    I applied for the pan card approx and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
    Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
    But neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
    Please refund my money. Details are given below:

        Use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my little brother. Temporary token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs.115.90 inr using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 31/05/2018. But after payment ekyc verification everytime i put otp on verification alltime shows 'please try after some time, cannot process'. I try 3-7 days and maximum 50-70 times. Whats the problem.
        Please give my money back i will try offline mode... And closed with site if you will not take seriously if problem.

Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

            Dear sir, pan card not received till date which was applied in mid april.
            Acknowledgement no. [protected]

            Please re-dispatch the same on the address.

            Pan was not delivered by the courier partner. He called me and ask to take the pan card on their own but when we reached to their office they told that pan card was already send return due to undelivered.

However, the PAN card was again returned undelivered to NSDL on 19-Oct-2015. Please contact the TIN-Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC) where application was made by you to apply for Reprint of PAN Application.

                My Acknowledgement Number is 11562796 and the Acknowledgement Date is 01/06/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 1 hour.

                            I had applied with pan card seva online for a new pan card.
                            My online application number is[protected] on pan card seva (Photo of submitted form is included.).
                            Office address of pan card seva there are unit 207, gera's imperium green, neugi nagar, mala, panjim, goa 403 001.
                            After completing ₹ 307 online fees, i printed the application form and the income tax service unit (Managed by nsdl e-govorman infrastructure limited), 5th floor, mantra sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 9 7/8, model estates, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016 was sent by the speed post on 5th floor. After 10 days, from the letter there was a copy of the online filled form and asked to contact the agency address at bhavnagar's online page.
                            My application was rejected so kindly return to me refund my pan application processing fee ₹307..

Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i have got a rs.5.90 ammount in my bank on 28/04/2018. Where is the remaining amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. Do something.

                                I applied for my pan card on 31st may, 2018 through e-kyc/e-sign mode. When i tried to track status of my pan card on nsdl portal it displayed no record found even after payment had been made. Nsdl sent a pay receipt and a performa with my acknowledgement no.                                 Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allotment of PAN. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
                                I have applied for PAN Card online with option E-KYC authentication through Aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through internet banking on[protected]. But I haven't received the OTP at last verification step

                                  I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

                                  I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                                  Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

                                  Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                                        Today i entered my information and uploaded documents for the pan card. Then i took me to payments page. I paid it via credit card for ₹119. Then it also asks otp for my aadhar. While entering it says incorrect and all gone. Very poor services for pan card.. I tried many times to check for my transaction. But they didn't do anything for my pan card.. They just stole my money... I need my money back or they must issue pan card for me... Application no: [protected].
