ekyc error

I applied for the pan card approx. one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
now its been over a month...

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. change of mobile no request not resolved

I have tried many times to change my registered mobile no in NSDL and tried to submit request many times but it is not getting resolved. I have called on the given customer care no. But they disconnected the cal without any discussion. I have also e-mailed the request to their customer care mail id.

pan online application charges 2 time for same application.

Hi,

As per the process i have done payment for my pan application token no .[protected] and pan no BJMPD4905K .but after final submission of form, application again route me for payment options.i did it two time as the customer help desk suggest me same and they ensure me the refund within 7 working days, but still after 2 months they didn't proceed any refund process.

To my surprise when i call bluedart they tell me that the card was not physically given to them at all. The tracking number on the website is also fake number bluedart says that its an invalid number. But the nsdl argues that bluedart have not returned my card, which is again a fake statement.
