Refund policy

I had bought a refundable package of 60 days from nobroker. It's been more than 60 days and they still haven't returned the amount. I have already raised a complaint with the district forum for customer redressal for fraudulent activities including cheating of consumer....

fraudulent rental payment

Reference: nrp no. 2616429

With regard to the above reference number, i made a rental payment of
₹6, 500 on 7.8.2020. After the deduction from my credit card, the payment to my owner was withheld asking for rental agreement. I uploaded it on 8.8.2020. The payment is still not processed after 4 days. If i cancel the payment, they are levying 2% charges and the loss for the customer would be 3% given the 1% convenience...

moneyback owner plan package

Owner plan was purchased on 13 mar 2020. As per the terms, if nobroker can not rent the flat within the specified duration, the money paid to this plan (Rs. 7668.82 /-) must be returned to the customer.

As per these terms, since the flat was not rented out, e-mail was received from nobroker on 2nd july 2020 saying refund has been initiated. This mail also confirmed that within 7-10 working days, money would be reaching my account.br...

harassing me by not refunding my money in my 'money back plan

Amount hold for long time

I have paid rent of rs 25000 to owner account on 21/07/2020. They have charged 1%processing fees for above amount.. But amount was not credited to owner account.. I have checked customer care, they said, we need rental agreement to credit.. The same has submitted on 21/07/2020.. After submitting the documents, the amount was not credited.. Again i ahve checked customer care, they said, wait for 24 hours.. We have waited till 23/07/2020......
