pan card application refund not given frustrated

I had applied for a pan card on 28/7/17 for a new pan card.but my application got failed two times .i called customer care .they told me to wait for 7 days for automatic refund.i waited but recieved only one refund.my token number was generated only for one transaction.They told me to mail the entire matter with my details.i mailed them all the details including payment reciept screenshot and my bank statementalso..i called several times...

I want my deducted balance

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of myself. Temporary Token are [protected], I use e-kyc option for Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.115.90. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 10/08/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application...

I am suraj mohan and my new pan card (No. Dxipm8658g) which is applied via online was despatched to my address on 12 jul 2017. But the courier agency - the blue dart express ltd was not delivered the item (Airway bill no. [protected]) to my address for communication which is indicated in the application. They returned the pan card undeliverd to the origin on 24th july 2017. All these details were came to know only after the shipment was back...

Redline Logistics vide their ack. No. referred to the above applied for PAN vide application on 14/07/2017. The Pan Appplication send by speed post vide document No. EK[protected]IN was received by NSDL on 18/07/2017. But the pan car tracking position says documents not received.

Since the there was an urgency for the PAN, we have been daily requesting over phone to NSDL number which is very difficult to get to expedite. But...

I have applied for online pan correction. I did the payment and on the last step my authentication is failed and i got this message

Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
