I applied for the pan card approx. one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
Please refund my money. Below Account.

        I have applied for new pan card on 18th feb 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for three days and returned to the sender address.

            With due respect an honor i would like to inform you that sir my son lt sabash ahmed age 27 years was expired in a road accident which took place at rongnihang diphu in the dist of karbi anglong assam on 9th december 2017 whice is 2nd saturday of month the incident happen when my son was on his motorbike and driving on that road and the assam rifles truck hit him from the back side which results to his death on the spot bearing the registration no as09 2225 and tried to escape and the local people along with the police caught them after the incident took place we made an inquiry along with media in the district transport office at diphu in order to as certain the actual ownership ship of the accused vehicle. From that we came to know that the registration number as092225 which belonged to the accused vehicle was actually allotted to an auto rickshaw back in 1995 and the registered owner was rana engti son of moneswar engti village baligaon post office tumprang district karbi anglong. From the above statement it is clear that the assam rifles were using the vehicle with a fake registration number as092225 which is a serious offence specially on the part of a disciplined force o[censored]nion of india there having to came to know about the aforesaid fake registration numberas092225. But according to the mv act all the vehicles are necessary to use ind in the number plate which was absent in the accused vehicle and it clearly seen in the given photographs. And sir it is also seen that no medical investigation were taken on the driver bimal singh somrat son of ann singh somrat who was the driving the accused vehicle. Sir on 2nd january 2018 cjm court of diphu district karbi anglong has got a request petition from the commandant of 41 assam rifles to released their vehicle for operational and election duty sir the commandant of 41 assam rifles has stated in the petition that on the day of the incident the vehicle was moving to collect the number plate from the office of dto karbi anglong but the main thing is that it is the 2nd saturday of the month and it is a general government holiday but sir dto of karbi anglong stat declare that on 9th dec/2017 they no received any pitition from 41 assam rifle. Sir i believe that they were trying to misguide our judicial system and our respectable constitution. Sir we have filed a f. I. R on 9th december 2017 at diphu police station against the 41 ar and the accused driver with gr number 977/ 17. Sir the incident was also telecasted on the regional news channel dy365 and pratidin time and was published in the local newspaper. Sir on humanity ground it is necessary to meet the victims family and show some sympathy but till date they did not show up to the victims family. Hence sir i request you that what happened with my son should not happen to anyone else. Being the victim father i kindly request you to take necessary steps to move forward this case with higher investigation and give justice to my family and most importantly to my son.

                        Website. After completion of the payment, i received otp to authenticate the aadhar. But user interface is not showing any box to enter otp, instead it is showing the message "your request cannot be processed please try again later."

                        I have been trying since the last 2 days but it has been showing the same message again and again. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible or else refund my money back.

                          I too am facing similar problem. I sent a mail to [protected]@nsdl.co.in, and followed it up by sending a hard copy of the complaint to their Pune address. I got a mail reply from their tin-info team as follows:

                          " This is with reference to your below mail, we are unable to check the status of your PAN application with the help given PAN.
                          Kindly contact to concern authority where you have submitted your PAN application."

                          I sent mail to them again, asking exactly what is the meaning of their reply, and what next I should do to get a solution. I sent a reminder too, 2 days later.

                          I am still waiting to hear from them on this problem.

                                I have tried many times to change my registered mobile no in NSDL and tried to submit request many times but it is not getting resolved. I have called on the given customer care no. But they disconnected the cal without any discussion. I have also e-mailed the request to their customer care mail id.

                                  I have applied for pan correction 3 days ago. After completion of the payment, i received otp to authenticate the aadhar. But user interface is not showing any box to enter otp, instead it is showing the message "your request cannot be processed please try again later."

                                  I have been trying since the last 2 days but it has been showing the same message again and again. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible or else refund my money back.

                                    As per the process i have done payment for my pan application token no .[protected] and pan no BJMPD4905K .but after final submission of form, application again route me for payment options.i did it two time as the customer help desk suggest me same and they ensure me the refund within 7 working days, but still after 2 months they didn't proceed any refund process.

                                        I requested for a new pan card in the month of dec 2017. I was told on the nsdl site that the card will be delivered by 23dec2017. To my surprise when i call bluedart they tell me that the card was not physically given to them at all. The tracking number on the website is also fake number bluedart says that its an invalid number. But the nsdl argues that bluedart have not returned my card, which is again a fake statement. Between these two issues my card is simply getting delayed and i have been chasing their call center for the past 2 months to no help. It is one of the no sorry the lethargic call centers i have ever worked with. I request the it department to reconsider of handing over this business to other private operator. These people are failing to deliver service in expected timelines. Worlds most lethargic people work here.

                                        Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. Kindly provide us with your 15 digit PAN acknowledgement number to check and resolve your grievance.
                                        I was apply new pan card for individual today with esign/ekyc option.
                                        But when i show pan status today it show "no record found"
                                        I think my application is not
