Dear Sir,

I have applied for PAN card through online portal months ago and after submitting the application manually, I was allotted a PAN number. Later the PAN card was delivered to my residential address. However, I was not at home when the new PAN card was delivered by Blue Dart to home address. Please re-dispatch the PAN Card once again so that I can receive it. Below are the required details:

    I have registered for a new pan number creation via nsdl egov website. I did all the procedures and then completed the aadhar ekyc also. At first the ekyc was not working. I called customer care, but the security guard was picking up. I emailed them, but still haven't received any updates even 15-20 days later. But now i tried the ekyc again, this time it was successful. But now, i am not able to view the status of my pan, via the nsdl website. Can someone help me with this? My acknowledgment number is n-[protected].
    Please revert back asap as i need the pan within a month.

        Dear mam/ sir, i got my pan card through online ekyc service linking with the aadhar card. I was told to sign it physically and resend it along with the form so i resend it after physically signing, but i haven't received it back. So what should i do? Am i suppose to make a new pan card or what, because it has been many days and i haven't still received my pan card.

          I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

          I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

          Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

          Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

            I have applied for my pan card online on the nsdl website using e-kyc and e-sign.
            The payment has been confirmed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
            While authenticating the aadhar, the "exception in generating e-sign user pdf inside e-sign controller for token number - [protected]" error arises.
            It occured on 23/05/2018
            I have tried it 3 times from different browsers but the error persists. Please resole issue asap.

              Good evening,

              I've applied for a new pan card through e-sign method. The process completed without incident and i got a pdf application with this written on top:

              'since the application is digitally signed using esign/ekyc, there is no need to forward physical documents'

              But i'm getting a 'no record found' error if i try to check the status of my application using the pan status tracker site. The acknowledgement number of the application is '[protected]'. I shall be highly grateful if you could look into the matter.

                I have completed the course of junior engineer (Je) at cme. Pune and it almost 2 months back till date. Sir i want to know wheather i will be posted from my parent unit to other respected place as rfn je. Please please give some clearification.                   I have applied for pan card correction through nsdl e-sign mode on 21-may-2018. I have got acknowledgement number through mail [protected]. Payment done successfully through sbi netbanking and i received the receipt also through mail.

                  But when i check the status through track pan application status for the above acknowledgement number it is showing "sorry, no record found."

                  I have sent the above two documents(Copy of Passport, Copy of Aadhar) to Income Tax PAN Services Unit(Managed by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited), Mantri Sterling, Pune via india post's Speed Post and the item is received on 25-May-2018.

                  Kindly update on the status of the application.

                  I had registered for PAN card yesterday through the NSDL website and I have received an application number too. However, it upon checking the status of my application online, it returns saying “no record found”. Even upon sending a message “NSDLPAN [protected]” to “57575”, it says “no record found”.

                  Please resolve this.

                      I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN[[protected]]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time i am getting the error - Unauthorized User.

                      Could you elapse check and fix the I-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions

                          I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                Sir i am in very urgent of getting pan card . How manys days to get my pan number . As iam fresher my company wants pancard so i show the acknowledgment to them .they try to update to pancard number as soon as possible pancard also will be provided later

                                  I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                                    I have submitted my application for a new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc paperless form.
                                    I paid the fees and while submitting the aadhar verification form an exception error appears continuously (I tried 4 times)

                                    The error is :
                                    Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]

                                    I tried it through chrome and internet explorer 11 browsers. Still the error is same.

                                    Would you please help in sorting out this issue.
