Good evening,

I've applied for a new pan card through e-sign method. The process completed without incident and i got a pdf application with this written on top:

'since the application is digitally signed using esign/ekyc, there is no need to forward physical documents'

But i'm getting a 'no record found' error if i try to check the status of my application using the pan status tracker site. The acknowledgement number of the application is '[protected]'. I shall be highly grateful if you could look into the matter.

    I have completed the course of junior engineer (Je) at cme. Pune and it almost 2 months back till date. Sir i want to know wheather i will be posted from my parent unit to other respected place as rfn je. Please please give some clearification. And one more thing is that if remust is not there then any procedure of posting out as rif je and how long it will take for the out of order from dgar.

      Dear sir/ madam,

      I have applied for pan card correction through nsdl e-sign mode on 21-may-2018. I have got acknowledgement number through mail [protected]. Payment done successfully through sbi netbanking and i received the receipt also through mail.

      But when i check the status through track pan application status for the above acknowledgement number it is showing "sorry, no record found."

      Kindly help to resolve this issue.

      I have sent the above two documents(Copy of Passport, Copy of Aadhar) to Income Tax PAN Services Unit(Managed by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited), Mantri Sterling, Pune via india post's Speed Post and the item is received on 25-May-2018.

      Kindly update on the status of the application.

      I had registered for PAN card yesterday through the NSDL website and I have received an application number too. However, it upon checking the status of my application online, it returns saying “no record found”. Even upon sending a message “NSDLPAN [protected]” to “57575”, it says “no record found”.

      Please resolve this.

        I’m writing to complain for not receiving of pan card. I have applied for a new pan no on the name of mrs pratima devi which was dispatched on 28 feb 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as post man did not inform me and he returned that back.

          I have newly registered with e-NPS and allotted with PRAN[[protected]]. I have also completed by first subscription and completed e-sign verification with AADHAR. But when i try to login to website with PRAN to set my I-pin for the first time i am getting the error - Unauthorized User.

          Could you elapse check and fix the I-pin issue so that i can login to my account and do my subsequent contributions

            While updating the PAN card online .It aksed for all the details.I gave ekyc option to authenticate.I have paid the amount through bank.And Aadhar authentication is done using the OTP send, At last i am getting the below issue on my portal

              I have applied for change in pan card on 18th may, 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number Sir/madam,

              I have applied for new pan card on 6th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

              "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

              If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

              But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                    This complaint regarding about the pan card delivery of acknowledgement number N [protected]. It is dispatched already but uptil now it is not received.and its delivery date is 4 may 2018. But at this time we didn't get it so kindly consider it and take action on it

                      I have online applied for new pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected]

                      I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                        I have submitted my application for a new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc paperless form.
                        I paid the fees and while submitting the aadhar verification form an exception error appears continuously (I tried 4 times)

                        The error is :
                        Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]

                        I tried it through chrome and internet explorer 11 browsers. Still the error is same.

                        Would you please help in sorting out this issue.

                              I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my colleague. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.120.62 using internet bankingn sbi. My balance was deducted from the bank on 03/05/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. So till not reflected in my account. So please i want my detected money. Why because i applied again and this time transaction was successful after second deduction. They should take care of people's money. I am expecting a better suggestion from you. Do something for a change.

                                        Hello, i have apply for new pan card on 14th march 2018, i've see this message "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you", from first day i see the message from online status, my acknowledgement number is:- n - [protected], i have submit the details twice time in ahmedabad navrangpura office but not get any answer.
