My pan card number is bdwpk6535q. After marriage my surname got changed. I applied for changes in pan card in june 2017 i submitted my aadhar card as the evidence document. The acknowledgement number is [protected].
Even after three months, the status of the application is still "under process". I filed my income tax returns this year, but i received a message from income tax department that the itr shall not be processed till the aadhar card and pan card are not linked. The last date of linking of aadhar and pan card is 31st august, 2017. I am not able to link my aadhar and pan card as the surname in both are different (One is before marriage and one is after marriage).

As the last date of linking aadhar and pan is approaching, i am in a delima of what to do and whom to approach for quick resolution of my problem.
Kindly help.

My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my pan processing fee

      Income tax department has issued me a pan no. Ddrps8215l on 7/05/2013 in the name gagandeep singh s/o gurcharan singh, d. O. B 14/09/1988. Address o/s zira gate rakhri road opposite new grain market ferozepur city 152002. And the same pan number is allotted to some other person of jammu and kashmir on 6/01/2011 who is also filling returns under the same pan number from past two years. I came to know about the incident when i was filling my return of the year[protected] which is my first return under the same pan number mentioned above. My addhar number has been linked to the above mentioned pan number in 8/2017. I am facing lot of problems regarding filing of returns and other pan related activities. Kindly sort out my problem.

        The pan number was allotted online and i have it.

        But the physical card was not delivered to the address provided when i registered.

        I have already attempted to reach out to the pan offices for assistance or resolution but no responses till date.

        I ask you to provide urgent support.

                My pan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center. Kindly call tin fc[protected]/28433343 for further processing of your application.'

                I have applied for the pan at ram mandir, gulbarga-585102 and enclosed aadhaar card as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

                I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

                        I had applied for change in pan card on the 11th august 2017. But the process was failed after i did the payment of 118 rupees and at that time nsdl told me that your payment will be refund within 7 days. But i still do not get my money. Now it is 8th day from my process failed. Please help me and kindly refund my money as early as possible. My pan no is baupd0441h.

                                Pan card re-dispatch request vide application no. [protected],

                                Herewith we bring to your kind notice that we had applied for a new pan card in the name of dikshant madaan, h. No.-212, abhilasha appartment, pocket-3, rohini, sector-23, delhi-110085, which was dispatched to our correspondence address on 22nd jul, 2017, we couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                  I was unable to connect to the above mentioned number as it always seems busy.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had apply for new pan card online on (https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html) but i am unable to proceed with online pan application due to following reason: uidai database mismatch.

                                    But my bank a/c is debited two time rs. (118.90+118.90), i request you to please refund the same

                                    I received the below message my bank

                                      First of all i would like to thank the entire assam rffles for doing such a tremendous work in northeast india. And since you are familiar with the societies of this region, i believe that u might know, all societies except khasi are patriarchal.
                                      My father publish four children in army viz sameer, sapana, rebecca and elizabeth. Out of those four only the last two are the real daughters of my late father. He did not mention my name in army publish. But how can the world or the army rule forget those facts. My adhar card no.[protected], here u can check it out whether i'm bluffing or saying the truth.
                                      After my step mom died, my sis rebecca become abnormal. So i believe that she should inherite my father's property though it is against our traditions. But i'll be very sad if i'm ignored that from the fact that i'm the son of bs rejonson anal. If the army rules and regulations ignore my existence, then i'll have no choice but to approach the judicial system of india to seek justice.
