I requested for a new pan card in the month of dec 2017. I was told on the nsdl site that the card will be delivered by 23dec2017. To my surprise when i call bluedart they tell me that the card was not physically given to them at all. The tracking number on the website is also fake number bluedart says that its an invalid number. But the nsdl argues that bluedart have not returned my card, which is again a fake statement. Between these two issues my card is simply getting delayed and i have been chasing their call center for the past 2 months to no help. It is one of the no sorry the lethargic call centers i have ever worked with. I request the it department to reconsider of handing over this business to other private operator. These people are failing to deliver service in expected timelines. Worlds most lethargic people work here.

But when i show pan status today it show "no record found"

    Respected Concern,

    I open an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly. But I unable to track my contribution. So, While I trying to create IPIN, system shows an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my IPIN password to my Mobile No. or email id.

    I've attached screenshot of my error. Please check & help me to resolve this issue. Otherwise I feel unsecured to continue with Atal Pension Yojana & hence I am thinking to discontinue with the same.

      I use nsdl website to create new pan card on 14/02/2018 but when i choose e-sing then my application was rejected due to authentication failure then i will try another time for the same application and the portal deduct another 120.62 rs from my account now i pay 241.24 ruppes for a same pan card application but both applications are failed. I need my money back immediately. I advice the portal to deduct the money after all verification and authentications it is a failure of nsdl

      Hello sir i am using nsdl website for applying another new pan card on 15/02/2018 choosing aadhaar based paper less application but after deducting my application fee my i am not received OTP to complete my application.             I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
            The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                I had received sms on 22/01 that my pan card was dispatched and from that day, i was following up postman of our area whether he has received my pan card or not. Everytime he said that he will check and get back to me. Till yesterday, he said that he hasn't received my card yet. Though i had got confirmation from main center that they had received my card and handed over to postman of my area. To my surprise, yesterday he said that he had already delivered my card to someone else without any id proof. Kindly look into this matter at earliest.

                  My pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:40:09.299

                  After the online payment, i am keep getting the button showing "continue with e-sign/e-kyc". Pressing it i am receiving the otp but then the next screen keep showing the same button with this error message

                  "your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."

                  If i press again, i am receiving a new otp but the screen remains showing with the same error message.

                              After i made the payment it keeps saying during e-kyc verification through aadhaar that my "your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime" (Refer screenshot) after entering the otp multiple times. This is for change request in my pan details. My token number - [protected].                                 Sir/madam,

                                I have applied for reprint pan card on 8th february 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                Please check my application

                                    I applied for new pan card no. AIMPG6035H with correction which was was undelivered and send back in my absence . I want it to be resend to the same address as soon as possible

                                      Due to mismatch of name in the aadhar and in pan application authentication was failed, application not generated.
                                      I had paid 110/- processing fee through my debit card. Payment is successfully done but authentication of aadhar failed but money not refunded, will i get that amount or not, if i will get refund when will i get that amount back to me.

                                        I use NSDL website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank but Aadhar verification was not completed due to authentication issue on their registration process (Status: Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time). Neither No process of my Application nor refund and it's been since long time. I didn't yet receive any feedback of my application form NSDL. Thus I request for refund of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card.Tthey have to revert/rectify their web-site if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change
