nsdl - pan change application track status shows "no record found"

Dear sir/ madam,

I have applied for pan card correction through nsdl e-sign mode on 21-may-2018. I have got acknowledgement number through mail [protected]. Payment done successfully through sbi netbanking and i received the receipt also through mail.

But when i check the status through track pan application status for the above acknowledgement number it is showing "sorry, no record found."

I’m writing to complain for not receiving of pan card. I have applied for a new pan no on the name of mrs pratima devi which was dispatched on 28 feb 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as post man did not inform me and he returned that back.

nps-ipin creation - unauthorized user

I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN[[protected]]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time i am getting the error - Unauthorized User.

Could you elapse check and fix the I-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions...

I paid the fees and while submitting the aadhar verification form an exception error appears continuously (I tried 4 times)
