 6, 499/- on 1st September 2020. It was mentioned that if we don't get tenants through Nobroker within 2 months or if we get a tenant through other sources then our money will be refunded. I had also communicated from our end that am willing to negotiate on the deposit amount but would like to keep the rent amount as non-negotiable. We did not get a tenant through Nobroker and nor did anyone approach us through Nobroker to negotiate. We finally got a tenant through another portal and requested a refund from Nobroker. As requested, I provided a copy of the rental agreement, Aadhaar card and details of our tenant on 28th September. The relationship manager assigned to us told us that our refund has been approved and that the refund amount will be credited to the bank account within 7-10 working days. After 10 days, I had still not received the amount so I called up the RM and he told me that they were facing some "technical issues" owing to which the refund amount did not get credited to the bank accounts and that if I didn't receive the amount in another 4-5 days then they will take my bank details and ensure the amount is credited. After another week, the amount still didn't get credited and when I called up the RM, he cooly tells me that my refund got rejected! The reason given for rejecting is that the deposit amount mentioned in the rental agreement was less than the amount we quoted on Nobroker. But I had clearly communicated to the RM since day one that the deposit amount was negotiable. It was also mentioned so on the ad that we had put up on the Nobroker website. Now ever since I requested for the refund they are giving silly excuses to either reject my claim or delay by saying they are awaiting clarification from some team or the other and the RM has completely stopped responding to e-mails and sometimes don't answer the phone as well. I am definitely entitled for this refund as we have stuck to our terms since the very beginning and have not done anything different to get the tenant from another portal. Please do the needful to sort this out provide a refund.

            My rental agreement was delivered on my email on 2 sep, i found out that the address for the tenants is wrong.

            i tried submitting it in my society and also at the police station, however the address was so wrong that it came to their notice.

            Since then i have been trying to chase the RM and he kept on saying that he would talk to their seniors and let me know, now its been more than 50 days and nothing has been done. i have receib=ved 3 warning from my society to submit the correct rental agreement with correct address or they wont allow my tenants to continue their stay.

            i have ben trying to call NOBROKER.in to speak with Mr. Barun Singh & Mr. Amit Nayak, however the agents always tell me that he has informed them about my call, and they will call me back.

            i am now sick and tired of them.

              I paid Rent through NoBroker app by providing Account number and IFSC code. The Account number I entered doesn't belong to the branch of IFSC code entered still the amount credited to the Account.

              I entered 1 number in correct while entering Account number.

              If NoBroker transfer amount based on Account number only then why they asked to enter IFSC code as well while paying Rent.

              From 15days I don't NoBroker responding to my emails or calls.

                  On 9/10/2020 registered and Paid 3538.52 (Inclusive GST) through my Paytm. They promised me to get the tenant fast and will not loose your this month rent (This is what promised by the Girl who spoke with me). This plan help you to get the tenant faster without your valueable time. It was taken care by your Relationship Manager fix a tenant and show the property. Also promised me this is a weekend so will get today itself or maximum 1 week your property will get rented.

                  But so far 11 days over but no customer has visit my property. No one is not contact me for rental. Even I have called many times to RM they are not pick the call late evening they said he will contact you by someone.

                  So far no one customer number shared to me or visited the property but they told 2 peoples are interested they will visit your property but past 2 weeks no one seen the property. The plan valid only 45 days almost more than quater is passed, what they promised was false promise.

                  From the last week onwards I requested through the customer care support I requested to refund my money. Still now not refunded the money. Kindly fix the issue and make them refund my money. Because there is no proper service for client and no value for money what we paid.

                  The Relationship Manager Mr.Rahul Contacted me but still now there is no customer visited the property. But he assured me make arrange a call before November 2020. I am waiting for the better service by No Broker. I will keep update. Till today 13 days from 9/10/2020.

                    I have been assisted for Relax plan by paying 1 rupee and once we finalise the property thru the RM then we have to pay 3500 . I agreed and went ahead for registration by paying 1 rupee.

                    However the RM assigned was unable to fulfill my requirement so after 7-10 days I asked them to cancel our agreement as I was very frustrated with their shortlist of property been shown to me as that was absolutely not matching my requirement .

                    I was shocked to get the message of further 3500 been debited in my card without my notice .

                    I treat this as a misselling and fraud commitment been given to me.

                    I have terminated the contract also I have have'nt finalised the property suggested by you, so why do I pay ?????

                    I want to claim my refund, I have been calling my RM but he does'nt come on call and the other representative just promise me that you will get a call ..but response at all.

                    Its been 15days now I am chasing you .

                    Please resolve to avoid further trouble to both o[censored]s.

                      The attitude and servicing of the Relationship managers are very very bad. They don’t attend calls, don’t see chats messages, don’t reply emails, don’t send reports like weekly etc, . I have paid money to owner relax plan 40 days back, . Yet to get a suitable tenant. The RMs don’t follow our requirements.

                        Problem description:
                        I had booked the movers and packers for shifting my luggage. Initially they had said that the total bill will be rupees 7172 only. For that i had to pay a token advance of rupees 1075.88 only (which was with free cancellation) and after the work was done remaining amount to be paid. But when I saw my booking in Nobroker App the billing was showing rupees 7552 only and token advance was showing rupees 1132.88 only. I called up Nobroker support to clarify why there was such a difference in the amount, the support said they will clarify on this but did not call back. Then as I had not received any clarification I cancelled my booking.

