Respected Concern,

I open an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly. But I unable to track my contribution. So, While I trying to create IPIN, system shows an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my IPIN password to my Mobile No. or email id.

e-sign/e-kyc your request cannot be processed. please try after sometime

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

I have not been able to complete payment for generation of pran. Now im not able to complete pending registration by logging in. After i made the payment it keeps saying during e-kyc verification through aadhaar that my "your request cannot be processed. I have applied for reprint pan card on 8th february 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

money not refunded due to authentication failure

Due to mismatch of name in the aadhar and in pan application authentication was failed, application not generated.
I had paid 110/- processing fee through my debit card. Payment is successfully done but authentication of aadhar failed but money not refunded, will i get that amount or not, if i will get refund when will i get that amount back to me....
