Dear sir/ madam,

I have applied for pan card with token no.-[[protected]] through e-kyc/e-sign option. After the payment, my aadhar verification went failed and the screen showed the below message.

"your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days."

It has been 20 days this happened and still now i haven't got my refund. I called the customer care many times but they didn't answer my call. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I have applied for pan card correction on 25th february 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using ensign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found." i have done for 3 time every time website problems.. Final i got acknowledgement number [protected].. But when i check its showing no records found..

      I apply online for new pan card registration of my friend on nsdl website.

My new pan card registration fee deducted from my account but due to technical problem in e-kyc of aadhar varification of mobile no. & registraion.         I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 23/02/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to my information was not matched with addhar card and there after my application form was cancelled.

            The PAN card can only delivered to the communication address mentioned in PAN application, if your address has changed, then kindly apply using Form for Changes or Correction in PAN Data with PAN to get your PAN card.

              My wife has applied for correction in her pan card as the dob was a mismatch from what is mentioned in the aadhar card. Due to this she is unable to update her pan with aadhar card details. Please help us out before the time is passed to update the same against pan card.

                Hi,

                I trying to change my wife name in PAN through tin.nsdl.com by choosing e-kyc\e-sign option. I have done all necessary steps and attached required documents in site, paid the fee. post payment the next step is verification: i am receiving OTP and unable to go for next step to enter the same i mean to say the site is showing me the error message that " You Process Could not process. Please try after some times"
                Regarding this i have mailed and spoke with customer care for 10 times but no proper response from them. I really fed up for this task and from 15 days i am taking follow up from them.
                Hope this step would make sound good for my concern.

                      I applied for tan number (Acknowledgement number – [protected]) on 30 january 2018 and received an email that they received the documents on 6 february 2018.

                      However, i have still not got the approval email for the same, even after more than 15 days.

                      The online tan application status portal shows the message that they haven't received the documents. I contacted on the customer care number on monday, 19 february, at 020 – 27218080 number and the executive told me that the documents are verified by nsdl and has been sent to income tax office.

                      I have to use my tan number for a transaction on 26 february. Please tell me what can be done to get my tan as soon as possible or at least send a confirmation email stating my tan number.

                        I (Rakesh maheshchandra shah) have provided all the details as of my pan card no aadhaar card no and bank account number to nsdl enps central record keeping agency (Cra). However they have wrongfully freeze my nps account no[protected] saying my aadhaar card is not linked to my bank account etc. As per my bank records i have confirmed my pan and aadhaar card are linked. Thus they have noy only wrongly freeze my account but also sending me sms saying if i do not make contribution they will freeze my account. Hence i am not able to make contribution on already wrongly freeze account. So please take necessary action i have already lodger complained to nsdl grivences more then 4 times but not replied.                             While registering for national pension scheme (Nps), my payment page failed to load. Now the nps portal (Enps) is not allowing me to login and giving the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime".

                            This is a common problem as several people have faced it. Either reset my login, or completely delete it so that i can start registering afresh.

So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id.

                                I applied for pan card on 13/2/18 but could not complete the process because the aadhar card was not getting verified. I paid rs. 115.90 by my debit card but i have not got the refund till now. Refund my money as soon as possible. It was mentioned that it will be refunded within seven days but i have not received it yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  I have applied for PAN 3 times but all time it shows "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days".
                                  What shall i do
                                  Please help me
                                  Will i get my money back within an hour?
                                  Or else i'm gonna file a complain in court for this inconvenience.
                                  It's pathetic.
                                  I hope my complain will be resolved soon.

                                    In spite of numerous requests on calls and e-mails made by employees of delhi transco limited, pan & gst no. Of nsdl is not being provided for payment of annual custody fee for fy 17-18 by delhi transco limited.

                                    The staff of nsdl does not co-operate at all and hang the phone calls without helping our company's employees.

                                    The invoice for payment of annual custody fee was received on mail on 28.12.2017 while the letter was dated 03.12.2017 and the last date for payment of the said fees was 31.12.2017 without late fees.

                                    The services provided by the staff of nsdl are highly pathetic.

                                    Kindly provide the required details.

                                    Facing the same problem. it keeps showing me message to try again after sometime. Everytime i try, i get OTP from AADHAR on my mobile and email but the website doesn't show me page to enter the OTP

                                      I applied for pancard through nsdl my money rs115 got deducted due to aadar authentication and mismatch of identity on 13/2/18
                                      Then again i tried to apply rs.115 again deducted my money is not refunded in seven days kindly refund my money rs.230 my token no is [protected], [protected]. Why my application is not verified i want my refund as soon as possible and kindly reply as soon as possible