                        Currently its been over a 15 days since I cancelled my booking on 30th September 2020. In between I had called their support and left a message numerous times for clarification on why my money has not been credited. Every time they were telling its the issue with the finance team and it will take 10 days and then 7 days and so on.

                        I am quite frustrated with this and wish to raise a complain on this issue. Details of the booking:
                        Date of Booking: 28-September-2020
                        Date of cancelling the booking: 30-Sepetember-2020
                        Resolution: I just wish to get the money I have given that is Rupees 1075.88 Only.
                        Do let me know if additional information is needed.

                        Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            Complaint Noi. 6360394 dated[protected]. Since last three weeks I am struggling to connect with my RM and raised several complaints to get a heed from No broker but in vein. I purchased a post paid plan from no broker to rent out my property. They committed that only after I get tenant they will deduct the amount from my card that too with my consent only. Almost 3 weeks back w/o my consent they deducted the money with out even showing my proporty (Neptune living point Bhandup) to any one. Now no one is responding. This is cheating. I expect reversal of charges to my account and some one from management team speak to me, else I will go to consumer court and complaint against No Broker. If they want my money they need to depute a RM who really cares and responds and look for tenants. Unless a tenant is identified they cant take money and play with me by not responding. I expect call from senior management of no broker asap. Else I will go to consumer forumn for cheating and harassment.

                            The issue is not resolved as no one from No broker has contacted me, neither my money has been refunded nor they have assigned a RM to me. I will wait for 48 hours before filing a formal FIR against No broker management and I will go ton consumer forumn. They are cheats and no one cares .

                            Your field manager has returned the keys, yet you have neither refunded the amount nor any RM was appointed to speak, this gives a clear message that your company is not intrested to give services, just cheat people.
                            I expect reversal of transaction on my card as any way you do not want to show my proporty to any one or identify a good RM. Hence please refund my money and deactivate my flat from your site. I am giving you 24 hours to do this else I will file a formal police complaint and will go to any extent to fight for this harassment and claim damages through legal route.

                                Owner plan was purchased on 18 July 2020 for three of my flats.

                                As per the terms, if nobroker can not rent the flat within the specified duration, the money paid to this plan (Rs. 30, 676.00 /-) must be returned to the customer.

                                I have paid the amount of ₹ 30, 676.00 for 3 flats with moneyback guarantee along with Customer Relation Ship Manager engagement and Field Service Manager, which was promised to be paid back as well.

                                They paid me only 19, 084.19.

                                The remaining amount Rs 11, 592 refund is not being given to me .

                                hi, this seems to be a fraud. I have sent multiple emails, with payment receipts, no response from nobroker yet.
                                I urge not to believe the fradulent scheme of Moneyback schemes.

                                  NRP-2894070 rent payout was cancelled and refund Rs 9800/- was initiated after deduction Rs 300 . The refund was initiated on 7th Sep 2020. But till now I haven't received the refund yet. I was following up with customercare support [protected]@nobroker for the last 1 month. No response yet. Past 2 months I have been paying bills from my pocket. Will I get back my cash or not? I need a proper response. I am tired of following up with emails. If don't get response, I'm going to file a complaint for online forgers.

                                    This complaint is regards to the unauthorized transaction that took place using my credit on 25th sept 2020 through no broker technologies.

                                    The transaction message was from the bank that we are unable to reach you to confirm the usage on your card ending 7600 for Rs. 40400 at no broker technologies.

                                    Plz note that I have been in contact with no broker company since 15days. But I don’t get my refund back. Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I got a email that no broker moved out the money and settled to the beneficiary account. But it’s someone else’s account not mine

                                      My car has been picked up from my place as planned on 7th oct. However, the person who picked up my car did not provide any document or receipt to me confirming that the car has been picked up. He said that I will get receipt in next few hours once car reaches their office. There has been no response from anyone on chat, call, or email about the same after that. However they are asking me to pay the remaining amount. I never denied for any payment, I just told them to confirm that my car has been picked up and share the items which are present in the car, once I receive it, I will release rest of the payment. But no one is responding at all. This is heights of pathetic customer service. They had been calling me after few days before the pickup and now it is just the opposite. My shifting Manager is Shoaib and I also talked to various people on phone and chat including Jack. Jack promised that I will get the email or phone from them in next 1 hour. It has been 4 hours since then and again false commitments. I would highly discourage people to avail any service from Nobroker.com

                                        I have made a rent payment of Rs.20000 on 6th October (NRP[protected]and it is put on hold as NoBroker Suspect on the transaction which i made and asked for Rental Agreement.

                                        I have replied with them the valid rental agreement post which they are no response from NoBroker support whether by E-mail or by Phone as phone calls disconnect after waiting period of 60 Seconds.

                                        Request you release my amount back to source account any deduction even no-broker charge as i have uploaded valid documentation and without any valid justification my amount is locked.

                                        I have paid the amount to my Land Lord in cash payment as no responsible answers have been received from NoBroker support team. Has one of the worst team sitting in your Premises and I make sure that i wont use anymore and also inform my relatives and friends to Unsubscrbe NoBroker for further application.

                                        Hi Palani, payment is kept on hold only when the transaction is marked suspicious as per the system and the payee is unable to provide us with a valid rental agreement.
