        Hello,
        I had submitted online application for PAN Card.
        I did not get any update on the status for over a month.
        Now when i check the status of the application, it says that "Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 02-Aug-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same will be re-dispatched shortly".

        Please note that the address is mentioned correctly. It is also the same address as on my Aadhar Card. And the address is legitimate and valid.
        I am unaware of the courier agency used for this service but I believe NSDL can solve this issue.

        Please help me in getting my PAN card. My details are as follows:

          I lost my PAN card so I applied for new PAN card on nsdl website and submitted required documents online on 8th July. Even after 40 days my PAN card status shows "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department". MY acknowledgement number is [protected]. I need it urgently, so, could you please tell me if I need to submit any other document or otherwise when will I get it.

            I had applied for PAN card changes\correction using online facility on 5th Aug 2017 Acknowledgement Number : N- [protected]. I have digitally signed my application using e Sign/e KYC through OTP sent to my Adhaar linked mobile number

            On completion I received this message,

            "Thank you for using online facility for PAN application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using eSign/eKYC then there is no need to forward physical documents. "

            But now when i check my PAN Application Status it shows

            "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

            Please check my Application ... And reply what should I do.

Its 21 days now and when i check the status of the same in nsdl website, i am getting the message ""your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center.                   Respected Sir/Madam,

                  PAN Application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated: 16/06/2017. I submitted all the documents as requested within the stipulated time. But later there was an issue regarding my Aadhar demographics details not matching with my PAN card details. So, I was given a choice to continue without my Aadhar to which I replied with an email to do the same. After this exchange, there was no response from NSDL regarding the PAN card. I called up your office several times and those officers said they would look into the matter only to build false hopes. Also, no one responds when emailed to " [protected]@nsdl.co.in". Then why display it in queries section?
                  It's been 2 months now. And no response. I am not able to open my salary account because of not availability of PAN card. I am hoping for a more detailed explanation from the organization and not "we will do it." I need my PAN card as promised. Your organization will take this matter seriously and solve this issue if your organization is a professional and a good one.

                    One of my frnd sanjay debbarma, batch no 21. He visited his home agartala 6 times in this year, how it's possible. He also finished his leave before 3 month. Mr (Co) also permitted to sanjay visit agartala along with (Co) daughter admit in college.co told this leave not showing anyone because (Co) daughter was admitted and sanjay help to his daughter to join college and sanjay take care of it.                               Sir, i have not received yet my duplicate pan card though more than fivem onths have passed. I regret to say that for urgency i applied on online and requisite fee alongwith requisite papers sent. Please expedite the issue of duplicate pan card. It is pertinent to mention that all papers were submitted at the time when orginal pan card was received. It is unfortunate that i had to request for duplicate pan card. Kindly be serious and do the needful at an early date.

                              I have tried to change the pan card name through "www.onlineservices.nsdl.com", after payment completion and try to sign in with e-sign KYC, after entering OTP i'm facing the issue of "Your Request cannot be Processed.                                 I applied for a new pan card with my adhaar card which was booked on 06/06/17 at konkan bhavan and it was dispatched to my post office on 13/06/17. But the postman just did one delivery attempt, kept for a single day and returned the pan card back. I really need a pan card for various important purposes. Please take my matter into consideration.                                     Saw your complaint on this board, am into consultancy & liaising profession for many documentation processes like passport & visa, voter ID, PAN card, aadhaar card etc.

                                    2. However it takes a months time for PAN card application, but going by your case a background verification of documents shall be happening which in result taking a little longer time.

                                      Dear concerned,

                                      This is with reference to acknowledgment number : [protected], which we applied for some correction in pan : bbepk5061r.

                                      I have applied online and paid the fees also, and same has been sent to "nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016'." with complete set of documents, but now we don't have receive any update.
                                      I have mailed 3 times @ [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but no reply received yet.

                                      Please look into the matter

                                        I had apply for a new pan card on 17 may 2017 it's going to be almost 3 months but have not received yet any pan card. Please make it fast. I have to submit my pan card details in my office otherwise i will not able to get my salary. My acknowledgment number is [protected].
