My name is mattaparthi durga kishore. I have applied for pan card. The pan card was sent through blue dart courier service. I was not available at the given address on the day of delivery so the pan card returned back to the sender undelivered. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I request you to resend the pan card to the same given address.

I visited the treasure department to see my s2 form correction process bt the officer... jst lost my papers.

He told me to submit the s2 form again to continue the process.

I submitted the s2 form memo no.1731 on treasury department of bishwasrya bhawan to correct my father name on 04.06.2016.
It's being 16 months bt nothing happend.

Sir be kindly show some decision regarding my form.

        Dear sir,

        We have applied for pan for our sarvajanik ganesh utsav mandal. Now bank is not allowing us to withdraw money from account without pan. It really difficult to handle this as the festival is going to start soon.

        It has been 22 days now, still the status is showing the below message.

        "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/66282803/66282804/66282805 where the application was submitted by you"

        I tried calling to tin fc[protected]/66282803/66282804/66282805 but its always saying busy, never connected.

        Please help.

                My pan card number is bdwpk6535q. After marriage my surname got changed. I applied for changes in pan card in june 2017 i submitted my aadhar card as the evidence document. The acknowledgement number is [protected].
                Even after three months, the status of the application is still "under process". I filed my income tax returns this year, but i received a message from income tax department that the itr shall not be processed till the aadhar card and pan card are not linked. The last date of linking of aadhar and pan card is 31st august, 2017. I am not able to link my aadhar and pan card as the surname in both are different (One is before marriage and one is after marriage).

                As the last date of linking aadhar and pan is approaching, i am in a delima of what to do and whom to approach for quick resolution of my problem.
                Kindly help.

                    Income tax department has issued me a pan no. Ddrps8215l on 7/05/2013 in the name gagandeep singh s/o gurcharan singh, d. O. B 14/09/1988. Address o/s zira gate rakhri road opposite new grain market ferozepur city 152002. And the same pan number is allotted to some other person of jammu and kashmir on 6/01/2011 who is also filling returns under the same pan number from past two years. I came to know about the incident when i was filling my return of the year[protected] which is my first return under the same pan number mentioned above. My addhar number has been linked to the above mentioned pan number in 8/2017. I am facing lot of problems regarding filing of returns and other pan related activities. Kindly sort out my problem.

                                  I have applied for correction in pan card details in the name of a sriramulu which dispatched to our address on 02-aug-2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as the courier man didn't approached to my address and gave status saying no such consignee at the given address. Later, after couple of days we contact the courier company regarding the shipment. They told that the shipment was returned to the sender address on sender request.

                                    My token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:25:38.764 and my ack. No. N-[protected] dated :[protected]:51:51.874 maine pan card apply kiya tha aur mere a/c se double balance debit hua hain jiska ref no :- jsbi[protected]igabvyvvw5 (120.62) aur ref no:- jsbi[protected]igabvywfm2 (120.62) hain pahli bar apply kiyato a/c se balance debit ho gaya aur technical issue dikhane laga maine phir re login kiya to phir se payment mangne laga to maine phir se payment kiya. Aur ek hi pan card ka do bar balance debit ho gaya mera ek balance refund kiya jaye jiska ref no :-jsbi[protected]igabvyvvw5 (120.62) hain.

                                      I had applied for change in pan card on the 11th august 2017. But the process was failed after i did the payment of 118 rupees and at that time nsdl told me that your payment will be refund within 7 days. But i still do not get my money. Now it is 8th day from my process failed. Please help me and kindly refund my money as early as possible. My pan no is baupd0441h.

                                        Hi i have applied pancard before 2 months and nw my status at nsdl is that you have been issued pan by ur name and will inform you soon. Like i have nt applied anywr till nw nd no response from nsdl my ack number is n-[protected] pls i want wts d status and resolve my problem i need urjent my pan please make a quick response to my problem my email is [protected]@gmail.com i'll b waiting for the response because my agent told it's in government hand not in my hand like i don't expect from them i hope i'll get a response from hear thanks regards pv rasheed
