Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 10th august 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Please check my application
I urgently need pan card in order to sit for my placements

    Sir, i have not received yet my duplicate pan card though more than fivem onths have passed. I regret to say that for urgency i applied on online and requisite fee alongwith requisite papers sent. Please expedite the issue of duplicate pan card. It is pertinent to mention that all papers were submitted at the time when orginal pan card was received. It is unfortunate that i had to request for duplicate pan card. Kindly be serious and do the needful at an early date.

    Hi,

    I have tried to change the pan card name through "www.onlineservices.nsdl.com", after payment completion and try to sign in with e-sign KYC, after entering OTP i'm facing the issue of "Your Request cannot be Processed. Please try after some time". I'm using the e-sign KYC method to submit the form.

      Respected sir/madam,

      I applied for a new pan card with my adhaar card which was booked on 06/06/17 at konkan bhavan and it was dispatched to my post office on 13/06/17. But the postman just did one delivery attempt, kept for a single day and returned the pan card back. I really need a pan card for various important purposes. Please take my matter into consideration. It would be really kind of you and helpful. I have provided the details below:-

      Online pan apply but application not submitted pan fees paid by INB 120.62 Ref no is JSBI[protected]IGABPGHDF6. Please refund me fees.

      I was unable to link Aadhaar with PAN due to name mismatch, so applied for PAN correction on 29th July 2017 by using Aadhaar based e-KYC but still it's showing application under process.

        Due to some reason I was not able to receive PAN CARD.
        Can you do a favor by dispatching again my pan card.
        I had applied my card through some local agent long time back.
        Post man was not able to find me and my address and it was returned back.

          2. However it takes a months time for PAN card application, but going by your case a background verification of documents shall be happening which in result taking a little longer time.

            I have applied online and paid the fees also, and same has been sent to "nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016'." with complete set of documents, but now we don't have receive any update.
            I have mailed 3 times @ [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but no reply received yet.

                I had applied for a pan card on 28/7/17 for a new pan card.but my application got failed two times .i called customer care .they told me to wait for 7 days for automatic refund.i waited but recieved only one refund.my token number was generated only for one transaction.They told me to mail the entire matter with my details.i mailed them all the details including payment reciept screenshot and my bank statementalso..i called several times to customer care they always ask for token no .i am mad telling them that token no was not generated because due to thier server errors.THEY CLEARLY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT REFUND WITHOUT TOKEN NO.THEY KEEP PEOPLE MONEY AND KEEP ASKING TO WAITAND WAIT.I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE BY CALLING THEM EVERYTIME AND TELLING THE WHOLE STORY AGAIN AND AGAIN.THEY ALSO DONT GIVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER.IS PAYMENT RECIEPT NOT ENOUGH FOR REFUND ALL DETAILS ARE INCLUDED IN IT LIKE TRANSACTION REFRENCE NUMBER AND BANK REFRENCE NO .BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REFUND. I AM ATTACHING SCREENSHOTS VOICE RECORDINGS AS A PROOF.

                    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of myself. Temporary Token are [protected], I use e-kyc option for Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.115.90. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 10/08/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceedwith physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card.Do something for aChange.

                      I am suraj mohan and my new pan card (No. Dxipm8658g) which is applied via online was despatched to my address on 12 jul 2017. But the courier agency - the blue dart express ltd was not delivered the item (Airway bill no. [protected]) to my address for communication which is indicated in the application. They returned the pan card undeliverd to the origin on 24th july 2017. All these details were came to know only after the shipment was back to origin.

                            I was applying address change for pan card online thru tin-nsdl.com
                            After submitting the application online, it did debited fees from my account & before i get the acknowledgement no., it had given me error.

                            I made many calls to tin call center & send couple of mails to their mail address, but still haven't got the reply. I am really clueless that where to escallate my problem. The amout has already been deducted from my account & after submitting application online, we have to submit the proofs with acknowledgement to their pune office.

                            I am now loosing days also, but still no much help.

                            Appreciate some help here.

                                    Address: 560045

                                    Redline Logistics vide their ack. No. referred to the above applied for PAN vide application on 14/07/2017. The Pan Appplication send by speed post vide document No. EK[protected]IN was received by NSDL on 18/07/2017. But the pan car tracking position says documents not received.

                                    Since the there was an urgency for the PAN, we have been daily requesting over phone to NSDL number which is very difficult to get to expedite. But efforts are not yielding any fruitful result. Kindly help to get atleast the PAN number

                                      I had applied with NSDL online for a new Pan Card. The acknowledgement no for my transaction reference number JUR[protected]
                                      BANK reference number[protected]
                                      transaction id 001173524210082017122316150234799440
                                      My application was rejected stating that

                                      1) The name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the Proof of Residential Address.

                                      .

                                      Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.

                                      Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

                                        Hello Sir/Mam,

                                        Here with, I had an application for New PAN Card Process but it may cause UIDAI Database Name and Address matter, but later on i had Offline application again for PAN Card and and i have send document at correspondence. here by message told me that "we will refunded within seven working days" but it still not.

                                        I am working in PWD Department Punjab. I have Pan BVDPS9963F, But in F.Y 2016-17, in form No 26 AS, there is details of other Deductor with TAN no RCHP00940C with amt Credited 428422 with TDS 19440. with this PAN addhar no of some one else has been feeded.
                                        So please verify the discrepancy in my PAN no allotment
